I had the worst dream ever!!! I was at some camp with some strange people and one of the girls started screaming at me that it was all my fault that he (some guy I don't even know) died. I was so shocked. I went away from her and after a while she came back to me and started singing a song about him(the guy that die). At the end I found out he died from 4n0rexia. She sang something like, he ate only an apple a day with water. Then I woke up. Should I be scared?!

I'm still looking for ways to get worse! I lost my period, I'm underweight, you can see my bones in some places, but still. How can I get worse? Please I need tips! I am in a deficit, I workout. But I'm not loosing weight as fast as I would hope. Please I beg you sweet people 🙏🏻😭

It's Monday and I NEED to change everything, so I've decided to give myself a routine
Wake up before sunrise
Go for a run (ran only 1km today, but I'll do better each day)
Then it depends when I'm alone in my room, so when I'm alone do this workouts

Read at least 20 pages from any book
Shower every day
at least 1,5 hour walk every day
And go to sleep at 9:30pm
I know it's a lot, but I've never felt better, it's only 8am and I've already burned 500kcal!!!
If you want to create your own routine, but don't know how or what to do, I don't mind helping💓

Okay, so today, my parents decided to go to my other grandma and when I told her I'm not that hungry, I'll eat later( when no one was there so I could throw it out, because of my fast) she got so so sad, so I'm going to push through today and start my fast later in the evening. Im also going to fast for a week(which I've never done before) so I'm going to update you every day about how I'm feeling and what's going on❤️‍🔥 have a great great day 🌹

Okay, I'm back. The holidays didn't end yet, but I'm so scared that I gained already too much so I started a fast yesterday. I did enjoy these few days tho. It was great, but now it's time to get back on track! I'm going to weigh myself after I end this fast and update you, I hope I'll be able to lose this weight...

I know that some of you won't approve, but I've decided I'm going to eat without restrictions for the Easter holiday. We are going to see family and I want to genuinely enjoy the time with them, so I won't be tracking calories, or workout. I know this will have consequences, but I will start a fast for a week and I will workout more and get back on track after. Love you and happy Easter 🌹❤️‍🔥

I treated last three days like a total binge fest... I'm so disappointed in myself, BUT everyday counts. Yeah, I messed up, but I'm not giving up, I started a fast, which I plan to hold until Friday/Saturday, so it is for 5/6 days. After that I will start a diet, it will be hard, because it's Easter and we will go to both grandparents, but I'll manage! If you binged, your not the only one, don't worry! But you ARE the only one that can either give up or start again! Think about it ❤️‍🔥
