Just about a week ago, I made a post on my wordpress blog responding to the daily prompt: “What change, big or small, would you like your blog to make in the world?” My reply focused on wanting the change to shift us toward justice, empathy, and empowerment. It is my commitment to amplify minority voices, to honor every story, and to fight for a world where all people have the resources and respect they deserve.

The editor of Magique Publishing who has published a few of my pieces and interviewed me qshot me an email, complimenting the idea I came up with for the change I want to bring. He also proposed pushing the idea further, since people love the idea of change, yet rarely know how to execute it. And thus, our checklists for actionable and joyful changes were built.
