Bruce: There are two things you need to realize about Tim. First, heās got an astonishing sense of duty. It drives everything he does. Thatās why he first became Robin. And even when he quit, he only did it out of a greater obligation to his fatherās authority. So, when he returned to the job for the second time, he made sure he wasnāt going behind his fatherās back to do it. Heāll never squander his responsibilities by overreaching. He knows how much he can handle on his own, whether here, or in BlĆ¼dhaven, or anywhere else. I have every confidence heāll know when to call for help.
Alfred: And the second thing?
Bruce: Hmmm?
Alfred: You mentioned two things one needs to realize about Master Tim.
Bruce: Oh, yes. Timās smartāsmarter than me, and maybe even smarter than you. Take my word, Alfred, weāll end up working for him someday, once he does a bit more growing up.

Iāve got a map of Gotham City up as I often do, when Iām writing, and I just realised something about Reborn era:
Dick and Damian are based out of Wayne Tower and the penthouse there. This is not only Wayne Enterprises HQ, but itās in traditional Old Gotham, on the most southern main island.
Itās right by the Clock Tower and close to GCPD Central. Excellent place to have a base; up until War Games there was a reason it was so convenient having Barbara based around there.
However, when Tim moves out for his own space, he moves to the Monarch Theatre. You know, famously not only in Crime Alley, but also at the northernmost end of Gotham, close to Bristol and Gotham Manor (Iāve always thought thatās part of why the Waynes went to the movies there! It was a shorter trip home)
The Monarch Theatre is about as far away from Wayne Tower as you can get and still be in Gotham.
When Timās commuting for work every day back to the building he just moved out of.
This is hilarious to me.

Falin's chimera design is so good I was mesmerized by her every time she showed up. Then I reached the part where Laios explain how absurd she is because she has a way too small mouth to feed such a huge body and I felt so guilty... I'm sorry miss Falin I was so engrossed by your glorious form that I didn't notice you were ill bred just like a little pug... Please forgive me..

Helena: So what if we all decided not to follow the lead of the man who would rather we die than fight back against the people trying to blow us up?
Tim, Cass and Dick: ššš
Helena, remembering she's dealing with the top three Batcult members: Kidding! Kidding.

Impulse (1995) #9
One of the most interesting facts about the PZH LOSH is that all of their suits are modeled after Bart's Impulse suit - which was created in the 30th century in the first place by Earthgov and it was done about 12 years prior to the formation of the Legion. Because the Legionnaires Headquarters are based on Earth it makes sense that the local government sect would be responsible for outfitting them.
Also...
Impulse (1995) #25
Bart had unknowingly met R.J. Brande when his mother attempted to take him back to live with her in the 30th century which may have helped inspired the Legion in the first place, and their uniforms.
R.J. Brande saw a unicorn running away from him and it stuck with him for over a decade.
