ok, i don’t believe this, but i do think it’s smart to have an alternate way to communicate with other luigi blogs.

the reason i don’t believe it is because i don’t think his popularity is “growing” and i do not see internet behavior around him to be “dangerous” at all.

nobody is talking about the shooting anymore. nobody is actively calling for more ceos to die anymore.

if you haven’t noticed, all the language and topics surrounding luigi online have a common theme……. simping and memeing.

i’ve been on the internet long enough to know these platforms aren’t staffed enough to take even the more serious and dangerous ideas down.

i can’t imagine thinking luigi blogs pose any sort of legitimate threat to public safety.

but i’ve been wrong before, and the internet does surprise me often.

hi! can i ask you have a certain research workflow for your writing materials?

Hi, here is a great explanation on secondary research, with a 5-step tutorial: The Research Process, which I try to follow.

If you want my longwinded answer...

It depends on the topic. But this is more or less what I do for the requested posts:

Collect information I can find related to the topic (my old files, bookmarks, a quick internet search...)

Integrate all (or most) of that in one post (always interesting to see where the different sources overlap, disagree etc.)

Reformat the post (bullet points & numbered lists, might include a bit of my thoughts/opinions ... but on the most part, it's basically just copied & pasted, especially when I'm not that familiar with the topic)

Link to the sources I used (sometimes posts don't save properly when my connection fluctuates so I appreciate when people point out missing/broken links, which I'll edit as soon as I see the messages)

Might include a photo (like the one above & then I link to the photo in the Image Description)

Add tags (because tumblr keeps reminding me when I don't, so I usually just copy & paste from my previous posts)

Add to queue (or "schedule" because I keep accidentally clicking the "shuffle queue" & it messes up the queue)

But on a more serious note, these posts really are just surface-level secondary research, mostly internet research, done really late at night or on lazy weekends, in an overly-caffeinated state. So please do research more for your writing projects. These may just be useful as starting points or to get a few ideas/inspiration, maybe. This blog is ever-growing & there are many research databases I don't have access to (+ considering my limited/lack of knowledge on certain topics), so all the additional information & corrections are always appreciated and won't just be helpful to me, but everyone who uses these references as well!

(As for the non-requested queued posts, that's just me going through my bookmarks and old files. Just been clearing them out as another ongoing little side project for me that I started last year. Okay, I should stop talking now. Bye for now, dear anon.)

to plot or to not plot, that's the question

there's post under the tag that... really tickled my brain because i somewhat agree with it. but not entirely, considering i do still believe OP sounds... i dunno, something, while they are telling FK stans to “have some dignity”. so I'll just add to that, because i think fan interpretation and looking deep into a story is important, than say, just being fed all the info.

now let's start with saying i am a FKT stan and I'll be somewhat biased in my approach, but i will still try to keep this as neutral as possible.

that said, i do think jojo's writing needs improvement. a looooooot of improvement. the other day i was complaining to my friend @skyfish7 how jojo tends to use serious topics as plot devices and then does nothing with them. also the fact that he has a flair for drama and usually seems to include it in places to engage the viewers but he handles it poorly (boeing, I'm looking at you bitchass) or simply doesn't conclude them well (kant's phobia, bison's bdsm shtick, etc, i know we still have 2 eps left, don't kill me yet).

i do think OP was coming from a genuine place but also, i will take the time to defend jojo here too. because THK is not all trash. joong and dunk's characters are visibly seen to be falling in love, whereas first and khaotung's are more subtle.

i know what OP means by saying that it's still hard to believe that kant is in love with bison. because part of me feels that too. i believe a lot of it is because we do not see any detailed development where it's needed or it is skipped over in favour for more drama. like i said, jojo tends to gravitate towards big impactful scenes but he does not lay out the finer details. i am choosing to think that's just his writing style and not him just being a terrible writer. as my girl sky said, it leaves something to the viewer's imagination. and yes, she's right and i agree. spoon feeding every bit of a story is lame and boring, but sometime you do need to add little details where they are needed.

if you've already read my post about how THK seems to be losing steam, you might know what I'm talking about.

I'm very much convinced that this could have done well with a binge watch or if it were in movie format. but imo there's too many things going on with the focus distributed disproportionately among them, which in turn, i think, kinda makes the character development take backseat.

but let me add something about bikant because OP seems to be under the impression that they are simply trash.

jojo tends to make the falling in love subtle. at least for his FK characters. in bikant's case, they were both already smitten with each other from the first meeting. especially kant. he was head over heels for bison and it was very visible. it was deliberately shown. so when he does start the mission of getting dirt on him, the most visible emotion we see from kant is guilt. nothing else but guilt. and that is because it's already established he likes bison as a person. kant's character is written as someone who compartmentalizes things so even when he does find out bison's a hitman and there's proof (we see him staring horrified at the corkboard in their house) he quickly dismisses it. we repeatedly see style telling us that kant is smitten with bison. why? because kant doesn't have the mental capacity to think about romance right now, so it's style who tells the viewers his friend is wrapped around bison's little finger. the time when we finally actually see him do anything remotely truthful is ep#7 — the bowling alley and northern lights scene. kant has successfully gathered all the info he can and now he knows he might lose bison. so this one night he actually goes and lets himself love truthfully. he does all the things he would have done after that first meeting with bison. and then when bison gets shot, that's when he realises what he actually wants. the hospital scene is an important one because it cements the fact that kant cares, kant is in love, but his brain hasn't caught up to the feeling yet the idea is there, the proof is there, but he hasn't had the reprieve to sit and think and let that love marinate well. it's why even when kant says that he loves bison, it's difficult for us to believe. it's difficult for bison to believe. remember, we are viewing the beach scene from bison's pov and he ultimately asks, “you are not fooling me again, are you?” and that is the question from the viewers as well.

“you are not fooling us again, are you, kant?”

so all bison and we can do is take kant at face value and choose to believe him. that's all there is to it.

bison on the other hand? bro has been whipped since the first night. he is a hopeless romantic. he is an abused child hungering for love stuck in an adult's body. bison has been infatuated with kant from the get go, but he has also been suspicious and we have seen that suspicion slowly drop and build back up again time and time. but the moment bison actually spends all of ep#7 with kant and says, “i feel like my life is about to change”, that's him falling in love. that's him acknowledging that he is gone for good and he is finally choosing to believe kant despite the previous shady sus things he's done. bison had chosen to believe in him despite fadel warning him time and time again, and that's why the beach scene hits so hard. he is simply a fool in love. he is naive. he is the younger brother who doesn't know better. he just wanted to love, he loved and he got duped into being loved back (we all know that wasn't the case, but, bison POV like i said).

now, coming back to the point i was trying to make : do i think an extra tidbit of scene where kant's thought process was expanded on could have been better? yes.. maybe. but as a writer who likes to keep her readers interpreting and guessing, i choose to forgive jojo this time (as well). like i said, maybe this is just how he tends to write and honestly that's fine. every writer has a set of audience they are aiming for and i think there are plenty who enjoy his work (i do too, i just wish he'd tone down on the super big things suddenly being thrown in out of nowhere and then doing nothing with it).

and as far as sandray goes, boy do i have news for OP because ray is a classic example of a mentally ill abused child who is now an alcoholic and sand is a surrogate husband/caregiver growing up in poverty who puts himself last. that's their story. that's the story jojo wanted to tell, and i will rant about ray and sand and forgiveness (because OP thinks he is an asshole, so i want to make a point) but.... in a different post.

for now, this is it. i hope you forgive and understand kant. bro is trying and so are we.

Send anything that would be considered crossing a line anywhere else. This includes slurs, NSFW content beyond frank discussions of those topics, and serious threats directed at me, the admin.

Advertise. Anything that encourages people to look at an external link which benefits you directly (i.e an online shop, social media account, crowdfund business start-up, fundraiser) is banned. I understand often times are tough but this is meant to be a safe space. Yes, I did make a post to signal-boost a (now taken down) Lego Ideas set in the past, but that required no money shared and was tied directly to the blog's fandom (as in, it wasn't a political petition or similar). It's an exception and not one I expect to repeat anytime in the near future.

Roleplay as a canon character, though I appreciate the enthusiasm!

Try to use Anon powers - nice try. It's as tangible as Sunny reading a blog in real life. You can't send 100 tacos to me through the inbox, so you can't do that to Sunny either.

Send anything containing gore or that is considered Not Safe For Life. If it's too violent for a PG-13 movie (as in excessive blood, guts, etc), depicts animal cruelty, or shows people with excessive untreated or lethal injuries - it doesn't belong here. Update/I'm Back

Okay!, so if you haven't seen my recent post where I said I was coming back here's an official statement plus more information about my return.

So, first thing I would like to mention about my return is that I'm wanting to do an official "Mental Health" day thing. Basically one or two days of the week I'm wanting to open hours where I'll post something about Mental Health, and where you guys can send me questions or just little vents, obviously if you don't want it to be shared and want to get the topic at hand just between us that is fine just make sure you give me a heads up!, during those times you guys can pretty much just ask me questions or advice and stuff or you can ask me my opinion on a certain matter. I'm doing this because I feel like everyone should have a place to go to when something is bothering them, and that it's good to vent out things. Next topic! I have updated on the groups I will be writing for; I am not going to be writing for NCT as of the time being, this could change but right now I won't be. The reason for this is simply because I am just no longer into NCT as much as I used to be. Content for &Team will stay the same as this is a &Team focused account. I will still be writing for Enhypen, P1harmony, BoyNextDoor, and The Boyz.

However I am planning on bringing three new groups to this account and that is ZeroBaseOne, Treasure, and Riize. I've gotten really into ZB1 and Treasure these past months during my little solitude, and I've been into Riize since debut. I will be writing for pretty much all of the members for these groups minus Yujin-ZB1.

For Riize! Yes I will be writing for Seunghan, I might have some difficulty since I still don't know much about him considering his situation. But with that being said, I will not tolerate any hate towards him. If anyone has a problem with me writing for him they can simply just block me.

Now for the content I will be writing about, it will pretty much stay the same as it was. Only changes is that I'm wanting to write a little bit more serious/dark topics...mostly yandere and mafia stuff since those are my favorite AUs and I can barely find any content about those for literally any of the groups I'm into.

I am also wanting to start writing smaus, there one of my favorite story outlines and I have a few ideas for them specifically for Jaehyun of BND, Intak of P1H, and Junghwan of Treasure.

Series Summary: When Steve finds out what Bucky's been doing behind closed doors, he's happy to lend a hand. He's willing to do whatever it takes to find how much of the Bucky he knew is still left.

The moment Steve opens his eyes, it registers — the warmth, the weight against him, the subtle sound of Bucky breathing. Because Bucky stayed, right in his arms.

Steve smiles to himself, thrilled, and even presses his lips to the back of Bucky's neck.

He assumes Bucky is sleeping but once he shifts, he catches the sight of the brunet's eyes open.

"Oh, good morning," Steve hums, settling back down behind him, arms still wound around him.

Bucky remains quiet, not answering, but Steve doesn't mind. He stays as he is, taking advantage of getting to hold him longer.

"How'd you sleep?" Steve asks after some time.

"I didn't."

Steve stiffens. "Oh."

"Not you," Bucky notes, which is kind of him to say but doesn't make Steve feel much better about it.

"How did you like the cuddling?" Steve inquires.

"Good. I think."

"Don't overthink it," Steve advises. "It's only meant to be comforting."

They lie for a little while longer before Bucky starts to shift. Steve unlatches his hold and backs away, allowing Bucky to turn over and lie on his back. He looks up at Steve.

"Do you want more?" Bucky asks.

"More of what?"

Bucky searches for the word. "Physical."

"This is more than I can ask for already," Steve smiles genuinely.

Bucky looks perplexed by this, almost like he doesn't understand it.

"Don't you want something... in return?" Bucky says.

"Buck, I'm fine. Don't worry about that."

"That's not normal," Bucky objects. "Everyone wants things."

"Well, I do want things. I just don't always ask for them," Steve admits.

"Ask."

He looks dead serious.

"Ask what?" Steve laughs uncomfortably.

"For what you want."

Steve's face turns hot, he's nervous all of a sudden because he can't actually tell Bucky what he wants. Bucky's not ready and he may never be.

"Buck, come on—"

"Ask," Bucky dares again.

"I can't."

"Why?"

"Because I can't," Steve stresses a little too intensely. Bucky tenses from it. Instead of apologizing, Steve's mouth takes off on its own accord.

"I can't possibly ask for what I want when that's everything. Everything, Buck. It's too much to ask for. And I know I can't ask that of you. I'm not expecting anything from you, honest. But yes, I want everything physical and not. I just want you."

Bucky hasn't moved, his eyes don't leave Steve's. He's staring right at him probably in shock.

Slowly, Bucky sits up so Steve does too.

"I'm remembering more," Bucky shares.

"Oh... that's great," Steve says, trying to recover from the word vomit he just embarrassingly spilled. Especially now that Bucky is seemingly changing the topic.

"About us," Bucky clarifies.

"Oh, okay."

"About why we didn't do this back then."

"Oh," Steve frowns.

"It was because of me," Bucky states.

"No, I understood why. It wasn't your fault."

Bucky stares at him and then shakes his head.

"I can make up for it now. Cause I want you too."

Steve's almost speechless at that but eventually he manages the words, "You do?"

Bucky nods.

"I don't know how long it'll take me or if I'll be any good at them," Bucky says softer.

"Hey, don't worry about any of that. I'll wait as long as you need."

"I want you to kiss me again," Bucky tells him.

"Okay," Steve smiles.

Steve starts to lean in but right before their lips touch, Bucky says, "And I'm gonna try to kiss you back and touch you... if that's okay"

"Both of those are very okay," Steve assures him, trying to hide his giddiness.

He leans in and presses their mouths together. He feels Bucky move slightly, his fingertips gently graze Steve's shoulder and begin to trail down his chest.

Then Bucky opens his mouth and kisses Steve more earnestly at the same time his hand glides down Steve's thigh. And it's a lot, so close to the things Steve has been imagining that he moans without meaning to.

Bucky pulls back, looking at him.

"Good?" Bucky checks.

"Very good, but we should keep practicing," Steve coaxes and pulls Bucky back to his lips before he can even respond.

Steve kisses him more urgently now and surprisingly, Bucky falls into sync. He kisses him back just as deeply and Steve's melting under the onslaught on Bucky's lips. He swears it's better than he dreamed.

Making out now becomes a part of their routine and Steve is dying from it. His boners were bad enough as it was but now, his whole body is on fire when he gets to make out with Bucky before and after getting him off.

Bucky doesn't touch Steve typically, although he allows Steve to put his hands anywhere he wants. But one evening, they're making out as per usual and it's after Bucky's handjob. So only Steve is suffocating from his arousal.

On this night, he feels the lightest fingertips touch his thigh and linger. He stops without meaning to and looks down. Bucky draws his hand away.

"No, it's okay," Steve says. "I like being touched."

Bucky makes a complicated face.

"Do you wanna stop now?" Steve offers.

"No."

But neither of them moves to start again. Bucky's hand shifts closer to Steve on the bed but he doesn't touch him yet.

"I want to," Bucky says.

"Touch me? You can," Steve encourages.

Bucky shakes his head. "Return the favor."

Steve looks down at the obscene bulge in his pants and gulps, wanting that more than anything.

"You sure?" Steve asks but his voice has become very breathy since he's already picturing it. Bucky's hands on him — what he's dreamed of too many times to count.

"Yeah."

"Okay," Steve says.

Bucky doesn't move so Steve takes the liberty of opening the fly of his jeans himself. He feels a little shy when he pulls himself out but even the small contact of holding himself makes him sigh with his eyes closed.

He feels Bucky touch his wrist and opens his eyes again.

Bucky looks nervous but determined as his hand gently pulls Steve's off and replaces it with his own hand. Steve swallows, hoping he can last at all for this — for the very thing he'd been waiting for.

Steve's already leaking from sitting so long and Bucky copies Steve's usual habit of swiping the precum with his fingers and spreading it down the shaft. Steve bites his lip, trying not to howl with how good it already feels.

Bucky continues slow and just as gentle. Which makes Steve all the more impatient.

Bucky wraps his whole hand around him now and begins experimenting with sliding his fist up and down the shaft. Steve finally lets out a moan. Bucky looks at him, pausing his hand.

"That's good. You can go faster," Steve nearly pleads.

Bucky's hand moves again and little by little he picks up the pace. He doesn't need to do any fancy tricks, he doesn't need to do much of anything before Steve is shooting his load a minute later.

Steve could be embarrassed but he's on cloud nine, feeling so damn good, he could care less how fast he busted. When he opens his eyes, Bucky is watching him.

"Good, right?" Bucky asks.

"Fucking perfect," Steve pants.

Bucky's eyes widen and Steve's brows knit quickly.

"What?" Steve asks.

"You never curse," Bucky notes.

"Oh, yeah. Sorry, I don't usually."

A smile blooms on Bucky's face and abruptly, Steve wonders if Bucky likes cursing. If he should adopt a sailor's mouth to earn that beautiful smile more often.

Oddly, even though they both return the favor now, they don't do it at the same time. That's what Steve learns the next time. Bucky doesn't touch him while Steve's getting him off. Well, except for his lips since they still make out. And all the while, Steve's telling himself it's okay if it was a one-time thing. He'd never ask Bucky to do it again.

But thankfully, when Bucky comes down from his high, he reaches over and takes a hold of Steve to return the favor. So, it's just a thing they do. They take turns and Steve's okay with that. He's grown to love it actually because this way, he can focus on Bucky. Watch him all he wants, really see what he's doing to him, and then he gets his turn after.

Even better, they sometimes cuddle. Steve really loves those nights. And that's when the fantasies of more return. Steve questions if he can hope for more. He's already gotten so much more than he expected but he's not just dreaming of sex, he's envisioning a whole future with Bucky.

That sounds like a lot to ask. Even with Bucky's words 'I want you too' replaying in Steve's mind like a broken record, he's scared Bucky doesn't really know what they mean. At least, to Steve those words mean something very different.

Steve's been waiting his whole life for this, he's not about to mess it up by rushing things.

Hi!! I've also seen your name popping up on AO3 too whenever I go to publish something JCW-related, like oh there's that one other person who loves him as much as I do😊lol I watched Worst of Evil last October and just fell completely in love him/ haven't been able to get back out of the obsession spiral since then thanks to pretty much every work he's done being worth watching. I don't expect the fixation to end any time soon haha

I'm genuinely so happy to receive feedback on my Revolver fic! Before I started posting, I made peace with the fact that it wasn't going to get much engagement since I had to create the fandom tag myself, but of course I do want some people to read and enjoy it. I was also fairly nervous about approaching those sensitive topics, so it's a relief to know that the way I'm presenting it doesn't feel offensive or tactless. It's always my intention to show the dark sides of human nature and relationships in a compelling but empathetic way. I couldn't stop thinking about the crumbs they gave us about Andy and Grace's relationship after I finished watching the movie, especially that final scene on the mountain when he begs her not to leave him and Madam Jung's comment to Suyeong that there's "rumors that he's her lover." She doesn't even allow people to know he's really her mom, which in and of itself could be pretty damaging to someone's development, but it seemed to me that the toxicity between them goes further than just this secret. They were clearly manipulating each other in that moment when she starts to walk away and then he cries and begs her not to leave. I thought that it seemed as if they had been through this type of push-and-pull before, a vicious cycle from which there is no escaping, and I really wanted to examine what had led up to that point.

It also really struck me that even though Andy is a privileged, wealthy person, he is drinking alone when Suyeong first meets him. Nobody rushes to his rescue when she's beating him and nobody really cares that he got hurt afterward (not even Grace, she's just mildly annoyed!) While it's true that his behavior invites getting his ass kicked, I think that anyone acting with such conscious disregard of their own life and everyone else's might have serious trauma that has never been addressed. Anyway, I totally understand waiting to read the fic until it's complete and I hope you enjoy the rest once it's done. I'll be updating weekly, so it shouldn't be too much longer.

Also, absolutely yes about Gangnam B-Side. I watched the first 2 episodes on Wednesday evening and my brain is already tickling with many thoughts about Gilho. As always, JCW is delivering a performance full of depth and nuance 🖤 I'll wait until the show has finished airing and I have all the character details to start writing but atm I can almost guarantee there will be some fics coming from me!

i don't really write with then intent of having a lesson in my stories (besides up, maybe), but as i've been developing them certain topics have come up and so here they are untitled project: not letting go will hurt others and mostly yourself cor vitae: loving someone sometimes means letting them go púlsar: killing and oppressing a culture goes beyond the culture itself project:nemesis: sometimes the system is corrupted and you as an individual can't really do much about it even if you try (depressing i know. p:n is very, very depressing) tales from beyond: don't let your childlike wonder die up cv and púlsar are holding hands why is it always about grief man

What did you use as inspiration for your worldbuilding?

most of the times i'll draw something that looks cool and then work it into my stories tbh. i also make sure each story has the One aspect the world revolves around and then collect songs, quotes, images, etc, that remind me of it

What is your MC trying to achieve, and what are you, the writer, trying to achieve with them? Do you want to inspire others, teach forgiveness, or help the reader grow as a person?

focusing in one main oc per story: ely (up) wants to stop time from being broken, and i want to achieve so many things with them. i want to talk about trans-ness and grief and letting go, and get the point across that killing your younger self doesn't mean stop loving them aira (cv) wants to find the creature that killed her brother and get revenge. i don't really have anything i want to achieve with them, tho? she gets to be cool and befriend monsters karma (púlsar) wants to heal the island, fulfilling the promise he made to his mom on her deadbed. it wasn't my intention when i wrote him but those that have read him do relate to him, and so hopefully it will give them hope for themselves when he gets better after struggling. a lot enzo (p:n) just wants to have fun cracking codes. unfortunately for him he's in the story to show how life is really unfair. arion (tfb) is solving the crime of his ghost friend :] he's gonna go on adventures and have fun and mature a bit too but without loosing his wonder for life. i love him btw

often it's very discouraging posting in here because you don't get as much engagement as you'd like, and i'm not gonna sit here and say that you can't validate your work by how other's feel about it and that you have to create just for you, because it wouldn't be realistic or true. we are sharing our work for a reason and it's because we want people to engage with the stories we have to tell and be seen through them. so i'll say this: if you don't post them, no one will see them for sure, but if you keep trying, someone might. and that may be worth it

HI, I'M HOP! Yes, my actual name is Hop too. He/him for admin as well. I've been wanting to make one of these for ages but only just now got the balls lolz. A little rotomblr/rotumblr based on my characterization of Hop for my Pokémon AU I've been working really hard to write, Pokémon Unown Legends Tale!! hi!! 👋 i'm fable, i'm 23 years old, my timezone is est, i've been in the rpc for ~10 years, and you could pour soup in my lap and i'd probably apologize to you. if the way these are worded makes me sound a little harsh, it isn't meant to come off that way!! i've just been in the rpc for too long to be vague or lenient. that said, a few common sense rules before we get into the lengthier ones that may need a lil explaining:

[ 1 ] for blogs that i can’t see myself interacting with, i will soft block you to keep my followers clean ( unless your rules specify that you prefer to be hard blocked ) and i ask that you do the same to me so that i don't accidentally send memes or whatever to someone i'm not mutuals with. personal blogs will be also hard blocked immediately unless a sideblog is attached to it and i can easily see that. also, do not unfollow and follow again and again to get my attention. i will just hard block you and call it a day.

[ 3 ] i get that plotting is kinda important for some people!! however, rarely will i ever fully plot a thread, and i heavily prefer using memes to start interactions unless we're comfy enough to where i can just hop in your dms with an idea. now, plotting for the general vibe of the thread and dynamic between characters? absolutely!! but frankly, if i relied on completely plotting threads, i'd kill my creativity and get even less done than i already do. i'm here for a fun time, not a stressful time.
