My weekly weight loss meal plan.
Breakfast:
- iced coffee
- kiwi
- boiled eggs
- oatmeal and berries
- yogurt
- half a smoothie
Lunch:
- apple
- arugula, spinach, and cucumber salad
- half a smoothie
- tofu
- soup
- nuts and berries
Dinner:
- low cal protein (half portion)
- arugula, spinach, and cucumber salad
Snack:
- 1 fruit
- berries
- 1 protein bar (cut into pieces)
