i think the emotions about this won't leave until i make this post.

there have been a lot of like trans girls from reddit coming over to tumblr and it's been great to see, in general trans spaces on tumblr just like flourish. But I can't help every once in a while feeling as about conflicted about why that move happened. for anyone that doesn't know the hugest trans spaces that didn't involve being sad we're /r/traaaaaaannnnnnsss (which did have a little sad posting) and /r/196, and they were being moderated each by one mod, who both had to shut everything down because the main app can't moderate for shit. places that were vital for thousands and millions of trans peoples developments just dried up overnight because a ceo didn't like that their app looked bad. that's all it takes i guess. i don't have a point to this it's just giving me weird emotions, talk to your trans friends
