how is it pedophilia if the character is aged up no one who ages a character for that purpose sees them as a child in sexual situations or else they wouldn't be aged up

you had sexual intentions with a minor and are aging them up purely for legal reasons because you SAW a minor, drawn as a minor, and you knew it was a minor, and you were sexually aroused by that.
