“ who cares, baby? i think i wanna marry you. ”
ft. xavier, zayne, rafayel, and sylus w a gn!reader.
synopsis: you marry the love of your life.
notes: started off as silly thoughts for my friend and then turned into this so. take it. enjoy it.
warnings: not canon to the story of the game, self-indulgent, weddings, sickeningly sweet fluff, they all cry lol, it's short and it's sweet, reader does wear a dress so sorry if that's something that makes you uncomfortable, petnames used: starlight (x), sunshine (z), angel (r), princess (s).
XAVIER — certainly fantasized about getting married, but it was never something he actually expected to happen. Not until he met you. It wasn't love at first sight, but when you two entered a relationship, he could just see himself marrying you.
When he proposed, he had been so nervous that he barely slept the night before, which is saying something. But you accepted with a bright smile, and the man nearly smothered you to death with a hug. The mere thought of marrying you has him smiling, honestly.
He doesn't care how big or small the wedding is, though when it turns out to be a small wedding he finds he prefers it that way. There's an air of excitement at the wedding, most of the guests being your own friends and family since there wasn't anyone for him to invite.
Xavier knew he was going to cry. There's no denying it, he knew he'd cry at some point during the day because, I mean... he's marrying you. He's the luckiest man alive. He just thought he'd hold strong a little longer, but the tears were falling when you walked down the aisle in your breathtaking dress.
His gaze was drawn to you the entire time. Nothing else mattered but you. The way the fairy lights bathed you in this beautiful golden glow, the way you smiled at him with all the love in the world... it was like you contained galaxies in your eyes.
The vows were short and sweet, and when the officiant says you two can kiss, he was quick to gently cup your face in his hands. He could only hope the kiss he pressed against your lips conveyed the sheer and utter adoration he felt for you.
This was the beginning of a new chapter for the two of you, and while he's sure nothing will change, he can't help but being excited at the idea of being able to refer to you as his spouse.
ㅤ— “ I love you, my starlight. Until every last star dies, I love you. ”
ZAYNE — had always known that he would marry you one day. Ever since you two were kids, he had imagined it. You're the only person he's ever loved, so if he ever got married, it would be to you or no one at all. It was only a matter of time, really.
The actual proposal was nothing big. You two had dinner at his place and the box with the ring rested in the place he knew you'd be able to see it. He hadn't been nervous when he proposed, but he can't deny that his heart was racing when he popped the question.
He'll definitely want the wedding to be small, just a couple of friends and family on each side. His parents were overjoyed to learn about his engagement and made sure to clear their schedule for the day of the wedding, and he had invited a few friends from work as well.
Zayne hadn't really wanted to cry, especially not in front of so many people, but he couldn't stop the tears from blurring his gaze when he saw you walking down the aisle. How could he not cry, when he felt so overwhelmed by his love for you?
It was the first time he saw you in your wedding dress as well, since you had been so adamant at keeping to tradition. You weren't lying when you said you would match your dress to his suit.
The bouquet of flowers in your hands only added to the beauty of... everything about you. So he won't deny that he cried, his gaze never once breaking from you even when the officiant started to speak.
He was able to keep his tears in check for the rest of the ceremony, and once you two were home and no longer wearing your wedding clothes, he found it near impossible to stray from your side for you long. His hand was almost always interlocked with yours, his finger absently brushing against the wedding wing that bound the two of you together.
ㅤ— “ You've always been the love of my life, sunshine. You always will. ”
RAFAYEL — never thought about marriage. It's not something that ever entered his mind, and he avoided attending any weddings just to dodge the inevitable 'so when will we get an invite to your wedding' he'll no doubt be met with. It isn't until you entered his life that he started to give it some thought.
And when he did decide to propose to you, it had been spur of the moment. He bought the ring on a whim months ago, and he kept it in his pocket almost every time you two went out, waiting for the perfect moment. That perfect moment just so happens to be you spending the night at his place, laughing at his smears paint on your face. The question slipped out, and he seemed more shocked than you.
He was adamant on keeping the thing small, even though Thomas wanted to invite a bunch of people once the man found out about the engagement.
The only people Rafayel was willing to invite was Thomas and a couple of crabs he befriended. Sure, your family and friends questioned why they were being seated with crabs, but it's not their wedding, now is it?
Before the wedding starts, he had gone to the bathroom to give himself a lengthy pep talk about how he was not going to cry at all at any point during the wedding. And for a good portion of it, he didn't. When you walked down the aisle wearing a beautiful dress that reminded him of the ocean, he didn't cry. When you guys shared your vows, exchanged rings, and kissed, he didn't cry.
No, Rafayel only cried when the first dance started. When the lights dimmed and you took his hand and pulled him close, he could feel his heart stuttering. You looked at him as if he were the only person in the world, like you never wanted to look away. The feeling of your wedding ring was cool against his skin, and it was impossible to stop the tears at this point.
He spent the entirety of your first dance together with his head buried in your shoulder just so people couldn't see his tears. Only you got to see him like this, because there's no one else he'd rather be vulnerable with.
ㅤ— “ I'd marry you over and over again, angel, until you get sick of me. ”
SYLUS — certainly thought marriage was something he'd never experience, given his lifestyle. What person would be insane enough to marry the leader of Onychinus, let alone date the man? You, apparently, because you became a pivotal part of his life.
He won't propose until he's absolutely certain that marrying him is something you'd be willing to do. Marrying him means really accepting the darker parts that come with being in a relationship with him, and he didn't want to force you into such a commitment. And when he does propose, he can't help the relief he feels when you say yes.
While the wedding isn't necessarily big, a few of his most trusted associates are invited, alongside your family and friends should you invite them. It's a strange mix of people, and a few of your friends will probably pull you to the side after the ceremony to ask what exactly it is that your husband does for a living.
For the most part, Sylus won't cry during the ceremony. Though, once you two start to recite your vows to each other, he does choke up a bit. Any man would be a fool not to tear up at the sight of their spouse professing their love to them. And it doesn't help that you're looking at him with pure and utter devotion in your gaze.
You were okay with who he was. With what he does. You weren't scared off by the darker aspects of his life, and you were vowing to stick by his side through whatever the world threw at you two. Crying only seemed natural. Other than the vows, Sylus stayed composed. Softer, than usual, but overall he kept his usual demeanor.
Truly, he thinks he could die happy now that he's married to you. The ring on his finger was a comfortable weight, and he'd find himself looking at it way more than he'd care to admit.
He spoiled you rotten before you two were married, but trust it'll only get worse now that you're his spouse. Anything you want, he'll get it for you. You deserve the whole world for wanting to spend the rest of your life with him.
ㅤ— “ I'm staring? How can I not stare at the key to my heart, princess? ”

juno
pairings pedro pascal x actress!reader
summary you and pedro agreed to recreate any juno position sabrina does.
tags cuteness overload! sabrina carpenter, juno position. cutie pie pedro pascal. sunshine reader. actress reader. freaky reader. pedro not having any idea what a juno position was so he just agreed.
masterlist
pedro had always known that you were a massive sabrina carpenter fan even before the two of you started dating.
so when he casually handed you an envelope one afternoon, you didn’t think much of it until you opened it.
you gasped so hard you nearly fainted.
“you serious?” you squeaked, staring at him like he had just handed you the moon. pedro grinned, clearly proud of himself.
“well, i couldn’t let you go another year just watching her performances on your phone. besides, i’m curious to see what all the hype is about.”
your heart was pounding, your fingers clutching the tickets like they were the most precious thing in the world.
front row. sabrina carpenter. this was beyond a dream.
pedro chuckled. “i assume this means you’re excited?” he teased, but his voice held that fondness. the one he reserved just for you.
“excited? pedro, i feel like i might ascend.”
“baby please don’t,” he said, feigning concern. “i kind of like having you here on earth, by my side.”
without thinking, you turned, grabbed his face, and pressed your lips to his, pouring every ounce of gratitude, love, and giddy disbelief into the kiss. pedro stiffened in surprise at first, then melted against you, his arms tightening around your waist.
when you finally pulled back, breathless and beaming, his eyes flickered with amusement. “wow,” he murmured. “so this is the effect sabrina carpenter has on you?”
you laughed, smacking his chest lightly. “no, this is you,” you corrected, voice soft.
"if this is your reaction to concert tickets, i’m definitely keeping this in mind for the future surprises.” you smiled.
"since we've both got tickets, i have a proposal to make." you said, mischief flickering in your eyes.
“a proposal? should i be concerned?”
you smirked, shaking your head. “you should be excited. you’re gonna love this.”
pedro leaned in slightly. “bold claim. but alright, hit me with it.”
you held up the tickets with your eyes gleaming. “since we have front-row seats, i say we recreate the juno position sabrina does during the concert. think of it as a bonding. besides, i need you to understand why she’s an icon.”
“so,” he mused, sitting in the couch, leaning back.
“we’re practicing beforehand?”
your laughter bubbled up instantly. “help, what??”
he crossed his arms, pretending to weigh the idea seriously. “you really think i’m going to love this, huh?”
“i know you will.”
"trust me. by the end of the night, you’ll be just as obsessed as i am.” you were buzzing with excitement as you two entered the packed arena, the lights dimming as the crowd erupted into cheers. sabrina carpenter stepped onto the stage, radiating pure star power. as she started singing, you leaned into pedro almost screaming as the crowd erupted into cheers, “alright, remember whatever juno position she does tonight, we’re recreating them at home."
pedro let out a short laugh, shaking his head as he leaned in closer to hear you over the deafening cheers. “sure thing, sweetheart!” he shouted back, but the smirk tugging at his lips betrayed him.
song after song went, then, the opening chords of juno rang out.
your eyes widened, your grip on pedro’s arm tightening as you practically bounced on your feet.
“here! here it is!” you squeaked, barely able to contain the thrill.
pedro chuckled at your excitement and turned his full attention to the stage. and then sabrina did it.
“have you ever tried this one?” she sang, her voice smooth and teasing.
confident. effortless. iconic.
the roar that erupted was deafening. fans screamed. and you? you screamed so loud you thought you might lose your voice right then and there.
pedro’s smirk faltered for a brief second, his expression shifting as realization dawned on him. his wide-eyed look was unmistakable.
you barely had time to react before pedro grabbed your waist caught somewhere between amusement and disbelief.
“oh, what’s the matter, sweetheart?” you teased, throwing his own words back at him.
"are you serious, baby?” he murmured, voice just low enough that only you could hear. "this is what the juno position thing is all about?"
you smirked, tilting your head playfully. “what backing out now?”
pedro exhaled a laugh, shaking his head. “oh, not a chance.” “i never back out on a challenge as good and pleasurable as this,” he murmured, his voice deeper now. pedro playfully squeezed your ass as he bit his lips. your pulse thrummed as you held his gaze, the chaos of the arena blurring in the background. with a knowing smile, you whispered back. seductive, teasing, deliberate, and sultry.
“can’t wait, mi amor.”

LADS men when you scream (not in a sexy way)
Fluffy and crack au
Pairings: reader x Xavier, Zayne, Rafayel, Sylus & Caleb (separately)
Disclaimer! This is how I view the lads men, please keep in mind that your opinions and mine might differ

XAVIER
You and Xavier had decided to watch a movie on one of your rare day offs.
A horror movie, to be exact.
While you were certainly squeamish about jumpscares and the overall creepy atmosphere of horror movies, Xavier just looked confused and disinterested, more focused on holding your hand and munching on popcorn than in the movie.
Hence, it was to no one's surprise that Xavier soon started to feel sleepy, resting his head on your shoulder halfway through the movie. You barely acknowledge him nodding off on your shoulder, too immersed in the movie.
This feels nice, Xavier thought with a barely there smile as he finally slips into Dreamland, just as the movie's plot starts to thicken.
Your skin crawls with the creepy music rising, watching the movie through the gaps of your fingers.
It was then that it happened.
The antagonist of the movie jumped into the camera frame, scaring you silly as you let out the loudest, most shrill scream you had ever heard from yourself. From beside you, Xavier flinched awake with a start, his blue eyes wide and alert as he quickly looked around himself, expecting a Wanderer while the bowl of popcorn that had been perched between you two went flying in the air, scattering kernels all over the room.
He had nearly pulled out his hunter's sword before he noticed you looking at him wide eyed, a flush of embarrassment on your face.
"Starlight.... What was that about?"
"I'm sorry! I just got scared by the movie." You apologize quickly and he looked at you as if he couldn't decide whether he wanted to be upset that you ruined his peaceful sleep or be endeared by your antics.
"Let's.... Let's just clean up." He finally said with a shake of his head, a small smile on his face.
"Oh, and no more horror movies."
"No more horror movies."

ZAYNE
You and Zayne were sitting in a comfortable silence in his living room. He was writing a super important draft to the cardiovascular department about an upcoming seminar on new surges in healing Protocore related heart problems, while you read your current favorite book, sitting on his side.
The only sounds that could be heard in the living room were the sounds of papers flipping and the tapping of the keys on the keyboard.
Zayne looked outwardly cold and distant, but every once a while, his eyes slid over to where your toes were wiggling in barely contained excitement to whatever plot development was happening in your book. Smiling slightly, he shook his head and turned back to his typing.
And then, just as he was about to get to the incredibly important part in his draft, the unexpected happened.
You screamed- no, the word should be screeched, in glee. "YES!! THEY FINALLY KISSED!!" You screamed, scaring the crap out of Zayne who had not expected such a loud outburst. His finger slipped, and he heard a small ding from the computer. Looking back at the screen, his eyes widened as he noticed that he had sent the unfinished, unproofread draft to his entire department. Oh, the horror.
"Snowdrop....." Zayne sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose and you peeked over his shoulder, smiling sheepishly when you figured out what had happened.
"Whoopsies.... Sorry, Dr. Zayne."
".... *sigh* Well, its done. I suppose I can write a new mail later. Now, tell me what had you acting like that?"
"Okay so like--"
And that was how you found yourself telling the entire plot to Zayne who listened to you patiently.

RAFAYEL
"Rafayel."
"I know, Cutie. Just a little more."
"It's been 800 years-"
"Oh haha, you're a comedian now, aren't you?"
You snicker at Rafayel's deadpanned expression, before letting him go back to whatever he was painting. Since his studio was being renovated, it was only natural that he had taken over your apartment as his temporary studio. Something about the angle of the sun, that you hadn't bothered to listen completely to. When Rafayel ranted, you tended to tune out the words that you didn't quite understand. Which, when it came to the renowned artist who seemed to speak art as well, was about 75% of the time.
Sighing to yourself, you decided to clean up the mess he had created of your living room, around the tall ladder-isque stool he sat perched on. Paints, paintbrushes, more paints, more paintbrushes. Picking them up, you stack them on the coffee table before heading to sit down on the couch once more.
However, before you could sit down, the doorbell rang and Rafayel let out a disgruntled noise at the interruption to his 'inspirational time'.
"Cutie."
"I know, I know, go back to your painting."
You brush your clothes down with your hands and saunter over to the front door while Rafayel went back to his painting, leaning over in concentration.
When you opened the door, your eyes widened when you noticed the delivery boy and the logo of the official merch of one music group you were currently obsessed with. Unable to hold back your excitement, you screamed in delight, jumping on your feet as you snatched the box from the poor delivery boy.
"It's here! It's here! It's finally here!"
In the midst of your screaming, you failed to notice the yelp from the living room, followed by a thud and a string of colorful curses in Lemurian. It was only when you walked into the living room, grinning like a child on Christmas morning, that you noticed Rafayel sprawled starfish style on your fluffy carpet, the stool still creaking and a streak of blue paint on your furniture.
"Raffie! Oh my gosh, are you okay? Did you fall?" You rush to his side, and Rafayel looked up at you, blinking once before sitting up straight, looking around quickly. "Where is it? The thing that made you scream?" He quickly asked and you paused, the dots connecting in your mind.
"You fell because I screamed?"
"Well, of course. You're hurt? Everything okay?"
"Raffie, I just got excited cause I got my merch."
The look he gave you was one that could've easily won an Oscar. A look of pure incredulity while he stared at you as if you had grown another head.
"Cutie.... Nevermind, I don't wanna ask."

SYLUS
You had finally convinced Sylus to leave the N109 zone, where he spent his entire day cooped up in a dimly lit office, to go on a stroll with you in the park nearest to your home in Linkon City. He had, of course, protested until you bribed him with a promise to do whatever he wanted later that night. Well, Sylus was not afraid to admit that he was a weak man, especially when it came to something like that.
Hence, that was how he found himself walking with you hand-in-hand on the track in the park. The weather was pleasant, and the park was fairly crowded, filled with families who wanted to spend quality time together and burn some energy as well.
"Isn't this nice?" You asked with a beam, looking up at him and Sylus sighed, passing you a small smile. "Yes, Kitten. It's very nice." Luke and Kieran would have a field trip if they saw how tamed their boss had turned when it came to 'boss lady' as they liked to call you.
Just then, your eyes fell upon an ice cream stand on the side of the park pathway, and you beam, looking up at Sylus. "Wait here, I'll be right back!" With that, you let go of his hand and jogged towards the ice cream stand.
"Wait, kitten-" Sylus frowned when he realized you were out of earshot already, and he sighed, waiting for you to come back while skillfully ignoring the surprised looks he was getting from the spectators in the park. After all, it wasn't every day that someone showed up to the park in an immaculately tailored suit.
Checking the time, he was about to go check on you when he heard a loud, familiar scream. Instantly, he was rushing towards the sound of the scream, black and red mist already forming at his fingertips. Eradicate the threat, he thought as he looked around urgently, only to pause when he found you.
You were crouched in front of a doberman puppy, cooing loudly as you hugged and petted the happy pup. "Oh, you're a good boy! Who's a good boy? You are! Yes, you are!" You cooed and Sylus couldn't stop his amused yet slightly exasperated chuckle.
"Kitten, were you screaming because you found the dog cute?" He asked, unable to stop chuckling, covering his mouth with a hand, his previous protectiveness forgotten.
"Sylus! Look at him, he's the cutest, isn't he?"
"That he is, but my kitten is cuter. Now come on, let's get you that ice cream and get you home. I think we've had enough sun to last for a week."

CALEB
When you had mentioned to Caleb in passing that you were shifting to a newer apartment in Linkon, you should've expected this.
Him showing up at your doorstep with an easy smile, your personal handyman.
"Come on, pipsqueak. Let's get your stuff moved to the new place."
With that, both you and Caleb got busy packing up your stuff for the new home. While Caleb worked with the furniture that you couldn't figure out how to pack up, you worked in the kitchen, putting dishes and utensils into cardboard boxes, cushioned in between mountains of old newspaper.
Humming the tune of a pop song both of you loved nowadays, you moved through the kitchen, working through the mountain load of utensils you didn't even know you possessed.
When the time came to get down the plates from the very top shelf of the kitchen cabinet, you frowned before you shook your head, heading to the dining room with the purpose of getting a chair.
Moments later, you had clambered on top of the chair, a satisfied grin on your face now that you were able to get the plates with ease, without Caleb's help too.
Just as you picked up the first stack and moved it out of the cabinet, your eyes caught something moving at the very back of the cabinet.
A cockroach.
You know how the story goes.
Letting out a blood curdling scream, you lost your footing on the chair as you jumped back, falling off the chair while the stack of plates flew from your hands.
Loud footsteps were heard thundering down the hallway and Caleb entered the kitchen with wide eyes just before you were about to hit the ground.
With practiced ease, his hand shot out and you felt the soft energy of his Evol balancing you just millimeters away from the ground. The plates? Well, they didn't fare as well as, soon enough, the sound of ceramic and glass shattering filled the kitchen.
"Baby- Honey- what the hell was that?!"
"Caleb!" You cried out, reaching out for him and he was quick to float you straight into his arms, careful not to hurt your feet on the broken glass and ceramic.
"Are you okay? Are you hurt?"
"Caleb, there's- there's a roach! In the cabinet!"
Caleb paused, letting out a gruff sigh as his face lost its initial panic. "Pipsqueak, are you serious right now? You nearly gave me a heart attack!"
"Caleb! Get rid of it!"
"Alright, alright! Jeez, you're going to make my hair go white before I even turn 30."
With that, Caleb grabbed a slipper and went to take care of the cockroach Asian-Mum style.

practice round
dick grayson x fem!reader
summary; when some guy takes an interest in you, your extremely thoughtful best friend dick convinces you that you need a little more… experience. and who better to help you practice, than himself?
warnings; 18+, manipulation, yandere-lite themes… best friends <3 nsfw, reader is inexperienced, but not a virgin, possessiveness, fem!reader, oral (fem receiving), fingering, unprotected sex (reader is on the pill)
author’s note; felt depraved things writing this… if you enjoy then let me know!
You’re sat on your bed, curled up near the edge where Dick is sprawled out on the floor beside you, scrolling through his phone.
He noticed a slight shift in your behaviour about ten minutes ago when you’d received a notification on your phone. He wonders if you’re going to tell him about it — he supposes it doesn’t really matter if you don’t. He’ll just look through it later, but of course he wants you to be the one to share.
You look so nervous, knees drawn up to your chest like you’re trying to make yourself smaller. It’s adorable. It’s pathetic. It makes something sharp twist in Dick’s stomach.
Finally, you blurt it out. “So… this guy asked me out.”
Dick stills, his finger hovering over his phone screen as he freezes in place. “Yeah? Who?”
You say his name like you’re embarrassed and Dick smiles, slow and easy. But inside, he’s seething. It takes a lot to keep his expression carefully neutral. He’s heard you talk about this guy before, offhandedly calling him cute. He has no idea you may have possibly been forming a crush on him.
You hug your pillow against your chest and scrunch up your nose. “He’s so… popular. You know? Good looking. Everyone’s obsessed with him, so I don’t know…”
“Sure,” Dick mumbles, pretending to focus on his Instagram feed again. “He’s been with… what, half the senior class?”
You wince. Dick thanks the universe in this moment that the guy who has taken an interest in you is basically a manwhore. It’s going to make this so much easier.
“Yeah,” you say, nodding slowly. “Yeah, I guess. He’s really, uh, experienced.”
Dick turns around to face you properly. He scans your face, assessing the way you bite at your lip and look down, your gaze faraway somewhere. “Wait, you’re nervous.”
He forces himself to sound surprised, but of course he knows you’re nervous. He’s banking on it, in fact.
You nod, sighing as you lean back on your bed. “What if I’m not enough for him in… y’know, that area. He’s probably used to girls who know what they’re doing and I’ve barely even—”
“Hey, hey,” Dick cuts you off, getting up to take a seat next to you on the bed and reaching a hand out to lightly squeeze your knee. “You’re more than enough, sweetheart.”
He means that. You’re way more than that jackass deserves. Dick has heard how he’s talked about women before. Even if this guy wasn’t scum, there’s no way in hell Dick is going to let him have you. The gears in his mind are already turning and there’s a growing excitement in his lower belly that he can hardly contain.
“You just said that he’s been with so many people,” you point out, frowning at him.
Dick sighs, like it pains him to say it. “Yeah, well. Sure, he’s probably used to certain things. Stuff he’s probably expecting without even thinking about it. But that isn’t your fault.”
You stare at him, looking utterly crestfallen. He can practically hear your heart sinking and it only spurs him on as he shifts closer to you, dropping his voice into something more intimate and safe.
“Any guy would be lucky to have you. You know that right?”
“Thanks, Dick,” you mumble, trying to smile. But he’s not done.
“It’s just guys like him,” Dick continues slowly and deliberately, carefully choosing his words. “They get bored really fast. If something feels too new… too awkward…”
He trails off, allowing the implication to hang heavy between you. Dick is well aware that you’re not a virgin, but you may as well be. He’s talking bullshit, obviously. He knows that this guy would kill to have you in his bed and that your lack of experience would only make you more appealing to his sick mind. Dick would know, considering his mind is even sicker when it comes to you. The difference is that you actually mean something to Dick.
“Oh,” you whisper, dropping your gaze. You look disappointed and Dick knows exactly what to say next.
“Look, if you’re that worried,” he starts, sighing like you’ve presented him with a problem. “You could always practice.”
You blink at him, startled. “Practice?”
He smiles at you, all warm and encouraging like he’s offering you a life raft. “Yeah. To get comfortable. Figure out what you like, what feels good. What to do. So that when it matters, you’re not nervous.”
You let out a nervous laugh, hesitating. “I guess. But, with who?”
Dick shrugs, noncommittal. “Me, if you want.”
As expected, you whip your head up to gape at him, wide-eyed and shocked. “What?”
He rolls his eyes, as though what you’re saying is silly. “Don’t make it weird,” he chuckles under his breath, keeping his hand on your knee. “We’re best friends. You trust me, right?”
You open your mouth, like you’re about to argue but then you shut it. Because you do trust him — you always have. “Yeah, I do, but—”
“Doesn’t have to mean anything,” he says, softening his voice even more. Every word coming out of his mouth is a lie, but they’re necessary, really. You don’t know what you want yet, which is exactly why he’s here to help. “And wouldn’t you want to practice with someone you’re comfortable with? Someone who only wants to make you feel good and confident. To teach you how to make someone happy.”
Lies, lies, lies. He has no intention of letting that happen.
Dick starts to stroke your wrist, thumb gliding lazy circles over your pulse like he’s trying to calm you down. Judging by the way it quickens, he’s doing the opposite and he has to fight to hide his grin.
Your voice cracks when you finally whisper back. “You really think it’ll help?”
“Yeah, but it’s totally up to you. You don’t have to decide right now,” he says lightly, tucking a strand of hair behind your ear and marvelling at how your gaze is tracking his every movement. “If you’re already this nervous…”
Your voice comes out impossibly small. “What would we even do?”
Dick’s mouth twitches as he tries not to smile triumphantly. He’s got you exactly where he wants and he’s elated.
“We can just kiss for now,” he murmurs, brushing a thumb over your lips, immediately making them part. Fuck, he’s going to have a hard time stopping if that’s all you want to do. “Whatever you want.”
After hesitating for a second and testing Dick’s patience, you finally nod. It’s shy, barely a movement of your head, but you’re smiling at him and Dick feels it go straight to his groin.
“Okay, then,” he murmurs, agreeable like you’ve coaxed him into it. “Do you want to set the pace, or should I?”
Your shoulders relax a little at the kindness in his voice and you swallow. “You… you can.”
He almost groans at your words. So submissive, so willing. You’re giving him permission to do what he wants and oh, he’s going to take it.
Dick gently positions you so that you’re facing him a little closer, sneaking his hand around to your back like he’s done a million times. Except this time, he gently lifts up your chin and offers you a reassuring smile and you can’t help returning it, albeit nervously. It’s Dick after all — your best friend in the whole world. And he’s such a good one for helping you out, right?
As if you’re getting impatient, you glance down at his lips and he decides that’s enough playing around.
Dick leans forward and brushes his lips against yours to test the waters. When you don’t move away, he presses his mouth to yours and your eyes flutter shut.
You’re a little stiff at first, hesitant and unsure as you allow Dick to lead. And he’s more than happy to show you.
He tilts his head slightly, deepening the kiss as his hand slips back to cradle the back of your neck. His fingers tangle in your hair, fully controlling your movements and you let out the tiniest, most helpless whimper he’s ever heard from you.
Dick nearly loses it there and then.
He pulls back slightly, just enough to speak, and his lips brush yours with every word. “You can kiss me back, sweetheart,” he murmurs, voice coaxing and patient. He brushes his knuckles against your spine and swallows hard when you instinctively arch up into him. “Just… follow what I do.”
You nod, your expression dazed and faraway and when he leans in again, you press your mouth to his in a soft kiss.
Dick smiles against you, rewarding you by slanting his mouth more firmly against yours. This time he lets the kiss linger, letting you feel his warmth, the careful way he parts his lips to guide you how to breathe through it.
When you mimic him, he hums low in his throat, the noise vibrating against your lips.
“Good girl,” he whispers, barely pulling back, his voice rough with approval. “You’re doing so good for me.”
Your lips turn up, a shy smile gracing your face as you shiver slightly. “Thank you,” you mumble out, like you’re embarrassed.
Dick has manipulated you into kissing him and you’re thanking him. He’s so giddy he could burst.
Instead he settles for kissing you again, even deeper as his hands slide down to your hips where they lightly squeeze. The action makes you gasp softly against the kiss and he uses it, sliding his tongue against your bottom lip.
You stiffen, unsure and he immediately soothes you, hand against the side of your thigh. Your nerves are so cute. Almost as cute as the strawberry lipgloss that he’s tasting, which he knows is your favourite.
“Open up for me, baby,” he murmurs, voice dripping with patience. “Just a little. Let me in.”
You part your lips, all hesitant and sweet and Dick rewards you immediately by slipping his tongue in your mouth. You melt against him some more and he takes it as a sign to go further until he’s licking into your mouth, kissing you like he’s trying to eat you alive.
He’s borderline devouring you, getting hungrier when he feels you start to move with him, gasping into his mouth and making soft, pleased noises.
Dick can feel how overwhelmed you already are when you helplessly reach out to grab the fabric of his t-shirt, clutching him like a lifeline. He needs more.
Pulling back far enough to speak, he tries to control his own breathing. It’s just so hard when he’s this excited. “When a guy really likes a girl…” he says lowly. “He won’t wanna stop at just kissing. You wanna make sure you’re ready for all of that?”
You stiffen for a second and Dick decides to change his tune, gently kissing your forehead like he always does and begins to shift back a little.
“I mean, we don’t have to,” he relents, trying to sound as flippant as he possibly can when his hard on is painfully straining against his jeans. He begins to slide his hands away from your body as though he’s unaffected. As though his jaw isn’t clenched from the restraint of not touching you. “We can stop.”
“No!” Your hands shoot out to hold his own in place where they grip your waist and your eyes don’t leave his mouth for a second. Your’e panting softly, lips swollen and bitten — courtesy of Dick — and your eyes are glassy. “I— we don’t have to stop… I want to keep going. Please.”
Who is he to deny you when you ask so sweetly?
“Whatever you want,” he agrees, voice calm as ever. But his blood is hot and he’s trying so hard not to rip off your clothes and fuck you into the mattress until your bed is broken in half. All in good time, he tells himself as he guides you further back. “Lie down for me?”
You rest your head against your pillows obediently and Dick runs his hands up your sides, slowly and teasingly. “I’m going to take off your shirt now.”
Nodding, you lift up your arms when he begins to peel away your oversized t-shirt, shrugging it over your head to toss it to the ground. Dick’s eyes don’t leave your chest and it’s like he’s a man possessed when he immediately leans down to drop kisses to your neck and down your chest, grazing the swell of your breasts.
“So, so pretty,” he mumbles against your skin, his hands sliding behind your back to fumble with your bra clasp. You don’t stiffen this time and he takes it as permission to unclasp it before sliding your straps down your arms and leaning back to stare at you. “Fuck…”
You shrink under his gaze, trying to place your hands over your chest when he doesn’t move, and the action snaps him out of it.
“Don’t cover up,” he instructs, impatiently brushing your hands away before looking directly into your eyes. “You’re so fucking beautiful.”
A little laugh leaves you, like you don’t believe him and he decides it’s high time to convince you. Ducking his head down, Dick immediately swipes his tongue across your hardened nipple and you hiss, hand flying up to muffle your gasps as he starts to suck. Everywhere. He’s biting and licking at your chest, purposely leaving marks. If you try and do this with anyone else, they’ll know he was here first with all the blossoming bruises he’s sucking onto your skin.
Your gasps are coming out too quietly for his liking.
“No, don’t cover your mouth,” he says firmly, circling your wrists with his much larger hands to guide them away and pin them to your sides. “Guys like it when you’re noisy.”
Translation: Dick wants to hear you scream.
He returns his mouth to your body, this time venturing lower as he peppers kisses to your stomach. Lower and lower until he’s at the waistband of your shorts. He kisses around your belly button, nipping at your skin to distract you from your nerves as he slides the shorts down your legs.
You’re not even protesting anymore. In fact, you’re eager as you kick the item of clothing off your body. Dick huffs out a laugh against your belly when he sees your pink cherry-print panties. He recognises them from all the times he’s rifled through your underwear draw — it’s his favourite pair.
“Stop laughing,” you say breathlessly as you playfully tug on a strand of Dick’s hair. “It’s laundry day.”
“No, it’s cute,” he says, completely serious as you roll your eyes. The attitude you give him makes him want to fuck it out of you and so he swipes his thumb across the centre of your panties, right where your clit is, pulling a breathless sound from you. “So, so cute.”
You’re already soaked through the pink and red fabric, your wetness forming a damp spot visible through your panties and he grins. Shit, he’s barely touched you.
Dick props up your legs for better access and tugs at your panties, sliding them down to your ankles and then he groans.
He sounds like you’ve just sucker-punched him and before you have the time to process it, Dick sinks a finger into you easily and without any friction.
You’re so wet that it slides right in and the sounds that leave your lips make Dick’s mouth water. You’re gasping on choked breaths as he moves in and out of you, dragging his digit against your walls.
“So responsive,” he exhales, keeping a slow pace as not to overwhelm you. It only lasts a second though, as he can’t help wondering what other noises he can get out of you. His other hand comes up to start circling at your clit and your hand flys up to grab at his inky black locks.
“Oh, sh…shit. Dick, oh my God,” you whimper as the double stimulation makes your body twitch. You’re so consumed by pleasure that you probably don’t realise how hard you’re pulling on his hair — it’s a good thing he likes it. “Oh, please…”
He thinks he could die right now, hearing you beg him. For what, you don’t sound sure, but he obliges you with something. That something being a second finger which slides in almost as easily as the first.
The whine that leaves you is music to his ears and he pumps his fingers in and out, stretching you open in preparation. “Good?”
His question is teasing, since he can tell from the way your eyes are screwed shut that you do think it’s good. You nod nonetheless, whimpering out a “Yeah, so good. S-so good, Dick.”
Dick hums, increasing his pace absentmindedly as his erection brushes against your sheets. He’s practically humping your duvet, it’s pathetic. But he can’t bring himself to feel shameful about it when you’re looking so fucked out before him and he’s barely even done anything.
Fuck, he’s nearly drooling and so he decides the only thing to do is remove his hand from your clit. Your eyes flutter open at the loss of contact, despite his fingers still moving inside of you.
“Wait, what are you— Nngh.”
Dick flattens his tongue against your cunt and drags it up over your clit. You cry out, tangling your fingers further in his hair and keeping his head between your legs. Not that you need to when he’s eating you out like a man starved.
His tongue is moving against you like you’re his last meal while his fingers curl upwards into your pussy, making your eyes prick with tears. The second he starts sucking at your clit, you arch off the bed and helplessly grind against his face, covering his chin in your slick.
Dick moans into your cunt, pulling away a little to ask you in between licks. “Are you close, sweetheart?”
When he doesn’t hear an answer, his fingers pause in their movements and he lifts his head up to look at you.
“I— I don’t know,” you whisper, breathing heavily. “I’ve never… y’know, I haven’t—”
You’ve never had an orgasm
It feels like Dick’s luckiest day alive, he thinks to himself and he can’t help the wicked grin that splits across his face. His slides his fingers out of you, making you whine and his grin widens as he climbs over you, swiping a hand over his mouth before pressing a sweet kiss to your lips.
“That’s okay, sweetheart,” he says soothingly, starting to pepper kisses over your cheek and jaw. “We still have more practicing. You’re going to cum on my cock for the first time, okay?”
“Okay.” Your response is almost immediate and he huffs out a laugh at how willing you are now. Any hesitation has since left you and Dick doesn’t have to convince you to do anything.
Not when you’re tugging at his shirt to take it off, which he happily obliges, reaching behind his back with one hand to shrug it over his head.
You exhale shakily, reaching out tentatively to trail your fingers over the sculpted lines of his chest, the hard ridges of muscle and the soft scattering of dark hair trailing down to disappear into his jeans.
“You’re beautiful too,” you say under your breath with a shy smile and he lets out a broken laugh, rough and shaky, grabbing your wrist and bringing it to his lips to press a kiss at your pulse point.
He’s going to absolutely ruin you.
When your hand drags down his abdomen and further down to his waistband, Dick shudders — a harsh tremor wracking through his body.
“Fuck,” he mutters, squeezing his eyes shut for a second. “Take off my jeans.”
Your fingers fumble to unbutton them and before he knows it, he’s tugging them off and you’re looking down at his cock straining impossibly hard against his boxers.
Dick doesn’t need to instruct you this time, and you’re hastily undressing him, allowing his achingly hard cock to spring free. You let out a breath at the sight of him, his leaking tip practically sore from neglect.
Your hands come up to hesitantly wrap around him, dragging his precum down his length to better stroke him. You do it painfully slow and he hisses through gritted teeth, jerking his hips into your hand which is so, so tiny compared to him.
“Am I doing this right?”
Your quizzical voice nearly makes him buckle, and he decides he’s had enough of not being inside of you.
“You’re perfect,” he promises, sliding a hand up the expanse of your thigh to squeeze your ass. “You’re more than perfect, but if you keep going, I’m going to cum all over your hand and that’s not what we’re practising today.”
You give him a sheepish smile, removing your warm hand and letting it rest by your side while he hovers over you.
Dick glances over your naked frame and nearly sighs aloud at the sight, leaning down to kiss your temple. “Are you ready?”
“Ready,” you say, nodding at him to continue.
Dick brings his length to your cunt and drags it up and down once to cover the tip in your slick, marvelling at the natural lubricant. He’s not going to need anything else to slip right in and when your body twitches at the feeling of his head dragging against your clit, he smirks.
And then he slips the tip right into you, slowly working you through the delicious burn as you gasp. In the back of his mind, he’s a little bit concerned that you haven’t bothered to ask him to wear a condom (not that he was going to — he knows exactly what birth control you’re on, it’s fine), but your compliance is so naive. He’s glad it’s just for him.
“Ohhh, fuck. You’re doing so well, you can take it,” he grunts out, trying to go further in as slow as possible. His hands are clenched around your sheets as he slowly pushes and pushes deeper into you. “You were made for this, weren’t you? Huh? You gonna take all of me?”
“Yes, please, please, please,” you mutter, voice hoarse and nearly inaudible.
“Please what?” Dick stills, not moving another inch as he freezes halfway inside of you. “What do you want me to do, baby? Use your words.”
“Dick,” you rasp out, trying to buck your hips up for more, but Dick grabs your waist and pins you down. You can’t move an inch when he does this. “Please, please, I want more!”
He leans down to chuckle in your ear before he buries himself into you, sinking all the way down to the hilt.
He only gives you a few seconds to adjust before he’s pulling out and slamming back into you. The cry that leaves you is so beautiful and Dick wants to hear it again and again and so, all of a sudden, he’s driving his hips right into you with a desperation.
His cock is stretching you out more than his fingers ever could and you’re so wonderfully tight that Dick can feel every last inch of your velvety walls wrapped around him, sucking him in like something vicious and needy.
You’re practically incoherent now, the whimpers that leave you are basically sobs as Dick fucks into you hard and fast.
“Shit, sweetheart,” he grits out, sweaty curls falling into his eyes as he doesn’t falter in his thrusts. He leans down to press his body against yours as he continues to pound your hot, weeping cunt. “You’re a fucking natural, you know that? You don’t need the practice, you’re perfect. He doesn’t even deserve you. Fuck, he doesn’t deserve to look at you, let alone fuck you.”
Dick’s control and flippant attitude is slipping as he mumbles the words against your skin, but what else can you expect when you’re scraping your nails down his back and pressing your tits against his chest? He doesn’t even care about fucking you under the guise of practice anymore and instead he’s whispering cruelly into your ear.
“You’re so fucking gone for my cock, I bet you can’t even remember his name,” he chuckles against the shell of your ear and you let out another sob, shaking your head frantically. “What is it, baby? What’s his name?”
“I don’t…” you trail off, jaw going slack and eyes rolling back into your head when Dick lifts up your leg to position it over his shoulder, hitting a brand new angle that makes your whole body tense and writhe. He repeats the question and you whine, arching your back even more as you clutch his bicep. “Fuck! I— I don’t know, oh my God, I don’t remember. Oh, Dick, please, it’s so good! You’re so fucking good, I can’t—”
Dick smirks into your neck, his hot breath fanning over your skin as he pants. “That’s what I fucking thought.”
He leans back and brings your other leg over his other shoulder to drive his length into you impossibly deep and you scream his name so loudly that there’s no way your neighbours could miss it.
The sounds of his skin slapping against yours are so obscene in the otherwise quiet of your bedroom that he wishes he could record it to listen to the audio later. He makes a mental note for next time.
As soon as Dick feels your cunt begin to clench around him, he knows you’re close and fuck if he isn’t too. Sweat is coating his back and he feels out of control — you don’t look any better as there are tears of pleasure running down your cheeks, your tits bouncing with every thrust, the sheen of sweat over them catching in the light.
Fuck, he groans out a guttural noise as he picks up the pace to piston into you like a fucking machine. Reaching over in between your legs, he starts to rub quick circles into your clit with his thumb, leaning down to spit on it.
He watches with awe as his thumb rubs his spit into your cunt and the more he circles your clit, the harder he slams into you. Soon, you’re coming so hard that your body trembles with a high pitched whine and your nails are drawing blood down Dick’s back.
The way your cunt is clutching his cock through your orgasm makes him follow quickly and he’s as much of a wreck as you are, burying his face in your neck and sliding his arms under you to pull you close to him as his hips begin to falter. Before he knows it, Dick is shooting hot ropes of cum all over your walls with a choked groan.
It feels never ending, the way you’re milking him for all he’s worth and he decides he never wants to separate from you, keeping himself buried inside of you as he collapses onto you.
He leans most of his weight on his arms beside you, but he’s close enough to feel your racing heartbeat against his chest as you catch your breath.
“You did so good for me, sweetheart,” he pants, one of his hands coming over to rest on your belly where he traces his fingers. “So fucking good…”
Your lips curve up into a smile and although it’s tired, he can tell you’re pleased.
He presses soft kisses into your temple, still buried deep inside of you. Your legs stay wrapped around him and your arms encircle his broadness in a bear hug, not eager to let go any time soon.
Dick is such a good best friend, after all.

Elias ‘Stack’ Moore x black reader
Description: ( unedited af ) You and Stack have been in love for what feels like forever, but neither of you has had the courage to speak up. Stack is convinced that your heart belongs to Smoke, and as for Smoke? He’s exhausted from trying to show you both that the love you seek is right in front of you.
Word count.: 3,852
A/n: this was originally one part, but I thought it’s a break it up into two because when I tell you, it’s getting a longer and longer 😭 I don’t wanna rush the way I want it to end but the way I’m craving these Sinners fic and I know some of y’all are too. I thought it would be nice to drop it now. Couldn’t contain my own excitement 😂
Part 2 - What I Should’ve Said
Enjoy ! 🩷
As soon as you stepped off the train, a smile broke across your face. The familiar sights and sounds of home wrapped around you like a warm embrace. You were excited to finally be back, but a flutter of nerves danced in your stomach at the thought of seeing your sister for the first time in ages. Yes, you guys had written to each other, and she had tore your ass a new one in a few of them letters back home bout to running off with the twins without a word. Nevertheless, you knew regardless of how upset she may be with you, she’d always welcome you home with open arms. You missed your sister. You also missed the twins, who you were eager to reunite with. It had been almost a year since you’d all been together, and just thinkin' about Stack made your pulse quicken.
Steppin' aside so other boarding the train would have access to the front door, you made your way toward the center of the station, your eyes scanning the crowd. You were sure Stack knew you was comin' at this time, so you had a feelin' he’d be lurkin' around here somewhere. Just then, you heard it—a voice that sent a thrill of nostalgia through you. You turned around, curiosity piqued, and there he was, front and center.
But your heart sank a little when you noticed the woman standin’ in front of him. Fair-skinned and confident, she had that undeniable charm—Mary. Of course she would find him, you thought bitterly.
You watched as Stack’s gaze followed her, a solemn look crossing his face as she walked away. You should’ve known he’d seek her out the moment he arrived. You’d bet money he could find her in a crowed room, without fail.
You loathed Mary.
It wasn’t a secret. You couldn’t stand her presence and that gnawed at you deep down. It wasn’t just jealousy; it was that gut-wrenching belief that Stack cared for her more than he did for you. He looked out for her in a way that was different from how he looked out for you. The attention he gave her was the kind you had secretly longed for, and judging by the way he stood there, it seemed nothin' had changed.
Oh, how wrong you were.
“Old habits die hard, huh, Stack?” you snarked from behind him, the playful edge in your voice barely masking the hurt you felt.
“Damn,” he muttered under his breath, closing his eyes in resignation. He knew he was caught.
He didn’t even have to turn around to know it was you. Stack could tell by the sound of your voice that you was pissed, especially with the faux sugary sweet smile you wore when he finally faced you. That, and when you were at him, it was the only time you called him Stack and not Elias.
Turning around to face you he could barely contain the smile that wanted to break out.
It had been a year since the two of you had seen each other, but for him, it felt like a lifetime. For six years, y’all had traveled the world together. You had taken care of him and Smoke, watchin' their backs, makin' sure he stayed outta trouble. You had put up with his antics for so long, and he’d never understood why you stuck by his side. That was until you decided it was time to carve out your own path, to prove you could stand on your own.
So you left them. You left him. You promised to return within a year or come runnin' if he called.
But Stack didn’t call.
He figured you didn’t want him to. Not really. A part of him was upset with you for abandoning him. He knew Smoke had written to you a few times, and he tried not to let the green-eyed monster show. Smoke would tell him when he received a letter, sometimes even havin' one for him too. Stack never wrote back, but he always read the ones you sent for him. Several times in fact. He wanted to know how you were, what you had been up to, even if he fronted like he didn’t care. You were miles away and all he wanted was you near..
And now you were back, standing right in front of him, looking as breathtaking as ever. The sun-kissed brown skin of yours practically glowed in the light. The apples of your cheeks rounded as you smiled, dimples showing, and the curves of your hips called out to him as he admired your frame in the flowy yellow dress you wore. It reminded him of your favorite flower, magnolias, and coincidentally, yellow was his favorite color on you too.
You were home for him, and you didn’t even know it.
“It wasn’t even like that, Bam,” he said, tryin' to brush off the tension and butter you up with the nickname he gave you.
“It never is, is it, Stack?” you shot back, crossin' your arms, though a smile tugged at your lips.
“Come on now, after all this time, that’s the mood you wanna get off on?” He hand taken a few steps toward you and grabbed your hand.
“A brotha can’t get no love first?” He flashed you a smile he knew you couldn’t resist.
Despite yourself, your smile grew bigger as you felt the warmth of his presence pulling you in. You wrapped your arms around his neck, sinking into the comfort of his embrace.
“I missed you,” you confessed, your voice barely above a whisper as you melted against him.
“I’m glad you’re here,” he replied, his words a gentle way of sayin', 'I missed you too.'
“Who’s this?” you asked, eyeing the guitar-totin' boy standin' next to them after you two finally pulled apart.
“The boy,” Stack replied, nodding in his direction.
“The boy—Little Sammie, is that you?!” you exclaimed, shocked.
“Miss Y/n?” he said, his eyes wide with disbelief.
You laughed, pulling him into a warm hug. God, he was all grown up. You used to help his ma look after him and his siblings sometimes, and you even sang in his daddy’s church for a while. That was until you started hangin' out with Smoke and Stack more and stopped goin' to church. You didn’t want to hear no sermons about how the devil had his hands on you and how you needed to come back to the Lord.
It was a bittersweet feeling, thinking about how much you missed them and how much Sammie had grown. You could see he still had to get his head on straight, but it warmed your heart that he was still playing the guitar Stack had given him.
“Well then, there will be plenty of time to catch up later. You boys finish up here. I’ll be in the car,” you announced a beat after pullin' away. You knew they was up to no good.
“Little Sammie, help Stack with my bags, will ya?” You pinched one of his cheeks playfully before giving the other a quick kiss, treating him like the youngin' he still was in your eyes.
“Oh and drop the ‘Miss’.” He stared after you, bewildered, as you walked past Stack, givin' him a wink while you patted his chest slowly, draggin' your hand away.
“That’s really Y/n,” Sammie said, still in disbelief, causing Stack to chuckle.
He hadn’t seen you since he was a boy, and he couldn’t believe how different you were now. You were just a teen girl girl in his eyes back then, but now you were a grown woman—an extremely attractive one, at that.
“She’s—”
“Way too much woman for you to handle, lil nigga,” Stack stated matter-of-factly, a smirk playin' on his lips.
Not too much for me, though, he thought to himself, wordlessly pickin' up both suitcases and handing his little cousin one. You would probably fit real pretty in the front seat of his ride right about now, knowin' you and those pretty pick pocketing hands of yours had already snatched the keys from his coat pocket.
“Well, are you?” Sammie quizzed.
“Am I what?” Stack frowned slightly.
“Handling it?” The corner of Preacher Boy’s mouth twitched just a little, and Stack knew the younger man could tell you were vexed with him, and he wasn’t handling shit.
“Bring yo ass on, smart ass.”
As a result of those endless hours of travel, you were exhausted. You hadn’t gotten much sleep on the train, not wantin' to doze off around strange white folks. Your father had raised you and your sister to always be aware of your surroundings. After hearin' Delta’s wild stories about the men he knew from the side of the road, you needed a moment to decompress. So, you let the sounds of Sammie’s guitar and the rhythm of the car rockin' gently lull you into a well-deserved rest.
You weren’t sure how long you had been asleep, but soon you felt somethin' soft brush against the side of your face.
“Bam,” you heard softly as you began to stir.
“Bam.” This time you felt a poke to your cheek.
With a soft groan, you opened your eyes to see Stack standin' outside of the car, looking at you with that soft smile that always made your heart race.
“There’s my girl.” He smiled down at you.
“What you want, Elias?” You tried not to blush at his words.
“We made it. Come on.” He extended his hand for you to take.
You took it, pullin' yourself up to stand. Prepared to jump over, he surprised you by lifting you up in the air out of the back of the car.
You squealed, caught off guard as he held you slightly above him. You looked down at him for a minute, and he slowly set you back down, your body sliding against his.
“Thank you,” you said bashfully, pretendin' to fix your hair in the mirror.
He stood directly behind you, just close enough for you to catch a glimpse of his smirk in the car mirror.
“Anytime.”
“I—” you began, but were cut off by another car pullin' ahead. Once you noticed it was the truck Stack had said Smoke was in, you started walking quickly toward it. Stack told you the two of them had to split the work and that Smoke had a few stops and you knew it wouldn’t be anywhere else, but to see Annie. It was one thing for Smoke to be gone; of course then, he and Annie couldn’t be together. But while he was home, he wouldnt go anywhere without her.
“Annie!” You called as soon as your older sister came into view.
“Y/n?” Annie couldn’t believe her eyes as you ran toward her the biggest smile on your face.
“Surprise.” You spoke tearfully, as you slowed down taking the last few steps before crashing' into your big sister. You embraced her tightly, the two of you holding onto one another as if the other would disappear if you let go.
“Look at you.” She ran her hand up and around your face, cuppin' it affectionately.
“Look at you.” You repeated, mesmerized by your sister’s loving eyes.
Eyes that always looked at you with understanding, compassion, love, and support. Annie didn’t always agree with the choices you made, but she always supported you in choosin' your own destiny.
“Don’t you ever leave me like that again,” she fussed, swattin' lightly at your butt.
“Stop, girl, I’m grown,” you laughed, spinning around in a circle to dodge her playful swats.
“Girl, I don’t give a damn.” Annie fixed you with a stern look. “You’re still my baby sister. You don’t just run off and leave me without notice like that. You scared me half to death.”
“I’m sorry, Annie. It’s not that I wanted to; I just—” you paused, searchin' for the right words.
After a moment, you realized you didn’t need to say much. Annie would understand.
“Mine doesn’t have a mojo bag; he just has me,” you said, your voice wavering, knowin' she would know you was referring to the more reckless twin.
She smiled and nodded in understanding. You stood there for a little while longer, embracing each other, tryin' to wipe the tears from each other’s eyes, gigglin' like school girls as you did so.
“We’ll take more later ya hear?”
“Yes ma’am.”
Pullin' away, you angled your body a little more to the left to finally get a good look at Smoke.
“My girl!” he said with a small smile of his own, and you couldn’t help but laugh.
“Hey Smoke.” The two of you wrapped your arms around one another.
You missed the way Stack’s jaw clenched as you embraced Smoke. The latter didn’t as he grinned at his twin. It was an asshole thing to do, but he couldn’t help it. He had been watching the two of you pine after one another for years. If Smoke had a dime for every time he tried to convince his brother that you felt the same way about him that he felt about you—or to get Stack to confess his feelings for you—boy, he’d be rich.
It was your last night in town, and the three of you went out. You were currently dancin' with some random nigga from round the way. Stack watched you like a hawk, grillin' the hell outta the man who had your attention. Smoke couldn’t do anything but laugh at his brother’s expense.
“Nigga you got it bad,” he said with a chuckle.
“Shut up, bitch. You got it just as bad for her sister,” Stack shot back.
“Sho’ll fuck do. Don’t give a fuck who knows either.” Smoke shrugged blowing a cloud in Stack’s direction.
“Yeah, whatever.” Stack muttered, takin' a sip of his beer.
“Mmhmm, whatever shit, nigga. Could be you out there dancin' with her, tryna cop a feel. Instead, you’re here,” Smoke teased.
“It ain’t like that with us, Smoke.” He denied.
For the life of him, Smoke couldn’t understand why Stack was in denial about you. It was like he was purposely standing in his own way, unwilling to accept a good thing.
“Have I ever been wrong about a woman tryna throw her pussy at you?”
“Nah,” Stack grumbled, his defenses slowly crumbling.
“Aight then, nigga. Listen for once.” Smoke said, playfully mushing the side of Stack’s head as he stood up to head to the bar.
“Aye, watch out.”
“Girl follows you around the world, and you still questionin' shit,” Smoke called over his shoulder.
He could only shake his head at the memory. Smoke swore dealin' with y’all shit was gonna put him in an early grave.
Once the two of you released one another from the hug, you walked back toward your sibling, and Smoke did the same.
“You good, man?” Smoke asked, knowing full well he wasn’t. He just wanted to see if he was ready to be honest with himself.
“Yeah, uh, I’m good.” Stack cleared his throat before repeatin', “I’m good.”
“Good.” He patted his brother on the back. “Now let’s get to work.”
Now, you knew you was comin' to work, but you ain't expectin' to be put through the wringer! As much as y’all got on each other’s last nerves during the setup, it was all part of the charm. Smoke being the bossy one, always puffin’ up his chest like everybody ain’t already know he ran the place; Cornbread, with his big ass, ain’t stop complainin' 'bout how heavy them boxes was; Delta always droppin' “back in my day” stories like they was gospel every five minutes. And Stack? He was slick, finessin' Preacher Boy into doin' part of his work in the name of “respectin' your elders.”
Not to mention you, Grace, and Annie, makin' one little complaint 'bout the heat, which led to Bo shakin’ up a bottle of beer and lettin' it spray all over y’all like a makeshift sprinkler system to “cool y’all off.” But this? This was the stuff you cherished. These were the moments you missed. After hours of busting your backs, the grand opening was here, and the party was in full swing.
You found yourself wrapped up in Stack’s arms, your back pressed against his solid front. The sweet sound of southern blues wrapped around you like a warm embrace. Ain’t nothing like live music from home, and tonight, the air was thick with rhythm. Effortlessly, your body flowed with the beat, swayin' in a circle until you found yourself once again meetin' Stack's chest. One of his arms hung loosely around your waist, his fingers barely grazing your skin, followin' the pace of your movements like it was second nature.
“So, this is new,” you teased, glancing back at him.
“What’s that?” Stack’s voice was low, his eyes glued to the way your hips moved, like he was tryin' to memorize every curve.
Stack thought you was downright gorgeous, and it drove him crazy. He wished he could tell you every single day how beautiful you were. Your body? It made his heart race. Big hips, thick thighs, and those legs that seemed to go on for days. That dress you wore? It gave him a perfect view of your curves, and he found himself lost in thoughts he shouldn’t be havin’.
“You dancin' with me,” you said louder, breakin' him outta his daydream.
“I’ve danced with you before,” he replied, a hint of challenge in his tone.
You leaned your head back further, givin' him a smirk. “Not like this.”
Stack’s grip around your waist tightened, the two of you still swayin’ to the music. “What’s this?” His breath brushed against your ear, sending shivers down your spine that you tried your best to ignore.
“Like you tryna work your way into my drawls,” you shot back, playful but with a hint of seriousness.
“And if I am?” he shot back, spinning you around so you faced him, his gaze intense.
You were momentarily stunned, your eyes searchin’ his for any signs of this bein' a joke, you arms now loosely around his shoulders.
“Smoke told you.” you said, his words heavy like a weight on your chest, but it felt more like a statement than a question.
You knew Smoke couldn’t keep his mouth shut when it came to his brother. Stack had ditched you and Smoke for the night to run off with some floozy and you were hurting bad. Especially after the way he had been flirting with you day after day. After an attempt at drowning your feeling in a bottle of whiskey, you had confessed your undying love for Elias Moore to his other half after the world became a bit too blurry. The truth came spillin' out like vomit, then afterwards, literal vomit. You could curse the ground Smoke walked on for lettin' it slip.
Stack watched as the gears turned in your head, his eyes dropping to your bottom lip, which you had pulled between your teeth. He chuckled softly, still swayin' with you, but the tension was thick.
“Smoke been tryna tell me for years,” he confessed, his gaze dropping to the floor before meeting yours again.
He wasn’t sure if he was talkin' 'bout Smoke tryin' to get him to accept his own feelings or the ones you held for him.
It was the way you cared for him. In every way. You checked on his well being constantly. The effects of the war on smoke were clear. He had his issues and one of them Stack always took care of. Rolling his cigarettes, making certain shit easier for Smoke every chance he got. Stack was the suffer in silence type. No I didn’t know the trauma he had suffered. He preferred everybody think he was OK. But you saw right through him. You seem to be able to tell every time something took him back there the lifeline you’d reach out of your hand, holding his gentle caresses to the top of his hand, which is the tiniest of squeezes that will bring him back and remind him that he was here and safe and with you. Stack was the type to suffer in silence, keepin' his struggles close to his chest. But you? You saw right through him. You could tell when something haunted him, and each time, you’d reach out, holdin' his hand, givin' him that gentle squeeze to remind him he was safe with you.
You were everything to Stack.
The air between you two shifted, thickening with unspoken words and feelings.
“When did it click?” Your heart raced, the world around you fading away.
Y’all had stopped movin’, probably the only two still in the crowd of people dancing and signing having a time.
“The one you left.” Stack admitted, feeling a bit guilty for only realizing how deep his feelings and love for you really were.
Speechless you pulled away from him completely, mouth opening and closing as you stuttered trying to find the right words to say. Overwhelmed with emotion and not quite sure what to do with yourself you turned around to scurry away when he grabbed your hand and pulled you back to him.
“Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold on now. Why you runnin'?” He was holding you again, bobbing his head around trying to catch you eye as you avoided his.
“Elias, you drunk,” you said, your voice shaky.
“Baby, I ain’t had a sip of liquor,” he replied, his grip on your chin gentle, forcing you to look at him.
Big brown eyes searched yours, filled with a truth that made your heart swell with love.
“Y/n,” he started, but just then—
“Stack!” Smoke’s voice cut through the moment like a hot knife through butter.
You two pulled apart at the sound of his brother calling.
“Let me holla at you for a minute,” Smoke beckoned, clearly oblivious to the tension hangin' in the air.
You could see Stack was ready to protest, but you stopped him, gently cupping the side of his face in your hands. Stack might not have been running off liquid courage, but you had dug deep for some courage and found enough bravery to push through.
You pressed a soft kiss to the side of his cheek, and then another right next to the corner of his mouth, lettin' your lips linger just a moment longer.
“Go. We’ll talk later,” you assured him, pulling away with a grin as you turned to find a seat at the bar y’all had been swayin’ next to.
It wasn’t long before Stack's arms wrapped around you from behind.
“Count on it,” he whispered, kissing the side of your neck, sending warmth flooding through you.
You flushed at the feeling of his lips on your skin, that deep baritone voice igniting a fire you didn’t know you had.
You couldn’t wait until later. But unfortunately, later never came.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤA DATE WITH MY BOYFRIEND'S GAY BROTHER * MATT STURNIOLO
SUMMARY :: Where at the Charlotte, NC show of the Sturniolo Triplets Surprise Party Tour, the surprise revealed by Nick is a date with Y/N, Matt's girlfriend.
FEATURING Matt Sturniolo x reader || Nick Sturniolo x best friend!reader REQUESTED? yes.
WARNINGS :: none.
AUTHOR'S NOTE :: that is my work, I DON'T authorize any form of plagiarism; copy, "inspiration" or translation! | english isn't my first language, so I'm sorry if there's any grammar error.
The big screen flicked for a millisecond before showing the banner with 'SURPRISE' written in big white letters, making the entire venue buzz.
On stage, the two orange couches sat like home, like that warm familiarity everyone already associated with the boys after three shows in a row.
Matt and Chris sat side by side on the right couch, Matt with his legs crossed and hands holding a mug, while Chris leaned comfortably against two cushions.
Y/N, whose eyes shined with pride and excitement, sat in her usual front-row center spot, the seat she’d occupied every night since the first show - a spot that the fandom named as her own little throne.
She wore her usual smile, the one that was soft and private when she was thinking about Matt, but also smug and knowing tonight, because this surprise... she knew exactly what it was.
The screen above the boys flickered again to show a countdown before finally transmitting them dressed up in suits, taking a collective inhale from the audience.
And then it finally stopped, fading into a crisp video of Nick standing in front of a camera, looking directly into it while adjusting his tie. The second he gave a crooked little smile, the entire theater erupted in cheers.
"I’m terrified." Nick's voice came from the mic in a singsong tone, scrunching his nose. "This is my first one."
Chris and Matt smiled widely, watching Nick's excitement as he explained the dynamics of the live broadcast channel and the hint he was going to show to the public.
As the crowd cheered louder, Matt and Chris got up from their current spots, changing to where Nick was seconds before while Nick himself made his way to one of the prop shelves on stage, reaching inside it.
His hand came back holding a single rose. Deep red, long stem, elegant as hell.
"A... rose?"
Chris tilted his head, already squinting like he was trying to read Nick’s mind. Matt just blinked at the rose, deeply frowning. Mutual laugh echoed from everyone as Nick made a show of putting the stem between his pink lips.
"Matt." Nick voice sounded muffle before taking the rose off of between his lips. "For you."
Matt cackled, taking it, then turned to the camera and pointed.
"It’s giving Bachelor a little bit. But I don't know."
Chris leaned in, taking it out of Matt’s hand when the middle triplet tilted it in his direction, resting his arm above his popped up knee.
"I’m guessing you went on a date or something."
Nick raised his eyebrows and gave a slow, knowing smirk.
Y/N could barely contain her own. Her right leg was bouncing slightly now, hands gripping each other above her jeans covered thighs like she was physically holding in the excitement.
"Alright, let’s have one person in the crowd to take a guess." Nick turned to the crowd.
Cheers. Screams. Hands flying into the air.
"One of the crew’s out there with a mic, they’ll pick someone. Choose wisely, we’re trusting you."
The spotlight scanned the crowd for a moment before it settled three rows behind Y/N. A mic was handed to a girl with long dark and a white shirt, trembling hands holding her phone and the mic.
"Hello! What’s your name?" Nick asked, the mic still in his hand, voice soft and sweet.
"Harlow." She said, a little breathlessly.
"Nice to meet you." Nick said, stretching his body above the cushions. "What do you think I did completely by myself, without Matt and Chris?"
She paused. A deep breath.
"You got a boyfriend?"
The crowd exploded in cheers, Matt and Chris laughing while holding up the rose. They knew that it wasn't that. I mean, they would know if it was. Right?
Y/N was laughing behind her hand, affectionately rolling her eyes with how Matt turned in his seat to look at her, silently mouthing 'WHAT IF IT’S TRUE?', and she just smiled, shaking her head.
Just you wait.
Nick turned back to the camera, now walking toward the empty couch again. He plopped down onto it, casually crossing one leg over the other.
"I hope you are all entertained." He started again. "And unfortunately, there’s a lack of a man in this surprise..." He paused, eyes gleaming. "BUT, let’s get into it and see what I actually did."
The big screen turned black for a second. A heartbeat passed.
Y/N inhaled, smile stretching wider.
The screen lit up with a soft, white light. The camera was steady on one very familiar hallway: the upstairs floor by Nick’s bedroom, right outside of it. There, standing right in front of the plain white wall, back straight, and plastic bottle of water in hand, was Nick.
Except, something about him looked... off. Not off in a bad way. Just... different.
And Matt, who had been watching the screen in full chill-mode, arms folded loosely, mic resting in his lap, squinted.
Because Nick looked exactly like him.
The jeans were wide-leg, same wash, same stitching, same fit Matt had been wearing during their trip to Milan a few months back - the pair that always sat too low on his hips unless he wore the belt that squeaked when you pulled it tight. He had on a black leather jacket zipped up halfway to the neck, and even though it covered most of the shirt underneath, Matt could already tell from the slightly bunched collar that it was one of his whites. The expensive kind. The kind he only let hang-dry. And the shoes?
Nick's body shifted ever so slightly, and Matt's confirmation was right there.
On Nick’s feet were Matt's black Prada loafers. The ones he was gifted by Prada itself.
Matt narrowed his eyes, eyebrows pulling slightly together as he leaned toward his mic, raised it to his lips, and with voice low but sharp enough to carry through the speakers, he asked.
"Is that my clothes?"
But Video-Nick’s voice just kept going, twisting the cap off the water bottle in his hand and taking a long sip before exhaling.
"I am so nervous." He said, eyes darting to the side for a second before returning to the lens. "Actually, that’s not true. I feel confident. I feel happy. And excited."
Chris snorted under his breath beside Matt, but Matt didn’t even look at him, didn’t move his eyes away from the screen. Brow furrowed, head tilted just slightly to the right with his mic still half-raised, resting lazily against his lower lip, but he didn’t say anything else. Yet.
"For this tour surprise." Nick kept going, stepping forward slightly so the camera picked up the shine on the leather of his - Matt's - jacket. "I decided I’m gonna do something that I have never done before."
Another pause.
"You’re probably asking yourself, 'Nick, what have you never done before?'" Nick continued, gesturing to the lens with the bottle. "And don’t worry. I’m about to tell you."
Chris's brows rose ever so slightly.
"Today, I'm going on a date."
The moment that word left his mouth, the theater shifted. Screams bounced around the walls, and every pair of shoulders jolted forward at the exact same time.
And then Nick's voice echoed again.
"But not with a man." He added, a twinkle in his eye. "I’ve never been on a date with a woman in my life, and it's happening today." He said, water bottle swinging from one hand. "Which, for me, is kinda crazy. Especially when you think about how me, Matt and Chris are literally the most emotionally avoidant men on YouTube. We don’t talk about this stuff. We don’t share this stuff."
Matt nodded sideways. Half truth.
"And yes, I am clearly a gay person." He went on. "So, this isn’t the beginning of some tragic reality where I go into conversion therapy. Absolutely not."
The audience snorted. Chris laughed out loud and dropped his head onto the back of the couch dramatically.
"But as a self-proclaimed gay best friend to many women." He said. "It occurred to me that if I’m gonna be giving them relationship advice, and dragging the men they date through the mud - which I will continue to do - then I need to know what I’m talking about. To have the certainty that I would, in fact, be a better boyfriend and man than whatever nonsense they’re dealing with."
And that’s when Matt’s brows twitched up again, this time with something behind his eyes.
Because Nick was smiling now.
Smiling that smile. The proud one. The one that only meant he was about to do something that absolutely no one ever thought that he would do.
"And as much as I may not like dating women." He said, shoulders rising with his grin. "I found the perfect ideal woman to share my first date with."
A long pause.
"And her name is Y/N L/N."
The theater cracked open with noise, a full screaming chaos.
Matt’s mouth dropped open.
His hand slowly went up to the mic, almost in slow motion.
"WHAT?"
The audience laughed harder.
Chris had thrown his head back, laughing so loud it echoed.
"Oh my God."
Matt blinked a few times, still watching the screen even though he wasn’t paying attention to anything Nick kept saying, then turned his head toward the audience.
"There’s no way. There’s no way."
He leaned forward, bracing his forearms on his knees, soft blue eyes meeting Y/N’s.
"Nick thinks he’s gonna take my girl on a date and be a better man than me?" He asked, feigning dramatic disbelief.
Loud laughs echoed from the crowd while Y/N only watched her boyfriend with the widest smile, crossing her arms in front of her stomach, lazily shrugging.
Matt shook his head with the most dramatic eye-roll and leaned back in his seat.
"That’s my Prada jacket." He muttered into the mic, aggressively pointing at the screen. "And she's now apparently his date."
The video cut for a millisecond before Nick appeared again. In his hands, he held a bouquet of pink lilies - huge, fresh, wrapped in parchment-like paper, and tied with a silky pale ribbon that fluttered a bit when he moved.
"First step and it's already something that makes me a better boyfriend than all the boyfriends in the market, is that I'm showing up with flowers."
The flowers were beautiful. Soft pink petals curling outward like open arms, green stems still dewy.
"Obviously, pink lilies. She’s obsessed. And I don't know this just ‘cause I've heard her talking about it many times before, but because Matt literally never shuts the fuck up about how she likes this color, that flower, how she hates yellow roses and loves lilies ‘cause of the smell, the texture, the aesthetic... I could write a thesis on this girl’s floral preferences."
A gentle ripple of laughter ran through the theater. A few girls leaned into each other smiling, and a couple of people tilted their heads with soft little "aww"s.
On the orange chair, Matt blinked slowly, and then tilted his head back with a grin that couldn’t quite decide if it was amused or if he was just realizing how often he talked about Y/N without even noticing. Chris gave him a light nudge with his elbow, watching Matt shaking his head, laughing quietly, resting his cheek against his fist.
Then, in a single flicker of an edit, the video jumped forward.
"Okay, I'm going down now." Nick’s voice echoed in a hushed whisper, the camera following him from his right hand as he came down the winding staircase, kneeling down at the middle landing, right where the stairs turned, and left the bouquet there.
The video cut again, smooth and still steady, now framing the living room. Y/N was sitting on the cream-colored couch, legs crossed, her dress flowing around her knees in gentle waves. She had her phone in her hand, and she was scrolling with one finger, nails painted the exact color of dried roses.
"He-ey." Nick entered the shot again, adjusting the camera quickly as he placed it above the coffee table, tilting it just enough to frame both of them.
Y/N looked up, and her whole face lit up like the sun. Her smile came fast and wide, eyes sparkling even more than the subtle shimmer dusted across her cheekbones.
"Oh my God, hi!" She beamed at the camera. "Hi, people!"
Matt smiled quietly at her reaction, fingertips meeting the golden commitment ring decorating his left hand.
Nick turned to Y/N onscreen and grinned.
"Got something for you. Don’t move." He said, pointing at her with mock-seriousness.
She pressed her lips together, nodding like she was holding in a laugh.
"Okay, okay. I’ll be good."
As soon as he turned away toward the stairs, she glanced at the camera again, her eyes wide with playful disbelief. She leaned in just slightly, bringing her hand to the side of her mouth as if whispering to the camera.
"He's such a gentleman, right?"
A few girls in the audience audibly awww’d under their breath followed by a scoffed "yeah, right" coming from Matt.
Back on screen, Nick returned with the bouquet in hand, a gentle smile still on his face, holding it out to her like it was something fragile. Y/N’s mouth fell open, and then she gasped, eyebrows raising as she reached for it.
"Are you serious?" She said, her voice that high-pitched kind of delighted. "Oh my God- Nick!"
He handed it to her, and she buried her face in it for a second, eyes fluttering closed with the sweet smell of lillies. When she looked up at him again, there was a soft, wonderstruck little smile on her lips.
"How did you know pink lilies were my favorite?"
Nick tilted his head a bit, giving her a look that was fond and offended in the softest way.
"You really asking me that?"
Y/N laughed, the sound bubbling out of her. She shook her head as she leaned toward him, wrapping her arms around his middle in a hug. She pressed a kiss to his cheek, and he smiled while squeezing her back, resting his cheek on top of her head for a beat before taking a step back.
Matt let out a slow breath through his nose, blinking.
"Oh wow." He raised his eyebrows to the crowd, voice echoing from his mic.
"Kid really took your girl from you." Chris giggled a little, slapping a hand over Matt's thighs.
Matt shook his head like he couldn’t even process it.
"Yeah. You’re telling me he wore my shirt, my jacket, my loafers, brought my girl pink lilies, and hugged her like that?"
He laughed to himself, dramatically leaning back in his seat and covering his mouth with his fist for a moment before looking at Chris, defeated.
"Nah, I can’t compete with that, bro." He said into the mic, totally deadpan. "He’s literally the better man. I give up. The man brought her lilies. I barely even water the lilies I give her."
Everyone cracked up.
Video-Y/N then turned and started walking toward the kitchen table on the opposite end of the room.
"I’m gonna leave these over here and promise I’ll put them in a vase when we’re back, okay?" Her shoes clicked softly on the floor, and as she passed the camera still recording them from the coffee table, she glanced at it with the gentlest smile.
"Don’t forget." Nick called out, followed by her voice, 'Never!'.
Once she reached the kitchen table, she carefully set the bouquet down in the center before turning back around, her arms now free, and looked over at Nick with this childlike little grin on her face.
"So... what are the plans for our date?" She asked, tilting her head, the corner of her mouth tugging up even higher.
Nick let out a short laugh, rolling his eyes.
"I’m taking you to lunch. It’s a surprise, though... Well, not that much of a surprise since you’re gonna have to drive because someone." He said, pointing to himself dramatically. "Doesn’t have a license. But I’m putting the address on the GPS, so like... You don't see the restaurant's name."
Y/N blinked. And then snorted. Loudly.
"Wow. Romantic and chauffeur duties. I’m spoiled." She said with this exaggerated eye-roll as she walked over to the couch again, grabbing her purse and then her car keys from the small coffee table, right next to where the camera was still perched.
"I cannot believe you just told me that I'm a terrible date." He gasped, hand to his chest like she’d just stabbed him in the heart, reaching over and picking up the camera with one hand, rearranging it on his hands so it could keep filming her as she slung her purse over her shoulder.
Y/N raised both brows as she walked toward the front door.
"I didn't, but if the shoe fits..." She mumbled under her breath with a smirk, not even turning around.
The screen cut abruptly with a soft pop. When it came back on, they were already in Y/N’s car. The camera was above the dashboard, framing both of them perfectly from the passenger and driver’s seat.
Nelly Furtado’s "Say It Right" played in the background, just loud enough to be heard over the gentle hum of traffic through the closed windows. Y/N had her hands on the wheel, sunglasses on, her mouth mouthing part of the chorus.
Nick leaned back against the seat after making sure that the camera was recording.
"Okay, so we’re on our way." He said, voice smooth. "Probably almost there, and Y/N hasn't complained about not knowing where we're going not even once."
"Do I have an option?" She cut in, raising one brow without taking her eyes off the road.
Nick grinned, shaking his head.
"No."
Y/N turned her head just slightly toward the camera, her lips curling up with this sly glint in her eye.
"So that's how it feels like to be Matt." She teased, lifting her hand from the steering wheel to move it around, indicating the driver's seat and the camera.
Nick cracked up instantly, his laugh loud and sudden.
"Yeah, but he's usually quieter."
"Hey!" Matt shook his head with a half-smile, hiding it behind his mic. "That was rude, Nick."
"Oh, shut up."
The video kept rolling.
Nick glanced toward Y/N, the sound of the turn signal clicking as she slowed near a red stop sign.
"So, am I doing good? Like, for a first date? How’s this holding up against all your past ones?"
Y/N slowed the car and gave him the most incredulous look.
"Nick. Literally... Matt was my only first date ever."
Nick blinked like his brain had short-circuited for a second.
"Oh my god. I forgot that you guys are, like... literal high school sweethearts." He said, squinting at her. "Like, you’ve been together since you were fifteen. That’s wild."
Y/N nodded.
"And you’re still winning the first date contest." She said with a small shrug, tossing him a look that was half playful, half sincere.
Nick smiled smugly.
"I knew it. I knew I was the man. I am the man."
"Okay, straight man." She said with a snort, rolling her eyes again, but grinning wide as the light turned green and she stepped on the gas. "Sounding just like Taylor Swift right now."
Nick leaned forward toward the camera.
"Someone put that on a t-shirt. 'I Am the Straight Man'."
Y/N was still giggling.
"You should create merch with that." She said through a breath. "But like, my first date with Matt was cute too, okay? He planned this whole picnic thing at our neighborhood park, and he brought that one book I was obsessed with and read it out loud to me while we sat under the big tree near the swings. And he made Mary Lou help him cook pasta salad in a mason jar. I still have the jar back in Boston."
Nick melted visibly, slouching against the seat with a hand over his heart.
"You guys are disgustingly adorable."
"They are, aren't they?" Chris chuckled from the couch, shaking his head while pressing the mic against his bottom lip, turning his head to Matt just to see him looking down at Y/N, who blew a kiss to him, causing his ears to turn into a pinkish hue.
The screen cut for a second again, and now they were at the restaurant.
The camera was slightly tilted, clearly propped up on the table against something - maybe a water glass or the pepper shaker - because the angle was a little off-center, catching more of Y/N than Nick.
The lighting was warm and golden due to the afternoon hour. Behind them, there were plants hanging from the ceiling, twinkle lights twisted around exposed wooden beams, and the soft murmur of background chatter and clinking forks.
The plates in front of them were full of pasta. Y/N’s was some creamy, tomatoey mix with melted cheese bubbling on top, while Nick's was a simple Mac n' Cheese.
The camera cut in right as Y/N was mid-bite, talking around her fork.
"... but I told him, like, if you say one more word about this shit in front of me while I’m reading-"
Nick was already laughing as Y/N pointed her fork at him dramatically.
"I’m serious! He ruined the book ending three chapters early." She said, shaking her head, but there was a grin tugging at her mouth. "He was like, 'well obviously the main character isn’t gonna die', and I was just sitting there, waiting for my next class, like... wow. Thanks for nothing."
Nick put his hand up.
"In his defense, the man was clearly not gonna die. He had 80 pages left and a dog to save. You told me this before."
"But that’s the whole point! The tension!" She said, laughing as she stabbed her pasta dramatically and took another bite. "Ugh, straight men are dumb."
Nick snorted.
"That’s homophobic."
Y/N almost choked on her bite, laughing into her napkin as she wiped the corner of her mouth.
"Okay, fine, not all straight men. Just ninety percent of them."
The camera then caught Nick leaning slightly into the frame, his fork twirling through his pasta as he pointed it at her.
"Okay, but be honest. Out of all the pasta in LA... this one’s still the best? Because I need to know that I choose right."
Y/N didn’t even hesitate. She chewed one last bite, swallowed, and placed her fork down.
"The best." She said, eyes wide as if to make a point. "If I was ever on death row- which, like, I hope I’m not, but if I was, this is my last meal. No question."
Nick nodded solemnly.
"Noted. Putting it in your file."
"Thank you, you do that."
He smiled, resting his chin in his hand for a second like he was just watching her.
"You’ve brought Matt here before, right?"
"Duh." She said, gesturing vaguely with her hand. "He actually found this place on TikTok like, two years ago, and he knows how obsessed I am with pasta, so it was easy to love here."
Nick grinned.
"Pasta is the best meal ever."
"I know, right?" She said with a smile so soft it was barely there, but her eyes crinkled at the corners. "We’ve been coming here for date night's and stuff ever since. One time the waiter gave us free tiramisu because Matt told him it was our engagement dinner."
Nick blinked.
"Wait. You’re not even-"
Y/N burst out laughing.
"No, of course not! That’s the thing! We were like nineteen! He just wanted the free dessert."
"Oh my god. Matt having criminal behavior, who would've thought? I love that." Nick said, covering his mouth like he was shocked.
Chris, still curled up on the couch with a throw pillow now half-over his lap, glanced toward Matt, whose lips were slightly parted in that soft half-smile. His arms were crossed, head tilted slightly before moving his mic to his lips.
"The dessert was worth the lie, guys."
Screen-Y/N pointed a fork at Nick with mock seriousness.
"If you add me eating on the video and I get messages about how messy I eat pasta, I’m blaming you." She said, laughing as she twirled another bite.
Nick rolled his eyes.
"I only capture the truth, Ratatouille."
"Ratatouille." Chris’s voice came from his mic, cutting in half with laughter that seemed to bounce in the walls. His body dramatically moved to a sitting position on the couch, looking at Nick with the widest smile. "That was such a good one, Nick."
Nick just affectionately rolled his eyes at his brother. Chris really thought that he was the funniest person in the world.
"Way to treat a woman on the first date, Nick." Matt snorted.
The video cut again.
Now they were outside, the soft sound of wind rustling through trees and birds chirping layered under the video. The camera was balanced on Y/N's purse, and slightly tilted but perfectly catching the scene.
They were sitting cross-legged on a picnic blanket in the middle of a park. A soft purple print spread under them, surrounded by open gel pens, markers, and two thick coloring books - big, chunky Bobbie Goods ones with rounded pages and pastel covers.
"Shut up- no way you guys got Bobbie Goods!" Matt's voice sounded high-pitched, his eyes running directly to Y/N's. "We were planning on buying those to color it together."
"I'm sorry, I couldn't help it." Y/N yelled from the first row so they could hear her from the stage, shrugging. "It was for a date, you know?"
Matt scoffed, looking at Nick, who simply ignored him, keeping his eyes on the screen.
Video-Nick reached toward the camera, adjusting it a little to make sure they were both still in frame, and gave a casual smile to the lens before speaking low and relaxed.
"Okay, so we stopped by this tiny bookstore a couple blocks from the restaurant, and they finally had these Bobbie Goods books that Y/N’s been, like, dying to get her hands on for weeks." He said, gesturing lazily with the blue pen in his hand. "She’s been checking online every day like an obsessed."
Y/N, still focused on the page in front of her, didn’t even look up.
"Lies. I checked every other day."
Nick laughed.
"Same thing."
He held up the coloring book to the camera for a second, the page half-filled with a very dramatic-looking bear wearing green sunglasses.
"So, naturally, we bought two of ‘em. And also... like. Sixty pens." He turned to look at the rainbow explosion of pens inside the small black bag.
"No exaggeration at all." Chris muttered inside the mic, giggling.
"You know that the bag comes with sixty, right?" Matt looked at him with raised brows, scoffing with how Chris just waved him off.
"Oh, and we also got ice cream." Video-Nick added, turning the camera a little more to show their cups. "Y/N got this vanilla-strawberry flavor with rainbow sprinkles, because she’s a little kid-"
"Excuse you." Y/N interrupted, finally glancing up. "It's called taste."
"And I got chocolate oreo. Obviously superior."
In the theater, Chris chuckled, arms folded.
"Okay, but like, he’s not wrong. Chocolate oreo hits every time."
"I will have to agree with it." Matt smiled, purposefully ignoring Y/N's devastating look at him.
Before Nick could say anything else, Y/N leaned a little to the side, catching a glimpse of his page.
"Why is your bear wearing green sunglasses?"
Nick blinked.
"Because he’s a cool bear." He said without missing a beat, eyes flicking back to the coloring book like it was obvious.
Y/N giggled.
"That is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen."
"Excuse me, he has style." Nick shot back, finally glancing at her with wide eyes.
Y/N flipped a page in her own coloring book, revealing a page full of tiny mushrooms with smiley faces.
"Mine is objectively better."
"This one's going to our fridge. 'You still have it?" Matt turned so he could look at Y/N, gently smiling with the way her head moved up and down with excitement.
Video-Nick leaned over slightly to peek, squinting like he was analyzing it.
"Okay, it looks cute. I’ll give you that."
A pause, the sound of Nick's pen brushing over paper echoing.
Then Y/N made a soft noise and peeked into Nick’s ice cream cup.
"Can I try yours?"
Nick didn’t hesitate, just picked it up and handed it over without even looking.
"Knock yourself out."
Y/N took his spoon full of oreo ice cream and took a bite, the softest little noise of approval immediately escaping her throat, head tilting back slightly.
"Okay, that’s good."
Nick just smirked like he knew it would be.
"You want mine?" She asked, already passing her cup over.
"Sure." He said, trading cups without even a blink. Nick took a bite of hers and immediately nodded. "Yours tastes like my childhood."
Y/N blinked.
"What, trauma?"
"No way you just said that, kid." Chris's voiced echoed mixed with a loud giggle, looking down to Y/N with an exasperated gaze.
"Well, she wasn't wrong." Nick shrugged.
Video-Nick nearly choked laughing, ice cream in one hand, and marker in the other.
"Okay, rude. I was gonna say like birthday parties and move nights."
"Oh." She grinned. "Same thing."
They both laughed again, heads a little closer now, their bodies leaning in just slightly.
Y/N scooped another bite from Nick’s ice cream, observing him changing his pen color. A sudden breeze rushed from the trees around them, causing a shudder to run from Y/N's spine to her legs, her hand feeling extra cold with the freezing cup.
"Ugh. I’m cold now..."
Nick didn’t pause his coloring, taking another bite of ice cream.
"You want my jacket?"
"Last romantic man on Earth, I know." Nick muttered against his mic, smiling.
Y/N’s eyes snapped up, her face lighting up immediately.
"Yes please."
Nick sat up, his now free hands meeting the top of his - not actually his - leather jacket, unzipping it and handing it over. Y/N smiled gratefully and pulled it around herself without even thinking, snuggling into it like it was the coziest thing on Earth, inhaling Matt's and Nick's mixed perfumes. She tucked the sleeves over her hands and tilted her head with a grin.
"Thanks." She said, then glanced at the camera with a glint in her eyes. "This is Matt’s jacket, by the way. His perfume is still here. I don't think he washed it since Milan."
In the theater, everyone cracked up, some "ew's" echoing with the last part.
Matt blinked.
"That’s not true, I washed all of our clothes from that trip as soon as we got back and you know it." He pointed at Y/N with raised eyebrows before squinting his blue eyes, watching her playfully pretending to ignore him.
The video cut again and this time, the lighting was low and warm, the sun had fully dipped, and the only light came from the soft overhead bulbs inside Y/N’s car.
The camera was wedged on the dashboard, the lens slightly angled toward the two of them inside her car. You could hear the faint beep... beep... beep of the car backing into their garage, followed by the slow whir of the gate closing.
Y/N was mid-sentence, hands loosely on the steering wheel.
"... so you would have a different shirt for every single show, you know? Like, just plain shirts with something different written on each one." She said, eyes flicking between the mirror and Nick. "Could be something funny, something iconic from the city, something random..."
Nick blinked, then broke into a slow grin.
"Wait... that’s actually a really good idea."
Y/N smiled proudly, tapping her fingers on the steering wheel.
"Right?!"
Nick gave a single, very approving nod.
"I’m doing it. You just became my tour stylist."
"She is amazing, huh?" In the theater, Matt softly mumbled, earning a quiet chuckle from Chris beside him.
"Amazing and demanding." Nick complement. "I had to do two of each shirt so she could match with me."
Video-Nick reached over, picked up the camera, and flipped it to face him.
"Okay, so we’re back home now." He said, the light from the dashboard casting a soft glow across his face. "And before this perfect date ends, I have one more surprise for Y/N."
Y/N turned to him, eyes wide, a hand already on the key, the car now parked.
"There’s more?"
Nick nodded.
"Just one last thing. You ready?"
She turned the key, the engine turned off, and the whole car dimmed into quiet.
"Let’s go." She smiled, already cracking her door open.
They got out at the same time, Y/N bouncing on her feet as she waited for Nick to catch up before she pressed the car remote to lock it with a little beep-beep.
The camera cut to Nick holding it up now, slightly shaky from his movements as he trailed behind Y/N up the stairs from the garage to the main floor of the house.
"Oh my God!" Y/N visibly flinched and let out a little squeak of surprise when she stepped into the living room and saw Matt and Chris already home, lounging on the couch, faces lit up by their phones and the TV playing a random show.
Matt looked up at the sound and smiled so genuinely, like his whole day just got 10x better in one second. His hands immediately tossed his phone beside him on the cushion and sat up, grey hoodie rumpled and his hair a little messy, like he’d run his fingers through it too many times that day.
"Hey, baby." He said softly, voice a little scratchy. "You’re back."
Y/N blinked, laughing from the scare, then lit up.
"You scared me, I thought no one was home yet!"
Chris looked up too, his expression confused for a split second before raising a brow.
"Nick, what the fuck are you doing with the camera?"
Nick, as quickly as possible, turned the camera toward himself and backed up toward the stairs.
"It’s for the next vlog, like, a mini segment- weeks ahead, you know?" He walked as normal as possible to the stairs leading to his bedroom.
But before he disappeared to the stairs, the lens briefly caught Matt patting the space beside him and looking at Y/N with that lazy smile, his arms open.
Y/N dropped her purse by the kitchen table without even acknowledging Nick anymore, beelining for the couch and flopping down next to Matt like it was instinct. She curled up against him immediately, fitting right under his arm like that was her designated spot. He kissed the side of her head like he’d been waiting to do that all day.
"How was your day?" The middle triplet asked, voice low and warm.
Nick's background turned to white as soon as he got to the stairs, the camera lens now pointed toward his own horrified face.
"They weren’t supposed to be back yet, what the hell-"
Up in the theater, everyone was smiling with the real couple's scene. The fans loved when the triplets exposed a bit of Matt's and Y/N's relationship.
Nick was almost at the top of the stairs, still whispering urgently to the camera.
"I swear I thought they’d be home later." He paused. "Also. Pretty sure Chris saw me using Matt's clothes but I’m just gonna pretend he didn’t."
Then, from downstairs, off-screen, Matt's voice echoed loudly.
"Also..." His tone sounded casual. "Why were there flowers on the table when we got back?"
The camera immediately cut to black.
In the theater, everyone cracked up.
Screams. Laughter. Clapping. A few dramatic gasps from fans in the front rows who clearly hadn’t expected this as a surprise for tour.
The second the screams started to fade just enough, Nick leaned forward, gluing his mic to his bottom lip.
"Okay, so before we even say anything about that." He said, waving his free hand around like he needed everyone to pause. "I just feel like... we’re missing someone?"
The crowd was already catching on, shouts of 'Y/N!' were echoing around the arena in random waves.
"I mean, we can’t talk about the date without the actual date." Nick finished, raising his brows at his brothers. "Right?!"
And the screams just went off again.
Chris leaned forward, laughing into his mic.
"Y’all are crazy."
Matt was already smiling so big, shaking his head before meeting one of the security guards eyes stationed by the stairs, giving him a subtle nod, which the man was quick to understand, stepping toward the front row.
Still in her seat, hand half covering her mouth in that shy expression from all the attention, was Y/N, looking at the stage with a gaze that screamed 'you guys are NOT doing this', but she was already standing.
People were cheering, standing halfway up from their chairs, some of them even waving as she passed by with the security as if she was their best friend.
Chris cupped his mic dramatically.
"Be honest... do you guys love Y/N more than us, or-?"
The crowd didn’t even hesitate, they roared.
He winced playfully.
"Wow. I walked right into that."
Matt nodded, completely straight-faced as he spoke into his mic.
"Do you doubt it?"
Another explosion of laughter.
And then Y/N finally climbed the few small steps to the stage with the bodyguard guiding her halfway. She paused right at the top and glanced out at the crowd, her expression cracking into this huge, huge smile, and she lifted both hands and waved at every direction of the theater, her rings shining below the yellow lights.
"HI!!" She shouted into the air like she belonged to the stage.
The crowd? Lost it. Like, genuinely went feral.
Someone screamed "WE LOVE YOU Y/N", and without missing a beat, she cupped her hands around her mouth and shouted back an "I LOVE YOU TOO!!".
Matt’s head dropped slightly with a laugh, watching her with a proud, full of love, look.
Y/N then finally turned to the boys, walking over to the couch setup, and Chris moved to give her space on the right corner of the couch beside Matt’s chair.
"Alright, sit here." Chris told her, gesturing to the spot.
Y/N dropped onto the couch with a little bounce, immediately tucking one leg under the other, but before she could even settle in fully, Matt reached over and wrapped an arm around her shoulders like it was second nature, pulling her into him so that her upper body was kind of half-laying against his side.
He laced his fingers around her arm, holding her close, and then raised the mic to his mouth.
"So like... how’d you manage to hide a whole date from me that well?"
Y/N burst into giggles, leaning her head back just enough to look up at him.
"I’m just really good at secrets."
Chris was already shaking his head, bringing his own mic up.
"I’m not gonna lie, I’m still dizzy from that whole video."
Nick was laughing too, adjusting in his seat.
"Okay, yeah, what are your takeaways?"
Matt was about to answer, but Y/N was quick to grab his hand holding the mic, her soft skin meeting the cool metal of his commitment ring as she wrapped her own hand around his and dragged the mic toward her lips.
"This was definitely one of the best first dates I’ve ever had." She said into it, smiling like a menace.
Chris let out this little cackle into his mic, the sound mixing with the crowd's yells.
"Kid, you’ve had like, one first date besides this."
She shrugged.
"Still counts."
Nick brought his mic up again, leaning forward dramatically.
"Probably one of the best dates I've been on in my entire life, and it was with a woman."
Y/N beamed at him, visibly proud.
"The best date, thank you very much."
Matt smiled, resting his chin lightly against the top of her head.
"I feel like what’s so funny about this." He said into the mic. "Is that like, we never talk about stuff like this in our videos. Ever. Like, dating or anything romantic... that’s always been off limits for the most part. And you showing a full date to the world was crazy."
Nick held up his hands.
"Honestly, no regrets. It turned out perfect."
Chris nodded, agreeing with him before turning his head to the side, smirking a little while looking between Matt and Y/N.
"Matt, do you, like, feel jealous? At all? That Nick took Y/N out?"
The crowd ooooh’d as if this was some kind of high-school gossip.
But Matt didn’t even hesitate, shaking head.
"Nah. Of course not." He turned slightly, speaking into the mic. "I mean, Nick’s my brother. He’s gay. Y/N’s his best friend. And I’ve watched them do everything together since basically the beginning of time... shopping trips, movie nights out, car trips just to find a diner that serves something they want past midnight. This just felt like... another version of that. Just with... flowers? I guess."
Y/N laughed, her head falling back a little against Matt’s shoulder, bumping his cap slightly before bringing the mic back to her lips.
"It really was so fun. I feel like me and Nick already have our 'besties routine', like, we’re so used to doing stuff together, just the two of us. But this felt... different? In the best way. It actually felt like a date."
Matt looked down at her, that soft glow in his expression like he hadn’t stopped smiling since she walked on stage.
"I’m glad you had fun."
Chris was still laughing, shaking his head.
"I still can’t believe we’re all talking about Nick going on a date with a woman like it’s a press panel."
Nick grinned, turning to the crowd and raising his free hand in the air.
"Welcome to the first ever official 'Sturniolo Triplets Love On Tour'."
Matt snorted.
"Coming to all streaming platforms."
Y/N leaned into the mic one more time.
"Spoiler alert: I’m dating this one." She started, pointing her thumb at Matt. "But I’ll third-wheel Nick anytime."
Nick placed his hand on his chest like he was touched.
"An honor."
The crowd cheered again, louder this time, as the lights dimmed slightly to start the goodbye session, Nick fully turning to the audience and thanking everyone for their presence tonight.
Matt didn’t let go of Y/N’s hand, and she didn’t move from her spot curled against his side, attentively listening to Nick as Chris leaned back in his seat, smiling.

Dad!Rafe and baby fever...

Y/N could barely contain her excitement, practically bouncing on her feet as she waited for the door to open. In one hand, she clutched a pastel gift bag, stuffed with little baby essentials- tiny onesies, soft blankets, and a plush bunny that she knew would be a favourite. In the other, Rafe stood beside her, holding a bouquet of fresh white carnations, his fingers idly twirling the stems while he watched his girl practically vibrate with anticipation. When the door finally swung open, revealing Lena with tired eyes but a glowing smile, Y/N squealed.
"Oh my God!"
She gushed, immediately diving in for a hug. Lena laughed, squeezing her back.
"Y/N, I literally saw you two weeks ago—"
"Yesss," Y/N cut in, pulling back just enough to beam at her.
"But you're officially a momma now!"
She gripped her cousin’s arms, eyes gleaming with pride. Lena chuckled, shaking her head.
"I know, I know"
Rafe, who had been standing back watching the interaction with a smirk, finally stepped forward, holding out the flowers. He spoke with a lopsided smile.
“Congrats on the baby, Len”
"Thanks Cameron"
Lena smiled warmly, taking the bouquet as she teased lightly. Y/N handed over the gift bag, grinning as her cousin took it, eyes trying to peek through the tissue paper covering the top.
"We got you some stuff for the baby! We may have gone a little overboard-"
"We?"
Rafe let out a short laugh, arching a brow as he repeated, glancing at her with amusement.
“I think you mean you, baby.”
“Whatever.”
Y/N playfully rolled her eyes. Lena peeked inside the bag pushing the covering to the side and let out a breathy laugh as her eyes widened.
“A little?”
Y/N just shrugged innocently as Rafe bumped his shoulder into her own. Lena shook her head to herself as she spoke, stepping aside to let them in.
"Come in, come in"
Y/N didn’t have to be told twice. She all but rushed inside, her eyes immediately scanning the living room for the main event. The second she spotted the bassinet in the corner, her heart melted. She barely heard Rafe and Lena talking behind her, too mesmerised by the tiny bundle nestled in the bassinet. Her chest clenched as she squatted down beside it, her eyes going all soft and dreamy at the sight of little Charlie, wrapped up snugly in a white blanket, her tiny chest rising and falling with each peaceful breath. With the gentlest touch, her hand came out to brush over the baby's little tummy, barely pressing, just enough to feel the warmth of her.
"Hi Charlie"
She murmured softly, voice dripping with adoration. The baby stirred just a little, her nose scrunching up in her sleep, and Y/N was surprised she didn't start crying on the spot at the precious sight. Behind her, Rafe and Lena were still talking, but then she felt a warm hand settle onto her shoulder, rubbing slow and affectionate.
Rafe.
He had come to stand beside her, looking down at Charlie with an expression that was almost as soft as hers.
“She’s perfect, Lena,” he said, voice full of sincerity as he glanced over at her cousin.
“Lucky to have you as her mom.”
“Thanks Rafe.”
Lena smiled, touched by his words. Y/N barely even registered the conversation, too busy getting lost in baby Charlie’s tiny fingers and impossibly soft cheeks. She felt something stir deep in her chest, something that only grew stronger when Rafe’s thumb swept lightly over her shoulder.
She should’ve known.
The moment they stepped into the cozy little living room, the scent of baby powder lingering in the air, and she saw that tiny bundle wrapped up in white, something inside her chest tugged. But the real problem?
Rafe
Rafe, sitting on the couch now, cradling the newborn in his arms, looking so effortless with her. Y/N sat beside him, watching as he carefully adjusted his hold, his large hands so gentle as they supported the baby’s tiny body. He was so focused, yet he seemed so relaxed- so natural.
“She likes you”
Her cousin teased softly, watching how the baby had nestled into Rafe’s chest, her tiny fingers curling slightly around his finger which he held out for her. Rafe chuckled, barely above a whisper.
“Yeah? She’s a pretty girl, huh?”
And oh.
Y/N felt her stomach flip.
Because Rafe was smiling down at the baby like she was the most precious thing in the world. And the way he spoke- soft, affectionate, careful- like he already adored her, like he’d do anything for her?
Y/N swore her heart skipped a beat.
She couldn't stop staring. Couldn’t stop thinking about how good he looked like that- holding something so small, being so gentle. Couldn’t stop thinking about what it would be like if that was their baby...
And that thought?
That was dangerous.
She swallowed hard, forcing herself to blink, to breathe, to not let the sudden urge consume her. But it was hard. So hard. Especially when the baby let out a tiny noise, and Rafe instinctively rocked her, swaying slightly, murmuring a quiet,
“Shh, I got you, pretty girl.”
Y/N was done for.
The sun had started to set by the time they were driving back, the sky fading into warm hues of orange and pink, casting soft, golden light through the car windows. Y/N sat quietly in the passenger seat, as she gazed out at the passing scenery. Her teeth pressed lightly into her bottom lip, eyes distant, deep in thought. Rafe noticed. His grip on the wheel tightened slightly as he glanced at her, flicking his gaze between her and the road every few seconds.
Y/N's thoughts drifted back to the little bundle of joy they’d just met. She couldn’t help it. Her mind flickered to the pills resting in her bedside drawer. She knew she was on birth control- had been for years now, ever since her and Rafe had started dating. She had a plan. She wasn’t supposed to be thinking about babies, not yet anyway. But today, with everything- seeing Rafe with Lena’s baby, how effortlessly sweet he was with her- it was like something inside her clicked. It wasn’t a new thought, but it was the first time in a while that it felt... real.
There was something about the way Rafe had kissed her earlier before they went in to see the baby, the way he always cared for her without a second thought, that made her realise that when the time came there was no one else she'd want by her side. She imagined, maybe one day, their own little baby Cameron. A small smile tugged at her lips, though she tried to hide it. Before she could process the thought fully, Rafe's voice cut through her thoughts.
“What’s going on in that pretty head of yours huh?”
She glanced up at him, his eyes soft, like he could already tell she was so deeply lost in her thoughts. Her heart skipped, but she turned her face to the window again, her smile betraying her as she muttered,
“Nothing”
It wasn’t nothing.
"C'mon, tell me"
He asked, his voice curious. One hand left the wheel, coming down to rest warm and steady on her thigh, the cool feeling of his signet ring grounding her. She hesitated, just for a second. Then she looked at him momentarily, voice quiet but sure.
"I think I wanna have a baby."
Rafe choked.
His grip on the steering wheel tightened, his jaw going slightly slack as he turned to look at her.
“A- what?”
“A baby,”
She repeated, her voice softer now as she turned her head towards him and continued to speak.
“I think I want us to have a baby.”
Silence.
Rafe was... thinking- evidently in slight shock. He was just looking at her, his lips parted slightly like his brain was working overtime.
“Like… our baby?”
“Yeah Rafe. Our baby.”
Y/N let out a soft laugh, nodding. Rafe exhaled, running a hand over his hair. Instead of words, he just let out a low hum- like he was still letting it sink in. His head nodded slightly, and he attempted to speak, but no full sentence came out. And Y/N was watching him so closely. Because she knew him. She knew every little expression, every little movement- and she could see it. That spark in his eyes. That little twitch of his lips like he was trying not to smile too hard.
“…You sure?”
He asked after a beat, voice quieter now, more serious. Y/N looked at him, heart thudding in her chest. And she nodded.
“I’m sure.”
And that’s all it took.
Rafe let out a breath- almost like he’d been holding it in- and suddenly, his grip on her thigh tightened, his fingers curling against her smooth skin as his lips finally broke into a grin.
“Yeah?”
He murmured, glancing at her again, like he needed to see it in her eyes too. And when she nodded again a wide smile creeping onto her lips, he was all in. Y/N’s heart fluttered at the way he asked, at the way his eyes practically burned with the unspoken promise in his words.
“Mhmm”
She hummed her voice trembling slightly with anticipation. Rafe’s grin deepened, and before she could even process the moment, he steered the car off the main road, guiding it towards a small, empty parking lot in the distance. Y/N blinked, a little confused, her brow furrowing as she leaned forward slightly.
“What are you doing?”
She asked, glancing at him as the car slowed to a stop. Rafe didn’t answer immediately. Instead, he shifted in his seat undoing his seatbelt his eyes gleaming as he turned to face her. A playful yet look settling on his face as he reached over to undo her seatbelt also “Well,” he said his tone low and confident,

Clingy in Shanghai
Word count: 482
Pairing: Lando Norris x reader
Summary: After Oscar wins the china gp, Y/n is overjoyed and celebrates him enthusiastically – much to the dismay of her clingy boyfriend, Lando.
________________________________________________________
The moment Oscar crossed the finish line, sealing his 1 victory in 2025, the McLaren garage erupted. Mechanics, engineers, and team staff leapt into the air, hugging and cheering. I was already on my feet, hands clapping furiously, a wide grin splitting my face.
“He did it!” I shouted, turning to the group of people around me. Everyone was ecstatic.
Oscar had driven a perfect race, and I couldn’t contain my excitement. As soon as he pulled into parc fermé, I rushed down with the rest of the team, my phone in hand to capture the celebrations.
“Oscar!” I called when he climbed out of the car, his face still half-hidden behind his helmet. He barely had time to process it all before mechanics swarmed him, patting his back and congratulating him.
When he finally removed his helmet, his wide-eyed, stunned expression made me laugh. “You bloody legend!” I cheered, pulling him into a quick hug. “First win in 2025, Oz! This is insane!”
Oscar chuckled, breathless. “I know! I can’t believe it either!”
The cameras were everywhere, capturing every moment. I stepped aside as Zak Brown came in for a massive hug, letting Oscar soak in his well-deserved celebration. But as I turned back toward the McLaren garage, I was met with a familiar sight—Lando, standing a few feet away, his arms crossed, eyebrows furrowed.
Oh no.
I could practically hear the dramatic music playing in his head.
I made my way toward him, but before I could say anything, he opened his arms expectantly. “So, where’s my hug, then?”
I rolled my eyes but couldn’t fight my smile. “Lando—”
“You ran straight to Oscar,” he whined, stepping closer until he could loop his arms around my waist. “Didn’t even look at me. Your boyfriend.”
I bit my lip, trying not to laugh. “Because he won the race, babe. You do get that, right?”
“I get that.” His lips pressed into a pout. “But what if I needed emotional support?”
“For what?” I teased. “You finished P2. That’s still an amazing result!”
Lando buried his face in my neck, mumbling something unintelligible.
“What was that?” I asked, running a hand through his sweaty curls.
“I said,” he pulled back just enough to look at me, his blue eyes unbearably soft, “I just wanted to be the one you hugged first.”
My heart melted on the spot. I groaned, resting my forehead against his. “God, you’re so clingy.”
“You love it,” he murmured, his nose brushing against mine.
“Unfortunately, yeah, I do.” I sighed dramatically before kissing him, my hands cupping his cheeks. He smiled against my lips, and I felt the tension in his body ease immediately.
“Better?” I asked.
“Much.”
“Good. Now, let’s go celebrate Oscar’s win.”
Lando groaned but let me drag him along. “Fine, but I get at least five more kisses before the party starts.”
I laughed. “Deal.”

📽 "𝐂𝐔𝐓! ... 𝐈 𝐒𝐀𝐈𝐃 𝐂𝐔𝐓!?"
ft. actor!itoshi rin x costar!reader
synopsis. it was finally time to 'act out' the long awaited kiss scene with your celebrity crush, itoshi rin! but when the director yells 'cut!' . . . you both don't stop?
notes. gn!reader, 1.1k wc. popping back in for a bit hehe :)

three months and at least twenty-five near heart attacks later, you were finally about to film the long-awaited kiss scene with none other than the man of your dreams– itoshi rin. and, as fate would have it, it would be your first kiss too! killing two birds with one stone had never felt so terrifyingly thrilling.
having been chosen to co-star with the famous actor in a conventional romance movie had already been surreal enough, but now, after what felt like an eternity of rehearsals and stealing glances at your celebrity crush, it was finally time to place your pretty lips right where they belonged– on his.
the set was filled with blurred murmurs as the crew made their final adjustments, the cameras maneuvered to align their lenses perfectly, the lights flickered as the technicians adjusted them to a soft glow. surprisingly, you were not feeling nervous (rather, excited) though the same could not be said about rin who was seated on the plush prop couch in the middle of the carefully arranged living room set, his fingers drumming impatiently against the cushion.
you took your place behind the apartment door, knuckles barely grazing the wooden surface as you waited for your cue.
the movie director then cleared his throat into his fist and raised the clapperboard. “quiet on set,” he bellowed, and the room instantly fell silent.
“ready,” thump
“set,” thump
“action!”
and the scene commenced.
you knocked on the door and a heartbeat later, rin’s voice floated from the inside– low & collected.
“the door’s open.”
short. simple. but most importantly, steady. it seems like he had finally settled into character.
twisting the doorknob, you stepped inside, shutting the door gently behind you. the air between you shifted the moment your eyes met rin’s cerulean gaze. you looked away almost immediately, heat creeping up your neck. pretending to be in love with him wasn’t very difficult when, in truth, there was no acting at all.
“i didn’t think you’d actually come.” rin’s voice was calm. he placed his mug down on the table, then threw his arm over the back of the couch as you approached and sat next to him.
“you called, didn’t you?” you turned toward him, tilting your body slightly as you took the time to scrutinize his face. his expression was unreadable, but you knew the script. furrowing your brows, you breathed out a soft huff. “liar,” you murmured. “you knew i was going to come.”
a ghost of a smirk tugged at the corner of his lips. then, without hesitation, his arm dropped from the couch, sliding effortlessly around your waist as he pulled you in, closer, until you felt the warmth radiating from him.
“yeah,” he admitted, “i did. you’ve always been easy to read, after all.”
your heart skipped a beat, but you kept your composure. barely. “cocky as always, i see.”
you scooted closer to him, the space between you turning into nothing as you buried your face into the warmth of his neck. your hands moved to rest on his chest, and you inhaled the familiar, rich scent of his cologne before sighing softly.
“i missed you, kai,” you whispered, your voice muffled against his skin.
secretly you wished there would come a day when you could whisper rin instead, not his character’s name.
there was a long silence and you contained your excitement for what’s to come like the competent performer you are. after the silence had stretched long enough, your trembling fingers curled into the fabric of his shirt and you pushed yourself up. your eyes glistened with professional tears and your voice cracked at just the right moment.
“i said i missed y–!”
the rest of your line was stolen.
without a word, rin’s hands found your face, fingers firm as he pulled you in, and then– his lips crashed onto yours. it wasn’t gentle. not hesitant either. it was rough and a bit reckless, too. it portrayed his scripted (or was it?) longing for you after 'years of absence' perfectly. his lips moved languidly against your own, and when a quiet whimper escaped you– definitely part of the script (cut yourself some slack, it was your first kiss for god’s sake)– you felt him shudder slightly.
your arms snaked around his neck as you began reciprocating the kiss more eagerly, with one tear cinematically slipping down your cheek. rin’s hand skis down to hold your waist while his nose brushes against yours fleetingly every now and then. it may be wishful thinking but with the way he’s passionately kissing you, you start to think that perhaps rin hadn't been acting this whole time. just like you.
“beautiful… perfect…” the movie director whispered under his breath, wiping a tear of pride as he casts glances at the camera crew filming the two successful stars. with a deep inhale, he readied himself, gripping the clapperboard.
and–
“CUT!” his crisp voice rings through the set, signaling the end of the scene.
but you don’t pull away.
and neither does rin.
rin took pride in his career as an actor. he’d always been a professional, detached, the kind of actor that did what ought to be done and moved on. no strings, no unnecessary connections. but that was all prior to this because gosh hell would have to freeze over before he lets go of you now.
your lips were magnetic, and from the way you crawl onto his lap, fingers tangling in his hair, kissing deeper, he knows you could feel it too. a soft gasp escapes him as he lands back against the plush pillows of the couch, your weight on top of him, but neither of you seem to care.
the director blinks.
huh. odd. maybe you two didn’t hear the signal, though he was certain his voice was loud enough. “CUT!” he tried again, his voice slightly louder.
but you two were in your own world, too lost in each other to register the world around you.
“i-i said CUT!”
still, neither of you budge. the cameras kept rolling, the crew remained silent. someone sniffles in the background. perhaps, the director thinks, this is even better- like real lovers. you two depicted the raw emotions suspiciously well.
and so, when the film was released, that extended moment (the one where neither you or rin heard the call to stop) was actually kept! the movie was a massive hit, and you two may have started dating after this (the only justifiable course of action after the stuttering and embarrassment that came from you two after the realization).
of course, the director’s frantic shouting had to be muted post-production with advanced editing platforms. oh, and–
the part where rin had accidentally moaned your real name instead of your character’s? yeah. that was cropped out completely.

Secret(Shh)

⋮ you unexpectedly see your former ta at a house party
❥ nerdmin x reader
cw: oral sex, fingering, squirting, sexual intercourse, multiple orgasms, overstimulation, (kinda) rough
𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠...
RANDOM PARTY
The buzz from the pre-game shots spread through your veins, as you and your friend Sasha walked up the stairs to a random party. She'd begged you to go as soon as she learned about it through her friend Connie.
She knew you never turned down a party, it was the only way to distract yourself from the hellish life of being a pre-med student.
Apparently it was thrown by some guy named Eren, whoever he was, he was loaded. The all white mansion's lights shined bright in the night.
"Nice house" you admired, still walking up the never ending stairs.
"Yeah, his family's loaded, his dad's a really big surgeon around here" Sasha replied.
"Mhm maybe I could shadow him...you think I could get an internsh-"
"Ah ah, no nerdy talk right now" Sasha shushed you, as you finally made it to the front door.
You thought maybe there'd be some sort of security because of the scale of the party, and it being in such a wealthy neighborhood, but Sasha just walked right in, and you followed.
The crowd was massive, everyone practically bumping shoulders...or other parts. You couldn't help but admire the chandeliers above you, the lights changed colors along with the beat of the music.
Taking your attention away from the pretty lights, you caught the eyes of a familiar blonde. His blue eyes glowed in the now purple lights, glasses framing his face. He wore a dark green t-shirt, and a multi-colored flannel, with jeans.
Before you could wave, nod, or give him any type of acknowledgment, you were pulled in the opposite direction.
"C'mon I wanna see what they have to drink" she shouted over the music. You just nodded, still being tugged toward the kitchen. Once you were there, Sasha fixed you and her cups of punch.
You however, were still thinking about the blonde. He was your Biochem TA from last semester. You'd always thought he was sweet and kinda hot in a sorta nerdy way. You felt there was a bit of tension between you, but you never acted on it.
He even had one on one tutoring sessions with you before your exams. If it weren't for him you doubt you would've passed with an "A".
You wondered if he even remembered your name, he probably had so many other things to worry about.
Sasha handed you your drink, "Y/n?"
"Hmm" you finally snapped out of your thoughts, grabbing the red solo cup.
"Did you hear anything I said" she sighed, taking a sip of her punch.
"No, sorry. What did you say?" you shook your head, sipping the red concoction. It was actually pretty good, a bit sweeter than you'd like, but good.
"I saidddd, Nic is here!" She exclaimed. Nic being her crush of a few months, who you're sure that everybody knows likes her, but her.
"What? How?" You questioned.
"I sent him a snap of me at the party to make him a bit jealous, but then he snapped me back saying he was here too and asked if I wanted to hang" she could barely contain her excitement.
"So you're leaving me for your crush?" You playfully pouted.
"No of course not, you can come too" she smiled, not seeing anything wrong with you intruding.
"Ugh no Sash, I don't think Nic wants to hang with me. I think he wants one on one time with you, ya know?" You chuckled.
"No...he doesn't think of me in th- wait really?"
"Yeah Sash I'm pretty sure he likes you back, like 99.999% sure"
"Okay I'm going, you sure you'll be okay?" She looked up at you, concern in her brown eyes, oh how you loved her.
"Yes, I promise. I'll find something...or someone to do" you laughed, half joking.
"Alright wish me luck" she kissed your cheek and then she was off in another direction.
You decided to walk back towards the heart of the party. Scanning the crowd, your eyes moved towards the area of the familiar face, only to see he was gone.
"Looking for someone?" A voice questioned, close beside you. You instinctively jumped, turning to see Armin Arlert, your former Biochem TA.
Although the air was filled with weed and liquor, you were still able to get a whiff of his citrusy cologne. Well, you'd found him, or rather he'd found you.
"Yeah, I was looking for you actually. You're the only familiar face I've seen and my friend just ditched me" you sipped more of the sugary drink.
Armin only hummed in response, nodding over to his former spot in a corner. You nodded, following him through the crowd.
"So, you still a TA for Professor Hange?" You shouted above the music.
"Yep, not the same as last semester though" he replied, finally making it to the corner, where the music wasn't as loud.
"How so?" You questioned.
"The students don't ask for my help, I kinda feel useless" he let out a soft chuckle.
"You know I kinda missed you, you actually seemed like you wanted to learn". He smiled over at you, his pretty eyes meeting yours.
You took another drink of punch before responding."Really? You missed me?" You laughed. He only responded with a head nod, licking his lips, unintentionally giving you get a glimpse of his tongue ring. That god damn tongue ring.
"I missed you too" you blurted out, a smirk formed against his lips.
"Yeah?" He moved closer to you, his cologne was intoxicating.
"Yeah" you responded, with an innocent smile.
"There's no other TA like you" you added, finishing the cup of punch which you're pretty sure was 80% sugar, but you still felt a slight buzz.
Armin's cheeks burned red, and you couldn't tell if it was from the alcohol in his red solo cup or your comment, but you hoped it was the latter.
"You know, I kinda thought you didn't remember me" you continued.
"Who could forget such a pretty face" Armin's eyes flickered up at yours then to his drink, taking another sip.
"Am I just a pretty face?" You teased, moving even closer, face to face.
"No, you're smart and passionate about your future, it's admirable" he smiled at you, genuinely.
You didn't know if it was the punch or the way he was complimenting you, but you felt like you had a chance, and you took it.
"I've always thought you were cute"
"Cute? Just cute?" He asked, his mouth twitched into a smirk.
"And smar-" Armin's free hand grabbed your face, pulling you into an abrupt kiss. His lips were soft and sweet from the punch.
The kiss was quick, but you could still feel his warm lips pressed against yours once he pulled back.
"Thanks, but I'm not just cute" he smiled, his hands left your face, and back into his pockets.
"How so?" You teased.
"Let me show you"
The next thing you knew, you were upstairs in a random bathroom.
Armin locked the door, pushing you against it, connecting your lips again. He held your face in one hand, while holding your hip with the other. This kiss was rougher, less calculated, more frantic.
Feeling his tongue push against your lips, you let it slip in. The silver ball you'd fantasized about in class, was now in your mouth, and you couldn't help but moan at the thought.
Armin broke the kiss a string of saliva moved with him, still connected to your lips. He smirked down at you before grabbing the ends of your tank and lifting it over your head.
You quickly discarded your bra, your nipples hardened from the cool air of the bathroom. "Fuck, they're even better than I imagined" Armin drooled at the sight of your breast, you took it he was a boob guy.
His lips attached to one of your nipples, playfully flicking his tongue before sucking it. You let out a soft moan, grabbing his head, fingers running through his hair.
His other hand moved to play with your other breast, pinching and grabbing it, until it stung. The slight pain went straight to your cunt, begging for attention.
His teeth bit down on the sensitive skin and you swore you could see stars. You moaned out, grabbing his hair and pulling him up to look at you.
"You're a little freak aren't you" you teased, before grabbing the back of his neck, pulling him into another kiss. You moved from the door, sitting on the sink. Your legs spread, letting Armin in between, both his hands laid on your thighs.
Your hands moved from his neck, back to his soft hair, tugging it a bit, when he bites down on your bottom lip. He pulled back from the kiss, out of breath.
"I like to be in control" he looked at your sternly, glasses at the slope of his nose.
"Then take control" you wrapped your legs around his waist, pulling him closer, his clothed erection against your clothed cunt. There were too many barriers between you at the moment.
He let out a chuckle, before giving your thighs a light squeeze to let go of his waist. He moved away from you and over the toilet, placing his glasses on the seat.
Then his flannel and shirt were off, and you couldn't help but admire his body. Holy sleeper build.
Once he's in front of you again, your hands immediately attach to his chest, his heart was racing, and for some reason you felt your pussy pulse because of it.
His hands moved to lift your skirt, sliding your black panties off. He balled the thin fabric, before placing them in your mouth with a smirk. "Shh" he lifted a finger to his mouth.
Then he was on his knees, between your legs. "You know, it may be perverted to say, but I've imagined what you'd taste like" his breathe shuddered against your cunt. He was such a freak, and you loved it.
Armin wrapped his arms around your legs and pulled you closer to the edge of the counter. Without warning, he dipped his tongue into your heat, down to your hole lapping up your slick and moving to your clit.
His tongue moved in circles against the sensitive bud, the metal ball adding a new element of pleasure. He slurped and sucked your clit just as hungrily as he'd done your breasts.
You moaned into your panties, moving your head back against the mirror. His fingers dug into your thighs, as his tongue dipped into your hole, swirling around before slurping your arousal.
He took a hand from your thigh, taking his ring and middle finger into his mouth and interning them into your cunt. "Mmm" you moaned, muffled by the fabric.
"You're so wet" he smiled up at you innocently, so much that it gave you whiplash. How could he look like that but do things li-
His lips attached to your clit again, as his fingers eagerly pumped inside you with a slight curve, hitting your sweet spot.
"Mmm mm" you pleaded, wanting to announce you were close, your hands grabbed a hold of his hair, pressing him further onto your cunt.
Armin continued his pursuit against your pussy, never letting up. He sucked your clit so hard you swore the stars were back, and with another pump of his fingers hitting that spot, you came undone.
Pleasure ran through your veins, the pressure in your abdomen releasing, you squirted against Armin's fingers. Your arousal and liquids all over his face, but he continued pumping into you.
"Mmm mm mm" you wanted to cry out from the pleasure and overstimulation, but Armin continued attempting to get another orgasm out of you.
He groaned against your clit, before lifting his head to look at you, "cmon you can do it again, I know it" he coached you.
"Just lift your hips a bit"
You nodded, moving your hands from his hair to the marble bathroom counter, slightly lifting your hips, arms trembling.
"Good girl" he smirked, still pumping his fingers into you, he spat against your clit before adding pressure with his thumb.
Armin watched your face the entire time, your second orgasm slowly built and he knew the moment your cunt clenched around his fingers you were almost there.
With his fingers bruising your cunt, you came undone again. Tears left your eyes, as you squeeze them shut, coming down from the high. Your hips jerked against his hands and Armin finally removed his fingers, giving your clit a soft peck.
He raised from his knees, taking the panties from you mouth. You let out a sigh, catching your breath, your body slumped on top of the counter.
A smirk formed across his lips, sticking his fingers into your mouth and you sucked them clean. Armin brought you into a quick kiss, unbuttoning his pants.
His jeans and underwear dropped to floor and the only thing left was his painfully erect dick. It was...pretty, just like him. You couldn't stop yourself from smiling.
"Stand up and turn around" Armin ordered, and your smile immediately faded, you didn't even know if you could stand anymore.
"You can do it" he added, his blue eyes softened.
You nodded, slowly getting off the counter, your legs took a second to readjust, but you were good...for now.
Turning around, you placed your hands against the marble counter. Armin's hands grabbed your ass, kneading it before aligning himself with your cunt.
"Ready?" He asked.
"Mmhm" you replied, looking back at him over your shoulder.
Armin slid himself inside you, and you finally felt whole. You let out a small whimper, which gained a slight moan from Armin.
A hand slapped your ass, forcing another whimper out of you, the pain hurt so good. Armin's strokes started off slow, but it wasn't long before his pace quickened, his hips snipping against you.
Each stroke, hitting your already bruised cervix. He looked down at himself moving in and out of your cunt. You swallowed him whole, taking him so well.
Your cunt dripped with your arousal, and he was proud to say he'd made you this way. You had gotten wet just for him. "Mmhm" he moaned, lifting a hand and slapping your ass again.
You looked up at the mirror, dried mascara streaks against your skin. You looked fucked out, but you could go for another orgasm, and he for sure gonna give it to you.
Armin increased his speed, pounding into you over and over. Your hands gripped against the counter, close to your release.
"Fuck Armin" you cried out, your legs trembling from his pursuit. He abruptly pulled out of you, turning you around and picking you up. To be honest, you hadn't thought he could lift you, but he did so effortlessly.
You instinctively wrapped your legs around him, as he pushed you back down onto his length. Pushing your back against the door, Armin began pumping into you again. With his face in the crook of your neck, he moaned, fingers digging into your thighs, he was close.
His hips snapped into you, coaxing your orgasm. You tightened your legs around his waist, wanting no space between you. Your hands moved to his hair again, giving it a slight tug.
Your hips bucked against his, "Mmhm Armin" you cried out, your third orgasm washed over you. New tears fell down your face, as you sobbed from the pleasure.
Armin groaned against your neck, "fuck I'm gonna cum." His strokes became staggered, sinking his teeth into your shoulder, as he came inside you, his warm seed coating your insides. He pumped into you a few more times, coming down from his high.
Armin caught his breath, slowly placing you to your feet, giving your forehead a soft peck.

Your soft hums of your favourite song echoed quietly in the living room, smiling to yourself as you fiddled with a silver bow, wrapping a small box that contained a gift you bought for your boyfriend a few days ago.
Today was the day when you both met for the first time four years ago, in the same college, at the same coffee shop where he accidentally bumped into you and spilled his drink all over your notes and you never would have imagined that moment would lead to this.
To love. To Chan.
Your heart swelled at the memory, a fond chuckle escaping your lips. You had planned a simple evening, nothing too extravagant, just the two of you, sharing memories over a homemade dinner and the gift you picked out so lovingly. You knew how busy he was, but today mattered to you. It was the day everything began.
Once you had everything set, you waited for Chan to return home from work, your leg tapping on the floor and fingers playing with the hem of your dress.
Minutes passed to hours and you hadn't received any calls or texts from him, but you waited patiently. Maybe he was caught up at work. Maybe he forgot to check his phone. Still, you gave him the benefit of the doubt.
The sound of the door unlocking cut through your thoughts, and you quickly stood up, smoothing down your dress. Relief and excitement flickered in your chest as Chan walked in, rubbing the back of his neck, looking utterly exhausted.
His bag slumped onto the floor as he kicked off his shoes, barely glancing up at you. Your heart sank ever so slightly but you tried not to let that disappointment settle in.
“Hey,” you greeted softly, stepping forward. “Long day?”
He nodded, letting out a tired sigh. “Yeah. I’m drained.”
You swallowed, suddenly nervous. “I… I made dinner. And I got you something,” you said, gesturing to the neatly wrapped gift on the coffee table.
Chan barely spared it a glance, his brows furrowing slightly. “What’s the occasion?”
Your heart dropped, but you put on a soft smile. You couldn't get mad at him if he forgot it, even though you wished he didn't. That he didn't forget the date or not acknowledge the effort, the way you had been looking forward to this all day.
"You don’t remember?” Your voice came out quieter, trying to mask in a playful tone.
He sighed again, rubbing his forehead, looking as if he'd been asked questions in an interview. "Um no, why don't you tell me?"
The way his voice sounded made you feel like you got slashed with a blade, but you shoved that dramatic thought aside and walked closer to him, biting your lower lip in order to swallow the hard lump that had formed in your throat.
“It’s the day we met.” Your voice wavered slightly, the weight of unspoken emotions pressing down on you but you continued smiling softly. “Four years ago today.”
Chan exhaled, running a hand through his hair, frustration creeping into his features. “Babe, I’ve been swamped with work. I barely know what time it is.”
You blinked, his words stinging more than you expected. “I get that you’re busy, Chan. I really do. But this was important to me.”
He groaned, pinching the bridge of his nose. “Come on, don’t do this. It’s just a date. It’s not like an anniversary or anything.”
You took a small step back as if he had physically pushed you. You blinked up at him, trying not to let his words form the tears to gush up your eyes.
Your arms wrapped around yourself, hoping that would keep you steady. "I just thought this would mean something to you too."
His brows furrowed deeper, irritation creeping into his voice. "Of course it means something to me. But I don’t have the luxury of remembering every single date when I’m drowning in deadlines."
Your heart clenched, his words cutting deeper than you expected. "So, what, I'm just supposed to understand that I come second to everything else in your life? That it’s okay for you to forget something that mattered so much to me?"
Chan scoffed, shaking his head. "That’s not what I’m saying, and you know it. You’re making a big deal out of nothing. It’s just a date."
"Just a date?" Your voice cracked, a slight tone of anger and heartbreak mixing in your chest. "It’s the day we met, Chan. The day everything started. I planned this for us. I waited for you, and you didn’t even think to text me back? Or check your phone?"
"I was working! I don’t have time to be glued to my phone every second!" His voice was sharper now, making you flinch hard, his frustration spilling over. "I come home exhausted, hoping to relax, and now I have to deal with this?!"
The venom in his voice made you shiver and you hugged yourself tighter. "Chan, please don't shout..."
"No, I mean you always do this. I get it, that you remember small things, but I just want an evening of peace after a long day at work."
Chan had rarely raised his voice, your throat tightened at his words, a dull ache forming in your chest. You took a shaky breath, forcing yourself to stay calm even though his tone made you feel like you were drowning.
“I’m not asking you to drop everything for me, Chan,” you said softly, voice trembling. “I just thought—” You swallowed hard, fingers gripping the fabric of your dress. “I thought maybe today would matter to you too.”
His jaw clenched, and he ran a frustrated hand through his curls, exhaling sharply. “Sure you did,” he muttered under his breath, shaking his head. “You always do this, Y/N. You put so much weight on things that I—”
He stopped himself, hesitating, but you already knew where he was going with this.
“That you what?” You challenged, your voice barely above a whisper. “That you don’t care?”
Chan looked at you then, eyes dark with exhaustion and irritation. “That I don’t have the mental space to deal with every single date, every little detail, every expectation you set for me without telling me.”
His words cut deeper and deeper, the sting of them making your eyes well up. You blinked rapidly, refusing to let the tears fall.
“I never asked you to be perfect, Chan,” you whispered, voice thick with emotion. “I never expected you to remember every little thing. But this?”
You gestured weakly toward the dinner table, the untouched meal, the small, neatly wrapped gift that now felt like a stupid afterthought.
“It's the day we met for the first time, so it just meant as much to me as our anniversary.”
Chan’s lips parted slightly, his brows furrowing, but he said nothing. That silence, that hesitation, hurt more than his words.
Your fingers wrinkled your dress, feeling a chill despite the warmth of the apartment. “You know, I wasn’t even mad that you forgot. I just wanted to spend time with you.”
Chan let out a humorless chuckle, shaking his head. “You think that I don’t want to spend time with you? Do you know how exhausting it is to juggle everything, to be everywhere at once? And now, I come home and instead of just relaxing with you, I’m being guilt-tripped over a date I forgot?”
The sharp sting of his words left you breathless.
Guilt-tripping? That was what he thought this was? Your efforts, your love, your excitement, had all of it been reduced to you being an inconvenience to him?
Your lips parted, your throat constricting as a wave of emotions surged through you. “I’m not trying to make you feel bad, Chan,” you said, your voice wavering. “I just wanted you to remember. I wanted you to want this too.”
His expression flickered, something unreadable flashing across his face, but it was gone in an instant, replaced by a heavy sigh. “I’m tired, okay? I’m so damn tired. I don’t have time to remember every little thing—”
“Every little thing?” you cut him off, your voice suddenly louder, cracking under the weight of your emotions.
He pinched the bridge of his nose, exhaling sharply. “I didn’t say it wasn’t important, I just—damn it, I forgot, okay? I’m human! I make mistakes!”
Your chest heaved as you stared at him, eyes stinging, heart breaking. “Forgetting is one thing,” you said, voice thick with unshed tears. “But the way you’re acting right now? Like I’m just another problem you have to deal with?”
You let out a shaky breath, your hands clenched at your sides. “That hurts more than you forgetting.”
Chan’s eyes widened slightly, the anger in his expression flickering for a brief moment. But the damage was done. The silence between you was heavy, suffocating, the walls closing in around you.
You shook your head, backing away from him. “I don’t want to do this right now.”
“Y/N…” he started, but you turned away from him.
“No. I get it. You’re tired. You need space. And I’m obviously asking for too much,” you said, your voice hollow. “So I’ll make it easy for you.”
With that, you turned on your heel, took your keys that were sitting on the coffee table and walked toward the door, grabbing your coat. Chan’s eyes darkened, his hand wrapped around your wrist. “Where are you going?”
You untangled yourself off his grip and slipped in your coat, brushing away the tear that slipped down your cheek with the back of your hand.
“Somewhere that doesn’t make me feel like I’m begging for your attention.”
His face fell, and for the first time that evening, you saw a flicker of realization in his eyes—as if he finally understood just how much he had hurt you.
“No, wait, please,” he said, reaching for you, but you pulled away before he could touch you.
You turned away and closed the door behind you, walking away as fast as you could to your car, driving back to your apartment.
Behind the door Chan grabbed fistfuls of his hair, grunting and growling under his breath as he fell on the plush couch.
His eyes caught the small, neatly wrapped gift that was sitting on the coffee table, he hesitated for a second but then opened it, his heart sank like a stone thrown in the ocean when he saw what was nestling inside.
His favourite bracelet he lost when we went on a business trip a few months ago. It was the exact same design and brand.
His fingers trembled as he picked up the bracelet, the silver catching the dim glow of the living room light. His throat tightened painfully as he turned it over in his hands, his vision blurring slightly.
And you… you had remembered. You had gone out of your way to find it, to replace something that meant so much to him, because that’s just the kind of person you were.
Chan exhaled sharply, pressing the heels of his palms into his eyes.
“Fuck,” he whispered, the weight of his words from earlier slamming into him like a truck.
What had he done?
***
The next morning you woke up, exhausted, your vision blurry, nose stuffed and what felt like a dull headache creeping up your forehead. You groaned softly and walked into the bathroom, to find your state in a mess.
Disheveled hair, puffy cheeks with stained mascara, swollen eyes and lips. You had barely stepped inside your apartment before the dam broke, tears spilling freely as you sunk in your bed.
You didn't know at what time you reached home or when you had fallen asleep.
You hated arguing with Chan.
Sure you had a few disagreements once in a while but they were different. But this kind of argument; where it wasn’t just a misunderstanding, but something way deeper, made you question if you were the only one holding onto the pieces of your relationship while he let them slip through his fingers so easily.
You fixed yourself into the shower, letting the water wash away the fresh set of tears that began to run down your face. After a while you stepped out and changed into a comfortable pair of sweats and grabbed your phone, only to see a dozen calls and texts from Chan.
Your thumb hovered over the screen, heart pounding as you scrolled through the missed calls. Channie <3 (12).
The unread messages blurred together, but you caught glimpses of them as your breath hitched.
Channie <3 [1:12 AM]: Please, baby, pick up. Channie <3 [1:13 AM]: I know you’re mad. I know I fucked up. But please, don’t shut me out. Channie <3 [2:03 AM]: Are you home? Are you safe? Just… let me know you’re okay. That’s all I need right now.
Your fingers trembled as you scrolled further, his messages growing more frantic, more desperate.
Channie <3 [2:45 AM]: I can’t sleep knowing I hurt you like this.
Channie <3 [3:20 AM]: I love you. I love you so much. I don’t deserve you, but please tell me you’re okay.
Your chin wobbled as you closed your eyes and kept your phone face down on the nightstand, not knowing what to respond to him. You weren’t sure if you were ready to face him yet, if you could talk to him and not break all over again.
You walked out of your bedroom, to the kitchen to make yourself some coffee when the front door bell rang. You glanced at the clock hanging on your wall, wondering if you were expecting anyone in the morning, you sighed heavily and walked to the door, only to be greeted by someone that made you feel like you got pulled into the floor.
Outside stood Chan, his face masked with exhaustion and faint hints of dark circles under his eyes and messy hair as if he had been running his hand through it the entire night. He was holding a bag, what looked like it was from your favourite bakery and bouquet of flowers, his gaze locking in with yours, pleading you for a chance and forgiveness.
You attempted to close the door but Chan held it, interrupting you from shutting him out. “Sweetheart…” He started but before he could say anything, you left the door hanging and walked into the living room.
Chan hesitated at the doorway, gripping the bag and flowers tightly as he watched you walk away. He took a shaky breath and stepped inside, closing the door softly behind him.
The quiet of your apartment felt heavier than usual, like an invisible barrier had formed between the two of you. He placed the bag on the kitchen counter, setting the flowers beside it, before slowly following your retreating figure.
You kept your back to him, your arms crossed over your chest as you stood near the window, staring outside as if willing yourself to be anywhere but here.
“Baby…” Chan tried again, his voice softer this time. Apologetic.
You tensed but didn’t turn around.
He took a careful step forward. “Please, just—”
“Don’t,” you said, your voice a whisper, but it carried enough weight to stop him in his tracks.
Chan swallowed hard. He wanted to reach for you, to hold you, to tell you he was sorry in a way that would make up for last night. But the weight of the argument hung so heavily between you both, without sparing a glance at him, you went inside your bedroom.
The soft click of the door shutting behind you echoed louder than it should have, and Chan exhaled shakily, running a hand through his already disheveled hair.
He had messed up. Badly.
His gaze flickered to the neatly wrapped pastries and the bouquet he had brought. He had stopped by your favorite bakery the moment they opened, hoping—praying—that it would mean something, that it would show you he was trying to make up for the way he reacted.
But he knew better. A box of pastries and a bouquet of flowers couldn’t, wouldn't erase the way he had hurt you.
With a tired sigh, he sank onto the couch, resting his elbows on his knees as he stared at the floor. He didn’t know how much time had passed, only that the silence in the apartment was suffocating.
He glanced toward your closed bedroom door, debating if he should give you more time or if he should go to you now.
But his heart won over his hesitation.
Slowly, he pushed himself up and walked toward your door, his footsteps hesitant but determined. He paused just outside, lifting a hand to knock, but stopped himself at the last second.
Instead, he carefully turned the doorknob and stepped inside.
You were sitting on the bed, your back facing him, silent sobs filling the room. As much as you wanted to hate him for the way he behaved, you simply couldn’t. His presence alone was enough to pull you over, but the heaviness of your emotions made it hard to think.
Chan’s heart ached at the sight and the sound of your sobs. You heard his footsteps, with a choked voice you said, “Chan, go away.”
He couldn’t go away like that. Not until he tells you how sorry he is and how much he regrets last night.
“Honey…”
Your shoulders shook harder with each breath, Chan made his way towards you and sat next to you, hesitating for a fraction of a second before his arms wrapped around you and pulled you flush to his chest. You couldn’t react, just stayed frozen in his embrace.
“Baby, my love, I’m so sorry…” He exhaled deeply. “I hate myself for the way I was last night. I hate that I made you feel like you weren’t important to me because, God, baby, you are everything to me.”
“I messed up,” he admitted, his voice thick with regret. “I was stressed, and I let it make me forget what really matters. I forgot us. And that’s not okay.”
You swallowed thickly, your body still stiff in his hold, unsure if you should let yourself sink into his warmth or resist the comfort you so desperately craved. His arms tightened around you, his heartbeat pounding in a frantic rhythm under your ear.
“I should have come home and held you,” Chan murmured, his breath warm against your temple. “I should have kissed you and told you how much I love you instead of making you feel like you were asking for too much.”
Your lips parted in a shaky exhale, the weight of his words pressing against your fragile heart.
“You never ask for too much,” he whispered, his voice raw, filled with self-reproach. “You only ever ask for me,” his throat flexed, “and I failed you.”
A fresh wave of tears spilled from your eyes, but this time, you weren’t alone in your grief. Chan pressed a lingering kiss to your temple, as if he was trying to kiss away the pain he had caused.
He gently turned you in his embrace, urging you to face him, his hands cupping your cheeks as he tilted your face up to his. Your vision was blurry, so you closed your eyes, unsure if you could look at him.
His thumbs brushed away the tears clinging to your skin, his touch featherlight, reverent. “Please look at me, sweetheart.”
And then you did. And what you saw made your breath hitch.
Pure, unfiltered love—wrapped in sorrow, wrapped in desperation. His dark eyes were puffy from lack of sleep, rimmed with exhaustion and regret. His lips were slightly chapped, parted as if he had a thousand apologies to spill but didn’t know where to start. He looked just as broken as you felt.
His mouth brushed on your forehead, lips trembling as he whispered, “There is nothing in this world that matters more to me than you, baby.”
Your chin trembled. “Then why did I feel like I was alone in this?”
Chan inhaled sharply, his expression crumbling. “You’re not,” he said instantly, his voice urgent. “I swear, you’re not. I just—” He exhaled heavily, his fingers trembling as they traced over the curve of your jaw.
“I shouldn’t have taken out my stress from work on you, when you only wanted to spend time with me on a day that I should have remembered too. I’m really sorry baby. I can’t lose you over this.”
Your gaze dropped to his lips, then back to his eyes, searching, wavering. His words poured out so thick with emotion, unfiltered and raw, it made your chest tighten so hard, it hurt.
“Tell me now,” his fingers brushed away the faint tear stains from your face, “Do you want me to go?”
Your breath and words were stuck in your throat. Part of you wanted to let your pain fester a little longer so he could understand just how much last night had hurt. But the way he was looking at you, so full of remorse, it broke through the wall you had tried to keep up.
Chan was here. And he was trying.
The sincerity of his voice and his presence thawed the ice that built around your heart overnight, you couldn't stay angry at him for another moment longer. Because you knew the love you had for him could overshadow any kind of pain.
Your fingers reached up, hesitant, before threading through his soft curls. He sucked in a breath at the touch, his eyes fluttering shut, his grip on you tightening.
Time was frozen, breaths were stolen and before you could stop yourself, your arms wrapped around his shoulders, pulling him flush against you. “Don't hurt me again…” You chokingly whispered.
“Never sweetheart. I won't ever do that again.” He let out a shaky breath against your neck, his hands running up your back, molding your body to his like he was terrified you’d disappear if he let go.
“Let me make it up to you,” he whispered, his voice so low and vulnerable that it sent a shiver down your spine.
His lips brushed over your cheek first, barely there, as if he was asking for permission. Then he kissed the corner of your mouth, lingering and waiting. “Please.”
And when you didn’t pull away, he finally pressed his lips to yours.
Soft and hesitant.
Not demanding, not rushed, just a quiet plea wrapped in tenderness.
His lips molded against yours like a silent confession, staying there as if he wanted to memorize the way you felt against him.
His hands moved up your sides, thumbs tracing absent patterns over your skin. He wasn’t taking, he was giving, pouring all of his love into every press of his himself, every stroke of his fingertips.
Your body melted into his instinctively, your hands tightening in his hair as you deepened the kiss, letting yourself drown in the warmth of him.
He made a quiet sound against you, almost like a sigh of relief, as if he had been waiting for this, for you to accept him, to let him back in as he laid you on your back and toyed with the waistband of your pants.
He had barely touched you and you were already on liquid fire. Blood coursed through your veins when he pulled them down, the chilly air making you shiver at the contact of your heated skin.
“Chan…” Your voice came out in a breathy whisper, half moan and half command, when his lips danced over the soft skin of your thighs.
“Hmm?” when he pressed there, you couldn't help but sigh completely. “What is it honey?” He coaxed, the huskiness of his voice that made it hard to think. Did you want him to stop? Or did you want him to go on?
“I…,” He smirked against you as he made his way up, a path that he knew like the back of his hand. He spread your legs apart, the glistening sight before him reawoke a rush of possessiveness in him.
“I hate fighting with you.” Chan whispered against your flesh, voice raw and aching.
Your fingers found his hair, tugging him closer as if that alone could answer him. His breath fanned over your core, and his thumbs rubbed soothing circles into your thighs.
“You’re my world,” he admitted, looking up at you, eyes dark but filled with something deeper than lust. “And I want to give you everything. I'm sorry for ruining last night baby.”
The words sent a warmth spiraling through you, melting away the remnants of your argument.
He brushed a kitten kiss right on your swollen clit, and your body responded instantly, arching toward his touch. He took his time, tracing delicate patterns with his tongue, exploring you with a reverence that left you breathless.
His hands kept you steady, but the way he worshipped you made you feel as if you were floating. You couldn't help but squirm, soft moans spilled from your lips, and when you murmured his name.
This wasn’t about just sex. It was about him making up for every harsh word he said, erasing any distance that had carved its way between you both over the past 12 hours.
His mouth moved over you like he had all the time in the world, savoring every reaction, every soft gasp that spilled from your throat. His hands, rough and calloused, held you with the gentleness of a man afraid to break something precious.
“Cha—nhg,” You whimpers didn't slow him down. It only made him go faster and faster, tongue flicking and licking with an agonizing pressure.
He groaned against you, the vibration sending another wave of pleasure coursing through your veins. You attempted to pull his head away from your pulsing core but he wouldn't budge.
“I'm not done.” He looked up from your pussy, chin and lips swollen and glistening with your arousal.
He dove back in with a renewed, hungry pace, his nose nudging against your clit, the warmth shooting up to every inch of your body. He couldn't get enough of how you tasted, how you moaned and screamed only for him. If he could, he would stay right were he was forever.
The band in your lower belly knotted tighter and tighter, had you writhing and bucking your hips, it was on the edge of snapping
And then you surrendered to him. Your orgasm left you gasping, tears leaking from the corners of your eyes and only his name escaping your lips, Chan held you firmly as he helped you ride it out.
He didn't let you go for a second as he sucked and licked your pussy splurting with arousal like he was on the verge of starvation, until he left you boneless but content beneath him.
Slowly, he made his way up your body, removing your top and his mouth hovering your hips, across the plane of your stomach, up the valley between your breasts. Each of it was an apology, a whispered promise against your skin.
“Baby,”—smooch—“fuck you're so sweet when you,”—smooch—“come on my face.” He said between kisses and gentle nipping on your sensitive, peaking buds that rebuilt the anticipation.
Soon enough every piece of clothing was discarded until it was only the fiery sparkles of your sweat misted bodies flying between you both. He shifted, positioning himself between your legs.
The tip of his cock nudged your nub softly before entered you slowly, filling you inch by inch, watching your face for every reaction. You gasped, your hands clutching at his shoulders, nails digging into his skin. Chan let out a shuddering breath, his forehead pressed to yours.
Your arms wrapped around his neck, holding him close as he started to move. His pace was slow, deliberate, each thrust sending a fresh wave of pleasure crashing over you, but it was more than that.
It was a silent conversation, an absolution, a way of reminding each other that no fight, no disagreement, could ever take this away from you.
You pulled him in deeper and deeper, his cock twitched hard inside of you, the rhythmic slapping of skin against skin, sweat and groans soaked the air.
His eyes fell down to where you both joined, what he saw drove him out of his mind. A soft but visible movement in your tummy.
“Shi— fuck.”
Your eyes fluttered open when he held your hand and brought it over your tummy where you felt the bulge that was moving in and out of you.
“Feel that?” He pounded into you that made you arch your back, digging your nails into his skin. “D’you feel that baby?”
You nodded, out of breath, mouth falling open until the cries of pleasure consumed you whole, the feel of the bulge just spurring you on more.
His hands roamed your body, mapping familiar paths, his lips never straying far from yours. He whispered sweet nothings against your skin, words of love and devotion, apologies and reassurances.
“I love you,” he murmured, his voice hoarse but steady.
You smiled softly for the first time after the long hours, tilting your head to kiss him once more. “I love you too.”
And just like that, the fight was forgotten. Not because it didn’t matter, but because what you had together was always stronger.
“You're squeezing me baby,” his orgasm rushed fast and threatened to take over him, climbing up his spine and snapping his restraints.
“Chan I'm… I'm going to come,”
And your release finally crashed over you again, it wasn’t just pleasure—it was catharsis.
A loud cry tore off your throat as you flooded around his cock, shaking and moaning, Chan followed seconds after slamming into you in one last thrust, burying himself deep with a breathless groan, his body caging over yours.
The post sex high lingered but he didn’t move or pull out. He stayed wrapped around you, pressing lazy kisses to your temple, your shoulder, anywhere he could reach. His fingers traced slow patterns on your skin, grounding you both in the quiet aftermath.
“Do you forgive me?” He asked softly, his fingers brushing away a few strands of hair.
You smiled cheekily, fingers running through his damp sweat hair, “No,” you said lowly that made his eyes widen in disbelief.
His reaction made a laugh bubble up your throat, you pulled him down onto your mouth letting your tongue slip past his lips and had him melt all over again.
“Yes, I forgive you Chan.” You said pulling back, chest heaving and content.
He chuckled deeply, hugging you tightly, the lingering amusement from your playful teasing was still evident in the crinkle of his nose.
Then, with a slow, deliberate exhale, he shifted, reluctantly pulling away from your warmth.
You watched him as he retrieved a washcloth from the bathroom, wiped you clean before he reached for his pants, discarded somewhere on the floor, and retrieved something small from the pocket.
When he turned back to you, he held a tiny velvet box in his hands.
Your heart skipped a beat.
Chan hesitated, his thumb brushing over the soft fabric of the box as if gathering the courage to speak. Then, with a slow inhale, he flicked it open.
Inside, nestled against the velvet lining, were two delicate rings, a simple silver band with a tiny, shimmering stone embedded at its center. It wasn’t flashy, nor extravagant, but it was beautiful in a way that felt so intimate and personal.
Your eyes flickered from the ring to his face, your heart hammering against your ribcage. “Chan…?”
He let out a quiet chuckle, but you could tell he was nervous. His free hand found yours, fingers lacing together as he held you close.
“I’ve been carrying this around for weeks, waiting for the right moment. And I—” He sighed laughing, shaking his head. “I guess last night was the moment but…”
Chan took a steadying breath, his fingers tracing the edge of the velvet box. “I know I can be a pain in the ass sometimes,” he admitted, a sheepish smile tugging at his lips. “I push too hard, tease too much. And when we fight, I say things I don’t mean.”
You shook your head, reaching out to cup his cheek. He leaned into your touch, closing his eyes for a brief second before continuing.
“It’s not… a proposal,” he clarified quickly, though his lips curled into that familiar teasing smirk. “Not yet, at least. But it’s a promise.” He squeezed your hand, eyes searching yours with a raw kind of vulnerability.
“A promise that no matter how much we fight, no matter how many times I mess up… I’ll always choose you. I’ll always come back to you. If you’ll have me.”
Your throat felt tight, emotions swelling so intensely in your chest that you could barely breathe. “Oh Channie,”
His smirk faltered, concern flashing across his face. “Is it too much?” he asked hesitantly. “I know we just—”
You shook your head quickly, cutting him off. “No,” a shaky laugh escaped you . “It’s perfect.”
Relief flooded his features, and for the first time, you saw the nervous tension completely drain from his shoulders.
“Then… will you wear it?” he asked softly, lifting the ring from the box.
“Of course, I will.” You nodded, biting your bottom lip and holding out your hand, he slipped the cool metal onto your finger, the fit perfect, like it was meant to be there all along.
You took the other one from the box and slid it onto his finger with the same reverence, looking up at him through damp lashes.
“This is my promise to you,” you echoed, voice soft but sure. “That even when you’re a pain in the ass sometimes, I’ll still choose you. Every time.”
Chan let out a breathless chuckle, his head tilting slightly as he gazed at you like you hung the stars.
“God, I love you,” he whispered, voice thick with emotion.
You didn’t get the chance to respond before his mouth collided with yours again, slow, deep, and filled with a devotion that made your heart flutter in the best way possible.
And as you fell back on the mattress, tangled in each other yet again, the silver bands glinting under the soft glow of the morning light filtering through the window, you knew; there was no one else for you but him.

🪽🧺 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐋
𝜗ৎ⋆。˚ when rafe sees a precious little doll on the side of the road with a broke-down car, how can he resist out of the kindness of his heart offering her a ride? just a ride home, that's all...
or how trailerpark!angel!reader and rafe met!
warnings: use of the nickname pet & little one, reader! is eighteen-nineteen! bit of perv!rafe, barely proofread!
a/n: first time writing a rafe fic/blurb! im so excited, also this is based on this ask and thank you so much for sending something I really appreciated it and I hope u like it mwah! I would say you two meet in like early season 2 (right before the cross storyline) also for the format slight ib to others on here esp @rafesangelita (sorry for the tag!)
this was based off of this ask! which tysm i literally love requests and rafe and trailerpark!angel!reader is my new obsession <3
a small, meaningless kick was made to the tire while you huffed and groaned, putting two hands over your frustrated features as all you wanted to curl up into a ball and cry.
“piece of shit,” you mumbled under your breath, kicking the tire once more, but immediately a whimper fell from your lips. the pain shot from your toe up to your spine. making you sniffle and tip-toe in pain. in your denim ruffle skirt, white socks, and pink converse, you sat down on the asphalt, on the side of the road, leaning against the side of your broken-down car.
she wasn’t the best car, but she surely got you around most of the time. most of the time. it was a little volkswagen beetle, light pink in color, covered in so many stickers some wondered if it was passing inspection. it wasn't.
sitting with your head against the car for what felt like hours (it was maybe ten minutes), but spending even that on the side of a main road in kildare island was torture. especially with the beating sun late august provided.
rafe was speeding down the road on the way to play golf and get drunk with topper and kelce. “ah shit, i don’t know, man.” he said into his phone, holding it up with one hand; his voice gruff and confident, topper on the other line. “you really think i won’t kick your ass today huh?” a smirk grew on his already smug expression.
letting out a short chuckle at toppers response, nothing anybody ever said meant more than a laugh to him. or that's what it used to be like anyway, his act wasn't together if anything, it was worse than it'd ever been. his father condemning him to disingenuous "discipline" to forget about the possible death of his golden daughter.
"the fuck?" he mutters into the mic, his voice laced with confusion. as he sees up ahead on the road, a pink car broken down, with the most precious thing sitting against it. a pout on the angels soft lips and the most defeated look in her eye. aw, you just fell right into my lap, didn't you? little angel.
your eyes glued on the pavement, your entertainment of watching a little ladybug try to make it to safety in the distance, was shortly interrupted.
a nice black truck coming into view it came to such a short stop it almost took your breath away, the breaks slightly screeching at the haste. a tire replaced the spot the ladybug once was.
you stood brushing the dirt and gravel off the backsides of your pale thighs, left bare by the short fabric of your skirt.
the man stepped out of the truck. he was tall, and the sleeves of his polo looked like they were about to burst at the seams, not able to contain the biceps beneath. his features strong and statue-like, his deep sea eyes hidden behind the curtain bangs that hung over his forehead. a grin that seemed too genuine, too good to be true.
you removed your heart-shaped sunglasses, placing them on top of your head to see him more clearly. your possible savior, but he was anything but.
he stepped a bit closer, seeing the state of her already pretty beaten car, "having some car trouble?" rafe asked as if he wasn't stating the obvious.
you pretended he wasn't either as you nodded, the frown only slight now but still on your lips as your eyes remained looking up into his.
"aw.. poor thing we can't have that, what happened?" his voice, a mockery of sympathy. as he inspected the piece of shit car she loved so much. his care coming from a place of ownership, of burning ache or want.
still, in slight shock, you hadn't answered him, following behind him as he reopened the hood like he owned the car. not even realizing you'd been rude and not replied till he spoke again. "little one, i can't fix it if you don't tell me what's wrong." a heady mix of gentle and firm that made your mouth go dry and your head dizzy.
"oh- it's been on her last limb for like ever, i guess she finally called it quits... right on my way home." you said with a little sad laugh that rafe wanted to bottle the sound of and listen to on repeat. "and I really need to get home," you added fiddling with your fingers in front of you.
a sweet girl all out of options, rafe was so glad he was here to provide her with his help. "tell you what, I'll take you home and come back and fix this thing up for you, huh?" he offered, there goes his saturday plans he presumed. it'd be worth it. he told himself he'd make it worth it, with those shy eyes and the expression you carried like a lost puppy. you'd owe him he'd make sure to get something in return.
just like he figured, you shook your head. never wanting to accept such a grand favor. "I can't ask you to do that, I mean, I don't even know your name." nerves, curiosity, and a glint of something else tinged in your voice, so many wonders in that head as soon as his truck came to a stop for you. why? the only question running through your mind.
"It's rafe, can I help you out now?" his genuine grin turned almost smug at his own remark, brushing that bangs out his face, the effort pointless as they immediately fell back again.
you paused. picking at the already chipped white nail polish on your sore fingertips, a larger-rougher hand covered your own, stopping your movements with that firm gentleness he carried around her. you looked up at him, he was so much closer. the scent of some cologne that probably could pay your rent, and a tinge of smokey wood filled your senses.
"pet?" he questioned with an expecting tilt of his head, calling you that like it was the most natural thing in the world.
your body and mouth responding before giving another second for your brain or anxiety to think it over, you nodded. "can you please give me a ride home?" you hesitantly asked, it felt weird. getting help, and even asking for it felt foreign, he offered it so graciously like it was nothing.
looking down upon her, his grin turned genuine once again, his eyes seemed almost proud it was a soothing balm to her nervous heart. a rosy hue to her cheeks as his palm covered the side of her neck, making a few pats to the flesh before leading her to his truck.
you'd owe him. something he was sure you were ready for.

Spencer Reid x Fem!BAU Reader.
summary: the two youngest BAU agents go on a first date
genre: fluff💌
word count: 8.5k
warnings: no use of y/n, proofread, none! (this is all foreplay for the smut that’s coming)
masterlist!
You never thought Spencer Reid would actually work up the courage to ask you out. Yet here you were, standing in your apartment with only ten minutes to spare, staring at your closet like it held the answer to life itself. Nothing seemed good enough, and you still had no idea what to wear. If you’d had even the slightest inkling that this day would come, you would have pre-planned outfits for every possible scenario—a casual coffee shop, a romantic dinner, even an impromptu museum date. But you hadn’t, because as much as you’d daydreamed about it, you never thought it would happen.
Spencer Reid had always been a harmless work crush. Brilliant, kind, and charming in his uniquely awkward way, he was the type of man you admired from a distance, assuming he was far too shy—or uninterested—to make a move. Yet somehow, against all odds, you were, nervously getting ready to go on a date with him.
The memory of how it all unfolded still made you smile. You’d been in the work kitchen, fixing your usual afternoon coffee, when Spencer had wandered in with his signature blend of distracted focus and nervous energy. You glanced up as he approached, expecting nothing more than a quick hello and maybe some small talk about the latest case. Instead, he surprised you.
“Hi,” he said, his voice softer than usual, almost hesitant. He stood a little too close to the coffee pot, fiddling with the lid as if it held the courage he needed.
“Hey, Spencer,” you replied, smiling warmly.
They chatted about nothing in particular—books, coffee, the endless intricacies of caffeine preferences—until, without warning, he blurted out the question.
“Would you, um… would you ever want to get coffee together? Like, outside of work?”
Your heart skipped a beat. It wasn’t a grand gesture or a sweeping declaration, but it was undeniably Spencer—quiet, earnest, and completely endearing. You’d barely managed to contain your excitement as you said yes, feeling like a teenager with a crush all over again.
Now, standing in your room, you glanced at the clock. Seven minutes. You grabbed a dress—something simple yet flattering—and slipped it on, your mind racing. You’d been waiting for this moment since the day you joined the team, and now that it was yours, you couldn’t help but wonder how the evening would go. Would he be his usual awkward self? Would he surprise you again with something bold and unexpected?
Whatever happened, you knew one thing: Spencer Reid had already managed to surprise you once.
Seven agonising minutes—each second stretched out like an eternity. The silence was suffocating, gnawing at you from the inside out, until the sudden knock at the door broke the tension. Your heart leapt in your chest. He was here. Spencer was finally here, and your nerves threatened to spill over.
You took a deep breath, trying to steady yourself, before opening the door with a forced smile. The sight of him standing there, his hands fidgeting nervously, only made your own anxiety rise. He looked just as uneasy, maybe even more so. His usually confident posture was slightly hunched, his eyes darting to the floor, avoiding yours for a moment before he met your gaze.
“Hey, Spence,” you greeted, your voice trembling slightly despite your best efforts to sound calm.
“Hey, I- um…” Spencer hesitated, shifting his weight from one foot to the other. His voice was soft, uncertain. He stepped forward, pulling a bouquet of lilies from behind his figure. The delicate white flowers were a perfect match for your taste, and you couldn’t help but smile, your nerves easing just a little. “These are for you.”
You felt a flutter in your chest, your smile widening. “Spence, you shouldn’t have,” you said, reaching out to take the bouquet, feeling a warmth in your fingertips as you touched the smooth, delicate petals. The scent of the lilies was intoxicating, and for a moment, you were lost in the fragrance.
He shifted awkwardly, his eyes darting around as if searching for something to say. “I, uh… I thought you’d like them.”
You stepped aside, gesturing for him to come in. “You thought right. Come in, Spence.”
He followed you into your apartment, his presence oddly comforting despite the tension still hanging between them. You quickly moved toward the kitchen, trying to focus on something, anything, to distract yourself from the storm of emotions churning inside you.
As you walked, you couldn’t help but feel a little embarrassed. The apartment was far from pristine. The cluttered coffee table, the dishes piled up in the sink—it wasn’t the welcoming space you’d imagined showing him. “I’m so sorry the place is a mess,” you said, your cheeks warming with self-consciousness. You carefully set the lilies down on the counter, your hands trembling slightly as you arranged them.
Spencer’s eyes softened as he glanced around, a small, understanding smile tugging at the corners of his lips. “It’s fine,” he reassured you, his voice gentle. “You should see my place.”
You couldn’t help but chuckle, the sound soft and nervous. As you filled a vase with water, you thought back to the little things he had taught you, like how to properly cut the stems of flowers to help them last longer. You carefully angled the scissors and snipped each stem at a diagonal, the sound of the cut echoing in the quiet kitchen. You remembered him telling you that the angled cut would help the flowers drink better, and you did it now without thinking. The thought of him lingered in your mind as you worked, a smile playing on your lips.
The bouquet was finally settled in the vase, its elegant white petals standing out against the cool glass. You stepped back, admiring the flowers, but it was Spencer’s presence in the room that made everything feel just a little bit brighter.
“Much better. Thank you, Spence,” you said, your voice soft with appreciation as you glanced at the flowers on the kitchen counter. Their vibrant white petals stood out against the cool, clear glass of the vase, the room suddenly feeling a little warmer, a little brighter. You grabbed your bag from the chair, the familiar weight of it grounding you. You turned to face him, your nerves still fluttering, but your excitement growing as the moment approached.
“You ready?” you asked, your voice light but with an undercurrent of anticipation.
Spencer hesitated, his gaze flickering to the floor for a split second. He wasn’t sure if he was ever truly ready, especially not when it came to dates. His stomach twisted in knots, but that nervous energy was overshadowed by the excitement of being with you, of sharing a moment like this.
“Yeah, absolutely,” he replied, a nervous but genuine smile tugging at his lips.
With that, they were out the door, stepping into the crisp air of Washington. The city felt alive around them, the hum of the streets, the distant chatter of people, the soft rustling of leaves in the wind. They strolled side by side, both holding their coffee cups, yours an iced concoction with a splash of cream, his steaming hot with a swirl of cinnamon. He wasn’t usually one for aimless wandering, but as he looked over at you, he realized that this moment was worth it.
Your face, illuminated by the golden afternoon sun, was pure contentment. Your eyes sparkled as they took in the world around you, lighting up at every little thing. Whether it was a street performer, a stray cat lazily sunning itself, or the way the city skyline framed the horizon, you had a way of making the mundane seem magical. And he, well, he would do anything to keep seeing that smile on your face, to be the reason your eyes shone with that infectious joy.
As they passed a little street corner, your gaze drifted across the road, and your eyes lit up once again. There, nestled between a café and a bookstore, was a small record store with a neon sign flashing softly in the window.
“Can we go in?” you asked, your voice filled with excitement, your fingers already tugging gently at his sleeve.
Spencer followed your gaze, his heart doing a little flip at the eagerness in your voice. You had that effect on him—the way you made even the simplest moments feel special. “Of course,” he said with a smile, his voice soft but sincere. “Lead the way.”
And just like that, they crossed the street together, the world outside fading into the background as they stepped into the warmth of the record store. The air smelled faintly of old vinyl and coffee, and the soft hum of music played in the background, creating the perfect atmosphere for them to lose themselves in.
“Smell that?” you asked, your nose lifting to the air as you inhaled deeply, a mischievous grin tugging at your lips. “That’s the smell of the best way to listen to music.” The scent of aged vinyl, dust, and nostalgia filled the space, wrapping around them like a cozy blanket. You laughed at yourself, a light, airy sound that seemed to match the atmosphere of the record store perfectly. Spencer couldn’t help but join in, his laugh a little quieter but no less genuine, his eyes softening as he watched you.
“You spend too much time with Rossi,” Spencer teased, his fingers flicking through the rows of records, his gaze scanning the colourful covers. He was looking for something—anything—that caught his attention, but his mind was more on the way you lit up in places like this, surrounded by things you loved.
You raised an eyebrow, feigning offence as you met his gaze, your hand pausing mid-air over a stack of albums. “I am offended by your words, Dr. Reid,” you replied, your tone playful, your eyes sparkling with a teasing edge.
Spencer smiled, the edges of his mouth curling up into something warmer as he continued flipping through the records, pretending to be serious. “You should be. That’s a direct quote from Rossi himself,” he said, holding up a record sleeve and giving it a quick glance before setting it back down.
Your laugh filled the space again, bright and free. You pulled another record from the shelf, this one with a faded cover you recognised from years ago. “Well, if I spend too much time with Rossi, then I guess I’m doomed to become a vinyl snob,” you joked, flipping the record over to check the tracklist. You ran your fingers over the edges of the sleeve, feeling the familiar grooves of the cover, the little imperfections that only came with time.
You glanced over at Spencer, watching him for a moment as he flipped through his own stack. There was something so easy about being with him here, in this small, dimly lit shop filled with memories and melodies. “I mean, how else are you supposed to listen to music?” you asked, raising an eyebrow dramatically as you glanced down at the album in your hands. Then, with a theatrical flair, you placed your free hand on your hip and tilted your head back, doing your best (and rather exaggerated) impersonation of Rossi. “It’s the only way to really appreciate it. The crackle, the warmth… it’s like you can feel the music,” you said, making a show of puffing out an imaginary cigar and letting the smoke trail into the air.
Spencer’s laughter was immediate, loud, and genuine, as he looked over at you, his eyes crinkling at the corners. “Oh my God,” he chuckled, shaking his head in disbelief. “You are way too good at that.”
You grinned, clearly pleased with yourself. “I’ve been practicing,” you said, striking a mock pose, your hand still poised as if holding the cigar, before you finally broke into another fit of laughter. Spencer couldn’t help but join you, his smile wide and full of affection. “Rossi would be proud,” he teased, his voice light, but there was a fondness in the way he looked at you.
You winked, a mischievous glint in your eyes. “Well, if I’m ever in need of a new career, I think I’ve got this down.”
By the time you reached the end of your long search through the endless rows of records, you had carefully chosen a couple you were willing to splurge on. Cradling the records against your chest, you joined the line at the register, the buzz of the store humming around you.
When your turn came, you placed the records on the counter, chatting casually with the cashier as you fied through your bag for your wallet. Your voice was light, a touch distracted as your fingers rifled through your belongings.
Unbeknownst to you, Spencer had stepped closer, the faintest hint of a mischievous smile on his lips. Without a word, he slipped his card onto the reader. The machine beeped, signalling the completed transaction just as you finally found your wallet and looked up.
Confused, your gaze darted between the cashier and Spencer, who was already sliding his card back into his wallet with an air of nonchalance.
“Spencer!” you gasped, stepping out of line with him as they headed toward the exit. You gave him that look—the one that said he didn’t have to do what he just did. Your lips parted to speak, but he beat you to it.
“You didn’t have to do that,” you said softly, your voice laced with both gratitude and protest. Your hazel eyes darted to the floor for a moment before flicking back to him, catching the warm, self-assured look in his own. You didn’t like people spending money on you when you had plenty of your own. The records weren’t cheap, either.
Spencer, however, shrugged it off with a quiet confidence that surprised even himself. “I wanted to,” he replied simply. His voice was calm but firm, the corners of his mouth quirking up into a gentle smile. “I asked you to come out with me, didn’t I?”
You sighed, your protest melting into a small, affectionate smile as they stepped out into the crisp air. It was such a Spencer thing to do—thoughtful and kind, but completely unnecessary. Yet, as they walked side by side, you couldn’t deny the warmth his gesture left in your chest.
You glanced up at him, your eyes twinkling with a playful edge as you broke the silence. “You’re lucky I agreed,” you teased, a grin tugging at your lips.
Spencer chuckled softly, glancing down at you. “Oh, I know,” he said, his voice low but filled with humor. “Trust me, I’m very lucky.”
They continued to walk aimlessly, the crisp evening air brushing against their faces as they strolled. Spencer was mid-thought, caught up in some internal musing when your voice broke through.
“Oh my God, Chinatown, Spencer!” you exclaimed, your voice brimming with excitement, like a child spotting a candy store.
Your eyes lit up as they landed on the colourful archway marking the entrance to Chinatown. You couldn’t quite explain it, but Chinatowns had always been your favourite places to visit. Maybe it was the vibrant atmosphere, the intricate details of the buildings, or the way everyone seemed to know one another, creating a sense of community that felt warm and welcoming. You loved every bit of it.
Without realizing it, you grabbed Spencer’s hand and tugged him along with you, your excitement bubbling over. Your grip was firm but warm, and Spencer—despite the suddenness—didn’t resist. In fact, he found himself smiling as you led him toward the bustling street.
Your face glowed brighter than he’d ever seen as you took in the sight of the ornately decorated gate ahead, its vivid reds and golds shining under the string lights that crisscrossed above the street. He didn’t know if it was your enthusiasm or the way your joy seemed to radiate outward, but he was utterly mesmerized, trailing behind you like he was under a spell.
“We should get noodles—if you’re okay with that?” you asked, snapping him out of his thoughts.
Spencer blinked, realizing he’d been staring at you with a soft, almost dreamy expression. The way you looked at him then—like he was the best person in the world just for being here with you—made his heart skip.
“Yeah, of course,” he replied, his voice steady but his heart racing. Without thinking, he gave your hand a gentle squeeze.
Your cheeks flushed at the small gesture, and Spencer caught the faintest flicker of a smile as they continued walking hand in hand. The streets were alive with energy, from the scent of freshly steamed buns wafting from carts to the hum of chatter in the air.
Eventually, they stumbled upon a quaint bakery that led to an underground noodle bar tucked just below it. The combination was irresistible. As they waited for a table, your eyes lit up when you spotted cheese-filled mooncakes in the bakery display.
“I have to try one of these,” you said eagerly, placing your order while Spencer watched you with quiet amusement.
Moments later, you held the warm pastry in your hands, your face glowing with anticipation. “This is going to be the best cheese pull you’ve ever seen,” you declared, laughing with a childlike excitement that made Spencer’s chest tighten.
You took a bite, and as you pulled back, the melted cheese stretched from your mouth to the mooncake, just as you had promised. Your eyes widened with delight, and your laughter rang out, light and contagious.
Spencer couldn’t help but laugh too, shaking his head in amazement. You were like a child in the best possible way, unguarded and full of joy.
“You were right,” he said, still chuckling. “That’s definitely the best cheese pull I’ve ever seen.”
Your grin widened, and for a moment, Spencer forgot about the bustling streets around them. All he could see was your—glowing, carefree, and absolutely captivating.
The waiter called out, “Sī bīn sài Ruì dé?” his tone polite and slightly accented as he scanned the small crowd in the restaurant’s waiting area. Spencer Reid’s head lifted, recognizing the sound of his name rendered in Mandarin. He gave a small, sheepish smile, adjusting his scarf as he turned to look at you.
You arched an amused brow, gesturing toward the waiter with a tilt of your head. “That’s you, Dr. Reid.”
Spencer nodded, his hand lightly brushing against your lower back as he led the way down the narrow staircase into the cozy, warmly lit restaurant below. The rich scent of soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil wafted through the air, mingling with the quiet murmur of diners enjoying their meals.
The waiter guided them to a private booth tucked into the corner of the room, its dark wooden walls offering a sense of intimacy. Spencer gestured for you to slide in first, always the gentleman, before settling across from you.
The two opened their menus, the glossy pages filled with enticing photos and descriptions of diyous written in both Mandarin and English. Spencer scanned the list with the precision of someone cataloging data, while you took a more casual approach, letting your eyes linger on the pictures.
“What are you thinking of getting?” Spencer asked, glancing up at you. His hazel eyes held a mix of curiosity and hesitation, likely calculating the probabilities of making the wrong choice in an unfamiliar culinary landscape.
You smiled, leaning slightly over the menu to point at the dishes you had your eye on. “I was thinking Beef Noodle Soup and maybe a fried rice platter. If you wanted to share?”
Your suggestion was casual, but you knew Spencer well enough to recognise that sharing food might not be his first choice. The germaphobic tendencies you’d seen surface in the past made your offer feel like a gamble. If he declined, you’d simply adjust your order—no harm, no foul.
Spencer’s brow furrowed slightly, his fingers drumming lightly against the edge of the menu. “Sharing…” he began, his tone thoughtful. “It’s not usually my preference, but—” He paused, studying your face as though weighing the pros and cons of stepping out of his comfort zone. “I think I could make an exception. Just… no double-dipping,” he added with a faint smile, his attempt at humour not lost on you.
You chuckled softly, your shoulders relaxing. “Deal. I’ll even promise to use the serving spoon if it helps.”
His smile widened, the corners of his mouth quirking upward in a way that made your heart skip a beat. “That would be appreciated.”
As the waiter returned to take their order, Spencer let you take the lead, quietly observing your interactions. The way you spoke with ease, your smile lighting up the space between them, was something he never grew tired of.
After the waiter left, the two settled into conversation, the hum of the restaurant serving as a comforting backdrop. You caught him glancing at you from time to time, his expression soft and unguarded.
“Two Beef Noodle Soup and fried rice,” he mused after a moment. “Good choices. Did you know Beef Noodle Soup is considered a national dish in Taiwan? There’s even an annual festival where chefs compete to create the best version of it.”
Your eyes sparkled with interest. “I didn’t know that. How do you even know things like that off the top of your head?”
Spencer shrugged, a faint blush creeping up his neck. “I read a lot.”
You laughed, leaning forward slightly. “Of course you do. But that’s one of the things I love about you, you know. You always have the most random, fascinating facts tucked away in that big brain of yours.”
His blush deepened, and he ducked his head slightly, fiddling with the edge of his napkin. “I’m glad you think so,” he murmured.
Their food arrived not long after, the diyous steaming and fragrant, the aroma instantly making your stomach rumble. You reached for your chopsticks, but before you could start serving yourself, Spencer gently took the plate from your side.
“Allow me,” he said, his tone soft but resolute, as though he had been planning this move.
You blinked in surprise, a smile tugging at the corners of your lips. “Wow, chivalry isn’t dead after all. I was starting to wonder.”
Spencer shot you a mock-offended look as he carefully portioned out some of the sizzling stir-fry onto your plate. “Hey, I can be chivalrous. I just… don’t get much practice. Sharing food isn’t exactly in my top five skills.”
You laughed, nudging his arm. “You don’t say. Should I feel honoured or concerned?”
“Definitely honoured,” he replied, finishing your plate with an exaggerated flourish. “This is a rare occurrence. Take a picture, it’ll last longer.”
“Oh, I’m definitely documenting this,” you teased, pulling out your phone and snapping a quick photo of him mid-serve. “The great Dr. Spencer Reid, putting others first. What’s next, you’re going to offer me the last bite?”
Spencer smirked as he served himself. “Let’s not get carried away.”
As they began eating, you picked up a particularly long noodle with your chopsticks and dangled it in front of your face. “Do you think this could double as a jump rope for ants?”
Spencer nearly choked on his bite of rice, laughing. “That is… an incredibly specific visual. Why ants? Why not, I don’t know, mice?”
“Too predictable,” you replied, twirling the noodle like you were considering its durability. “Ants have more finesse. They’d appreciate the artistry.”
“Ah, yes, the ant gymnast community,” Spencer said, adjusting his glasses and leaning forward as though about to deliver a lecture. “You know, ants can actually carry up to fifty times their body weight, so a noodle would be the perfect workout tool.”
You grinned, using your chopsticks to make the noodles “jump” across your plate. “You’re making my case for me. Ant Olympics, here we come.”
He chuckled, shaking his head. “You’re ridiculous.”
“Thank you,” you said brightly, slurping the noodle up with a playful flourish.
Spencer raised an eyebrow and then, without a word, picked up a dumpling with his chopsticks and held it in front of his mouth. He narrowed his eyes, suddenly serious. “If I were an ant, this would be like carrying a wrecking ball.”
You burst out laughing, nearly dropping your chopsticks. “You’re so weird!”
“Only because you bring it out of me,” he replied, popping the dumpling into his mouth with a small, triumphant smile.
They continued their meal, each taking turns to make the other laugh with increasingly absurd food-related jokes. Spencer even attempted to balance a broccoli floret on his nose, which ended with you snorting and him losing the floret mid-laugh.
By the time they finished, your sides ached from laughing, and Spencer looked more relaxed than you’d seen him in weeks. As he reached for the bill, you caught his hand and grinned.
“See? Sharing isn’t so bad,” you teased.
He smiled back, his eyes warm. “Only with you.”
Once they left Chinatown, the streets of Washington, D.C. buzzed with life, but Spencer and you were lost in their own little world, laughing uncontrollably over the events of the day. Every inside joke and playful jab sent them spiraling into fits of laughter, their shared energy a bright spot in the bustling city. For Spencer, the date had already been perfect, but he wasn’t ready for it to end just yet. He had one last plan to cap off the evening, though it wouldn’t come into play for hours. Until then, he just needed to keep you distracted.
You nudged him playfully as they strolled along. “Alright, something you never got to do as a kid but always wanted to,” you said, your tone suddenly serious despite the twinkle of curiosity in your eyes.
Spencer hesitated, the question catching him off guard. He rubbed the back of his neck, a sheepish smile creeping across his face. “I don’t know,” he began, his voice soft. “I’ve always liked reading books and spending time with my mom.” He glanced at you, embarrassed by how ordinary his answer sounded.
You gave his hand a gentle squeeze, grounding him. “That’s sweet, Spence,” you said softly. “But come on, there’s gotta be something.”
He exhaled a small laugh, his gaze shifting to the pavement as he admitted, “Well, I always wanted to play Laser Tag.”
You stopped in your tracks, your hazel eyes wide with disbelief. “Wait. You’ve never played Laser Tag?”
Spencer shrugged, his hands shoved deep into his coat pockets. “I mean, no, not really. It just never came up.”
You were already shaking your head in mock horror. “That’s unacceptable. We’re fixing this right now.”
“It’s fine. We don’t have to—”
But you were already tugging him along with determined speed. “Nope. This is happening. You’re about to experience the childhood you missed out on, and it’s going to be amazing.”
He couldn’t help but chuckle at your enthusiasm, your energy was contagious. Before he knew it, they were standing at the counter of a nearby arcade, you grinning ear to ear as you requested two tickets for Laser Tag.
Spencer tried one last time to protest. “Really, you don’t have to do this—”
“Consider it my treat,” you interrupted, handing over your card to the cashier. “A thank-you for the best day I’ve had in a long time.”
The sincerity in your voice silenced his objections, and he felt his heart swell. As the cashier handed them their gear, you turned to him with a mischievous glint in your eye.
“Alright, Dr. Reid,” you teased, strapping on your vest. “Let’s see if all that genius-level intellect helps you out on the battlefield.”
Spencer laughed, shaking his head. “You’re going to regret this. I may not have played before, but I’m pretty sure I’m about to win.”
“Bold of you to assume,” you shot back with a smirk, grabbing his hand and pulling him toward the arena.
As they stepped into the dimly lit room filled with neon lights and fog machines, Spencer felt an unexpected rush of excitement. You turned to him, your face illuminated by the glowing lights, and he couldn’t help but smile. Maybe he’d been missing out, but with you by his side, he was more than ready to make up for lost time.
The neon lights flickered, casting an otherworldly glow over the Laser Tag arena. Fog swirled around Spencer and you as they ducked behind barriers and navigated the maze-like layout. The sound of distant footsteps and laser beams zipping through the air made it feel like they’d stepped into a sci-fi movie.
Spencer crouched low, trying to strategize his next move, but your sudden battle cry made him jump. You darted out from behind a glowing pillar, your laughter echoing through the arena as you fired your laser, landing a direct hit on his vest.
“Gotcha!” you shouted triumphantly, your grin wide and uncontainable.
Spencer stumbled back in mock defeat, his hands raised. “Okay, okay, truce! I’m still learning!”
You rolled your eyes, playfully wagging a finger at him. “No mercy, Reid. You’re my bitch now.”
You turned to sprint away, but Spencer surprised you by diving behind a barrier and quickly firing back. The red lights on your vest lit up, signalling a hit.
“Ha! Who’s the genius now?” he teased, standing up with a victorious smirk.
You clutched your chest dramatically, pretending to be mortally wounded. “Betrayed… by my own date!” you gasped, collapsing onto a nearby barrier.
Spencer burst into laughter, his usually reserved demeanor completely melting away. “You’re ridiculous,” he said, shaking his head as he helped your back up.
“And you love it,” you quipped, sticking your tongue out before taking off into the maze again.
The game continued, a back-and-forth of sneak attacks, exaggerated reactions, and endless laughter. Every hit was met with playful banter, and every moment felt like peeling back the layers of their guarded hearts. Spencer, who had always been so serious and calculated, found himself letting go, caught up in the pure, childlike joy of the moment.
At one point, they both ended up crouched behind the same barrier, breathless and laughing so hard their sides hurt. You leaned your head against his shoulder, your face flushed from running. “Okay, I admit it,” you said between giggles. “You’re pretty good for a first-timer.”
Spencer glanced at you, his hazel eyes sparkling in the dim light. “I had a good teacher,” he replied softly.
For a moment, the chaos around them faded. They were just two people, sitting side by side, finding solace in each other’s company.
You nudged him gently. “See? Childhood dream fulfilled. What’s next on your list?”
He chuckled, his gaze dropping to the glowing floor. “Honestly? I think this might be enough for one night.”
“Enough?” you teased. “We’ve barely scratched the surface! Next time, we’re doing bumper cars.”
Spencer laughed, the sound light and genuine. “I think I’m going to need a lot of next times with you,” he admitted, his voice barely above a whisper.
Your expression softened, and you reached out to take his hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. “Then we’ll make that happen,” you promised.
As the game timer buzzed, signalling the end of their session, Spencer and you made their way out of the arena, still laughing and teasing each other. A leaderboard lit up on the screen near the exit, and Spencer froze, his eyes widening.
“No way,” he murmured, stepping closer to the display.
You leaned over his shoulder, squinting at the screen. Your jaw dropped when you saw his name at the top of the list. “You won?!” you exclaimed, grabbing his arm and shaking it excitedly. “Spencer Reid, first-time Laser Tag champion! I’m so proud of you!”
He turned to you, his grin almost bashful but undeniably proud. “Beginner’s luck, maybe?”
“Absolutely not,” you said, your face lighting up with genuine excitement. “You crushed it out there! I mean, I’m a little salty that you beat me, but still—you’re officially a Laser Tag legend.”
Spencer laughed, the sound bubbling out of him with pure joy. “A legend, huh? I’ll take it.”
You playfully bumped your shoulder against his. “You better. This is a big deal! You’ve got bragging rights now.”
As they stepped out of the arcade into the cool night air, you looped your arm through his, your energy still electric. “Okay, next time we’re teaming up. Imagine what we could do together!”
Spencer looked down at you, his heart warm and full. “I think we’d be unstoppable,” he said, his voice soft but confident.
As they walked down the busy streets, still laughing and recounting the best moments of the game, Spencer couldn’t help but feel like he’d won more than just Laser Tag. With you by his side, he’d found something he hadn’t even realized he’d been missing—a piece of joy, of freedom, of connection that made him feel whole again.
As they continued down the lively streets of D.C., Spencer’s smile lingered, a quiet sense of contentment radiating from him. You were still buzzing from the Laser Tag victory, your hand resting comfortably in his as they walked.
“Alright, Dr. Reid,” you said playfully, looking up at him. “What’s next on this magical mystery tour of a date? Because if it’s as fun as Laser Tag, I might actually burst from happiness.”
Spencer chuckled, his hazel eyes glinting with mischief. “Well,” he began, his voice soft but teasing, “I do have one more thing planned. But it’s a surprise.”
Your eyes widened with curiosity. “A surprise? Spencer Reid, you’re full of secrets tonight. What is it?”
He shook his head, his lips curving into a sly smile. “You’ll see. Just trust me.”
“Always,” you said with a grin, letting him guide you down a quieter street.
The hum of the city faded as they walked, replaced by a peaceful stillness. You tilted your head, trying to guess where he was taking you, but Spencer kept quiet, his excitement barely contained. Finally, they rounded a corner, and your breath caught as the grand façade of the National Gallery of Art came into view, illuminated beautifully against the night sky.
“Spencer,” you whispered, awe in your voice. “The art museum? It’s closed right now.”
He smiled, his fingers lacing tighter with yours. “Not for us.”
As if on cue, a side door to the museum opened, and a man in his mid-thirties stepped out, waving at Spencer.
“Dr. Reid!” the man called warmly. “Right on time.”
“Thanks, Jacob,” Spencer said, his voice full of gratitude. He turned to you, his expression soft. “Jacob’s a curator here. He agreed to stay late and let us in. Just us.”
Your jaw dropped as you looked between Spencer and Jacob. “You’re kidding. We get the whole museum to ourselves?”
Spencer nodded, his heart fluttering at the pure joy on your face. “I thought you might like it. I know how much you love art, and, well… I wanted to do something special for you.”
You blinked back a sudden wave of emotion, your chest tightening with affection. “Spencer, this is… this is incredible. Thank you.”
He smiled, a little shyly. “You’re worth it.”
Jacob opened the door wider, gesturing them inside. “Enjoy yourselves. I’ll be in my office if you need anything.”
As they stepped into the museum, the quiet echoed around them, amplifying the beauty of the vast, empty halls. The dim lighting highlighted the paintings and sculptures, making it feel like they’d stepped into another world.
You turned to Spencer, your eyes shining. “This is the most thoughtful thing anyone’s ever done for me.”
He ducked his head, his cheeks tinged pink. “I just wanted to give you something memorable. Something… magical.”
You reached out, taking his hand in yours. “You’ve done more than that, Spence. This is perfect.”
He smiled, his heart swelling at your words. “Come on,” he said softly, leading you toward the first exhibit. “Let’s explore.”
And together, hand in hand, they wandered through the museum, the art and the quiet intimacy of the moment weaving a memory neither of them would ever forget.
The museum was humour, the kind of quiet that invited reverence and reflection. Their footsteps echoed faintly as they moved through the halls, pausing here and there to admire a painting or sculpture. Spencer’s hand lingered at your lower back, a subtle gesture to guide you but also to stay close, as if the intimacy of the space demanded it.
They came to a room filled with sculptures, the soft lighting casting long shadows that danced on the walls. Your attention was immediately drawn to a particular piece—a sculpture of two women, one older, one younger, the younger standing on the shoulders of the older as if reaching for something just out of sight.
You stopped in your tracks, your breath catching slightly. Spencer noticed your stillness and took a step back, letting your take in the piece without interruption. Your expression shifted, your usual brightness giving way to something quieter, deeper.
After a few moments, he couldn’t help but break the silence, his voice soft so as not to disturb the moment. “How does it make you feel?”
You didn’t turn to him right away. Your eyes remained fixed on the sculpture, your hands loosely clasped in front of you. When you finally spoke, your voice was low but steady, carrying the weight of your thoughts.
“Seen,” you said simply, then paused as if to find the right words. “In a weird way. I don’t think I’d be who I am without my mother, and this piece proves it in a way. It makes me feel less alone too, like I’m not the only one who sees myself this way.”
Spencer tilted his head, his gaze flickering between you and the sculpture. He could see it now—the younger woman’s outstretched hands, the older one’s steadying stance. The balance between them spoke volumes about trust, sacrifice, and love.
“You feel like you’re standing on your shoulders,” he said softly, almost to himself.
You nodded, finally glancing at him. “Yeah. Every step I’ve taken has been because you let me stand on your foundation. Even when things weren’t perfect, you were still there, holding me up.” You smiled faintly, a bittersweet curve of your lips. “It’s nice to see it represented like this, you know? It’s like… someone else understands.”
Spencer took a small step closer, his voice gentle. “You’d be proud of you. I don’t think anyone could look at what you’ve built for yourself and feel anything less.”
You turned fully to face him now, your hazel eyes soft but shining. “Thank you, Spence. That means a lot.”
He gave you a small smile, his hands in his pockets as he glanced back at the sculpture. “It’s beautiful. Just like the way you see the world.”
You laughed softly, shaking your head. “You’re such a charmer, you know that?”
“Not really,” he admitted with a small chuckle, “but I mean it.”
For a while longer, they stayed there, side by side, letting the sculpture’s quiet power wash over them. In that moment, it wasn’t just art—it was a connection, a shared understanding that went deeper.
The weight of the moment lifted as they moved on, wandering into another section of the museum. The air between them felt lighter now, a quiet understanding still lingering but giving way to the playful energy they always seemed to share.
It started with a chuckle from you, your hand covering your mouth as you stopped in front of a sculpture of a stern-looking man with an exaggeratedly large nose. “Okay, tell me that doesn’t look like Hotch when he’s annoyed,” you whispered, your eyes sparkling mischievously.
Spencer glanced at the sculpture and bit back a laugh. “It’s the eyebrows,” he said, nodding in agreement.
You gasped, pointing. “The eyebrows! Yes! It’s like he’s about to say, ‘Reid, stop overexplaining.’"
Spencer laughed, his face lighting up in a way that made your heart skip. “Okay, okay, but look at this one,” he said, leading you to a nearby bust of a man whose face was frozen in a hilariously exaggerated scowl. “Tell me that’s not Rossi after someone forgets to bring him coffee.”
You burst out laughing, clapping a hand over your mouth to muffle the sound. “Oh my God, it’s perfect!” you managed between giggles.
They moved from sculpture to sculpture, pointing out ridiculous expressions and coming up with stories for each one. Spencer, ever the genius, concocted elaborate backstories for the pieces, each one more absurd than the last.
“This one,” he said, gesturing to a marble figure of a man dramatically clutching his chest, “was probably just told that his favorite gelato shop ran out of pistachio.”
You doubled over laughing, your cheeks aching from smiling so much. “Stop, you’re going to get us kicked out!” you said, though your laughter made it clear you didn’t mean it.
“You’re the one who started it,” he teased, his grin wide and unrestrained.
They rounded a corner and found themselves in front of a statue of a cherub with a particularly mischievous expression. Spencer tilted his head. “This one’s definitely plotting something. Probably planning to steal cookies from the other cherubs.”
You wiped a tear from your eyes, still laughing. “You’re too good at this. Have you been secretly practicing?”
He shrugged, a playful glint in his eye. “What can I say? I’m a natural.”
As they continued exploring, their laughter echoed softly through the empty halls, their joy filling the quiet space. For a little while, they let themselves be kids again—carefree, silly, and completely immersed in the moment.
Spencer, usually so reserved and composed, felt freer than he had in years. And you, watching him let loose, felt your heart swell with happiness. It wasn’t just about the art or the laughter—it was about being together, sharing a moment that was uniquely theirs.
When they finally paused to catch their breath, leaning against a wall in between fits of giggles, Spencer looked at you with a soft smile. “This might be the most fun I’ve ever had in a museum.”
You grinned, your eyes shining. “I told you, you just needed the right partner in crime.”
He nodded, his expression warm. “I think I found them.”
And with that, they set off again, hand in hand, ready to see what other treasures—and laughs—the museum had to offer.
As they wandered back toward the grand central hall of the museum, the playful energy between them began to settle into something softer, quieter. The warm lighting of the space casts a golden glow over the room, highlighting the details of the sculptures and paintings around them. You paused by a large marble statue of a couple intertwined in an eternal embrace, your gaze lingering on the delicate way the sculptor had captured the curve of their hands and the tilt of their heads.
Spencer stopped beside you, his eyes following yours to the statue. He said nothing, but the air between them shifted, heavy with unspoken thoughts. The laughter from earlier seemed to hang in the distance, replaced by a gentle stillness.
You turned your head to look at him, your expression soft, your lips parted slightly as if you wanted to say something but couldn’t quite find the words. Spencer’s gaze flickered from the statue to you, his heart stuttering as he caught the way the golden light played on your features.
Neityour of them spoke. They didn’t need to.
Spencer’s hand reached out, slow and hesitant, his fingertips brushing against yours. The touch was featyour-light, but it sent a ripple through both of them, grounding them in the moment.
Your eyes searched his, questioning, yet trusting. He took a step closer, the space between them shrinking until it was almost nonexistent.
Your breath hitched, your heart racing as his face hovered close to yours. The world around them seemed to blur, the art and the quiet fading into the background as the only thing that mattered was him—his eyes, his presence, the warmth of him so close.
Spencer hesitated, his gaze flicking to your lips and back to your eyes, as if silently asking for permission. You gave him the faintest nod, your lips curving into a soft, encouraging smile.
It was painfully slow, the kind of moment that stretched on forever, but neither of them rushed it. Their foreheads brushed first, a tentative, intimate touch that sent shivers down your spine. His nose bumped yours lightly, their breaths mingling in the small space between them.
And then, finally, achingly, his lips met yours.
The kiss was soft, and unhurried, a perfect balance of tenderness and curiosity. His hand cupped your cheek gently, his thumb brushing your skin as if you were something fragile, something to be cherished You leaned into him, your fingers curling into the fabric of his shirt to steady yourself as your heart soared.
Time seemed to stop entirely. There was no overthinking, no second-guessing—just the quiet certainty that this was exactly where they were meant to be.
When they finally pulled back, their faces still close, neither of them spoke right away. Spencer’s eyes searched yours, his expression a mix of wonder and disbelief, as if he couldn’t quite believe what had just happened.
You smiled softly, your thumb brushing over the back of his hand. “That felt… right,” you whispered, your voice barely audible.
Spencer nodded, his lips curving into the faintest smile. “It did,” he agreed, his voice equally quiet.
And as they stood there, bathed in the golden light of the museum, they both knew they’d just shared a moment they’d carry with them forever.
Hand in hand, they made their way back toward the main entrance of the museum, their fingers still entwined as they shared quiet smiles and the lingering warmth of the kiss. The halls, now empty of their playful laughter, seemed to hum with the remnants of the night’s magic, a soft kind of peace wrapping around them.
When they reached the front, they were met by Jacob, who was standing by the gift shop, a welcoming grin on his face.
“Did you two enjoy the private tour?” he asked, clearly amused by the soft glow in their expressions.
“It was perfect,” You replied, your voice light with contentment. “We couldn’t have asked for a better night.”
Spencer gave Jacob a small nod of thanks, and they made their way toward the gift shop. Of course, you, ever the curious soul, immediately started scanning the shelves, your eyes lighting up as you spotted a section of artist books and unique prints.
Spencer stood back a little, letting you take it all in. It was clear from the way you were absorbed in the display that you were in your element. Your fingers traced the spines of the books, your eyes lingering on the vibrant art, the words, and the stories behind them. It was a rare thing to see you so lost in admiration, and he couldn’t help but smile as he watched you, appreciating the way you connected with the world through art.
You picked up one of the books, flipping it open to the first page. “Spence,” you called softly, turning to him with a gentle smile. “Which artist was it who made that sculpture of the two women?”
Spencer walked over to you, his gaze following yours to the shelf where the artist’s work was displayed. He didn’t need to think twice. “Julie Rrap,” he replied.
You nodded, your fingers brushing the cover of the book titled Body Double. You seemed almost hesitant at first, as if deciding whether or not to pick it up. But then, with a quiet sense of reverence, you carefully opened the book and placed it in your hands, holding it close to your chest for a moment before glancing back at Spencer.
“Thank you,” you said softly, your voice filled with gratitude. There was something in your eyes—something that said this moment meant more to you than you could express.
Spencer smiled warmly, his heart swelling a little. “I’m glad you like it.”
You ran your thumb along the edges of the book, your gaze still soft as you flipped through the pages, your eyes drinking in the art and the words. It was as if the world had slowed down again, and they were both wrapped in the quiet, intimate moment of shared appreciation.
“I think I’m going to get this,” you said, your voice thoughtful, almost to yourself. “It’s… I don’t know. It feels important.”
Spencer nodded, his gaze still on you as you carefully placed the book in your arms, a soft smile tugging at his lips. “It’s yours. You deserve it.”
Spencer reached into his pocket as they approached the counter, his hand finding yours once more, giving it a reassuring squeeze. He placed the book and a few other items you had picked out onto the counter. Jacob, who had been standing nearby, gave them both a knowing smile as he rang up the items.
“You two seem like you had a good time,” Jacob said, his tone light and friendly.
Spencer smiled, pulling out his wallet. “It was a perfect night, thanks to you.”
You turned to Jacob with a grateful expression, your eyes bright. “Thank you for letting us stay after hours. It really made the evening special.”
Jacob nodded, giving you a small wink. “Anytime. Glad you enjoyed it. You two have a good rest of the night.”
After Spencer finished paying, he gathered the items and handed them to you, who accepted them with a soft smile. “Thanks again,” you said, your voice warm.
With a final wave to Jacob, they left the gift shop and stepped into the cool night air. The city was quieter now, the streets bathed in the soft glow of streetlights. As they walked toward Spencer’s apartment, the evening felt like a perfect bookend to a day full of laughter, art, and unexpected moments of connection.
Spencer, his arm casually draped over your shoulder, pulled you closer as they walked. “So, what do you think? A quiet night in to wrap things up?” he asked, a playful note in his voice.
You smiled, your eyes glinting with excitement. “Sounds perfect.”
They continued down the sidewalk, their footsteps in sync, the world around them fading away as they looked forward to whatever came next—together.

♱ word count: 4.7k
♱ synopsis: luke and kieran convinced you to give sylus a special gift for valentine's day! you only had to promise them not to peek inside before your special night. little did you know the harm a small booklet could cause (alternatively: sylus receives sex coupons from his beloved for valentine's day and his ego is bruised)
author's note: this pales in comparison to the actual valentine's event
It was your first Valentine’s Day with Sylus, and you could barely contain the excitement bubbling inside you. The bond you have built—filled with layers of trust, passion, and understanding—already makes every day unforgettable, though today was extra special.
As the evening arrived, the anticipation of finally being with him after a long, busy day was almost too much to bear. Sylus had sent you flowers earlier, each bouquet more perfect than the last, and presents that showed how well he knows what you love.
But now, this night was just for the two of you. No distractions. No complications. Just love and passion, the way you knew Sylus would want it.
When he arrived to pick you up, he couldn’t help but smile at you in that way that made your heart skip a beat. You were wearing the dress he had picked out for you—a deep, rich red that made you feel like a goddess; his goddess. It hugged your body perfectly, showcasing your curves in all the right places while ensuring comforting room for dinner.
Upon approaching, you could see the way Sylus’ irises widened as they roamed over you, a subtle yet intense hunger simmering beneath their surface.
─── ❤︎
Dinner had been a tranquil affair, with Sylus insisting on making the evening as perfect as possible for you. He always wanted to take care of you, especially on days like this. When the meal was finished, you surprised him by handing him a small, neatly wrapped gift—something he had not expected. But the beautifully crafted bracelets inside filled his heart with more warmth than he would ever admit.
To openly belong to you, to match with you—it stroked Sylus' ego in ways you may never fully understand. “I will treasure it for the rest of my life,” he promised with a smooth, satisfied voice as he put the jewellery on for both of you, finishing yours with a kiss to your wrist.
It was then that Sylus saw the surprise waiting underneath the box.
You managed to keep your promise to the twins not to peek inside this present, even though they’d clearly told you it was for Sylus; from you to Sylus.
"Give it to boss-man," they’d said, the mischief evident in their voices making it clear that whatever was inside was meant to tease him. "You won't regret it, just trust us!"
Has trusting the twins truly ever paid off for you?
Sylus, ever the confident figure, sat back, looking at you expectantly with one eyebrow raised. His sharp gaze lingers on you before he takes the suspisiciously thin package from the table.
"What’s this, sweetie?" he asks, his voice low, smooth—just his usual nonchalant tone. "Another present? Are you the one spoiling me tonight?"
His fingers expertly unwrap the paper, revealing a small booklet. His eyes narrow as he flips through it, recognizing the contents: sex coupons. Upon that realisation, his lips curl into an wickedly amused smile, but there is a slight edge to it—a flicker of something that almost seems offended, but not enough to break his calm composure.
Why on earth would he need something like this?
Are you trying to tell him something?
Did he not satisfy you with his love and devotion?
But he always made sure to give you everything and more …
Sylus breaks the silence after a minute of racing thoughts. "You think this is funny, kitten?" he murmurs, his eyes glinting with desire as they zero in on you.
Sylus leans back, giving you that all-too-familiar teasing smirk. “Are you trying to tell me I’m not performing to your liking?”
But you can see the challenge sparking in his eyes, the silent promise that he would take whatever ball you threw at his court and turn it into something far more unforgettable.
“I—” you start, though how are you to even explain this mess? It is also your first time seeing the coupons as well.
You are definitely going to make the twins pay for this.
"Well, if it’s a challenge you want..." Sylus trails off, his gaze locking onto yours with that intensity that makes you feel both flustered and thrilled all at once.
He opens the booklet wider, scanning the contents as if weighing each one. The sly smirk on his face grows wider with every flip.
Maybe now is the chance to make amends before it's too late. “Sylus, I had no—” but he is quick to interrupt you, his mind already too far in this little game without a care for who started it.
“You think I need these to prove myself to you?” He leans in over the table of the restaurant, reminding you awfully well of the fact you are sharing this conversation in public. But Sylus doesn’t seem to mind, doesn’t seem faced to admit: “I live to please you, sweetheart,” while his fingers brush over your wrist to trace over your matching bracelet.
─── ❤︎
By the time you return to Sylus’ mansion, the only thing weighing heavy on your mind are impact the coupons had on Sylus. Your intention was to leave an impression with the beautiful bracelets, to have a sweet moment together with your devoted partner.
No wonder you find yourself standing across from Sylus, rooted in the doorway and watching with curious eyes as he pours himself a drink.
The leader of Onychinus makes a return once Sylus sits down at the table in the same imposing room you shared an encounter in before he took you on your first bike ride. The same room you heard witnessed him disintegrate a man for his betrayal.
With those memories in mind, the atmosphere shifts and you’re suddenly fully aware of those predatory crimson eyes raking over your figure above the rim of his whiskey glass.
Sylus watches you, clearly amused by your flustered state. His hand pats his lap, the gesture commanding you to join him. “Don’t be shy now,” he warns with honey dripping from his lips.
The moment you settle on his lap, Sylus wraps his arms around you, pressing your body against himself before reaching your lips in a deep, demanding kiss. His touch is insatiable, pulling you closer and closer, leaving no space for doubts or hesitation.
The feeling of his muscles shifting beneath your touch, the growing erection pressing against you, and the heat of his body drive you to near that insatiable greed only he can bring out of you.
It all makes your head spin.
“You want to play, huh?” He chuckles against your lips, breathes a groan into your mouth as your nails graze his skin. “I’ll show you exactly what I can do, sweetie,” with that familiar predatory tone.
Sylus doesn’t hesitate. His lips crash with yours all over again, taking control as he pushes his tongue past your parted lips, kissing you deep and demanding undivided attention. Your hands fist into his shirt, desperate to pull him closer, or push him away, you’re not sure once air seems to slip from your lungs.
Sylus’ fingers are already working their way up your thigh, his lips come to trace the curve of your neck to revel in the unfiltered reaction in the form of your quiet gasp once his touch slips beneath the hem of your dress, drawing so close to where you want him most.
Truly, not a second is wasted with a man like him.
Sylus’ hold on your thighs tightens, guiding you even closer, against the hard outline of his growing desire. "Is it better now, sweetie?" Sylus murmurs, his eyes darkened with desire as he watches your every reaction.
His thumb brushes against your kiss-swollen lips, and he can’t hide the proud smirk upon the sight of your already messy state. He also can’t refuse to lick off the spit he gathered from your lips, just to see you falter further.
“No,” you protest with a whisper as you fight to catch your breath. But the way you say it, so sweetly, almost as if you’re daring him to do more, has him looking at you with a quiet intensity.
"What? You want me to take you here on the table? In the room reserved for my guests? Aw... how naughty," he coos at you, exposing the whites of his teeth with an all-too-satisfied smirk as he tilts your chin with one finger.
“Can’t we just—” You pause, unable to think straight as the ache between your legs seems to only grow the longer he resists making a move. You shift in his lap, signalling in all the right ways how badly you want to skip the foreplay for tonight.
But Sylus doesn’t budge.
Why won't he budge?
He always does exactly what you ask of him.
The thought makes you act. Makes you chase, hunt. Lips searing his skin as you begin to litter his neck with lipstick kisses and demanding nips while you grind against his surely uncomfortable erection.
Sylus groans low in his throat, even if he tries to, he can’t resist you for long. His hands find your hips, halting your provocative movements just a moment before is patience runs thin. “Sweetie, you can't be serious...”
But maybe that’s exactly what you need. A night without his gentle loving to remember how nice it is to be spoiled rotten by him and the comforts you're usually surrounded. Maybe he should allow some artistic freedom tonight.
Instead of finding words, you let your actions speak and tug at his dress shirt, pull off his neck tie, unbutton his expensive clothes swiftly all to finally get to his bare skin.
Greedy little thing.
Unable to talk but still so eager to get to the good part.
With a sudden shift in position, your back meets the table quicker than your mind could process, an overwhelmed gasp from the impact all you’re able to present once Sylus pushes the straps of your dress down and past your breasts.
He attaches his lips to your exposed tits, grumbling a rough “Entertaining at is, it’s still not enough,” in regard your antics. He devours you; kissing, nipping and sucking along your breasts before popping one nipple between his teeth.
Who is in control now?
You arch your back in reaction, your lips part to let moans float through the air which only seem to grow louderr when you feel Sylus shamelessly grinding against you.
Firm hands reach around your thighs to pull your pussy further against himself before sneaky fingers find their way between your pressed hips, replacing his hard-on quickly in order to push your panties aside.
“Let me thank you for your inspiring present, kitten,” Sylus murmurs before biting into your nipple hard.
You try to find purchase on his body, nails digging into whatever fabric or skin they can find as your pretty pleas for him leave you breathless.
Your panties are snatched off your body in an near painful manner, yet it barely compares to Sylus’s mouth clashing with your pussy. Strong fingers dig into your inner thighs to spread you open for his assault. His sweet-talking tongue finally meets with your pulsing lips, mixing your slick with his saliva.
“I-I’m sorry!” you exclaim in a higher-pitched tone when the tip of Sylus’s tongue circles your clit, applying varying amounts of pressure on the little bundle to have you squirm beneath his lips. Though his broad shoulders keep you on display no matter how much you struggle.
The satisfied smirk on his lips presses against your cunt, and the vibrations of his deep hum leave you no other option but to tug on his hair, your legs struggling to remain open with every kiss and lick from your pissed-off lover.
When you finally open your eyes, you notice his intense stare that seems to have never left your face, basking in the glory he spoils you with as his tongue enters your clenching hole to feel your hips roll against his face.
Sylus’ hot breath against your skin only heightens your senses while his nose applies further pressure on your clit. His mouth is practically glued to your most sensitive parts, lapping eagerly at your folds and suckling your clit relentlessly until he feels your legs tremble in his hold.
But he doesn’t stop. Opting instead to fully drag the flat of his tongue over your pussy until his mouth latches onto your clit. The final nail to your coffin is the sudden stretch when two fingers seem to effortlessly slide themselves inside your convulsing walls.
Your makeup is long ruined, tainted by your tears and clamping hands over your mouth to stifle your frantic moans when Sylus pushes you over the edge.
The sensation has your hips lift off the table, inviting Sylus to grope your ass and push you mercilessly against him, continuing to stimulate your clit beyond your orgasm.
“Stop, stop, stop, please, it’s too much, too good…” you whine, yet your hips still move against his tongue, betraying your protests.
The mirth in his eyes is all he offers you to understand that he won’t stop tonight, that he is not done with you.
Sylus only pauses once he notices you calming down, placing a precise smack against your swollen lips like a writer sets the final words to his proudest work.
You jerk beneath him, almost thrashing in distaste upon your awfully aroused state and the delicious pain he puts on you.
It’s unfair of him to do this to you, to treat you like his toy, to do with you whatever he wishes. It’s unfair of him to unbutton his shirt in what feels like slow motion, exposing his sculpted body like it’s the best present he could ever give to you.
Your eyes roll to the back of their sockets when you hear his belt unbuckle, goosebumps decorating your delicate skin in anticipation of what’s to come.
That is until Sylus handles your body as if you’re nothing more than a feather in his grasp. His hold surely leaves traces as he pulls you impossibly closer. The head of his cock stretches your entrance with ease before he rams himself inside your already pulsating walls, spreading you open on his shaft and drowning in the way you swallow him without much resistance.
His actions steal desperately aroused cries from your trembling lips thanks to the burn he inflicts inside you. You arch up and try to get away from him, but he keeps you exactly where he wants you.
“My f-fuck, Sylus~” you wail, legs clamping around his small waist to suck him even deeper despite the pain. He is always a little too much to take for you, but the pride brimming in his eyes whenever you cream on his cock keeps you coming back until you’re formed just right to take him.
The feeling of your hot, wet cunt embracing his cock so willingly has beautiful groans clashing with your skin as Sylus’s lips attach to your neck. “So tight, so perfect for me...” he pants before his teeth graze your skin, teasing your already sensitive body further before he nuzzles his nose into the curve of your neck.
His soft affections stand in contradiction to his cock abusing your cunt like his personal toy. The way his hips almost painfully snap against your own undermining your strength difference only further.
Your arms find purchase around his shoulders, gently carding through his messy locks as his name falls from your lips repetitively.
A harsh slap to your ass rips a deep moan from you, which immediately shoots back at Sylus, as his cock twitches inside your clenched walls upon your desperate yelps and whimpers.
As your legs begin to tremble in his hold with raised moans falling from your mouth, a realisation dawns upon Sylus.
A chuckle follows, one that proves rather strained since he clearly is affected by the perfect embrace of your walls. “Are you into pain, sweetie?” a mere murmur against your racing pulse while he continously snaps his hips into you.
“And now you're cumming again already?” Sylus victoriously grins against your neck at the obvious answer to his question, your desperate clamping around his cock evidence enough for your nearing high.
Yet you nod frantically, burying your face in his silver strands while your tits bounce against his chest. “Please let me,” you whine.
“Please let you?” he echoes, with his thrusts slowing down to control your climax, bringing distance between your bodies so your fucked-out form is on full display for his greedy eyes.
Sylus takes your hand in his, intertwining your fingers to he reveal your face to him. Your trembling lower lip and heaving chest are a gorgeous view, yet nothing compared to your teary eyes while your nails dig into the back of his hand.
“Let me cum, please, Sylus!” you beg in defeat.
Fuck, you've never begged before.
You wish you had the strength to smack him for his confident grin, but he leaves you whimpering instead as he pulls out from your drooling cunt, only letting the tip of his cock rest within you while he basks in your hatred.
“My feisty girl wants to cum so bad…” Sylus muses, mockingly brushing his fingers over your clit and pussy to smear your mixed arousal further. “Go on then, make yourself cum with whatever I offer you. Give it your best shot..” He whispers, the tip of his nose brushing against yours while he guides your hand down to your clit.
And you try, try so desperately to rub on your clit as you clamp around the head of his cock, cunt clearly trying to suck him back in as your hips rock in rhythm with the movement of your hands.
“Sylus,” is yet another attempt to get him to move again.
So he does.
He slaps your overly motivated fingers away from your clit to replace them with his own in the same second he pushes hmself back inside you. Hitting your sweetest spots while he painfully pinches the sensitive little nub to send sparks running through your system.
Your fingers find purchase around his wrist, digging into his skin in desperation, while you want nothing more than to finally come undone.
“You feel so good,” he sighs in exhaustion.
Sylus pushes you over the edge with precise thrusts for you to cream around his cock. You're tugging nearly painfully at his hair as your moans mix with sobs and praise to his name.
"Mh... and you sound so hot," Sylus mumbles, his scorching gaze unwavering as he witnesses your orgasm wash over your glorious body. It is only then that he allows himself to cum deep inside you, his hand squeezing your boob as his teeth bite down on your nipple to control the overwhelming pleasure of his high, his moans rumbling against your body.
And you’re so eager to milk him dry, cunt pulsing around his sensitive cock for every drop he could share. Each shallow thrust spreads his load until you hiss and whine, complaining about your fucked-out state with gentle objections.
"I'm far from done with you, sweetie," Sylus promises.
Though you shake your drowsy head, and Sylus only nods in return while ensuring your eyes lock onto his face; as if that could change your mind.
"You were the one who gave me the coupons," Sylus reminds you softly, the memory sending another rush of anger through his blood. "Now let me make good use of the inspiration."
"But those were not—” you try to interrupt, but it seems like he has little interest in your rebuke. Instead, he pulls out of you, eagerly flipping you around to press your chest against the dinner table, displaying your ass to his gaze.
His cum leaking out of your pussy is the only thing he can actually notice, tempting his fingers to automatically push it all back inside your leaking hole as you wail in despair.
"I-I can't, please!" you curse as your body tries to crawl out of his reach once he begins to scissor his thick fingers inside you. Hot kisses along your spine leave a trail up to your ear, his strong body locking your smaller frame in place on the table, open for his actions.
"Don’t tell me playtime is over already, princess," Sylus teases, "I’m sworn to please you, am I not?"
You know it's best to surrender once you make eye contact with him over your shoulder: The inquisitive glow of his right eye is a telltale sign for you to drop the act of defiance.
He knows how much you enjoy this.
So, the hard expression melts as soon as Sylus witnesses your nod, and a soft smile returns to his face. "That's right. Now take it like a big girl, will you?" The words can barely count as a question since he immediately sheathes his eager cock inside your pulsing cunt all over again—stuffing his cum back inside you with each thrust.
Sylus pulls out once more, teasing your aching hole with the tip of his cock until your hips wiggle and desperate whimpers escape your lips.
So much for not wanting to go on.
"Beg for it," he commands, taking the opportunity to slide his tip up and down your puffy lips, running circles around your clit—intentionally pulling the words from your mouth. Y
es, he definitely got a rise out of your trembling begging voice earlier.
"Please," you bite out, though the teasing stimulations make it hard to keep your dignity. "Make me feel good," you use the words as a loophole instead of begging Sylus for his cock.
But your feistiness only amuses Sylus. It earns you another harsh smack of his hand on your ass, making you topple further against the table. Strong hands squeeze the soft flesh of your thighs, kneading it while your legs are being spread wider, nearly lifting your feet off the ground entirely by doing so.
"I think you can be sweeter than that,” his raspy nearly threatens before greedy lips latch onto your back. His hot tongue licks along your spine, while crimson eyes devour the intense shivers spreading across your skin. Sylus’ body drapes over yours as his cock prods against your fluttering entrance once more.
"Sylus~,” you force his name out in a whiny tone, trying to lure him down the path of honey and sweetness.
Though your act ends the minute Sylus pushes himself further into you, the speed agonizingly slow yet so perfect to feel him spread your walls open for his thick cock once more.
You arch your back further, pressing your tits against the table and your ass against his hips, nails clawing on the hardwood.
"Aren’t you adorable when you’re being so obedient for me?” He praises in a whisper before chuckling near your ear.
Sylus’ cock twitches inside you, hitting the delicate deeper regions once you grind against his movements. Creating an addictive addition of your clenching cunt as if you never want to let him go again.
His thrusts are calculated, with the way he pulls his heavy cock out ever so slowly, pausing just a split second outside your oh-so-inviting hole before snapping his hips back.
The obscene smack of his thighs against your ass echoes through the room and mingles with your frantic moans as well as Sylus’ groans. "Creaming again, aren’t you?" he muses when your legs begin to quiver, barely managing to hold yourself up as your third orgasm threatens to roll over your body.
Your fucked-out expression meets his gaze over your shoulder, silently begging Sylus to support your body. "Oh, my dear," he mumbles like a devil on your shoulder, the grip on your body adjusting. For one hand to push against your stomach, and the other to wrap around your neck, successfully holding you in a bicep lock while aiding your exhausted form to stay up as he fucks you through your climax.
"Just let go for me," Sylus encourages, in between his aggressive lips sucking marks on your neck.
You teeth find purchase on his forearm, digging into his skin to hear Sylus hiss in sheer pleasure. Nothing is more satisfying for him than to be marked by you.
Then, your orgasm rushes through your body, overwhelming all your senses with the intense overstimulation at this point. Your moans turn whiny as Sylus continues to fuck you through it, before he finally pulls out.
"Come here," he pants, exhaustion hitting your usually calm lover as well. Nevertheless, he swirls your nearly passed-out body around and pushes you down on your knees, with such ease as if you were made of jelly. He hesitates at your sight—he’s never seen you more submissive.
Though your shaky hands clamp around his thick thighs, digging into the muscles for purchase as your cheek rests on his right leg, tired eyes meeting his gaze when he runs a hand along your neck.
"Are you going to let me cum in your mouth, hm? I think the twins are traumatized from your moaning," he teases in time with his fingers grabbing your neck to pull your face close to his cock.
You can merely follow his guiding hands while nodding to whatever Sylus says until you feel the wet tip of his shaft prodding against your lips. Near automatically, your tongue darts out to kitten-lick around the head before taking him in deeper and deeper.
Your eyes remain glued to the view above: His heaving chest and flexing muscles, the nibbling of his bottom lip, and the slightly squinted eyes with a sweet scowl on his forehead.
He is struggling.
Large hands come to cradle the back of your head, a comforting gesture that turns desperate once Sylus guides you further down his cock until your nose is pressed against his groin. "Clean me up, sweetie. Taste yourself, go on," Sylus rambles near mindlessly while drowning in these sensations.
It’s a rare sight, it’s a pretty sight, and you want more of it.
So you bob your head, swirl your tongue and hollow your cheeks until it is near impossible to deny the throbbing of his length while low groans turn to raspy moans.
Though Sylus manages to command a final warning for you. "Don’t you dare swallow without my permission."
Your hand pumps along his shaft while your mouth collects his load, desperately trying to keep it all on your tongue. It’s a futile attempt as the white fluids already dribble down your chin, though nothing Sylus’ thumb can’t fix with a swipe before replacing his softening cock with his thumb.
A moment later you’re already hoisted up to sit in his lap again, with his hand now gripping around your cheeks, pulling you down towards his face and forcing a pout on your lips. Sylus’ mouth captures yours in a searing, passionate kiss, moving with a hunger and desperation that steals the breath from your lungs, his tongue delving deep to taste you, him—everything at once.
The grip on your figure adjusts to keep you in place while the mixture of his semen and your spit flow from your mouth onto Sylus’ tongue. The moan that follows is a deep, satisfied rumble inside his chest before finally pulling back to lock eyes with you.
Shamelessly, he swishes the concoction in his mouth while his nails tease up along your back. Though the seemingly tender gesture turns demanding once his hands lock around the back of your neck as he sits up to close the remaining distance between your bodies.
Then, Sylus kisses you again, bending over your smaller frame when he returns the filthy mixture into your mouth, pushing his tongue against yours and creating the nastiest yet most exhilarating kiss you have ever shared.
The graze of his teeth over your sore lips brings the moment to an end. For him to whisper a "Swallow," with heavy eyes greedily watching you follow his request.
The guiding drag of his thumbs down your throat encourages you to swallow until nothing but your pink tongue remains. Then Sylus pulls you close against his chest, mumbling a sweet “You’re full of surprises, kitten,” with his usual tender tone while you hide your face in the crook his neck.
As if he has any right to talk about surprises after tonight’s actions.
