I reread it for the first time in at least a decade to prep for The Black Casebook's Black Glove episode (brilliant work) and was reminded of how much fun and nonsensically convoluted it is, going back over it to answer my boyfriend's questions because something went over my head... Morrison is so much fun... Get a library card, listen to The Black Casebook pod, read more comics 🦇

Happy 15 years to Arkham Asylum, and Rocksteady's Batman 🎂🎂🎂

I remember being like 9 and my cousin showing me his copy of Arkham Asylum. My dad got us a copy of Arkham City when Blockbuster was liquidating, and a buddy of mine gifted me his copy of Asylum. By the time Origins and Knight came out, you KNOW I preordered that and played it after I got home from school.

I have my gripes with the series, but my roommate already gets an earful everytime I do a playthrough for the umpteenth time. This is a series that's meant a lot to me for a long time, and I'm happy to celebrate its legacy.
