I am not ok. I need a friend or shoulder to lean on. I know the internet is the last place anyone should look but I genuinely feel so alone and isolated right now.

Long story short, I am feeling super duper undesirable in my current relationship. I always have this gut or intuition about something and usually I am right. I don’t have concrete proof that my partner is specifically “cheating” on me but there have been certain things I’ve noticed that has made me lose a lot of trust in this person. I also think the emotional abuse is out of this world that i receive from this person. I try to convince myself maybe I am being too much of this or that whenever they point it out but then the feeling will

come right back as if my body is literally trying to tell me something is not right. I can be an over thinker at times but I feel like my judgement has never led me wrong for the most part. As this relationship seems like it might be coming to a close, I can feel myself creating very bad habits for myself like starving myself at times or looking at certain foods and shaming myself for even wanting something like that. I have a huge desire to workout recently and I’m trying to get in the swing of that and maybe that would help with stress and depression but it’s hard for me to even find motivation for anything because this relationship is causing me so much mental stress .. i feel very very overwhelmed and in the past week, dark thoughts have come upon me and it can be hard to get yourself out of them once you are in. But something just doesn’t feel right with my partner and i can feel someone’s energy from a mile away but yet he will say he’s fine and then i’m just “always painting him out to be the bad guy” when i’m just trying to communicate my feelings and emotions??? but THEN he will turn around and say I need to get better at being honest on how I feel and stop saying “i’m fine” when i’m clearly not BUT it’s hard to do so when I actually do it and i’m shamed for it?!? Like it’s a mental f**k like no other.
