AFTER 90 HOURS OF DRAWING AND COUNTLESS MORE WRITING, I HAVE FINALLY FINISHED THE PROLOGUE OF MY WEBCOMIC (I Sing Praises for Hari).

5 YEARS OF WORK. COMING HOME FROM MY 9 - 6 AND DRAWING UNTIL 11PM FOR TWO MONTHS STRAIGHT.

Please read it when it comes out! Please please pleas! I love it to bits and have worked so long and hard.

Finished the coloring of the first 1/2 of the prologue of my comic (I Sing Praises for Hari) after a month of work. Really hope to finish it and publish it soon!

(ATLA x KPDH) Ok so here is the idea I have for Rumi: instead of patterns her arms are burnt from the fire nation because she’s an earthbender who is half firebender. Trying to make a character design that compliments her purple hair is so hard but trust I am working on it TT.

(PART 2) kpdh x atla AU where there are 3 elite benders instead of one avatar every cycle. I know Mira seems like a firebender but I think Gwi Ma would be of the Fire Nation. Additionally, fire benders channel their rage into their bending, which I think works with the shame element of demons in kpdh. Naturally, Mira can’t be a firebender. Instead I decided to make her a water bender because she grew up a “problem child” and the water tribe are deeply patriarchal, which would prevent her from developing her bending (to her dismay). Also, she’s a little icy so maybe she mainly fights with ice.

I have some cool ideas for Rumi. I will also be drawing Jinu, because I think it would be interesting if he were the Firelord. Bobby is the fourth member, a non bender.

Just finished the lineart for the prologue of my comic I Sing Praises for Hari which has been in the works for 5 years.

It’s a political drama about revolutionary unrest in the Indian-inspired Astinadu/Hari. The Chorya Empire’s grip has been tightenning—cops on every corner, resources drained, fear in the air. As the empire’s prince lands to claim the throne, tensions come to its breaking point. Hrisha, a quiet Asti painter, and Kali, the successor to a revolutionary leader, are done watching; they’re ready to fight—but at what cost? How far are you willing to go to start a revolution?

I still need to color it but it’s taken me a month to just finish the lineart TT. Here’s a sneak peak. lmk if there are any tips on how to speed up the process.

And yes, all the backgrounds are hand drawn, perspective and all. Painful stuff

(PART 1) KPDH x Avatar AU where the avatar is not 1 person but 3 elite benders. Since the world is out of balance, 1 nation does not get a bender during each cycle resulting in political inequalities, fueled by Gwi Ma's tampering with balance. I'll draw Rumi and Mira next, I'm not sure what benders they would be so lmk!
