getting out of a binge restrict cycle :3
+ my fav little mantras
✰ 1 meal a day or 48 hour fast you're not having a treat your having a binge put it down ✰ drink 2l of water minimum there is no reward without effort ✰ try to eat under 200 cal a day you're not magically starting recovery the second you're offered food ✰ burn at least 300 cal through exercise or walking you're always going to feel skinner when you don't eat ✰ weigh myself every morning for motivation if you aren't in pain you aren't hungry ✰ drink 2 glasses of water before ever meal most people with bulimia are average to overweight, throwing it up is not going to help you ✰ count your calories before you eat them don't eat unless you are forced ✰ only eat food you know the calories of + if you keep sweets with you encase you faint make sure its sweets you HATE to avoid just eating it just bc you're hungry

I haven't been doing well these past few days so im starting from 0
New rules:
-no snacks (the only exception is protein bars if I really have to eat)
-eat greek yoghurt in the morning
-eat either vegetables/fruits, boiled eggs or yoghurt at lunch
-eat at dinner but try and eat as little as possible
-if I don't follow one of these then I have to workout
-drink at least 2.5L of water
-workout on Saturdays and Sundays if you can
-max 1200 cals
(for me but u can use them too if you want)

In the end I did a at-home workout and burned about 500/600 cals before my real sports practice bur I did so bad🤡🤡
I might have to eat more vitamins and eat a bit more so tonight I did that
Today my parents took me to a restaurant without warning after school so I ate too much and couldn't even walk home
I feel like a fat greasy pig rn probably gonna go for a walk
