god of judgement
Warning: Yandere. Gender-neutral reader.
Characters: Rollo Flamme.
Summary: In every land you travel to, there's a god with elemental powers. But why is it that in every nation you arrive to, the gods attempt to make you stay?
Note: Idea for the original series here and start of the story here. I'm not gonna say this is official to the Empyrean AU, but I'm also not gonna say it's not official.

NOBLE BELL
To the west of Diasomnia lies something hidden in the dense fog. If you can make it past the cold unforgiving ocean waves, you may find an inhabited island when there was thought to be nothing here. The low hanging fog makes the city there appear as if it is settled atop clouds, like the gates of heaven with towers and fiery red flowers.
There are people, humans, there concealed from the rest of the world. Only humans, no beastfolk, no havfolk, no entities of any sort. Just humans. The isle is a sanctuary away from the land of archons and other deities with their wild magic. There is only one single entity that resides on the island.
A god, the god of judgement that frowned upon the archons and their fellow entities.
In the distant past, the divine ran free. They ruled over the lands, oftentimes using their magic and abilities to their advantage in tormenting the mostly magicless human mortals. Among those was an entity of fire who held contempt for the wicked. Rollo, is what the entity was called.
Rollo quickly amassed a loyal following of mortals which he protected from all other entities. The swell in his following elevated him to the status of deity, granting him more power which he used to punish the sinful who sought to torment. Using his newfound strength, the deity of fire braved the waters to lead his disciples to an uninhabited island, using smoke from his fires to cloud the surrounding ocean and hide them from the mainland. Safe on the island, he built a sanctuary for any persecuted human mortal to find refuge in.
Now, it is a land overflowing with people who have been oppressed, maltreated, and wronged by any divine being. The doors remain open to mortals. The deity of pyro, Rollo, does not show mercy to the immortal. Should an immortal, an entity, attempt to step foot on the island, Rollo is there to cast judgement upon them. It has been said that he even pursues immoral entities on the mainland, burning them for their sins against humanity.
You were granted mercy by the god of judgement because of your humanity. Your furry entity companion was almost not so lucky. It was only by explaining that the feline was just a young entity with no history of sin against mortals was he reluctantly spared from divine retribution.
Rollo keeps a watchful eye on your companion, but he can’t help but notice you. You poor misguided soul, trifling with the immortals. It’s a miracle you haven’t been corrupted after your chance encounters with the archons he so loathes. You listen as he lightly chastises you, but only because you’ve heard his followers read scriptures detailing how cruel and unforgiving his calls of judgement are. Perhaps, he thinks, you should stay. Rollo will grant you asylum away from the sacrilegious reach of those seven archons.
You will not be leaving Noble Bell, not when those outside can so easily taint you. The god of judgment shall keep you, and damn any entity that attempts to infect you with their blasphemous ways. Whether it be a simple entity, a mighty deity, or an almighty archon, Rollo shall not let any immortal, other than himself, have you.

Saw you mention thoughts about Damnation for the event characters and I would be so down to reading that, I actually wanted to ask if you would ever consider it but didn't know if it'd be rude or not. Even if they're shorter imagines, that'd be so cool! Or if they were similar in length to that Damnation Vil continuation (which I've been eating up), I'd definitely be interested!
I may have gotten carried away.

Just give me some time and I’m sending in my own ocs ver. Damnation au
I really love that au it’s great and has a chokehold on me
Oh? Take your time! I love receiving any fanart, or even just talking about it. It's always a joy to hear y'alls thoughts.
Speaking of thoughts... I was lowkey considering making a Damnation part for the extra characters. So Rollo Flamme, Fellow Honest and Gino, Skully J. Graves. The only thing is, I need to catch up on their events. I know Rollo's event, I know part of Fellow Honest and Gino's event, but I haven't even seen Skully's event. Anyways, these are just thoughts I have. Dunno if y'all would be interested in such a thing. It probably won't be as long as an actual Damnation ending? Maybe? Probably? Hopefully?
Let me know what y'all think while I try to find the story for their events.

into heartslabyul
– Summary: Intro of the characters from Heartslabyul, nation of the Pyro Archon and God of Law.
– Warning: Yes, this is a yandere thing. Gender-neutral reader.
– Characters: Ace Trappola, Deuce Spade, Trey Clover, Cater Diamond, Riddle Rosehearts.
– Note: Just a small post I thought might pique more interest into the Empyrean AU.

Count yourself blessed that you have earned the favor of the archons and theirs. Or perhaps it's not much of a blessing as it seems. These are entities that have lived longer than any mortal and perhaps they don’t quite understand love in the same way a human would. Are you sure you can handle it?
ACE TRAPPOLA
This is one of the closest instances you’ll get to a human among your new admirers. The redhead claims he’s mostly human, with one of his parents being half firefox. However, there is something about him that doesn’t feel quite human. Although if you ask, he only teases you with a knowing smirk, asking if you doubt him so easily. He’s wounded that you don’t believe him.
Upon meeting the pyro user, you’ve somehow charmed the thief. He jokes you stole his heart, as corny as that is. Perhaps that’s a fair exchange, seeing as he robbed you blind the first time you met.
Don’t worry though, he doesn’t steal much these days, at least not from you. What he will take are fleeting glances and stolen kisses, if you’ll let him. Ace likes to play it off as a joke, like his affection towards you is nothing but a tool to fluster you and get you to lower your guard. It isn’t a joke anymore.
“What is wrong with you? Seriously, you’re like a magnet for trouble. I turn around for a second and suddenly you’re in trouble again, it happens every time! If you keep going at this rate, I’m going to start thinking you’re doing it for my attention. What do you mean you wish? Ah, wait, I get it now–– you want me to save you. Fine, since you need me so badly, I’ll lend you a hand.”
DEUCE SPADE
The only other instance you have of someone mostly human among your admirers. This one says his mother was half fae and his father was full human. However, like the thief, he doesn’t act very mortal-like. He tries so hard to reassure you that he’s very much a mortal, but isn’t that something someone who’s not a mortal would say? It’s easy to tell when he’s lying.
Upon meeting the pyro user, you’ve managed to disarm the brawler. He tries to protect you in what way he can, teaching you how to defend yourself. He still worries and would prefer if you stuck close to him.
From the moment he learned of you and what you did, he’s tried to look out for you. Not just anyone can get an infamous fighter like him to basically try and serve as your bodyguard. No, it’s not overkill. Don’t you know how dangerous this world is? Deuce just doesn’t want to see you hurt, that’s all!
“You shouldn’t run off like that, that’s how you wound up in trouble. Let me take the lead, okay? That way if there’s danger, I’ll take the hit for it. I’ll be fine, I can handle it, really. You’re still worried? What? I’m not being sweet…! I’m just being, uh, rational! Right, rational. Just walk next to me then. If anything comes up, I’ll take care of it. You’re still learning, so depend on me.”
CATER DIAMOND
So you’ve met your first entity, a rare firefox from Pomefiore. This one is definitely not human, not with those ears that blended into his orange hair. The tail is there, he just hides it with a spell. Usually, firefoxes aren’t too fond of letting people touch, but, he’ll show you and let you touch if you have a chat with him. That’s not such a bad trade, is it?
Upon meeting the cryo user, you catch his eye. The Head of Investigation takes his job seriously despite what others think of him. So, he enjoys poking and prodding at you for any intel, useful or not.
You don’t seem like a lawbreaker to him, so he’ll let you off the hook for now. The world is always changing, new things happen all the time, so he’ll come and check in on you every chance he gets! Cater tells himself it's for any leads he can use, but he’s too nervous to admit to himself that may not be the case anymore.
“You still think I’m using you for info, hm? Haha, well, I swear that’s not the case anymore. Do you really think I would’ve told you so much about myself if I still considered this thing between us purely professional? Of course not! This isn’t just a pure transactional thing anymore, you know. Or, well, if you want, I wouldn’t mind swapping more personal secrets, what say you?”
TREY CLOVER
You’ve found an elf, although he doesn’t say what kind. It is obvious he isn’t mortal with those pointed ears by his green hair and kind old wise eyes behind a pair of glasses. Yes, he’s been around for a while, more than a few centuries. If you ask, he might just recount a few tales. He doesn’t mind, as you seem to enjoy his stories for whatever reason.
Upon meeting the pyro user, you manage to make the Marquis quite fond of you. He’ll put you at ease with warm fire magic, letting you nap as he accomplishes his duties. Really, he can’t help but spoil you a bit.
Part of you reminds him of a different time when things were tranquil. Maybe that’s why he likes you so much, and has this desire to shield you from anything bad. He’s seen a lot, seen people pass and go, but he doesn’t want to see you change or leave. If he can, Trey will keep things the way they are.
“You think it’s weird for someone like me to be baking for the King? Is it that strange? You weren’t complaining when you were sneaking in bites. Yes, I saw you. I didn’t say anything because it looked like you were enjoying yourself. Who am I to ruin that? Besides, it’s not an issue. I made more than enough for you too. Here, if you’re so eager, try this one I made.”
RIDDLE ROSEHEARTS
This is the first archon you meet. You’ve heard many terrible tales of him like his strange laws with cruel punishments or how he brutally dealt with his enemies to keep law and order. Yet he doesn’t quite fit the image of a tyrant in your mind. He’s far too adorable for that. And it seems as if the King of Heartslabyul has found you to be good company.
Upon meeting the pyro user, you surprise the God of Law. You should know that he has respect for those that know and obey his laws, so he’s quite pleased by your obedience. Finally, a subject who is not a lawbreaker!
You are a pleasant change of pace from the lawbreakers he has to deal with day in and day out. Instead of a beheading or a brand, you are bestowed with a smile and words of praise. You are an exemplary figure, Riddle comes to adore you. Right, he’s made up his mind! You shall stay here, in his palace with him, and prove to everyone that it is not so hard to obey the law!
“You seem curious about the procession ongoing at the Monastery of the Divine Flame. Those are merely my subjects making their offerings. You may become my disciple as well. It can be done right now, in fact, all you need is to offer me something. It can be a physical object, but I would prefer to accept and be completely content with a vow proclaiming your undying loyalty.”

Thinking about Damnation Vil…
About how you try to find solitude in the most unlikely of places, and those are the moments where he corners you. You don’t know how, but he always finds you when he wants to. Had this not been a medieval world, you would have suspected he placed a tracker on your phone. But of course, you had no phone and there were no such things as trackers.
Maybe he just knew you far better than you would have liked to admit.
It was hard enough getting Epel off your back, and that wasn’t even mentioning Rook. Vil was a different story. There was no shaking him off, not even an attempt to do so. He found you when he wanted to, had your company whenever he pleased, and often left you anxious with your mind a jumbled mess. You couldn’t tell if he even knew what he did, if perhaps he enjoyed the havoc he left in his wake.
You were starting to think that he took his sweet time, waiting to lure you in a false sense of security, and only then did he appear to take up all your attention. Or, maybe that was just the paranoia speaking again.
Like that one time you discovered what may have been the most secluded part of the castle. It was outside, on the grounds, but so well hidden that not even the guards appeared to know of it. Part of the solid support of stone and wall for the castle was covered in ivy, so no one would ever guess you could walk straight into a specific portion of the ivy wall and not hit a solid surface. You would just walk into a small corridor that led to the other end of the garden. There was even a bench there, which became your go to place to escape everything.
However, on the third time there, you heard the familiar rustling of the ivy and immediately you sat up and opened your eyes. From your spot on the bench, you could make out that unmistakable figure clad in purple robes and blinding jewels. They were partly concealed by the shadows, the light hitting his back and outlining his splendid figure. His voice seemed to echo in the dark corridor, reaching your ears like a caress that sent uncertain shivers down your spine. “All alone, my dear?”

strings and solitude [ yokai!au ]
– Summary: You were alone but when you wished for company, you got more than you bargained for.
– Warning: Yes, this is a yandere thing (kinda). Gender-neutral reader.
– Characters: Grim, Ace Trappola, Deuce Spade, Cater Diamond, Trey Clover, Riddle Rosehearts, Jack Howl, Ruggie Bucchi, Leona Kingscholar.
– Note: Let's start by clarifying that this is NOT my AU. This AU belongs to @twstedforyou. I often think a lot about this AU. I feel like it has a lot of potential, but I didn't want to write too much as its not mine and I was afraid of getting details wrong. Really, I just kept thinking about it until I wrote it to get rid of writer's block. I debated posting this or not, but I decided to share it since it would just collect dust in my drafts.
– Pages: 7

When you wished for a friend, you wanted just one. What you got instead was a small army of supernatural beings.
One friend was all that was needed to drive away the isolation. At first, there was just one. When you had prayed for someone to grace your life with company, you got just that. He came in the form of a cat-like creature. A yokai who called himself Grim.
The creature appeared out of the woods one day while you were looking out the window at the moon. At first, you thought it to be a stray, maybe a feral cat. However, as the feline made its way through your garden, you noticed the blue flames at its ears that made it look like some sort of ghostly apparition. It walked with purpose, striding straight past your flowers and herbs until it reached your abode, and hopped onto the windowsill so it was staring at you from the other side of the glass.
It looked at you with big blue eyes, and you couldn’t help but be the slightest bit unnerved. These were certainly not the bored eyes of a regular cat, somehow, it felt as if the creature was staring right into your soul. That’s when you noticed the two tails, each was like a torch with flickering blue flames.
A bit of apprehension you had vanished as it pawed at the window. You squinted at it through the glass, examining its small form. Whatever it was, it definitely wasn’t a normal cat. However, it seemed almost harmless. You couldn’t help but be endeared, lower your guard, because while you knew it wasn't a pet, it somewhat resembled the ones you’ve seen in town. “What are you…?” The words slipped out as you unlatched the window and slowly slid it open.
You have heard of strange creatures generally referred to as yokai. They came in all sorts of shapes and sizes, with monstrous forms and human-like disguises. They were as numerous as stars in the sky, sometimes they dwelled alone, other times they stuck together in groups and communities, or there were instances where they followed humans. Supposedly, they sometimes could get very attached to one human as they claim they’re tied together by destiny. Whatever the case, yokai were often avoided because of the power they possessed.
While a yokai may venerate one particular human, that doesn’t guarantee the safety of others around it. In fact, quite the opposite. Yokai were often found at the source of tragedies and catastrophes, they became the inspiration for the scary bedtime stories that used to lull you to sleep. It was why you had always lived in isolation, in a hidden grove just between ancient mystic forests and roads leading to towns, to avoid finding out if such tall tales could be true. It was why you were alone.
The feline seemed to sense your growing worry, as it only entered and sat at the windowsill, still looking up at you unblinkingly.
Actually, now that you were looking at this creature up close and it hardly even took its eyes off you, you felt more at ease in a way. You had thought it was seeing something in you, but maybe this… thing just had a staring problem. “I bet there’s not a single thought behind those eyes, is there?” You murmured to no one in particular.
Which is why you nearly screamed when the feline dropped some odd turquoise string from its mouth, which you hadn’t even noticed, and spoke while grinning up at you, “Just you.”
That was how you met your first familiar. The turquoise string he had was supposed to be tied onto him by you, signifying he was now officially a yokai with a master. That master was you.
It wasn’t something you signed up for. To think that when you were a child you had nightmares of yokai, and now one was living with you. Certainly it was an unexpected turn of events, but Grim became your friend. The feline would follow wherever you went, the charms on his string jingled like bells as he tailed you like a shadow.
In the mornings, Grim would swat away the pesky mosquitos and flies while you collected the fruits and vegetables you grew in the garden. In the afternoons, Grim would accompany you on your rare trips into town to gather supplies. In the nights, Grim would sleep at your side with his blue fire to keep you warm. While he may not seem like much, he would defend you from any threat, including other yokai.

Speaking of other yokai, Grim mentioned the existence of a particular nearby shrine at a mountain he used to frequent. It took a few months before Grim finally invited you to visit his friends there. He mentioned something about it being enchanted so no humans can find it without a yokai, which was a bit worrisome, but you tried not to let it bother you. At this point in time, you trusted Grim with your life and knew he wouldn’t knowingly lead you into harm.
What he led you into may have been worse than what you originally imagined. You didn’t blame Grim, it wasn’t like he would have known, but when you went up the mountain you went in with one yokai and when you came back down from the mountain you returned with five more. Five more yokai. And they were quite unlike Grim.
These five yokai were humanoid, a mix of varying traits like wings, ears, tails, claws, and horns. The younger two were Ace and Deuce, with older counterparts named Cater and Trey, and finally the head of the shrine called Riddle. As eager and overjoyed as they were, you couldn’t help but be a bit overwhelmed. It wasn’t as if you could just leave them there at the shrine, not when they all now bore red string as proof of their connection to you. So despite your uneasiness, you had to essentially open your doors to these five Heartslabyul yokai.
You think that they realize how jarring the change is for you, and they attempt to put you at ease by taking over responsibilities and making the process as comfortable as possible for you. Your home is small, it was fine with just you and Grim, but adding five more people made it a tight squeeze. However, your yokai never once complained.
Your bedroom remained yours, which was essentially just your bed, some shelves, and a trunk. Only Grim was allowed in your room; Ace and Deuce took the attic small space above; while Cater, Trey, and Riddle took the couch and chairs you had in the thin living space. Despite the less than satisfactory living arrangements, the yokai seemed as happy as could be.
You could tell they were trying hard to appeal to you, perhaps they had some fear of being kicked out. Offerings were made: Ace has taken it upon himself with Grim to accompany you wherever you may go and help by sniffing out goods to forage, Deuce’s self assigned role is similar but he has an advantage as he can spy good spots from the air, Cater assists in keeping the peace when there’s any bickering between your six yokai, Trey took over the kitchen and he’s quite good at it even if he makes far too much, and Riddle keeps order while maintaining a tidy space. For your own peace of mind, you try to retain some of your usual responsibilities like sweeping the floors or doing laundry. It stresses out your new yokai a bit, but you want to retain some sense of independence and normalcy.
Eventually, after a few days, which turn to a few weeks, that melt into months, you’ve come to accept the new company. It may not have been what you wanted initially, but you’re no longer so alone anymore.
No longer do you have to sit in silence during a small dinner you cooked for yourself. For a while, Grim was your only company, his two tails swishing as you ate by the fireplace and he told you outlandish stories of yokai he’s encountered. These days, Grim would sit beside you as Trey would make enough food to cover the whole table while Cater talked your ear off in attempts to learn your preferences, then Ace and Deuce would argue over who got to sit next to you only for Riddle to take the seat just to silence their bickering and claim the privilege of being beside you. It filled your normally quiet abode with lively chatter and squabbling, but it wasn’t so bad now that you’re used to it.
Your new normal was very quickly shattered.

One day, you had gone into the nearby woods to forage once again. Always by your side was Grim, and tagging along as escorts were Ace and Deuce under strict instruction from Riddle to keep you safe. You had managed to give the pair the slip, evading them as Grim followed you closely. You could never lose Grim no matter how many times you tried, so you didn’t even bother wasting your breath.
Five minutes. You just wanted five minutes to yourself, without a yokai breathing down your neck. Finally, you had it… kinda. Grim wasn’t so clingy, so you didn’t mind too much if it was just him with you. Settling down by the creek, you could actually hear your own thoughts for once as you relaxed in the relative peace and quiet. You had maybe a minute at best, when you heard Grim stirring at your side. That’s when you knew you had been found, but it wasn’t Ace and Deuce that found you––
They were yokai, but those that discovered you were not the yokai you knew. From your knowledge of the local area from your years here, there were no other yokai dwelling nearby besides those that currently lived with you. Judging by the packs over their shoulders, these yokai didn’t stick around in one spot. You got the sense that they did not stop here for a drink from the creek.
There were three yokai plainly dressed and far more intimidating than Ace, Deuce, Cater, Trey, and Riddle. Those five of Heartslabyul were friendly and extroverted, even their inhuman features were somehow welcoming like the softness of their bushy red tails, the sleek feathers of their wings, or the bright color of their horns. But these three were not like that.
These three were all tails, ears, and claws. They were all tough and rigid, the opposite of your yokai. The youngest was Jack, followed by Ruggie, and their leader Leona. You felt like time stopped as you watched orange string appear in all three of their hands as they refused to tear their eyes off you. Three more yokai, when you could barely handle six of them.
Which is how you ended up back inside your home, Grim looking out the window as it got dark and the weather got cloudy. Inside with you were Ace and Deuce getting chewed out for losing you, but when you explained that you had snuck away from them, Riddle stopped the scolding and instead had to focus on discussing with Trey and Cater the new possibility of more yokai joining you.
You didn’t want to think of such a thing, not when your house was fit to burst with the yokai you currently had. You made the fatal mistake of joining Grim by the window, and that’s when you saw what he had been staring at.
Just outside, partially under the shade of the trees, were the three yokai: Jack, Ruggie, and Leona. They were in their beastly forms. You couldn’t tell if it was a tactic they used to keep themselves warm from the wind and rain pouring down on their fur, or if it was a trick to make you fold when they looked so miserable and heartbroken and sopping wet. It’s as if they didn’t dare approach in case it angered you, didn’t dare to even step on the porch or enter the garden. They stayed at the treeline, where they got soaked but could see your house, and as they huddled beside each other for comfort or for warmth they held that orange string in their jaws.
You caved. You invited them inside on the condition they took their humanoid forms and didn’t cause trouble. Some of them would have to sleep on the floor in the meanwhile, but that didn’t appear to be an issue for them. Your yokai: Grim, Ace, Deuce, Cater, Trey, and Riddle, watched the newcomers curiously and carefully. As soon as you let Jack, Ruggie, and Leona in, they held their orange string while looking at you expectantly even as they were still dripping from the rain. That made you and nine yokai under one small roof.
If you thought it was difficult with six yokai, try it with nine. At least Grim was familiar with Ace, Deuce, Cater, Trey, and Riddle. So yes, while there had been the occasional bickering and squabbles, it was never anything serious. Afterall, they had experience living together in the shrine, but they were not used to the Savanaclaw yokai. And those three weren’t used to the others. You were thankful they always treated your word like gospel, that prevented serious disagreements from devolving into anything more physical.
One of the first things Jack did was nervously request if he could expand your home, as he thought you deserved more room. That was something you had to agree with, as it was impossible to live in the small cabin with the amount of yokai you now had. The Heartslabyul yokai were actually in agreement with Jack and assisted him in the task, so Ruggie joined them. If you attempted to help in the construction process, Ruggie would drop what he was doing and escort you back to the third yokai. Throughout the process, they preferred if you were out front with Leona on the porch where it was safe. Leona didn’t help much in the construction, instead, he seemed perfectly content with lounging around with his head on your lap as you could just hear the commotion behind the house and you prayed they didn’t destroy your home.
It took less time than you expected for it to be done, and for the two groups to get along. At least now you have a bigger house where you can actually walk without tripping over one of the nine yokai. Each one had their own room, with several more spaces to spare. Although in exchange for more space, you no longer had a single minute to yourself. Grim would watch on with you, vaguely interested in the methods the two groups used to try and outdo one another to gain your favor.
The Savanaclaw yokai didn’t hesitate to steal a few moments away with you. As intimidating as they once were, you quickly came to realize they weren’t so bad, but a bit overprotective. You gathered that their scars were from more than just simple fights in their past of hunting fellow yokai, so perhaps that explained that overprotectiveness.
Admittedly, you felt safe with them. No sane person, human or yokai, would attempt to encroach upon your abode now with these new yokai always prowling the grove. No longer did you have to rely on blankets for warmth and pillows for your head, the three were practically heaters which was especially useful when you were about to doze off. Grim would claim your lap as his resting place as Jack would attempt to discreetly lay beside you, Leona was never one to turn down a nap so he would be nearby with his tail draped over you like a blanket, and of course Ruggie would appear to hum softly until sleep overtook you.
After a few more months, you got accustomed to your nine yokai: Grim, Ace, Deuce, Cater, Trey, Riddle, Jack, Ruggie, and Leona. It was practically unheard of for someone to have this many yokai, or so you’ve heard. Well, it couldn’t get any worse than this, right…?

HI! such a big fan of yours! Ever since the first time i read your damnation story (all of them at once after the first), i am hypnotized. I love them so much! One thing that first struck me this isnt any ordinary story is how you potrayed the reader (us), i really like how you use the nickname given in the story, like we have our own very characteristic, like we really really play into the story, a sidecharacter but yet so immersed into the story. The was you dont use (y/n) (no hate) but tittles or nicknames was already into my fav throve of fanfiction treasure, made me really wanna grab every books' *_best selling of all time author_* to you.
I did make slight alterations in the design as mentioned in the story in the first paragraph ( i think the corset looks cool). Did try my best to incorporate wings in the cloak to make it bird-alike. Thank you for writing the most amazing story evah!

Wake up, y'all. New Damnation fanart just dropped. Yes, I'm still shocked I keep getting fanart for this series, but by no means am I complaining.
What I love about this is that you can tell it's water color paints, and I just think that is literally so cool. Do you know how hard it is to use that medium? I mean, I've tried paints, and they're hard, so props to anyone that can do it successfully. Which is why I just love the colors here, because I can only imagine how long it must've taken or how careful it had to be painted.
Also, this is just me personally, but I think my favorite part of getting fanart is sometimes the "doodles." I mean the smaller pieces on the side that are meant to be more humorous. I love that, eat that up every time, and this is no exception to that.

The King of Heart, the personal fav numero 1 in my heart (sorry, azul i still love you). Ive read this bad boy plenty of time, and oh boy still managed to get me *hooked*! I squeel and almost everytime riddle came into the scene (especially especially the lovey dovey part), almost facepalmed at ace and flabbergasted at cater.
I really like the reader's personality and wanted a furina from genshin outfit in red with some decorations to go along with! Thank you for this exclusive priviledge of reading one of your masterpiece! ^>^🎉

Hello Shiny! I'd like to ask something if it's okay, how did you use a layout in your Quotev about me? I've been searching through the internet for an hour now and I still can't find a proper answer😭
Tysm if you do answer this!
That's easy.
So, for clarification, I do not make layouts. I have no idea how to do that. However, there are people who do.
If you go to the Quotev search bar and just type "layouts" then click on "people," you'll find users who do that. Often times those users will have journals of layouts you can use. From there, all you have to do is highlight and copy which layout you want, then paste it in your "about me" page and change as you need. Keep in mind, some certain users ask you to like/comment before you use something of theirs, or they have other rules, and almost all of them ask that you keep the credits to them in the actual layout. So remember to read the accounts and see their rules first.
Hopefully this helps!

A REQUIEM: chapter two
– Summary: When your friend vanishes, their disappearance becomes buried under the massive wave of missing person cases. You take matters into your own hand, initiating your own investigation in hopes to find their possible whereabouts. The clues you have lead you to the Saja Boys.
– Warning: Yes, this is a yandere thing. Gender neutral reader.
– Note: No, there is no taglist for this series, sorry, y'all. It got really discouraging when some of the comments on the first part were just asking to be put on the taglist and said nothing else. The other comments? Lovely, thank you.
– Pages: 5
ch. I | ch. II | ???

Assistant. Did the leader of the Saja Boys just call you assistant?
“You're not cruel enough to leave us like this, are you?” The leader inquired, his voice slightly playful and teasing, it sounded unnaturally captivating. You didn't like how he called you assistant earlier, it felt a tad…contemptuous, or perhaps it was your current troubled state of mind imaging that. “Seriously, we go on in a few minutes.”
You couldn't let them catch on that you were not even supposed to be here. If you got kicked out, the chances of seeing the Saja Boys like this again were low. Extremely low. You had them here, in front of you. This is what you had desired.
“Um, right…” Your eyes caught sight of a poster on the wall, their figures on it with their names plastered conveniently over each one. “On it, Jinu.”
While rummaging through your bag for the supplies you caught glimpses of some of the subordinates, the crew members, stylists, production teams. Not all of them, but some of them looked at you oddly. Like how a cat would look at a mouse with gleaming eyes and sharpened fangs.
Were they realizing you didn't belong? Possibly. In an effort to rectify that, you pulled out a brush and approached Jinu. When he didn't even bother bending down or lowering himself in any way to make it easier for you to reach the top of his head, you bit your tongue to prevent some bitter choice words from slipping out. Standing on your toes, you reached your arms up, brushing down any stray strands. Not that there were any to begin with. It was just to make yourself seem useful and natural.
This was your chance. “So… I met this fan of yours recently.” The comb slid through his flawless hair like a hot knife cutting through butter. You were almost tempted to ask what conditioner he used. “I think it was the day of your debut. Have you met them?”
Instead of the leader answering your question, a different member did. It wasn't even an answer you wanted. This one was muscular with short hair dyed pink. “You're going to have to be more specific.” You frowned when he appeared to smirk and lean against the wall, stuffing his hands into his pockets. This jerk looked like the stereotypical jock, built with pounds of muscle in carefully selected outfits to show off the physique and attract wandering eyes. “We met a ton of new fans that day.”
Setting your sights on him, you marched over, playing the part of humble assistant as you lightly brushed the tuft of hair at his forehead before some strands accidentally got caught in parts of the brush. You made it this far, snuck into the venue, masquerading as a member of the staff. What was one more wrong if you did this?
The slight wince and hiss of pain from him was ever so slightly satisfying, especially when his cool pose against the wall crumpled. You failed to realize how this immediately caught the attention of the other four members, their reactions a mix of eyes wide with surprise and stifled snickers.
You had to check the poster again for his name. None of the names you had bothered to memorize earlier. “Sorry, there was a knot, Abby.” You hummed as he gawked at the few strands of pink hair that the brush had accidentally pulled out. “I’m talking about a fan about this tall, wearing a yellow jacket, front row at your debut show.”
Jinu was watching you intensely, and you had the gut feeling that he knew. That they all possibly knew who you were talking about, or at least, knew something that you didn’t. One of the members that exchanged glances was another pink-haired fellow, but his hair was a lighter shade than the last, plus it was longer and swept to the side.
He was the one to speak next, breaking the short bout of nearly tense awkward silence. Not only that, but he was the first to actually approach you, and lower his head slightly. “I like our new assistant. You’re cute.”
You couldn’t help but actually narrow your eyes at him. Anyone would have, should have, been flattered. But at the prospect that these boys knew something important that would lead you to your friend, and were potentially hiding it, well, it made you more sick than delighted. “How many times did you practice that line, Romance?” His name fit him well. Of course a boy band would have the flirty princely type.
“Just once.” Romance smiled as you reached for his heart-shaped necklace and took the time to carefully center it. What was more surprising is that he actually acknowledged your earlier mention of a fan. However, he didn’t give an answer you wanted either. “Mystery, did you see anyone like that?”
You were running out of time, you were sure of it. The five minutes had to be nearly up. Next was this Mystery fellow, and just like the other names, it fit him as he was obviously meant to be the reserved and, well, mysterious member that would reel in the audience with his quiet appeal. At the inquiry directed at him, he shook his head, completely silent in his response.
This one unnerved you, as he didn’t talk and you couldn’t even decipher how he felt with his lavender gray bangs covering his eyes. How did he even see? All you could make out was his nose and lips shiny with lipgloss, but it was like some sort of immovable force as no expression was portrayed on the lower half of his face even as you cautiously reached up to adjust his turtleneck collar.
“I get the feeling at least one of you is lying.” You quickly moved onto the last Saja Boy, the one with seafoam blue hair tucked under a yellow hat that really complimented his soft boyish features. Ah, yes, the infamous cute member, and with the name Baby? That was a dead giveaway, but this one didn’t actually seem so innocent. Not when he was crossing his arms so casually and looking at you with an expression that was… impish? Disdain? Interest? Probably disdain was the closest thing.
You didn’t reach out to fix anything on his form. Not when crew members were signaling that time was up, and the others were already filing towards the entrance to the stage by the curtains. Jinu obviously took the lead, followed by Abby who sent you a slight glare as he rubbed the spot you had torn hair off the top of his head, then Romance who sent you a wink and a charming smile, and Mystery who didn’t really seem to care too much about your presence, but last was Baby.
“I might have seen someone like that, or not, I don’t remember. Either way, I don’t see how it matters. It was just one fan.” Baby brushed past you, and you had to restrain yourself from reaching out to yank him back and demand answers. You felt your fingers twitch, the urge to act was there. And you nearly did, until the next words he uttered made you freeze. “You’ll probably never see them again anyways.”
You turned fully, a demand half ready to tumble off your tongue and past your lips, but you stopped yourself when they fully crossed the threshold between the curtains and the stage. Part of you was tempted to storm up to them, wrangle an answer out of them if necessary, but you went no further than the curtains. They were live, flashing their pearly white teeth in dazzling smiles as they waved to adoring fans in a crowd and were broadcasted to millions more.
When the phone in your pocket buzzed, you fished it out and into your palm, opting to ignore the voices of the television hosts introducing the five members: Jinu, Abby, Romance, Mystery, and Baby. These were the five suspects.
On the screen was a notification, a text message from the family of your friend, taking the time to update you that the officers still had nothing to report on your missing friend. Of course they wouldn’t, there were too many people going missing every day for them to keep up. Their words sounded hopeful in the message, as if wanting to believe that your friend just went on a trip and would soon be back. Although that was optimistic, it was better to believe in the delusions than the horrors one’s mind could conjure. If they were optimistic, then you would just have to be hopeful too and continue. It felt as if these Saja Boys knew something in relation to your missing friend.
The Saja Boys with their dramatic and energetic introductions that just energized the fans. It’s like with each member introduced, the crowd became louder and more frenzied until it was impossible to tune out. You looked up from your device, frowning as your gaze caught Jinu’s. All you could do was watch as fans fought their urges to run right up to them, scream bloody murder to catch their eye for just a single second by being the loudest, practically falling over themselves in a fever.
The Saja Boy’s leader appeared focused on you, taking note of your frown even as practically every single soul in the room was attracted to them like swarms of moths drifting towards a raging bonfire. Your gaze met his briefly as the host was talking about their first song, and you swore, it almost seemed as if he was looking at something past you–– and he shook his head before returning his attention back to the host that had addressed him for a question.
Raising an eyebrow, you looked over your shoulder, surprised to see a tall and buff bodyguard in all black standing directly behind you, practically leaning over you. There was that odd glint in his eye, and he hadn’t expected you to turn around.
“Excuse me, can you not breathe over my shoulder, please?” All it took was confidence and audacity, two qualities someone who truly belonged here would have. It wasn’t too hard to sound annoyed, especially when you were already frustrated enough by the recent encounter with the famous new boy band.
Immediately the bodyguard backed off, raising his hands as if in surrender while taking a few more precautionary steps backward. His gaze travelled down to the lanyard around your neck for a quick second, but then his gaze appeared more preoccupied with the stage behind you. “S-Sorry, uh, assistant. It won’t happen again. I’ll go, um, guard over there now…!”
You watched, perplexed, as the guard fled the scene to go stand watch by a different area backstage. What was that about? Why had that guard acted so strangely? What had he been doing before he stopped so abruptly? Turning back around, you only saw the Saja Boys in the glimmering spotlight, busy preparing for a performance.
Little did you know that perhaps one of the Saja Boys had just spared a particular soul from being snatched.

LOVE YOUR WORKS!! It also inspired me to start writing and your style of writing is chef's kiss🤌 ig what people say? And your ideas of coming up in new AU's to Twisted wonderland is simply amazing! It also makes me excited to see your other works that contain fandoms that I am not even in. Take care of yourself Shiny! Hope to see again your wonderful ideas[not forcing!:D] of managing to balance the characters backstory and adding some details! Makes your stories even more interesting! And OMG the Empyrean Au that you're doing is making me excited! Alright I think I am done yapping, bye bye!!
Thank you! I'm honored that I could inspire you to take up some creative endeavors. Hopefully, I can continue to inspire. Also, I'm so glad to see people seem to like the Empyrean AU so far, even though it's only the prologue.
I will admit, I've had this thought in the back of my mind now for a while. Basically, I somewhat worry and believe that Empyrean will not be as well liked or received as Damnation was. The reason I think this is because Damnation was released in very large chunks and the yandere content was nearly instant in some cases. However, Empyrean will not be released in huge chunks. It won't be a single update with +40 pages. It will be like several smaller updates, about 10 pages each, that should result in (hopefully) +100 pages for a single dorm. Additionally, there will be more build up to the yandere content, and it won't be so instant like in Damnation. Anyways, I'm just kinda ranting, been thinking about that for a while. No matter what happens, I hope most of y'all do enjoy it once I'm able to start putting out the chapters?

I wanna animate this so bad. The firefly scene- I saw it in my head and now I wanna animated with your permission can I please animate this?!?( and your work is great as usual you never disappoint! And take your time. I will wait as long as possible to see this finished.)
Woah, seriously?? It's only the prologue and someone already wants to make something for it? I mean, if you want, go for it. Animating seems difficult, so I wish you the best of luck. I'm also very excited to see if it gets completed, but of course, no pressure.
Please, feel free to @ me if you do complete it. I would love to see it!
