hey guys! so in response to the closing of my requests and some other personal choices i’ve been making on this blog lately, i’ve had many people reach out to me to express concern about my content/fics not being exactly how they want. i actually know this totally awesome solution that i think could help all of these individuals get fics that are 100% made the way they want, so i threw together this super handy guide to hopefully help anyone facing this issue! (this step-by-step works for mobile only.)

so the first thing you’re gonna wanna do is find this button at the bottom of your dash. by hitting it, you’ll open up your very own blank post!

next, you’re gonna find the space to add text to your post. here’s the great part!! YOU get to write the fic, exactly how you want it! instead of harassing writers who don’t do things your way, you get to have complete control over your own content!

finally, when your masterpiece is finished, you’ll want to hit “post” to publish your work to tumblr. you might encounter others who don’t like your stuff for one reason or another, but you can always refer them back to this guide to help them create content they have no issues with!

i really hope this helps anyone with the unhinged audacity to come into writers’ inboxes and berate us for writing stuff we wanna write instead of catering to each and every reader individually 🥺 please spread this post around to help everyone learn this great trick, and to help support your fav writers who deserve to run their blogs and content however they choose 💕

Stray Kids’ Seungmin Headcannon: College Enemies > Lovers AU

Can i request for enemies to lovers with seungmin set in college? Like s/o is the complete opposite of him, messy and impulsive, but the one thing they have in common is their love for sports?? fanfic can be bullet form or whichever you're comfy with hnnngg

When I tell you this man could not stand you-

Well, it was more your behavior that he couldn’t stand

Seungmin can be very protective of the people around him

But in a more subtle way

And your impulsivity and messiness had his BPM shooting up every two damn seconds

With you tripping all over the books and papers you left on the ground while studying

Or your lack of fear when taking a ride home from a strange man you’d just met

Or even your creepy older professor

Everything you did had him on edge

Because of that, he hated to be around you

But also wanted to be there at the same time to keep you safe

You really had him between a rock and a hard spot smh

The more time you two spent together

Whether for school or social reasons

Made him appreciate your spontaneity and messiness in an odd way

It was nice having someone who could balance him out

He soon found that as long as you weren't doing things that would be dangerous for you

Or those around you lol

He could really appreciate how much you could pull him out of his shell

Everyone needs someone like him in their life,

And everyone also needs someone like you in their life

You two really were the yin to each other's yang

Making each other better in different ways

Seungmin found himself letting go of all the minute details he used to hyperfocus on

And you found yourself being just a little bit more conscious of the things he would flip out over

It's quite beautiful to watch you two interact in the long term

Now we get to sports

Seungmin was one of the MVPs in your college's baseball team

Shocker

You were most definitely not

Mainly because no one would let you swing a bat tbh

You were more into track

Man, could you run

In the earlier days of your relationship

You two would challenge each other with various physical activities

Mainly just short races to the end of the parking lot

But still

You hated the fact that he could beat you often despite you being on the track team

This continues to be a touchy issue for you

Even after you two became close

- Quick lil story that popped into mind while writing this -

You were waiting around after your classes

Watching the baseball team practice

Jisung - who is also on the team - waved you over

Trying to get you to try to bat as he pitched

Seungmin runs over

Because he knows damn well that you will break something

Whether it be an inanimate object

Or someone's face

And shuts that shit down

You get mad

Because of obvious reasons

And you were super excited to swing the bat

You ultimately end up challenging him to a race across the field

In which he trips and lands squarely on his face

You

Being a decent human being

Stopped running and checked on him

Laughing your butt off

You both probably end up stopping for ice cream and calling a truce

The real story just begins from there

You were staring at the screen of your laptop for a solid four hours, trying to meet a deadline for work when you heard your phone ringing as it sat on your charging dock. You saw a familiar selca you and Kevin had taken together, smiling gleefully. You hit accept and were met with your boyfriend’s brown eyes staring through the screen.

“Hey, babe.” He said, scrunching his eyes while he smiled. You returned the gesture and replied.

“Hey, Kev. How’s your day been?” He grinned and ran his fingers through his hair.

“Pretty good, pretty good. I miss you.” He said.

“I miss you, too.”

“I was feeling like practicing piano - maybe even singing a few songs. I just wanted to see your face while I’m playing.” He stated. Your face immediately lit up. You were always happy to watch Kevin in his element.

“I love watching you play!”

“I know.” He chuckled after his response and began to softly play on his keyboard. You watched him intently for a moment before he asked what you were doing.

“Just working on a report. It’s due before I leave tonight.” You told him. He smiled.

“How about I play while you work?” He suggested. You nodded without hesitation and turned your focus back to the screen in front of you, working comfortably as Kevin sang old love songs - and the occasional Beyoncé track, of course.

I halfway answered this one earlier, but you can check out the Receipts page on my blog, or see my reply to them here. Since answering that original ask, I have posted all of my receipt lists - masterlists - and added them to the page I linked you to above.

To answer the other part of your question, I've really been introducing myself to a lot of different bands I hadn't listened to before. These are Enhypen, The Boyz, Treasure, and Ateez - thanks to my best friend @hoshithehamster - and a few others that I had a few songs from, but didn't know much about, like Exo, Day6, and a few more. I'm really trying to branch out. It felt like I was running a Stray Kids blog, which isn't a bad thing, but not what I had in mind when I created kaffeinic.

I kinda rambled a bit, but thanks for the ask! Please send in what you've been listening to lately - I'd love to know!
