Miserable and bored of his life, its either terrible or incredible luck that Loki survives an attack that drives him to find something more meaningful. In walks Mobius M. Mobius, a private detective who's on the case. Not waiting for life to slip him by, Loki grasps at the chance to turn his situation around. The police, however, don't approve of this meddling in their cases. All the while, the attacker is still on the loose, waiting to kill their most dangerous witness.
