Hey i had a break where I tried to listen to my body and eat normally and that just turned into 1 month pf binge eating like a pig bye never again.
I need to loose so much weight help😂😂😂

Only thinspo I need is me when I was 16😂😂🙌.
Any advice on how to stay skinny. I’ve got it figured out when it comes to loosing weight. But the second i achieve my GW i binge for weeeeeks and gain it back. I just wanna be one of those thin girls who never finish their plates and eat tiny portions. Please does anyone have advice on how to be in control all the time???

Today’s monday so ready for a fresh start after eating like a pig.
I’m gonna do a 3 day fast.
- only water and coke zero acceptable
- if i really feel like im weak i can eat one kids compote
After the 3 day fast i’ll eat between 500-100cals to not binge.
Trying to look thin for Christmas. Idc abt the number i want to be visibly thin rn.

1. Eating:
𝜗𝜚˚⋆。☆
• my 1st meal of the day will be lunch, which will be some bread or salad at around 11am.
• no snacking !!
• my 2nd & last meal will be dinner, which is a salad or yougurt w fruits at around 3-5pm.
• tho i don’t have to eat those exact foods, i can replace them w smthing else that’s low cal & healthy :3
2. Drinks:
𝜗𝜚˚⋆。☆
• drink at least 2l water every day !!
• diet sodas/energy drinks are allowed in moderation.
• drink tea & lemon water almost every night.
• no liquid cals !
3. Exercising:
𝜗𝜚˚⋆。☆
• workout for at least 30 mins almost every day. (tho i rly can’t workout at my mom’s cause i share my room..)
• walk to school & home.
• when lying in bed, do random exercises they acc work.
• try to take walks sometimes.
4. Fasting:
𝜗𝜚˚⋆。☆
• fast at least for 17 hrs everyday.
• don’t have to do longer fasts, but i’ll do them if i feel like it.
•water, tea, diet sodas/energy drinks, lemon water & gum is allowed while fasting :3
5. Other:
𝜗𝜚˚⋆。☆
• sleep at least for 7 hrs, it rly helps.
• take vitamins/supplements.
• cold showers help you burn more cals & fat.
most important… stay focused !
