i remember distinctly leaving it up to interpretation, as i didn’t want to depict sweetheart as any specific sexuality, so as best to suit the reader and their experiences!! personally, i do very much believe that sweetheart and farah had “something sapphic going on” haha, but again, that’s up to interpretation.
