WHAT ARE YOU WANTING TO ACCOMPLISH?
Make a realistic list of what you think you can accomplish in your day. Can you do a lot or do you have time restrictions?
USE YOUR FAVORITE PLANNER
Another key factor in successful planning is to have a favorite planner. If you don't like the look of your planner. you won't use it.
FOCUS ON THE OUTCOME YOU DESIRE
Now that you know your tasks and have your planner. it's time to focus on the outcome you want. Are you working on small goals or big goals?
PLAN ACCORDING TO YOUR LEVEL OF ENERGY
Are you a morning person or a night person? When do you produce at your best potential. Pay attention to your mood and how you feel at different times of the day.
USE TIME BLOCKING
I am a big fan of time blocking. Blocking out your time is like blocking your time for a hair or nail appointment. You know exactly what you will be doing at a specific point in time.
PLAN AHEAD OF TIME
Always plan in advance. For example. I plan a monthly overview prior to the first of the month. Then. I plan a weekly plan based off the monthly plan on Sunday prior to the week.

Remember you can always start again. Clean out your social media. Create a new account for your new taste in music. Start socialising with new people. Choose new signature scent and style and purge the outdated parts of yourself. If you don't like where you are at, but you don't know what to do about it?! Try starting again.
And this is some simple tips to get your life together, you can follow now :
Have a signature accessory clothing article, make up look, or hair style.
Have a fragrance Make your hair scents and lotions match your perfume.
It's okay to dine alone Bring a book or people watch.
Love your hair Research the best brands for your hair type and use masks weekly.
Your nails don't need to be fancy, but keep them maintained.
Stay worldly Know works of art, artists, designers, films, books, politicians.
Spend your lunch break reading the paper or a magazine.
Crying is not a weapon It's okay to feel your emotions, but never use them as an excuse to avoid your problems.
Jealousy is boring Love and appreciate others. If you can't love them, forget them.
Boost others Flatter others, but don't deprecate yourself in the process.

Don’t sulk Don't let the whole world know your problems. If you don't want someone to give their opinion. don't share your situation.
Your life is between you and the universe Don't post your personal matters for others to see.
Don’t emotionally blackmail others They hurt you? Let them know and then move on. It's between the two of you and not the world.
Cook dinner Cook dinner and listen to music, the radio, or a podcast.
Treat yourself to candles and flowers. Be your own cheerleader.
Take naps Take a cat nap on a Sunday afternoon with the blinds open.
Drink your water, eat your vegetables. Take care of your body.
Never have time to take off your jewelry before bed, but always have time to take off your makeup. Your nighttime skin regime is important.
Mystery is beautiful You don't need to reveal much of or about yourself.
Never appear other than as you are Don't lie about yourself. Embrace who you are at your core.

Moving around is good for relensing built up energy that can come from suppressed emotions.
Calming music 📻
Find comfort and relaxation in music that lowers the heart rate. Make a calming playlist so it is ready for when you need it. 😉
Use an app 📱
Use app for mediation, breathing, finding calm in the moment, or for music that has a calming effect.
Quits pot 🌱
Have safe space where you can reduce any external noise or overstimulation. It gives you a chance to reset and refocus.
Start a journal 📝
Write or draw to find out what is bothering you as you might not have the word right now to express how you feel!
Go outside 🌤️
Go outside in the sun, go walking, use a scooter, bike ride or do anything that is close to nature. Being in the open air helps calm you down.
