Also I may or may not have missed the mark a lil bit... Whoopsies. Also if these takes are rancid, er, it was written at 3am as my defense

Before I begin, I'd like to say, I have a friend who dislikes(jokingly) Fenrir personally. Our nickname to him is matchstick fire show pony👍 (That's an entirely different story and a lot of my inside jokes are from a play through with this friend)

Fenrir!!!... Fenrir. God. (Runs hand through hair) I never have any sane thoughts about any of Omnicron's children.

So to start off with the basics, Fenrir aka Fona is Omnicron's 3rd child. Undying Fire, and we don't fight him until the actual Nexolord tower(which is a trait he shares with Zetta). Presumably, he hasn't transformed in a while till that point and for some God forsaken reason he isn't in Ignitia.

In n2 he is in Ignitia of course, and yada yada fire powers.

Now to start off with the insanity (clears throat)

He is, more of an introvert than I am and it hurts. (Frick, I should point out, in n2 me and my friend spent like 45 mins chatting in the room because we felt kinda bad leaving)

As a simple why I like him: A) He is in omnicron's family it gives him automatic insanity points, B) He is a very interesting character to me, and a bastard

In n1 we meet him with Ivan and he essentially let's us go to not get his hands dirty, and also, It took me 4 play throughs, but I finally pieced together he was the one who burned that house down. I'm a really quick thinker guys

Then his next interaction is in Royalle(excluding vision), where he WANTED to transform, but Ulzar spooked him off(you can get him Fen cmon), and tried to use his aura on our nexomon (something I need to go into a seperate rant about), didn't work (which.. Deena was either trailing us(my belief), or, Ulzar wasn't the friendliest with his nexomon from the get go)

Then it's in Lateria where he lets us through after we kick his butt, aura not working again and he leaves(coming here later. He, is he suspecting Deena here, is that why he let us go? Or is it because he believed Grunda would use us as toothpicks) , and then Grunda and yada yada

Then it's frozen which is mostly us fighting him and telling Glacia to get lost

So! Out of all of Omnicron's kids, he's the one who let's us go the most. Merida was gonna kick our butt but Zetta fetched her, Zetta had Royalle, Granda tried to eat us, Nadine tried and somehow failed to push us off a tree..

But Fenrir? He had the capacity to keep going at all the times minus Royalle where he was going to transform(📌), but he just kinda let us be, not his problem.

He is also the one who we meet the most, granted, but still.

One could say he just cared about Omnicron, I suppose. So heck, this random child probably won't do much. Maybe. But that then excludes Royalle.

He says in the tower it's been a while since anyone's been worthy of seeing his human form(he beats Remus, Ivan and their teams without it after all!), and thus fight. Warriors, fire, so on.

So then.. I think, a reaction to his aura not fricking working. Which is an issue immediately, because that's how they stayed atop. With that. So he must've thought that if that didn't work, then heck, let's kill the kid and get it over with

Cuz I don't think we're quite worthy of it yet ya know

... Then Ulzar steps in. I don't think he was as scared of Ulzar. Well yes, he may not have been wanting to fight him but it was also an Oh. Well, that bastard is there, and if he's doing it then it's fine. Cuz that's a reason and that's something also not his issue(Hi Ziegler), and that can be dealt with.

.. In Solus( the desert), it happens yet again. And there's no Ulzar this time so there's a real chance he just left you to get eaten by Grunda, or, as I said before Deena. If it was Nara, then that's still an issue, but hey, that one they can at least deal with

Am I missing the subject of the ask? Probably. I can't tell. But it's a ramble and if you didn't come for that then whoops.

Tower time towered, I think that one was pretty clear, then his Nightmare which,

Frick. I genuinely can't remember what he says. One can look it up later. I remember it being with Matthew and I remember what Ogroon says more than I do him. And fire powers, that too.

N2! N:E. Well, there he's convinced by Deena to give us Fire powers because Redemption. (And she is his younger sister I myself am guilty of not being able to say no on a couple occasions)

Epic fight with a cool transformation

Then he gives them to us(and in a dialogue branch says "Go without fear, (). You'll do fine. " or something to those lines which, Fenrir is a great uncle)

.. THEN it's a bit with us at the observatory, then I think that's all of his dialogue..? Minus the revival one.

I realize I missed the mark and just rambled about a bunch of different things but, hey. You're here to watch me go insane not be not insane, so.

Feeling a lil down today.

My head fricking hurts like crazy, the summer temperature pretty much dropped into winter temperature seemingly overnight, and there's a ton of drama and vitriol going through the Rain World community.... again.

You know, I've recently watched Inside Out 2 (amazing movie btw, would recommend), and it had many scenes and moments that really connected with me, but one that particularly came back today was Joy's "Of course I'm delusional!" rant.

Cus I've had that feeling a lot during my time in the community. Of course, when things don't affect you personally, you can kind of just brush them off and stay joyful, and happy, and positive. But sometimes, things just get so excessive that you just.... can't. You simply can't just sit back and happily relax while you're in a room filled with people violently screaming at each other, all of whom are people you don't want to see getting hurt.

I know a lot of people do manage just tune it out, and move past it, but I just..... I just can't. I often convince myself that it's really no big deal, and no one actually cares, and everything will be back to normal immediately, and we're never ever getting into messy situations again.

And it always turns out that I'm just completely delusional, and I just have to face the reality that none of those things are true.

I have watched YouTube drama videos, but I was never feeling any investment or anger towards what was going on. It was always just for curiosity's sake, and I would generally walk away thinking "Audience be overreacting, but the YouTuber response be horrid, and them getting exposed be good".

But unfortunately, it's a lot harder to think so nonchalantly about these things when it's happening to a game/community you are heavily invested in. It happened constantly in LoL's community - I hated it and moved to Rain World, only for it to follow me here.

It's getting pretty exhausting, and I'm honestly starting to contemplate if it's even worth staying in the community, as everyone seems to be forgetting that we're here to relax and have fun and escape from the struggles and annoyances of our day-to-day lives.

I don't know if this is just a side effect of everybody being either in their early twenties or late teens, cus I don't see these types in things in communities where everyone is older, such as Warcraft 3's. But if there's one thing I've learned is that at such a young age, we should absolutely not be thrown under the responsibility of managing and moderating hundreds/thousands of people, or to act as deciding forces in serious and heavy matters. After all, I'm also in my early twenties, and I know for a fact that I'd perform quite horribly in these kinds of situations (hence why I don't directly address them, ever).

Maybe it's best to just block and blacklist and ignore, and only interact with folks who are fully positive all the time - but just think about how much that would be, when you consider how many people post about politics, how many notes and reblogs the drama posts usually get, and how at times, even the mods of the official Discord server have shown extreme biases and vitriol. I'd love to retreat into a room where the atmosphere is fully nice and quiet all the time, but frankly, I don't think such a room exists.

I don't know. Maybe I should still stick around, cus this might be the last one.

It had almost been a month since Spartan-197 sacrificed himself to the risen horde that was chasing him, Rebecca, and Lucina. Before he sacrificed himself he handed his helmet to Lucina and told her that S.T.A.R would protect her and Rebecca. He left before Rebecca or Lucina could protest about finding another way. S.T.A.R had run the calculations about 197’s survival rate. He had less than a 1% chance of surviving the horde. Soon there was another attack and Rebecca was mortally wounded when taking an attack that was intended for Lucina. S.T.A.R looked at the wound to see what could be done but with no medical equipment or a UNSC medical ship, both S.T.A.R and Rebecca knew she wasn’t going to survive.

Rebecca’s parting was a somber one. She placed her hand on Lucina’s cheek and kissed her forehead one last time.

“I’m so proud of you Lucina. Never forget that. S.T.A.R will take good care of you. Now save yourself.” Those were Rebecca’s last words to Lucina.

S.T.A.R had been trying to conserve as much power as she could in the helmet to retain its battery. Without the Mjolnir armor’s battery, the helmet was running on auxiliary power. She had managed to keep the power limit efferent levels by shutting down unnessicary helmet functions and only used functions to aid Lucina in tactical decisions. Unfortunately however the battery was reaching the end of its life and to an extent so was S.T.A.R. When Lucina put on the helmet again, S.T.A.R would appear but her form would not be as solid as it usually was. She would flicker as if she was fading. She gave a sad smile to Lucina.

“Lucina. I must report that the helmet’s battery will soon die shortly. I am running on low power mode currently but soon I will need to shut down with the helmet. All strategic calculations show that this helmet will become a major hinderence to you rather than a benefit. You should ditch the helmet as soon as you can. I will never forget our time together and I am so grateful to have been able to experience watching you grow up. You have grown up so much. Please take care of yourself Lucina.” S.T.A.R said. Her voice would distort from time to time as she flickered.

It was cruel. This world is cruel. Everyone she loved and cared about is dying, one by one. First, her father...then Robin....then Hunter....then her mother and now...S.T.A.R. She cannot take it anymore. Why everyone goes without taking her with them? She does not want to stay alone! Who wants to stay alone?!

“Mom!” the princess clung to her mother’s body even when Rebecca stopped breathing. Lucina could not let go of her mother for a long time until the soldiers who were with her managed to tear her apart from the body. That world was the world where you could not even bury the dead. It was no wonder why many unknown diseases started swamping around, taking the lives of who survived the risens or poverty. The soldiers wanted to respect the queen and bury her but for now, they have to respect her wish to see the princess safe and sound along with thomas and maria. Lucina was still young...really young to fully comprehend what it is going on but she had to grow up fast and realize that this world is....hopeless.

It was about a couple weeks since her mother had passed away, Lucina heard the grim news of S.T.A.R’s battery problem. “--B-but, Star...n-no...not you too...please? please, please not you too!” the princess clung to the helmet, hugging it tightly--ah...it still has her grandfather’s scent...which reminded her of her mother too...

On that note, Lucina kept watching S.T.A.R’s image fading little by little every day until the day where she had to let the helmet go. Lucina did not leave the helmet on the spot but she had some hope that by a miracle--yes! a miracle! if people can’t come back to live, S.T.A.R might be, right? She just needs..power! right! Power! all she has to do is find ....find....power?...but what power? she does not know what is electricity or all these hard words her grandfather often spoke about--electricity circuit, charging, minus and positive elec...toron? why...why don’t they have these things? 

They traveled far away from the castle, and their numbers were reduced on each day, on each encounter with Grima’s goons of dead former fellow ylisseans. Without S.T.A.R they were forced to traverse on their own, no statistical background but you could say, everyone counted on their instinct to live.

Lucina thought if she couldn’t bury her mother, nor her grandfather, the least she could is put S.T.A.R somewhere...nice..if there is somewhere nice left in Ylisse. Down south, the destruction was less than how it is north so there was this solace she could grant her best friend a somewhat nice burial. 

There was a clearing with few visible plants. How ....pretty...finally, something else than withered and blooded ground. The company had to rest for a bit before resuming their travel so Lucina took this chance to look for a good place and she found one. There was a huge rock with two medium sizes rocks around it. It is actually funny how the helmet could actually fit in the space between these rocks. As if this place was meant for it to be here...or that’s what the princess thought. Lucina placed star in the space and clasped her hands to pray. pray huh....the last one she saw pray was her sir libra. he always came to teach her about naga and anything she wanted to know. he was kind and gentle. she had a lot of questions and he never got tired or bored of them, he just smiled and did his best to explain everything for her. But sir Libra died too....and sir Gaius....and...Freddy...and everyone....she could not stop herself from crying on one of the rocks, thinking about her friends--Cynthia, Owain, Inigo, Severa, Brady...everyone...where are they now? she has to go and find them. She has to!

at first, he declines right away before turning his face around so you couldn’t touch the fabric

could he really trust you? or would you leave when he found out he wasn’t a normal person with a normal smile, that he was a monster, that was someone who looked different, what would you do?

but if you didn’t love him for who he really was, then... what was the point, right?

shoji let out a trembled sighed in defeat as his dupli-arms took the mask off. he looked down in shame, eyes shut so he couldn’t see your reaction

but your reaction was... completely unexpected

"You're beautiful!!! Why didn't you tell me that you looked so lovely all this time baby??"

and in that moment, in those small moments, you can see his geniune smile.

you two were walking back to the dorms after training out on the field together

it wasn’t too late a night, just a few minutes before curfew

your hands were buried in your pockets as you two talked about your day and what you could improve on in training

“shoto, can i ask you a question?”

he thought you were mad at him for a moment 😳

“sure.”

you swallowed, as you took a breath, “can i touch your scar?”

he whips his head around, out of shock and confusion

you wanted to touch his scar?

shoto had never planned on anything like that happening to him, and especially not from someone who meant so much to him

“...i suppose so,”

you hid your anxiousness and swallowed, cupping his face in your hands as your hand brushed across his scar

a jolt went through your fingers at that moment, and it was the first time you’d ever felt so connected to someone

shoto todoroki, the prodigy and son of endeavor was letting you touch his scar

to your surprise, shoto melted into it as he closed his eyes, placing his hand gently on top of yours 

you could feel his hands shaking though his expressions were so relaxed

you kissed the side of his scar, running a hand through his hair

WHEN YOU COMPLIMENT HIS QUIRK: EIJIRO KIRISHIMA, DENKI KAMINARI, HITOSHI SHINSOU

eijiro cursed as he slammed his head against the wall for the hundredth time that day

he hated to admit it, but ever since the sports festival, everything had just been falling apart

for starters, he was already insecure enough on his own about his quirk

it seemed like everyone had something flashy and made them look invincible, while he was stuck with something that could only follow around his body and cracked if he used it too much

and that... that made him upset

but when the sports festival came around, not only did he see everyone with amazing quirks and using them to their full potential, tetsutetsu had nearly the same quirk as him

and to make matters worse, they had tied and had to settle it with a fist fight

“why?” he asked to himself, looking down at the floor. “why couldn’t i- why couldn’t i have been born with a flashier quirk?”

great, now he was crying.

at least no one else was around to see him this weak-

“kirishima?”

oh shit.

he turned around, his bloodshot eyes locking with yours. “h-hey,” eijiro said weakly 

“what are you- what are you doing here-?” you noticed the way his body trembled when he took a breath and blood trickling from his forehead. “hey, are you okay?” you said.

eijiro sincerely had no idea what to say. “my quirk,” he looked down at his hands. 

you cocked your head. “what about it? i think it’s pretty neat!”

kirishima looked up. “really?”

“mhm!” you nodded enthusiastically. “it can be the strongest barrier, or the most powerful weapon! i think it’s cool that your body can just become a shield out of nowhere, it’s like-- it’s like you’re a shield, ya know? sure, todoroki might have his ice, but that makes damage and takes time to clean up, like midoriya’s punches or bakugo’s explosions. but your quirk is its own little thing! and i think that’s pretty neat.”

kirishima beamed. huh, maybe so. 

DENKI KAMINARI

“good job, bakugo!” 

“haha, nice job on that one, kirishima.”

“your quirk is so cool, todoroki! i love how the ice just went striaght through the roof!”

he splashed the sink water onto his face. “get yourself together, are you really going to let a few words hurt you?”

but hitoshi couldn’t help but feel that way-- what could he even use his quirk for- no, no, he could use it for so much. but...

“ha! a quirk such as yours should be only used for villains, you monster! you might as well get out of here before anyone else tries to kick you out.”

hitoshi screamed in anger, splashing the water across his face and pressing hard into his eyes, before slapping himself across the face

normally, he’d push you away, but-- but now, he really needed someone

you didn’t mean to eavesdrop, but you were on a rush to get to school that morning and had to run ahead and pass through that area. 

“if it’s about what some of those idiots said this morning, just... know that i think, for the record, that your quirk is so cool.”

shinsou’s eyes furrowed in confusion. you? you thought his quirk was cool?

He has two "canonal" (cause there's other Dustcherry shipkids but yknow, in his mutliverse) younger twin siblings called Rose and Raspy, both 7 year olds. He calls the two 'Brother' and 'Sister' instead of their actual names because his very fond of them and is proud to have two siblings. He will protect them when in danger, thou its usually them that protects him because somehow their more mature then him. But they still love eachother. (Raspy is by @awelldressedtornado and Rose is by @awelldressedtornado and me).

Rust gets trained by his dad, Dust, everyday, or well, most of the time. The two sometimes forget. Dust trains Rust to use his pistols and also hallucination sometimes if they find someone to use it on. His the reason Rust is able to use hallucination and guns at the age of 13.

Rust is very fond of his other dad, Fell. He always asks him questions, tries to imitate what he does (thou his not a lil ball of anger like Fell so it's nearly impossible), follows him almost everywhere and calls him Papa. Fell is probably the favourite parent thou he loves both of his dad's equally.

Rust's favourite food is plain ass snow and snowcones. Here's why: When Rust (Also baby rust :)) was first brought to this world we call the multiverse, Dust and Fell didn't know anything about taking care of children and they lived in Dusttale so they couldn't ask anyone. So, when Rust was hungry and started crying, Fell suggested to feed him snow. Dust said no cause wtf thats stupid and he said "Free food". So Dust went out and fed Rust snow and he LOVED it. So thats where his gotten his love for snowcones and.. Plain ass snow.

Rust rarely swears. Or just never swears at all. Nobody knows why, he just says when he swears it hurts his mouth or something. So he never swears. (He says like: Heck, frick, fishsticks, crap, ect.)

Rust is very attached to his necklace and never takes it off, mainly because he got it as a gift when he was very young and promised himself to never take it off once he put it on. (He also lost it once and that traumatised him, sooo... Yeahh..)

Rust has a huge fear of water, which is kinda ironic since he likes snow which is made of water but y'know, he more has a fear of.. Swimming. He doesn't like rivers, lakes, oceans, pools, ect. He will never go in, maybe touch it with his feet but thats it. I think it's because he fell in the river nearby back then and was really traumatised. He can drink water, eat ice, nicecream, snow, ect and play around in the snow, just... Not swim in.. Big piles of liquid.

Rust has a cat called Jaws! It's a lil black kitten or cat. Prob a teen cat, with a red ripped bandana. He loves playing with him and petting him, and especially chasing after him. Thou, Jaws belongs to Dust. And they SOMETIMES practice hallucination on Jaws, but only sometimes, cat lives matter people.

-you knew what she was up to. she was either going to dare you to tell kuroo about your little crush, or force it out of you with a truth card.

-you didn’t know why she was so insistent on getting you to confess, but nonetheless you didn’t want to find out.

-(she’s insistent because she KNOWS kuroo is literally in love with you too, but you guys aren’t ready for that conversation yet smh)

-you’re a lil lost in your thoughts, but someone interrupts your thinking. 

-”you alright here all alone, y/n?”

-you turn around and see kuroo jus standing there, and you’re kinda confused because he’s the dude who’s usually all out in the parties.

-”oh, hey kuroo. i’m fine, just avoiding.. the party games i guess.”

-”ah, truth or dare? same. your best friend… scares me a little. i went out here to avoid getting roped into a dare.”

-he’s perceptive to the change of mood around you, and he’s fumbling around his words to give you an explanation, but you’re already bidding him a goodbye, saying you’re heading back to your best friend’s side.

-”y/n, wait. wait! i didn’t want to take the dare because if i kiss you i’ll want to be with you even more.”

-oh that stops you right in your tracks, and you’re just like, “you want to be with me?? do you like me too? really?”

-and kuroo just confesses to you there. he tells you how he’s had feelings for you for a while, and you’re just really soft and you guys are kinda just love-struck fools standing in the moonlight professing your love for each other

-and it all would’ve been very sweet if your best friend didn’t come barreling in, looking at the two of you with knowing eyes, and says in exasperation, “this is not what i quite expected, but at least you guys know about each other now.”

-your best friend ends her comment with an “i told you so!!” directed at the two of you.

-when she goes away, kuroo looks back at you, having regained all his confidence knowing that you like him back, and gives you a proposal.

-”what do you say we play the pocky game, just to thank your best friend for getting us together?”

-you’re goofing around at lunch, surrounded by some of your friends, and you spot akaashi by the corner of your eye.

-he sees you too, so he gives a small wave, and he smiles a little at you, before heading to his table with bokuto.

-your exchange with the setter did not go unnoticed by your friends. they poke fun at you, teasing you for your little “infatuation” with him, and you’re just… taking it because akaashi just smiled at you and you can’t really react because he’s just so pretty

-little did you know that akaashi was in the same predicament as well. he was freaking out on the inside about how “forward” he was with the wave (it isn’t very forward, but he’s shy), and also how cute you looked when you were laughing with your friends??

-your best friend has had ENOUGH. they keep glancing between you and akaashi, wondering how to get you two to tell each other how you feel.

-they look down at the snack in their hands, and a devilish grin pops up on their face. your best friend saunters over to akaashi’s table, unnoticed by the rest of your friends and you.

-they confront akaashi with the pocky.

-”akaashi-san, you and i both know that if you don’t confess to y/n, the two of you WILL combust into flames.”

-akaashi has no time to deny anything!! because bokuto and your best friend are already pushing him to your table.

-so here he is, standing in front of you holding a pocky stick out, and you’re completely flabbergasted. you shoot a glare to your best friend before turning to akaashi to say,

-”hey, kashi, you don’t have to do this if you don’t want to.. just ignore what my friend says.”

-and akaashi’s just a little ?? sad because he thinks that you don’t like him back but he decides to be blunt about it and he’s just like

-”i want to do it, because i like you. but i’d rather kiss you on your own terms.”

-everyone screams because no one expected he would be that forward, and they push you to accept his confession

-you didn’t need to be told twice. you take the stick from his hands and place between the gaps of your lips. you place your hands gently on akaashi’s face, your words a little mumble because of the snack in your mouth.

-”you can still back out, akaashi.”

-he’s completely flushed, but he murmurs back in a soft tone, ”i want this, y/n”

-you guys play the game, biting the stick down hesitantly, but when your lips finally meet, there’s no hesitation at all

-your kiss with him was brief, but still so full of adoration. he’s so gentle, and when you pull away, he’s looking at you all soft and asks you out under his breath. iwaizumi

-if you think that oikawa has nothing to do with you and iwaizumi playing the pocky game, you’d be mistaken.

-oikawa’s so pushy about it, and coupled with your best friend’s evil tactics, you and iwaizumi get roped into a very weird situation.

-you and iwaizumi are just chatting, nothing special. you guys have become accustomed to each other, and despite the fact that you like each other without the other knowing, you two play it off really well.

-but oikawa and your best friend are frustrated. they see the two of you talking, and are like?? why won’t they confess already??

-so they kind of devise a plan.

-your best friend tells oikawa to approach you with the venture of playing the pocky game with him to ward off his fans, and oikawa agrees to do it during practice later, where he knows that you and iwaizumi will be together again.

-later, you step into the gym, looking for iwaizumi and oikawa just appears in front of you, holding a box of pocky in his hands.

-”y/n-chan, you HAVE to play the pocky game with me!! please, you’re the only girl i can trust, and i think iwa-chan will kill me if my fangirls come and disturb practice again!!”

-jokes on him though, because iwaizumi is more likely to kill him for using you to fend off his fangirls.

-and he does. iwaizumi spikes a ball straight to oikawa’s head. and he’s lecturing him about not being able to respect you and your wishes.

-”you asshole, you don’t force people to kiss you through a game.”

-and oikawa forgets about the pain he feels temporarily, and he tells iwa really cheekily, ”then you play it! i think y/n-chan will be more than happy to oblige if it’s you she’s kissing.”

-you’re embarrassed, iwa’s embarrassed, and you guys fumble over your words until your best friend interrupts and just tells you to do it before they make you.

-”the two of you already fricking like each other, just do it to make everyone happy.”

-he does, with your permission. he confesses to you quickly, telling you that he’s liked you for a while and you do the same

-it’s a short and sweet confession, and when you guys play the pocky game, iwaizumi’s still really unsure of himself, asking you if you really want to do it.

-when you kiss him though, all his doubts go away. he’s over the moon that you like him back, and will most likely ask you to a date right there and then.

Incoherent thoughts about A Court of Silver Flames (2021) by SJM

Do not expect this to be a critical, unbiased review at all. Eet just ease what eet ease. Spoilers ahead laddies. 

*unwanted preface* 

Okay, so like, you know those things that are neither objectively perfect nor unproblematic yet you love them and are attached to them anyway? Yeah, this is me with SJM’s writing. See, I been with Sarah and Throne of Glass since March of 2015 and with ACOTAR since the summer of 2015 when I was 13 and honestly, ACOTAR in particular occupied a decent portion of my formative teen years. Eventually, when I was about 16 I sort of ended up getting distracted from YA books and went into my thot and kpop era. A main reason for this is that I found ACOFAS particularly disenchanting. This ain’t about that book (sigh) but let’s just say as much as I was still attached to and in love with the ACOTAR world, I was still able to get very annoyed by the decreased quality of the writing and also the evident projecting Sarah was doing onto Feyre with regards to her own life and experiences (ahem). No, the lack of developed POC in the book had nothing to do with it ironically. 

So basically, since the spring of 2018 I haven’t read any SJM yet I never fell out of love with the books either. I’ve sworn off TOG after whatever the hell EOS was, but ACOTAR was always more special and close to my heart by tenfold, honestly. See, the best day of my 2016 was the day I found out ACOTAR was getting the extra 3 novels and 2 novellas. ACOFAS was a dumpster fire but I was actually surprised to really, really enjoy A Court of Silver Flames while it obviously has a couple (multiple) sus facets to it. The susness aside, I thoroughly felt at home reading Nesta’s book despite how irrational that might sound. No, I’m not here to say the book was objectively good but I’m here to say I still enjoyed it despite my love-hate relationship with SJM and her writing. :( :( :( 

That being said imma still roast tf out of a couple aspects of it. :)

Aight wbk that SJM like, projects a lot onto feyrhys right. I’m not even gonna deny it. Like as horrible as it sounds, when feyrhys were, like, struggling as a couple and shit in ACOMAF, that’s when I loved them the most but then the shitstorm that was ACOWAR hit and they couldn’t go without boning every two seconds or calling each other mates and shit and basically every character in the book started kissing their asses (except Nesta) to the point where they were infallibly good and powerful and everyone’s heads were lodged up their asses... I got PISSED OFF then, right.

Now, in ACOSF (is that correct?), they were side characters and, gratefully, that romance between them was toned down. But here are some things concerning feyrhys and the Court of Dreams that irked tf out of me, and the implications that they had for Nesta (who is perhaps one of the baddest bitches ever) had me feeling homicidal towards the IC:

Every single time Nesta said shit about Rhys and then Cassian got mad I wanted to SCREAM like yooo let her roast tf out of him like yeah I get Rhys lowkey did a lot for her both directly and indirectly but cmoooooon not everyone needs to be riding his dick like the man HATED Nesta from the get-go. I loved the idea that someone in the book lowkey abhors Rhys just for the TEA it gave me. Like yeah, okay Cassian, I get that he’s your bro but he can SUCK NESTA’S DICK also like my girl is a DEATH GOD.

Here me out: the Inner Circle completely dehumanized Nesta, they completely disregarded her personal autonomy and caged her in which is ironically the very behavior that was villainized when Tamlin did it to Feyre. First of all they restricted her movement, they made decisions FOR her, they withheld from her knowledge about her own powers, they decided what’s best for her and acted like she was a rabid dog the entire time. Only Cassian and Azriel seem more blameless in this regard, but the level of scorn and abohorence and moralizing Feyre, Elain, Rhys, Amren and Mor did towards Nes made my blood boil. At the end of the day, the Inner Circle did the VERY THING they hated being done to Feyre. Whatever happened to the freedom they professed? The autonomy they decided all members of their court deserved? That was all bullshit, or was this switch-up SJM’s way of creating justifiable conflict between Nesta and the Inner Circle... either way, there was no closure about this and the way they dictated Nesta’s behavior whilst completely mistreating her imo.

More on Nesta’s treatment - okay listen the way the narrative had every character acting like Nesta was fricking scum and for WHAT??? Okay, she didn’t hunt when Feyre and they were poor, she was bitchy, she hates the Fae... okay, why is Nesta still being punished for her mistakes like this by the Court? Does their forgiveness only apply to those in their clique? They’re acting like her drinking and sleeping around and her general bitchy behavior is sooooo toxic when they ALL coped with their respective trauma in questionable ways in their centuries of living. And the narrative never condemned them for this behavior either... like cmon they had an “intervention” about Nesta like if she needed to reach a certain moral standing to be lovable or something. Seems to me that only Cassian was willing to love her, bruises and all... “There’s nothing broken to be fixed. You are helping yourself. Healing the parts of you that hurt too much - and perhaps hurt others too”. But as beautiful as that it, it seems the IC see Nesta’s healing as her “redemption arc” when I never saw her as a villain or monster to begin with. They acted like she had to become deserving of their acceptance. Bullshit.

No cus more on this... Cassian is the only person who defended Nesta, the only person that wanted to help her heal and grow when everyone else wanted to fix her. He was the only person who was kind to her from the original trilogy (i.e. not counting Emerie and Gwyn). He stood up for her and I’ll gush about them in the next section, but the dynamic between Nesta and the IC was the least enjoyable aspect of the book for me. It was clear SJM wanted to spur Nesta towards the path to healing yet only figured out how to do so whilst only keeping feyrhys as the nucleus of this arc, and so she had them force Nesta into her “special journey” (because she loves them so much, cus they’re sooooo perfect right *rolls eye*), yet, the narrative didn’t quite condemn them for their toxicity towards Nesta at ALL, even towards the end. The good thing is that Nesta did not become an ass-kisser throughout the story and laud them for “helping her” every waking second. Only Cassian didn’t shun her for her inner negativity but embraced her. And Az was pretty cool too, can’t hate him.

Ahem, the ending: okay, I’m not even capping, but I hated that Nesta lost her power for feyrhys. I get that she genuinely did it out of love and shit and I’m not even gonna lie, the thought of feyrhys dying had me on the verge of tears cus as much as I hate them, I also love those bitches. Yet, the culmination of Nesta’s power was, what?, to save feyrhys. This way, the narrative put Feyre at the center of Nesta’s narrative towards the end. And Nesta lost that Death God power that she basically EARNED in that Cauldron. This is the biggest flaw of the story. She fought against her own power to give it up... for Feyre. Like??? What??? Why was that baby arc even necessary????? Why was Nesta giving up her power necessary to fulfil her healing arc which was the POINT of the book??? Like what?????? It left a sour taste in my mouth. No- an abhorrent acidic bitter taste in my mouth. 

Elain. I CANNOT STAND THIS GIRL. She completely abandoned Nesta and for WHAT??? For Feyre??? This only served to reiterate from the narrative’s POV that Nesta was scum and again, idk WHY. And also, why tf does this girl mistreat Lucien like this??? LUCIEN AKA MY FAVORITE CHARACTER???

I just don’t get how the narrative reiterated that Tamlin is the worst of the worst when you got Rhys hiding shit from Feyre, hiding knowledge of Nesta’s power from Nesta, all of that. Like, was the entire point of ACOMAF not for Feyre to embrace her power and become her best self? Rhys never for one second tolerated withholding Feyre’s power from her. So why tf does this apply to Nesta? Cus she’s unhealthy? Okay... so what??? Why villainize her like this and imply she’s undeserving of her power and a waste of life??? I’M LAUGHING SO HARD RN LIKE WHERE DID THIS EVEN COME FROM??? What did my girl do that was sooooo bad that yall needed to treat her like this. Tell me why feyre and amren and varian and rhys all acted like Tamlin in this book. Cardi voice WHAT WAS THE REASON. I AM SO MAD ABOUT THIS CUS THEY ACTED LIKE THE FRICKING MORALISING SYCHOPHANTS THEY CLAIM TO HATE.

Like bitch??? They’re like those youth pastors that reiterate how broken and messed up people with mental illness are? Acted like Nesta screwing guys was the worst thing ever when they should have embraced her? Like I get she would push them away but really??? “Waste of life”??? 

So we gon gloss over how Amren was insisting Nesta shut up about the baby business to Feyre (aka hiding shit from her)? How she was implying that Rhys should conquer all of Prythian? Hear me out, even as someone from a Caribbean country that was colonized by the whites, it actually doesn’t bother me when the theme of conquest comes up, like, this is a fantasy novel and colonization does not exist within the same context for me. That being said, like, it felt as if the narrative telling me lil Rhysie is just sooooo perfect that he needs to be High King. Like, I respect the fact that Rhys has no wish to do so. Homeboy never seemed to care for conquest beyond ensuring his Court’s prowess and safety so WHAT WAS THE REASON AMREN??? Like? What kinda crack was Amren on this entire book???

The worldbuilding... listen, the politics and history felt all over the place, felt incoherent and flat honestly. Didn’t bother me as much as it did in ACOWAR but it was just *meh*, not good. Not horrible, but not great. I preferred the world when it was directly the result of Beauty and the Beat and East of the Sun, West of the Moon.

The Fae have lost their *magic*: no cus what I loved about the first book was that the Fae were one with the Courts and felt very fleshed out in terms of their powers and shit, but now only Eric and Lucien and Tamlin and sometimes Rhys have that same magic for me. Like... the sensuality of the Fae in terms of their actual Celtic roots, that which felt whimsical and immersive in the first book, feels lost to me. I can’t explain it but I feel less nuance and orthodoxy in their portrayal. However, I DID love this one line featuring none other than the loml : “Amid the pink and white blossoms, the cold-faced Autumn Court heir looked truly faerie - as if he’d stepped out of the tree, and his one and only master was the earth itself”. LIKE I SALIVATED THAT IS MY MAN.

Okay let’s talk about the smut like I didn’t like the word choice as usual like quit with the euphemisms and say cock and goooooo. That being said like, okay, I like how she set up the physical dynamic between Nesta and Cassian cus the sex wasn’t some big romantic climactic build-up like how it was in acomaf like they were being NASTY from the get-go and I respect that drip. Like she did not cap on how porny the smut was and thank God it wasn’t some cliche romantic honeymoon type shit, like it was almost on the ao3 level of smutty goodness. All it was was missing was coarse language and hard kinks but in general, I liked the Nessian smut in this book more than the feyrhys smut in particularly ACOWAR and ACOFAS, like Nessian just do not cap.

Listen... you see that whole part when Nesta was like imagining how awesome it would be to dance Lucifer’s Bachata with Az and Cassian? Yeah, my girl just let her thoughts run wild. Like Nesta makes Feyre look naïve. Like you know how Tumblr porn in 2016 used to be with the aesthetic type shit? That’s Feyre, but Nesta is like on Pornhub level and it’s so fitting I was YELLIN lowkey. I feel like less importance was placed on how meaningful the sex and shit should be in the book and I respect that.

YOU SEE WHEN NESTA TOLD FEYRE ABOUT THE BABY!!! I WAS CHEERING HER ON. No cause they were being so nasty to Nesta especially Amren and then Feyre entered with all of her moralising shit like honey you KNOW damn well what you’re doing to Nesta is what you hate being done to you. Like damn right tell her, cus I could not STAND the double standard.

The whole training the women thing was a nice touch. It was kinda corny but also sweet. That being said, I laughed so hard when I realized how this entire book was Nesta’s quarter-life hippie rebirth where she learns to meditate and work out and read romance books and face her inner demons like this is some real New York college shit. All that was missing was a Starbucks.

Cassian. Man I love this man so much. No like he displayed peak dilf behavior. I think his attractiveness isn’t based on his bravery or his hotness but his humility man. Like he’s not a thot, he’s respectful, yet tough, yet contemplative. He’s contented with his life station yet wants to always be a better person yet is such a strong rock who really loves Nesta not despite her flaws but because they are part of her. I love the way he stood up to Rhys a lot, he didn’t shame her when she was awful to him, and he is protective (annoyingly so sometimes) but he really wanted her to empower herself. Their relationship isn’t perfect (I’m not in the mood to dissect the problematic aspects rn) but they were so sweet together and I didn’t expect to like them as much as I did back when they were lowkey a thing in ACOMAF.

The mates thing didn’t bother me cus I saw this shit coming since 2016. Yes, it’s cliche and annoying but the mates status also, like, has no meaning to me so it is what it is. Didn’t think they NEEDED to be mates but I was happy that them being mates wasn’t the core of the novel and it was secondary to Nesta’s individual healing journey.

Prepare for me to get sappy but another reason why I loved this novel was because it was a story of healing. :( :( :( The road to healing and growth in the emotional sense is always beautiful to me despite how flawed it often is when SJM writes it. I just felt really immersed in the emotional woes and eventual growth of Nesta despite my issues with the book and this is perhaps one of the main reasons that I found it beautiful, because healing as a theme is always beautiful and raw.

More of Nessian but like their relationship feels so real and raw too. No, cus like, it wasn’t tinged in as much fictitious idealism as feyrhys’ relationship was. They weren’t all stupidly in love and seeing each other in the universe and shit, like they just made each other happy and weren’t portrayed as the perfect soulmates who were each other’s yin and yang and whatever thank the LORD. Them having each other’s back was enough and ughhhh Cassian was just so sweet and such a good trainer and so aloof yet passionate like I been waiting to see more of him since ACOMAF so yayyy.

Okay... that scene where Rhys kneels to Nesta and she embraces him. yes. YES YES YES YES YES that shit was the shit that made my year like I want this man to be in her debt for the end of time like this hoe saved yall like big strong high lord better bow to the “witch” like I could hear angelic choirs at that scene like Rhys doesn’t just yield to people so easily so like, it was just kinda epic okay. Little bitchass Rhys with his perfect little river house and emo boi clothes stfu hoe.

No cus I love how Nesta told Cassian she didn’t wanna hear about Feyre’s special journey or Rhys’s special journey or Mor’s like I got fed up of people acting like they epitomized “good” and the “good path” to self-discovery when they can choke on a baguette as far as I am concerned.

Eris. So here is the thing. Since 2015 in ACOTAR when Eris was Under the Mountain being all red-headed and cunning and sexy and evil I have been obsessed with him... well, the idea of him I had in my head and how delectably abhorrent he seems (I like villains and side-characters okay). Maybe it was just his name (Eris is a hot name shut up) or the idea of a rich, cunning fox-faced prince in the same universe appealed to me. Either way, I actually never expected by favorite cameo-character to become... important. I’ll die on the hill of loving him. Here is the thing... I don’t want him to be good, in the same way I did not want Rhys to be a good guy in ACOTAR either. I don’t need him to be a secret angel, I don’t need him to be sweet and good like Rhys always was apparently. Honestly, I want him corrupt but likeable and pertinent to the story. That being said, I really want him as the main character for one of the upcoming novels sooo bad like please PLEASE let me see the autumn court and it’s two-facedness please like if not Eris then Lucien as the main character please.

Lucien... aka my fave character since the first book man. Mannn, SJM does homeboy so dirty like I have always loved Russian fables and hence, I am so ready for Lucien x Vassa x Jurian in the Vasilisa retelling with the firebird trope and Koshei. NO CUS in 2018 I was finna write a 100k word fic about this but then I forgot about it no cap, I still have the story plan in my Onenote actually but let us not reminisce. See, my ao3-loving ass wants an angsty poly relationship and also a hot Koshei I have been waiting YEARS for this you hoes, ever since Elain got the premonition of Vassa as a firebird in ACOWAR like God please please please give it to me and make it feyrhys-less as well yasss.

I lowkey wanna suspect Eris is gay and Mor, also gay, knows and that’s why she lowkey kinda tolerates him now. Yet, I cannot be sure and yeah I just wanna say that I kinda want that arc lmfaooo (my ao3-self is showing shut up).

No cus I was TEASED by only seeing a glimpse of Vassa and Jurian but THEY SHALL HAVE THEIR TIME I KNOW IT.

Tamlin living as a beast is so interesting to me. He’s a side-character now but ughhhh he was so mystical and interesting as our good ole Beauty and the Beast beastie like it’s sooooo mysterious and alluring how he’s becoming his own villainous legend like I still care about Tamlin’s blond ass self despite everything. 

Give us the snowball fight scene you coward.

I just gotta say Nessian could outsmut Feyrhys any day and that makes me proud.

FRICKING AZRIEL like first of all Mor doesn’t NEED to come out until she’s ready but she gotta let the man down nicely some other way so he can move on. I do not like Elain. Never did. I still do not. I do not, frankly, want a whole novel where she and Azriel fall in love and she rejects Lucien like... okay, I DO want her to reject Lucien so he can be with Vassa at the very least but also I am not interested in Elain’s POV rn. BUT I WANT AZ’S POV AND LIKE WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO DO I WANT MY EMO BOI TO BE HAPPY. This is so frustrating cus Az is a walking DILF right and so, what am I supposed to do now.

I kinda miss the Spring Court just a little. It’s pretty shut up. It got that Zuhair Murad fashion too. 

Umm like, what the hell is up with that business with Helion being Lucien’s dad? We need more on this which is why I want a Lucien POV book goddammit.

Yoooooooo yall remember that bitch from ACOWAR who hybern was finna kill and she had a name and everything and then there was some foreshadowing and shit? What’s up with her? Like I can’t even remember her name lowkey but yeah what’s up with that. Was it something like Briar or Briannon or somthing???

Is Mor getting a book? Like deadass I need the Lucien and Vassa book, I need the Eris book, I need the Mor book and I need the Azriel book. Damn. Been waiting 6 years for some of this shit.

Okay that is all for now. Yes, this book has problematic elements at every level but I still loved it yet also hated some things about it. I won’t read House of Blood and Earth nor will I finish the TOG series but I guess I’ll stick with this series which remains near and dear to my soul despite what people gotta say about it. It made me happy and that’s what matters. Nesta is a huge ass inspiration to me as a character and I still wanna see her make the Inner Circle’s life a living hell uwu. I admittedly got HELLA emotional reading this story because it’s nonetheless super meaningful to me even at age 19 and it’s really powerful for me as a comfort book, and I look forward (a little) to what this woman put out next... sort of.

The Wicked Powers Theories

The Wicked Powers has recently been getting me excited WAY too much - which says a lot about how weird I am since Cassie hasn’t even started on it yet (LOL).

aND, so, I kind of thought it’d be nice to jot down some predictions and theories on how the series might go and maybe some thoughts on THE SHIPS (that really do be the real TEA).

So.Here we go.And do let me know about any thoughts you have on this topic as well - I read anything about TWP like a crazed creature these days istg.

1)The POV has already been envisioned to be from Ty, Dru and Kit. I absolutely love this settlement since they are all very intriguing characters. Ty is an interesting person and his actions are always unpredictable, so we might enjoy this one. And,I believe he is at The Scholomance while the story progresses, followed by Livvy (Ghost Livvy, I mean).It’s still unclear what Livvy’s situation is, so I can’t wait to know more about that - it’s bound to be something unexpected. And, as for Dru, it’s kinda obvious. We all know that WE HAVE A LOVE TRIANGLE COMING UP. But, other than that, we also know she attends The Academy and finally starts to makes some friends and even has that really close Italian (..or was it Spanish???) Shadowhunter friend who’s her age and Cassie also revealed that the two are really tight indeed. And I will be honing in on the Love Triangle soon - I told you I’ll be trying to spill whatever tea I’m guessing at.  And, as for the last character WE HAVE KIT! OMFG YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE OLDER BROTHER KIT.LIKE GOSH DARN IT HE IS SO ADORABLE AND MINA IS SO EFFING CUTE I CAN’T EVEN-                          AND KIT’S TRAINING WITH JEM AND HE IS GOING TO BE A WELL-TRAINED SHADOWHUNTER IN TWP, SO YAYYYY!! And, I absolutely CANNOT wait for MinaXKit interactions, they are the cutest siblings ever and I absolutely know that Mina grows up to be sarcastic. I can’t wait for the possible sarcastic arguments between Kit and 4-year old Mina. YOU THINK I FORGOT ABOUT KITxTY? NOPE.THE REAL SHET’S COMING UP.

2)Now,we know that the storyline is going to have something to do with that Faerie Heirloom that was from the Rosales Family. And, Cassie also said it was going to be kind of an Arthurian Legend-ish story. If you don’t know the Arthurian Legend, I suggest you read on it. I’m not sure if Cassie meant the characters and LOVE Aspect of it or the LEGEND aspect of it as in the stuff about Excalibur and all. But, for now we’ll view it in both and examine it, shall we?

This is the drama in the legend.But, there are no relationships with the MCs yet. So idk. I’m clueless. Like, maybe Dru has a relationship?? Okay I’m clutching at practically nothingness so don’t judge me. :/

So,it’s obviously something to do with the LEGEND.

I am afraid I cannot say too much about it, since I have never read too deeply about it. But, here’s some of the basics:

-He managed to pull out Excalibur from the rock it was stuck in.

-He wielded Excalibur for the people and not for his own self-interest.

-He gets help from a wizard named Merlin.

-The peeps go on a quest.

So,now I thought this was interesting- the destruction part. After all, it’s something I’m expecting about the Shadowhunters. Will the Clave maybe be destroyed? Or maybe Faerie will be destroyed? So,there were three things that brought on this uh Destruction.FIRST, his wife and his best buddy were going behind his back and doing them lovey-dovey stuff. And they all go on some quest to retrieve something important to them. So, this sounds like something plausible to be the plot of TWP. Maybe the Heirloom’s missing? And who goes on the quest though? Maybe they venture through Faerie? BLAH MY HEAD HURTS SOME THINGS ARE BETTER TO BE SURPRISED WITH ;)

-----I kinda scrolled back up while writing about Janus down there and remembered CLARY MIGHT BE TAKEN HOSTAGE LIKE YESS AND THEY GO FIND HER MAYBE?

3)We will defo see Christina, Mark and Kieran at some point- no worries, Emma and Julian too. Happy Couples! XD

4)So,then we can look forward to Dru and Jaime’s interactions. I am absolutely excited for this the most, as a shipper of the two. If you remember, we saw Jaime ignoring her for a while back there at the end of QOAAD and then he says “See ya at the Academy soon ig”. I really do hope they meet and hang out as friends, at least. I am excited to see what kind of trope it’s gonna be tho. Like, do they ignore each other and remain awkward until they start the adventure stuff in the book where they eventually have to talk to each other after years or smth. Or, maybe they’re really good friends rn. But, what I’ll warn y’all shippers is that they might not end up together, and could wind up as brother-sister-ish kind of best buddies. Which is equally cute a relationship imo. It’s a really sweet thing to be, really. I lowkey hope Cassie spins something beautiful for their relationship like a sibling-like best friends kind of thing. But, I feel like they might have feelings for each other in secret. Or maybe they date. Or maybe they suppress their secret-feelings for the sake of friendship later on in the book and end up having that really sweet friendship I was talking about.There are SO many options and that is precisely why I am so freaking excited.

5)JAIME ROCIO ROSALES.       Like, I have this gut feeling that he might end up being my fave male protagonist character in TSC. He’s got it ALL. Like, the sense of humour, the looks, the bubbly yet brooding personality, the quirks and OFC THE FRICKING NAME ITSELF IS CUTE AF LIKE BRUH I CANNOT WAIT TO READ ABOUT HIM.I have so much to say about Jaime but I’d rather we let ourselves simply wait for the crumbs Cassie might give us or maybe reread all his parts in TDA like I do everyday or just wait for the book to come out rather than simp for someone we know nothing about yet....

6)Ash Morgenstern.         He’s a cute lil bean.        That was random and untrue lmao. He’s not a ‘lil bean’. He’s totally badass with dem wings and all, but we know he’s soft inside for Janus and ofc Dru, I believe. I find him the most intriguing character, honestly. I would love to know what goes through his head. He’s actually, like, the one character in TSC that I don’t have all figured out. He gon surprise us all for sure tho. He is awesome. That’s all I have to say for now. And he looks up to Janus which is SO GODDAMN SWEET AHHHH. And THE WINGS I CANNOT WAIT TO READ MORE ABOUT THE WINGS IT SOUNDED SO BADASS ISTG I LITERALLY CANNOT WAIT GOSH DARN IT. But he really do be a cute lil bean lowkey tho.

7)Kit and Ty LOL. I have no words really. But lemme tell you how it might go. There is definitely going to be some kind of reunion. AND THEN THAT’S WHERE IT GETS CUTE. They could either be awkward and we know what tension that gets us-perhaps some whisperings of My Watson...(?  ;) and maybe they go all sad and brooding with dem looks later OR, they could be the sweetie-pies they were before and be happy and all HIII BUDDDYYYY MISSED YAAA LESS GO BE DETECTIVES YAY BURN IT UP MAH BUDDY!! Either way it’s going to be cute af and we know it . TRUST IN CASSIE Y’ALL.I trust Cassie to let this ship sail the seven seas and seven more like it deserves.

8)Ash and Dru So, Ash has a strange lil fixation on Dru and I believe he even thought she was ‘pretty’ or something. It was definitely a good adjective, but I think he said ‘pretty’. idk but we know he likes her. and I can imagine a nice relationship. I can picture them with her hair flying in the wind and they meet for the first time or smth. IHNI WHAT IM SAYING. But, there will be DRAMA. They are going to be real cute with each other YOU CAN BET ON THAT.And, by cute I do not necessarily mean ‘Oh, you have the loveliest eyes’ or some shet like that. I have a feeling it’s going to be a case of ‘Well,that’s not weird or anything YOU WEIRDO - NO U - NO U - NO U’ However this relationship is going to go, I know that it’ll be a sweet one.And, for all you shippers of these two, I have no assurances that HE IS THE ONE or anything but he is definitely a candidate. Jaime is going to be some competition I can tell. So, idk. It depends on the Jaime x Dru ship to decide things for Ash x Dru ship imo, since it might be a no-brainer if the two have feelings for each other- I mean,Jaime is an actually perfect love interest in TSC, while Ash is strong potential Best-Friend material, so it’s ONLY if Jaime and Dru don’t like each other that way that Ash could make it as a love interest. So, if y’all wanna find out what’s in it for you guys, ask Cassie maybe about how the Jaime x Dru ship might go, the next time u wanna ask her ;)

9)Tavvy and maybe the kid Helen and Aline might have had We were getting hints of another baby, so HERE WE GO.Tavvy might have a playmate. :D. YAYYYYYYYYYY

10)Janus  I’m honestly worried about him. He is a worrisome character. I hate empathising with the antagonist, personally. AAAAHHHH . I hope we see some character development in him. I really don’t want to see him as an antagonist in the story. He’s sweet and feels cheated, but he should realise that it ain’t Jace’s fault but SEBASTIAN’S fault. I would like for him to make amends with Jace :( And, also, he might get the story started in TWP tho idk. But, seriously tho, when he went home in that short story and Ash asked, “I thought you were gone forever?” or something of that sort and he shook his head sadly and Ash went soft for him. Like, that fricking broke my heart. I love this relationship tho. And, i hope Clary and him can be good friends. But, I feel like he might end up dying to save her or smth and make us all cry . T_T

11)WHAT TF IS GOING ON WITH THE SHADOWHUNTER POLITICS RN THO?HOW AND WHERE ARE THEY ALL SURVIVING TOGETHER WHAT IS THEIR SYSTEM AND STUFF THIS IS NOT A POINT WITH POTENTIAL THEORIES COZ HONESTLY I WANT TO BE SURPRISED BUT I THINK THEY MIGHT ALL JUST BE IN HIDING AND THEN IN TWP THEY MIGHT HAVE TO COME OUT FOR A QUEST OR SMTH AND WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THE SHADOWHUNTERS AT THE CLIMAX OF THIS WHOLE SERIES??? IT IS THE END OF TSC SO IM SCARED AND KINDA SAD TOO :(((((((

12)Thule We might learn more about the Thule world and maybe they restore it or maybe the Quest is in Thule. idk. we don’t know much, but Thule will most probably be explored a lot. Cassie wouldn’t have opened up Thule for no reason.

13)Zara and Emma  Showdown? Befriend e/o ? What’s in store for these two? If it’s a showdown we get to see CORTANA YAY I AM OBSESSED WITH CORTANA NOW BECAUSE OF CORDELIA AND HER OBSESSION GOSH DARN IT WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME

14)BIG WAR I see a huge war coming I just know it. It’s a climax so there MUST be a big war and so I cannot wait! Feel like there’s gonna be some deaths as well. Lowkey feel like Jia might die. I can feel it. :(

15)The best-friend shadowhunter of Dru is a nice thing to look forward to! I can’t wait to read about the two! And I love the fact that Dru is finally exposed to new people. And, for anyone who’s confused as to how she goes to the Academy, in QOAAD she only said she’ll have some maturity done AFTER some years .  Those years are over and she at the Academy now hecc yeah I BELIEVE THE BFF IS CALLED THAI AND SHE’S FROM THE SPANISH INSTITUTE CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG???

16)Magnus Bane He is literally everywhere. He gon be here too. No worries for all the Magnus Bane stans. Okay, first of all sorry for my English, it’s not my first language and also here it’s 5am and I’m pretty tired.

this ep was… good in some way. We can see this two dork trying to survive with all the losses they had, trying to have a normal life (I want know the name of the dog), been happy together at the bunker. Also Dean died as he like, Sam had is fricking happy family, Dean had his baby and perhaps all friends too (don’t really understand what Bobby said to him, I was kinda trying to not make a sound while crying ‘cause every one here are sleeping) in his heaven. And at the end the two dork share the same heaven

Yeah it was good

But! No! At the same time so much was off. We had a happy morning and happy pie festival, everyone was happy but lil sad ‘cause Cas and Jack are gone (U guys don’t care about Eileen? Nope? Ooookkkkaaayyy). They said some sappy things and than joke (that’s remember me what happened with Misha years ago, I kinda see that scene like a lil revenge).

Than boom! Change! They found a case. A father killed, mother without tongue (right?), kid disappeared. They showed up like always and... stop, we don’t have anything more. A lil search? A lil “ask to someone”? Something? Nope. But it’s okay, I can understand that y’all have only 40min, more or less, and they wanna say a lot of things, so let's ignore it.

They showed up again in front of a house, killed one vamp and hurt the other (at first I think they killed the other one too, but thankfully no), asked some question (where was the torture part? But, right.. 40 min) and than went to the nest.

So.. guys, I know you are two dork. But how dafuck you can forgot how to fight? Really. That was a pretty shitty fight. They was knock out really fast, and what with this old character? She just “yes I’m here” and Sam “no you’re not” all in 4 seconds... guys really? Wtf? That Dean and the big vamp boy fight again. I sow the screw and I thought “this lil matherfucker thing gonna kill someone”, and I was right! But I didn’t thing it would kill Dean.

Than we had this beautiful sad part, and Jensen was was so… wow! Really wow! Jared too, so good. I cried (it’s difficult for me crying, so for me this was a really beautiful scene) I cried so much. But also I was just “Ehy! You have a dammit phone! Call someone!” Than I remembered the body but guys.. a person can’t die for blood lost so fast, belive me. At last if it’s not the heart, but it wasn’t because you are a real real mess if it’s the heart, also he move himself a little for Sam to touch his back so nope, definetly not heart. You have only some seconds not a whole minute. So Sam can at least trying to save him, call someone, move the body. But he stayed there ‘cause Dean asked him

And okay that’s sappy, what Dean said was fantastic, beautiful. And no! It wasn’t winchest = couple thing, but winchest = brother thing. I have a lil brother, I’m ready to die for him, I litteraly saved his life two times, I love stay with him, I can’t live without him, I hug him, cuddle with him, argue with him, try to “kill” him, have fun with him. Your relationship is similar to the one Sam and Dean have, and no! We never thought about each other in romantic and sexual way. We say to each other “I love you” not so much, it’s embarrassing but in a brothers way. And them too, they aren’t lovers they are brothers.

Btw Dean died in a stupid way cause this time you really don’t saw the screw while fighting? It was near you for some seconds. But in other ep you spot somthing in 1 second.... So he died and go to heaven, beautiful heaven that Cas had created for him.

and I don’t wanna say it but I’m gonna say it anyway: why dafuck he didn’t said anything? Boy! I don’t ask for an “I love you/him too”, no, I now it’s not a Deans thing, but boy at least an “thank you Cas, I miss you”? Why not? It’s not gay, if you are afraid of that. You already done in the past. So sad

But go on, he met Bobby and that’s was awesome, I like Bobby, everyone (I think) like him, but the other? I know he need a someone, only one that help him go through all that happen, help him to understand he was dead and other shit (that he didn’t really explain), but at the ending, seen everyone welcome him, only with voice at last I think it’s more… beautiful. Than he can have one or two minutes talking with Bobby and than he can decided to drive baby. But I’m not the writer so I’m stopping here

So! The end. Dean drove baby. Sam started a family. Dean drove more (time’s different in heaven). Sam got older. Dean drove more. Sam touched the car and it’s feels like he can felt Dean alive with him, remembered all past things. Dean drove like there was no tomorrow and Sam finally died.

Beautiful happy scene where Dean got out of the car, watched in front of him, felt the presence of his brother behind him, turned around and a “young” Sam was near him and “hey! Now we can have your forever happy”. Yeah lil bitch, and all the season where you aren’t happy cause you were missing someone? Where we put all of that? In the trash? But okay, perhaps a not so happy heaven (I can’t believe they can’t feel all the pain they felt on earth only cause they are in heaven with each other, I just can’t)

For Cas at the other side, I’m not disappointed, I’m sad, I wasn’t expected them to bring him back to life, he was dead and for good that time. And no one (but jack I think) can bring him back. So, not disappointed, but I was hoping for him anyway.. I know he’s never be a true protagonist, only Sam and Dean are the true protagonist, but after all this years he deserve better too. That’s all

Also we have a beautiful character development in all this season and more in these last ep, where are all of that’s in this one? Where?! Really? A flat character? Ah! Guys.. a facepalm is good at this point. They aren’t the two lil dorky boy of the beginning, they are two men now, with a fucking character development! But okay.. okay..

So. Everything happy, good and other shitty emotion, but in reality I’m disappointed. The ep is so fast, so senseless, leave with so much question and nope I can’t belive they, the people that give us 15 season, that give us 327 of beautiful ep, come out with this fast and banged up ending. Nope!

Okay I’m edit this one: I like this ending, really, I like it, they all have what they want, what they deserve (okay Dean don’t deserve to die, but he deserve that kind of death because he want it in that way), they share their heaven, they share beautiful moments, beautiful feelings, they’re gonna be forever together (when your soulmate, not romantic way please, is your brother, fantastic), it’s really beautiful and kinda perfect. I’m ONLY disappointed because something was off, because I think they can give us more, because I think it was a fast endings. It’s like when you prepare an exam the day before of that mf exam. Soo strange, so fast, so senseless in some way. And stop, only because that. I don’t wanna spread hate, I only said my opinion on this ep. If you don’t like, please, just ignore it. And also in this post I don’t really care about Cas, I was hopping, hopping so bad for his return, that’s true, but we all known he was dead for good, they sold the scene like that, so don’t came to me and say I’m disappointed ‘cause him please
