Thoughts..
I was feeling quite down today. It's easy to feel down in the colder months. It gets dark at 5pm now, so that definitely brings a lot of people down.
I read day 5 of this 365 Pocket Morning Prayers book.
It turns out, this is exactly what I needed to hear today. So I decided to share this.
I hope this helps anyone who is feeling down. Religious or not, I believe anyone can get something out of this.

Yes, money is definitely required in this world. To be honest, how important is money?
What good does money really do? Some are set for life. Some people aren't.
Honestly people lack compassion and empathy for eachother. Some rich men most likely won't care all the much for the poor man. This is reality.
A form of currency made out of paper and metals dictates people's lives.
And often times controls a person's life completely.
There are people who takes lives for money.
People find money more important than a single human life.
In all reality, money is only physical. Money doesn't come with us when we pass. This is reality.
Money is technically not as important as people think. Life is way more important than a form of currency. This is reality.
Choose life, not cash.
Money is the root of all evil.
A selfish person and greedy person spends their lives with lack of kindness and empathy for others.
A judgemental person will be judged also.
Life turns out better for the kindhearted and the empathic people.
What a person puts out always comes back.
This is reality.

Life is like an ocean. One wave comes then goes. Then you have a slight break. Then, another wave comes. This one may be bigger than the last. Or smaller than the last wave.
Sometimes, the boat needs fixed. Over and over again. Other times, the boat holds strong and gracefully floats you across the ocean of life.
What is this boat? It is your strength, courage, self-love, self-acceptance, and hope.
As long as you take care of yourself and accept yourself, your boat will never break apart.
If your boat does break apart, just get up and fix it, making a new and improved boat.
Sometimes, our boat has to break, so other lessons can be learned.
Don't be so hard on yourself.
We are only human.
We were put into this world knowing nothing. Our parents never had guide books to life. They just tried their best. As every good parent does.
Life is beautiful and definitely worth living.
Remember that whenever you go through another trial.
Life is full of ups and downs.
Just go with the flow of life and make the best out of everything you have in life.
Be humble and kindhearted. That will get you far in life.
Keep going, my friend.

Everything is so expensive these days.. Everyone is struggling to basically survive. Basic stuff humans need to literally live costs so much. The rich collect so much and give so little or nothing at all to people who has literally nothing but the clothes on their backs.
We live in a selfish and greedy world, where people lack empathy and kindness for others.
Sometimes it's hard to see the good in this world.
But I know good does exist.

Anger is a normal emotion we all feel. It all depends on what we do with that anger. We all have the choice to turn anger around into love (high vibration) or let anger control us (low vibration). One thing I heard is, "hurt people hurt people." If a person is hurt, that can lead them to lower vibrations, such as hate, bitterness, and selfishness. That is a choice, though. We all have more control over ourselves than we think. Negative emotions can also lead us to higher vibrations, such as love, kindness, and acceptance. Basically accepting the bad experiences for what they are. Bad experiences and emotions are lessons to be learned. We just have to move in love, think in love, and act in love. That's just a thought I thought would be nice to share.

Why shame someone for their body weight? What good does that even do? You don't know their habits or lifestyle. Even if you did. Why judged the person? What good does that even do?
A person can be healthy, no matter the body weight and size. Every body is beautiful.
A shallow person will judge a person by their weight. Be the kind person you know you are or can be. A skinny person doesn't always make a healthy person. Remember that.
If I were to gain weight I'd be judged. And that's so sad but true. Focus on your health, not just the way your body looks.
