No, I believe that 600ish calories per day is a great amount of calories on its own but it would be even better if you include maybe a 5-10 min exercise. You just have to find what works for you, boo. ☺️

I was stuck in a plateau where I wasn’t losing weight because I didn’t eat enough calories 😭.
So yesterday I ate around 600ish calories and I actually lost 0,3 kg in one day which surprised me a lot! 🥳
Moral of the story is to eat enough calories so that your metabolism will burn and make you lose weight! 🤓

I will try the 02468 diet 🙌
I will try 02468 diet to see if it works because I haven’t really lost any weight anymore 🤨
What it basically means is on day 1 you eat 0 calories and on day 2 you eat 200 and so on until you’re on 800 calories and after that you start the same thing again!
I will report on how I feel and how much weight I’ve lost throughout the whole week!❤️
I’ll start somewhere in the summer to and you guys can join me and tag me through when I’ll decide which week I’m available and I’ll respond!🤗

this is my breakfast and it is homemade tursu, it’s basically sour pickled cabbage 🤗
I ate 100 grams of it which resulted in 13 calories.

this is my lunch, My sweet mom 🥹 made salmon yesterday so I will eat that with green beans and ketchup.
I ate 82 grams salmon which resulted in 146 calories.
I ate 35 grams boiled green beans which resulted in 25 calories.
I ate 15 grams ketchup which resulted in 15 calories.

This is my lunch, I just ate the same food from lunch but in bigger portions ☺️
I ate 93 grams salmon which resulted in 166 calories.
I ate 45 grams green beans which resulted in 32 calories.
I ate 30 grams ketchup which resulted in 29 calories.
I also drank 4,5 L water through the day❤️
There was 19 grams fat, 30 grams carbs and 41 grams protein.
I’ll post more on Saturday and Sunday!
My total calories are “drum roll” 463 🥳
