Glutes 2x+, waist 3x+, back/posture 1–2x, abs/core 2x = ✅)
Monday 🍑 Glutes + 🦵🏽  legs Duration:🕐50–60 min
🥵 25 mins Stairmaster
🔁 Back Extensions – 3x12 - 20 lbs
🏋🏽‍♀️ RDLs – 3x12 - 25 lbs
🦵🏽 Bulgarian Split Squats – 3x12 - 20 lbs
🍑 Hip Thrusts – 3x12 - 20 lbs
Optional: Bodyweight kickbacks + banded abductions (2x20) for extra burn
Tuesday - Upper body 💪🏽Arms + back
Duration:🕐45–55 min
🚶🏽‍♀️ 15 mins Stairmaster (light
pace)
🏋🏽‍♀️ bend over rows – 3x12 - 10 lbs
🪞 Plank Dumbbell Lifts – 3x12- 5 lbs
🎯 Standing to Shoulder Press – 3x15 - 5 lbs
💪🏽 push ups – 3x10
🔁 Dumbbell Reverse Lunges – 3x12 - 10 lbs
Optional: Overhead tricep extensions 2x12 - 5 lbs
Wednesday -🦿 Full Body + Abs
Duration: 🕐 55–65 min
🥵 25 mins Stairmaster
🏋🏽‍♀️ Sumo Squats – 3x10 - 10 lbs
🧍🏽‍♀️ Lateral Lunges – 3x12 - 15 lbs
🍑weighted marches – 3x12 - 10 lbs
🍑 weighted leg kicks ups – 3x10 -5 lbs
🔥 Core Finisher:
Crunches – 50 reps
Bicycle kicks – 30 sec
Russian twists – 3x20
Thursday - 🍑 Glutes+Hamstrings
Duration: 🕐 45–55 min
🚶🏽‍♀️ 10 mins Incline Walk
🔁 Glute Bridges – 3x20 (add band if possible)
🍑Hamstring dumbbell curls – 3x12 each leg - 15lbs
🍑 Side-Lying Hip Abductions – 3x12 - 15 lbs
🔥 Bulgarian Split Squats – 2x20 - 15lbs
Optional Finisher:
Dumbbell Deadlifts – 3x10 - 15 lbs
Friday -🧘 Flexibility + Active
Duration: 🕐 30–40 min (low intensity)
🚶🏽‍♀️ 10 mins Incline Walk
🔁 low side lunges – 2 each - 30 sec
💪🏽90/90 stretch – 45 seconds
🌙 pigeon pose – 2 each - 45 seconds

I weigh 125 pounds, I want to be 120 pounds. But then, I know, that at 120 pounds it will not be enough. So, I will push myself to 115 pounds, but then I will still not be satisfied, so 100 pounds it is. Well, why be 100 pounds when you could just as well be 95? Why be 95 when you could be 80? Why be 80 when you can be nothing at all.
