I like to observe myself

The way that I carry my words

The way that I hide under my wounds

I like to think that I am such an humanist, but deep engrained in my subconscious there is the belief that to receive love I have to give.

I would love to believe that I am so romantic, that my partners were the best, but I was neglected so I had to convince others to love me

I would love to believe that I write and have so much insight because I am such a reader and a learner but I have so much scars that forced me to see life differently.

Once you observe yourself ,you can unlearn, all the patterns that lie to you, and makes you believe that in fact everything is going fine in you.

My poetry book"Filaments of self is coming in 4 days I am so excited, from making the cover to planning every single lines, it is not just poems, it is us walking together to a journey. I think exploring ourselves start the day where we realize that we deserve to at least know ourselves, we ask ourselves this question: who I am ? It triggers everything,the adventure start,the one to meet yourself🦋💖

Well you found those words.with the intention that it bring light to your soul and a deep realization for you that you are alive in this moment with purpose and that hapinness await for you.

To be able to sleep everyday and to wake up is such a blessing. When i think of the times where my insomnia took ever and I see how easy it is to just rest every night I am so thankful for my inner self for the work she did.
