More incessant rambling about my sploon ocs ahead, wanted to expand on Charlotte's relationship to the NSS agents, specifically neo 3. Charlotte's oc info is here so we're on the same page lol

The agents are very much in the background of Charlotte's whole ordeal, but since Charlotte is a formerly human Alterna resident and is awakened because her pod is found by neo 3, I had to feel like i should expand on their relationship some even tho its short

Charlotte's cryo-pod is found by 3's smallfry, who is her adopted son, after the events of story mode. 3 is the first person Charlotte sees in her numb, half-blind state as she's covered in crystals and can hardly move. Charlotte's awakening from her 12,000 year coma is brought on by her puking water all over 3.

As Charlotte is given medical attention to be able to move again, 3 stays with her, as the rest of the new squidbeak splatoon is having a conversation on what to do with this girl they fished out of a human-branded cryopod. 3 and Charlotte talk some as Charlotte recovers, as she's still in pretty bad shape and can't really move well. 3 states to Charlotte that she can't give her name, but that Charlotte can call her 3.

Charlotte asks if 3 is a human. 3 is confused and asks why Charlotte would say such a thing, as humans have been extinct for thousands of years. It's here where Charlotte starts to realize that things are very wrong. Charlotte asks if ORCA is still online, 3 says yes, and is surprised Charlotte knows about ORCA at all.

It's 3 who shows Charlotte her reflection in a mirror she brings over, and it dawns on Charlotte that she's somewhere very wrong, and her own appearance looks like these strange people who rescued her rather than the face she knew. ORCA confirms that her pod lost contact about 12,000 years ago, and that she was presumed dead, alongside every other citizen of Alterna who perished in the rocket incident. Charlotte gets hit with the terrifying realization that her loved ones are gone, her home is a wreck of what it once was, and being no longer physically human, she has nothing to prove for it.

3 believes Charlotte when Charlotte says she's a human, and decides to stick with her as she recovers and can start to move and walk again. Eventually Charlotte is recovered enough to be housed, and Charlotte asks if she can see 3 again. 3 says she doesn't know, but she'll see if she can arrange something one day.

When Charlotte is discharged and flown into Splatsville to get an apartment with her roommate, Tsunami, she can't help but think about this weird girl, "Three" who was down in Alterna, and wonders if she'll ever see her again. 3 was sort of her only real tether to reality amidst first waking up to a world gone wrong. But she at least gets to see the surface and live normally again, so she'll try her hardest to put missing this girl behind her.

it is so hard to be an rs fan when the current scene is just the most out of character and sanitized versions of the two of them imaginable. it’s so like “this one is serious and this one is silly!” “this one is masculine this one is feminine!” “both of them are Nice Dudes who make each other better and heal!!” no man they are so depressed and arguably make each other worse a lot of the time, but love prevails. but anyway, this isn’t even including all of those edits of like barty crouch’s snapchat stories of him and regulus skateboarding or whatever the fuck goes on in the marauders tag.

re: the tweak/suggestion i made in that sinner meta post from the other week and also an update on this house is a tar pit, i propose an additional twist to the original premise; not only does the expulsion arc have long-running (legal) consequences, but also the sinners don't even know they're sinners until it's already too late. i keep reading people will block pokephilia and at this point im unsure as to what that means? does that just count regular ass pokemon? would my chien-pao fall under pokephilia because i roleplay it with willingness to ship them w human characters because my pokemon characters are ALWAYS PEOPLE? this is a serious question because it may affect how i rp in the future. the same question goes for my palkia muse over at @spaciialrend

Im asking this because im genuinely unsure what people consider to be pokephilia and what would be considered okay. i enjoy shipping and i enjoy rping non human characters, so i roleplay my pokemon muses as always legendary pokemon, and always make them people, i.e. intelligent, capable of human speech and understanding human language, and capable of consenting, which i personally draw my line at, but i get if that may not be everyones line?

i appreciate any and all opinions on this, please help me out here, i wanna know so i can potentially adjust depending on the feedback i get and how it affects my opinions on this
