Undersea Conversion Mini-Set 🌊🐋🐚

A handful of objects, walls, and floors I've converted and recolored for my undersea hood.

Includes: Axolotl armchair, ACNH mermaid dining chair, ACNH mermaid floor lamp, ACNH mermaid wall clock, shell cushion, shell bassinet, glittery carpets, and fish scale walls.

Everything is functional, except for the clock (which I couldn't bother to animate) and the cushions. I lowered the polycount on all objects.

I've used plenty of labels during my life (both for my sexuality and my gender identity) and I'm pretty sure that some of my current ones won't be applicable forever. It's natural that we gain more knowledge about ourselves due to the life experience we gain and some things we thought we had already established would change in the future and there's nothing wrong with it and you don't have to be scared of it.

Someone smart once said that labels are for us not we for labels. There are no repercussions for changing the way you identify

Don't know who needs to hear this but it is completely ok to have labels that change over time, whether you realize there's a better way to describe your feelings or if your feelings change overtime.

I identified as asexual for a bit there because I felt the same way about everyone I met, which is to say I wasn't attracted to them/couldn't understand why someone might be. I realized as I got older that it was more about who I was around than anything else, and now I identify as bisexual. That may one day change and that's ok.

A friend of mine identified as non-binary for a while then as a trans man. Another friend identified as a trans woman for a bit then came out as non-binary. I've known women who were married to men for years who later came out as lesbian. I've had friends who were comfy with any pronouns who later decided that some didn't feel good. I've had friends who liked a label then later felt that label didn't fit right anymore, or that another one was better, or that they didn't want to have a label at all.

Knowing exactly who you are is wonderful and a great feeling and should be celebrated, but we should also celebrate people who aren't sure or people who change their minds. Feelings change. Understanding yourself can change. Maybe a label that fits right now won't later or you'll find one that's more accurate. Maybe you'll decide you don't want a label at all and that's ok too. Everybody's welcome here.

People grow and change and that's ok. Try new things. Wear a skirt. Cut your hair. Kiss someone. Don't kiss anyone. Give a barista a new name to call out for your order to see how it feels. Use a new pronoun. The only really permanent thing in this world is your intrinsic worth and you should be able to do things that make that worth more tangible to you.

Corvidophile2's Desk Deco Repo'd to the Game Files

It will now pull textures from the OFB Crazy Fun Toybench and the BG Bibliofile Bookcase. This is wall deco, the books don't work, but it's the perfect height to look like it's sitting on top of a desk (if you have AL or higher you can move it up and down the wall). Found in Surfaces->Desks and it will go down with the walls. There are a few empty spots that have painted on shadows on the default texture, you could use OMSPs to put things there. These will pick up any recolors you have for the toy making bench including these that I made out of Corvid's Desk Deco, they don't have the painted on shadows

First ever was def playing sims with my cousin and we made my family. Idk if we ever played with them or what happened later xD I remember playing with her at Travellers' household too and she would dwell on how difficult their names are to pronounce (she had an English version and we're not native, just for clarification xD).. maybe Travellers' were first and my fam later? Not sure

It feels like ages ago... Also ever since I haven't finished my rebuild project of the entire Strangetown and it's been months already xD it's just me in a nutshell

Hello! 💚

As this is my first ever post on this blog I decided to come up with something meaningful.

I've been working on renovating/rebuilding the entire Strangetown and so far I've remade three lots.

This is a fresh renovation of 13 Dead End Lane lot / Olive Specter's house.

What's inside:

The lot is 100% CC free, I only used cheats like "moveObjects on", "setQuartertilePlacement on" and I used Lamare's Shiftable Everything mod so I could put some deco items in better, more realistic ways.

I hope nothing moves or disappears after you put the lot into the neighborhood. Everything is playtested and checked so should be alright.

I have the Ultimate Collection so some of the items used here might get deleted/replaced if you don't have all the expansion packs.

I don't consider myself a good builder but I think I did a pretty good job with it but this judgement I leave to you c:

My first 4t2 conversion set 🎉

I'm incredibly excited to announce my first ever entire set of converted 4t2 objects 🤩

It took me an entire week to do it, lots of trials and errors and some frustration and there it finally is!

The original set was made by @arwenkaboom and it is so pretty that it literally made me want to learn this entire game to game conversion thing. Yes, I've seen this set rebloged and it caught my attention straight away and I was bummed to find out it's not sims 2 cc and I immediately thought to myself "I need to learn how to convert objects from sims 4" so I did (once again thanx to this amazing tutorial) and here I am.

Thank you so very much Arwen for making this set, you're an amazing and inspiring creator 💖 (I might convert some of your other stuff in the future, that is of course if you don't mind)

Some things to be aware of:

🌸 Meshes always come in one file with one recolor and the rest of recolors is in separate files. Everything is named

🌸 Shower and sink have a bit incorrect animations as I couldn't make them work properly so sims won't be touching faucets, the water that should come out of the shower head comes out of thin air instead… All of that despite me having cres files properly edited. I've seen tho in other cc objects (which I didn't make) that these animations are also wonky there so I assume it's just how things are. Also the shower doesn't have a visible dirty state

🌸 The end table is converted as a coffee table and it's available in that section

🌸 I do recommend having some cheats turned on to place some of the deco items in specific places (moveobjects on and setquartertileplacement on)

🌸 This set works with the Ultimate Collection and the one whose name shouldn't be spoken Legacy Collection but if you have neither, in order to be able to use these objects you need to have University, Open for business, Kitchen and bath interior design and Bon voyage packs installed

🌸 I reduced the polygons in some meshes bc otherwise my SimPE wouldn't upload them and also because less is better for our elderly lady (sims 2 I mean)… I hope it doesn't lower the objects quality too much

🌸 All the files are compressed using compressorizer and together they weigh 13,6 MB

As it's my first ever converted set that I publish for the download, please be easy on me with your criticism, all tips appreciated 🫣
