Summary of the fan Louis hugged’s experience at barricade in Curitiba: She explains it was her mother’s idea to make a sign and at some point during the queue Joshua was around and her sister showed him, he smiled and started filming them. The other fans that were barricade helped her during the entire show to get Louis to notice the sign and he did during Chicago. Louis came back later and asked her sister about her condition. During Silver Tongues, Louis took her hand but another fan took it off but then he grabbed it again. She describes what was seen in the video, him with his face close to hers, he sang the words of Silver Tongues in her ear and hugged her. At some point, before he got down, Louis told her sister to tell her that she is so pretty. After the show, someone from his team went to give her the official setlist. - 16.05

jasmineishome: OKAYYYYH STORYTIME, we walked around the arena and came to a football field beside his tour bus. Then the lathums and Andrew Cushin came so asked if we could play football with them which we could. So we played for over an hour with them AND THEEEN Louis band walked by and Michael watched for a bit and THEN LOUIS CAME OUT AND WATCHED US FOR A SECOND AND SMILED AT US,?!?!??!?!? THEEEN mark was there and my friend screamed "WHERE ARE WE GOING TODAY MARK" AND HE LAUGHED SO HARD. and we continued to play football with the openers for so long, they were SOOO kind. We had so so so much fun with them, it was such a core memory.

My personal experience of my many concerts in Europe of the last tour (we only got fine line x Harry’s House Mixed Tours) was exceptional! So so many old fans, old 1D fans and new ones of course too, but the energy was amazing! So inclusive. All ages, but mostly 20-40 but also 60 plus etc. Everyone was dancing and standing and singing. Maybe it’s also a location thing? Plus shows like Wembley eg are always more prone to have casual listeners who only like WMS and think he’s hot than shows at like Frankfurt you know? Haha

Very true! My Harry shows for Fine Line/Harry’s House in LA and Paris were amazing. Great vibe. Very welcoming. Everyone dancing/singing. But I wouldn’t say they were heavy on pride flags at all.

I just came home from London Comic Con and I got a picture with Michael! LET ME TELL YOU, HE'S THE CUDDLIEST PERSON EVER!! I came up to him, asked for a hug and he immediately went for it 😭

He's a good hugger! I couldn't stop smiling, but neither could he! He really was enjoying himself 🤭

I love this so much! I’ve seen lots of pictures from MCM this weekend and totally felt a little jealous because I’m over here in the States and wasn’t able to go. I’ve definitely noticed what a great hugger Michael seems to be, and I’d love to get a hug (or more...just saying, haha) from him. But I’m so thrilled that you and so many others had this wonderful opportunity.

This also makes me think back to Halloween of 2020, when everything was still virtual and Michael had to cancel his appearance at Wales Comic Con a few months earlier. You could just see the depression coupled with the difficulty of isolation and being stuck at home creeping in over him, especially in his appearance. The change from that to now is nothing short of extraordinary, and I am just so, so happy that he got to experience a convention finally and bask in the glow of not only meeting fans, but being a fan, which we know he loves to do.

So I am super glad to know that Michael is as cuddly and delightful as he seems. Thank you so much for sharing this with me! x

The View from the Back, HSLOT Munich N2: it was my first time "seeing" Harry Styles. "Seeing" being a euphemism... we saw a tiny radiant speck of light moving across the giant stage. Lucky for us it was the blue shiny sequined outfit; we would've been entirely dependent on the big screen on N1.

The upside of being in the seated area of the stadium was that we had a fun view on the goings on behind the sound&lights tent, a part of the floor with no view of the stage as far as I can tell. There was line dancing before the show, a conga line during Wet Leg, and fun looking collective dances during the show. Mitch's guitar solo during She had many on their knees worshipping - I dind't know that was a thing. And I wish I could enjoy Matilda lying down too! A shout out to the two aubergines 🍆 🍆 who were immersed in dancing their hearts out pre-show - you were beauty!

I'd avoided social media since Horsens N1 hoping there would be a few surprises on the European leg. Imagine the thrill of excitement at realising that I was hearing Grapejuice and Fine Line live! Fine Line, people, Fine Line live!! My heart skipped a beat at the Best Song Ever intro... and I was so relieved to hear What Makes You Beautiful - phew, it hasn't been replaced.

The big screen graphics of the protagonist red house encouraging the smoking houses to quit went by in a flash, but it was enough to catch the drift. Hint hint, nudge, nudge, quit smoking Louis!

Walking around the outside of the stadium, pre-show, with my strawberry-clad daughter, the atmosphere was one of excited collective anticipation. Lots of positivity, real TPWK, and wonderful attention to fashion details. Bravo everyone!

I'll be on the floor at concerts from now on, preferring a real view to the mere overview. And, I will cherish this HSLOT experience - it's definitely something special.

Hi Ginaaaaaa!

So I’m a lucky bastard and just attended both Turin and Bologna. I’ll try to be brief but I have THOUGHTS. First of all, I guess I have to thank climate change for giving us tank top Louis two nights in a row, and so much ARM content. That man is so fine Gina, so so fine. He’s so dainty and yet strong and I wish he would talk more in his shows because whenever he did it was like the lights were suddenly brighter or something, it’s really quite a sight to see.

The thing that I wanted to point out is that he felt like two completely different performers each night. During the Turin show, at least until Megamix, the vibes were definitely off. He came out subdued, sad, like something had happened or he wasn’t feeling very well. His vocals, it pains me to say, were also far from perfect. It picked up a bit in the last part and we got some smiles but I have to say I walked out feeling a bit concerned about his state of mind, and I wonder if anyone else that was there had the same feeling. I know it sounds crazy but I’ve known my 5 idiot sons for 13 years and something was off. The crowd was also not the loudest, and I guess the two things influence each other.

Tonight, however, it was a different story. It was honestly one of the best shows I’ve been to. The set list was top tier, the crowd was LOUD and Louis was just on fire from the second he walked in. And what I found so incredible about this show is that it truly felt like a back and forth of energy and love between Louis and the crowd. I felt silly, but I teared up at some point because the crowd was so powerful and loud and he was just so so happy about it, that all I wanted was to scream louder, anything to keep making him happy, even though he is someone I’ve never met and probably never will. It was truly a beautiful thing.

And this made me think about the difference with Harry’s shows. I’ve been to a few, and with perhaps the exception of the very last one, I haven’t felt this kind of powerful love towards him, or at least in a different way. It’s almost like towards H there’s a desire to OWN, whereas towards Lou it feels like a desire to PLEASE.

Not sure if this makes sense but I’m tired and I just saw Louis two days in a row and did I mention that man is fineeeeeeeeeeeee

Hi, honey. That sucks that the Turin show wasn't what you'd hoped for. But I'm so glad you got to see a second show, so you came away with great memories.

I've never had that impression at the Harry shows I've been to––it's always felt like a massive outpouring of happiness and love, except for the first one where I was in pit surrounded by hets. So, maybe it just depends on the people around you.

Do you get the impression the live action is treating us like utter morons?? Like I thought that making it aimed at an older audience would open the doors for more subtle story telling, but no, they're just using monologues to tell us eveything! Like in the second episode Katara's like 'oh his power isn't that he's the avatar, it's that he ~connects~ to people'. Girl we're not idiots we can see that!! And the first episode with Aang's goddawful 'I don't want this responsibility' monologue

THIS, YES. The word that keeps coming to mind is definitely "subtlety". The show for literal children? Had it. The remake for adults? Not so much.
