✯ --Akhela's Arrival--✯

The tranquil island of Sodor is shaken when a bright blue locomotive appears at Knapford station. Her name is Akhela, and she looks as dazzling as the stars on a clear night. Akhela tells a heartbreaking story: her home in the distant star system where there was a railway called the planetarium was destroyed by the evil Queen Galaxia, a lady who has been in charge of buying land and exploiting it. It is not known exactly how she came to Sodor but she will be looking for an opportunity.

✸--The Debate in the Director's Office--✸

Sir Topham Hatt, the director of the railway line, calls an urgent meeting in his office. Joining him are Mr. Percival, Fergus, Duncan and Sir Robert Norramby. Everyone is wondering what to do with this heavenly locomotive. Can she be trusted? Is she friend or foe?

✭--Tests and Challenges--✭

Akhela proves her worth by rescuing James when he runs out of coal on Gordon's Hill. Her speed and skills amaze everyone. But Diesel 10, always distrustful, accuses her of being a threat to the railroad and to Sodor, Akhela must face tests to gain the trust of others.

꙳ --The Celestial Revelation--꙳

One night, while Akhela is watching the stars from the warehouse, Sir Robert Norramby approaches her. He also has a secret: he is a descendant of the ancient star guardians of Sodor. Akhela is the last hope to stop Queen Galaxy and save not only Sodor, but the entire universe.

✧ --The Battle in the Heavens--✧

Queen Galaxia arrives on Sodor in search of Akhela to snatch her and extract all of her power from her, Akhela and Thomas team up to confront her. The rails turn into trails of light as the engines fight the evil queen. Finally, Akhela uses her star power to banish Galaxia into a constellation.

✮ epilogue:A New Home✮

Sodor celebrates Akhela as a hero. Sir Topham Hatt offers him a permanent place on the island. Akhela smiles, looking at the stars in the night sky. She has found a new home and a new family.

I was in a long burnout during these times, slowly recovering. I was inspired to update the design of Roberto's family, my great hammerhead shark from the sharkfolk universe that I'm slowly creating, I hope you like it! Here are some details that I thought about them, maybe they will change in the future with new adjustments. 🦈✨

⭐Joanne Marama "Jojo" - She is the mother of the family and maintains a triamorous relationship with her two husbands. In a surprising turn of events, she became pregnant with both of them simultaneously, thanks to the characteristic of female sharks having two uteruses, allowing fertilization by different males. Professionally, she works as an eco-architect and is 56 years old.

⭐Fernando Machedo "Fer" - He is the first father of the family and father of Lorenza and Marcela. Hyperactive and enthusiastic, he presented Roberto with his old bass. Professionally, he is an environmental engineer and is 55 years old.

⭐Alejandro Marreto "Ale" - He is the second father of the family and father of Milena and Roberto. Calm, serene and compassionate, he presented Roberto with his old acoustic guitar. Professionally, he is a marine biologist and is 57 years old.

⭐Milena M.M. "Lena" - One of the old sisters, she is expecting a baby! During her maternity leave, she creates small jewelry to distract herself. She taught Roberto how to make jewelry, and he developed the habit of giving his friends bracelets and necklaces that he made himself. She is 30 years old.

⭐Lorenza M.M. " Enza " - The other older sister, mother of Francesca and Giovanni, often asks Roberto to take care of her nephews. She is 30 years old.

⭐Marcela M.M. “ Marcy ” – The closest sister, always giving Roberto life advice, should have been born at the same time as him. However, when she was born, Roberto remained in his mother's womb for another two years. She is 20 years old.

⭐Roberto M.M. "Rocky" or "Beto" - Finally, we have our beloved great hammerhead shark! Although he is the youngest, he is the tallest in the family. They thought that Roberto had some health problem that affected his height, but in the end, it is just a curious legacy of his ancestry. *O M.M. it would be an abbreviation of the surnames: 'Marreto de Marama' or 'Machedo de Marama'.

This set is inspired by: early 80s computers, my dad’s office when he taught electrical engineering, and VHS tape artifacts. Many of the pieces in here are stylized versions of real-life things, which I’ve included more info about under the cut.

This set contains 11 new meshes and features 2 retro computers, a desk chair, a desk, and lots of retro clutter items.

Technical notes/known issues:

Sims’ hands slightly clip into the computers with angled keyboards; this is not something I can fix due to how the animations are set up.

The computers don’t have mice (they wouldn’t have had them at the time), so the Sims will move their hands around as if they were using an invisible mouse.

The BBC Micro computer has a medium decor slot on top -- perfect for cute plants, books, clutter, etc. In testing, I noticed that if you place something there that trails down the sides, Sims will not want to use the computer (you have to make them sit in the chair and then interact with it). Most items don’t seem to do this so I’m leaving the slot in - just know if you put trailing stuff on top, this might happen.

The cassette recorder has a decor slot in the perfect place to actually put the cassette tape in it, and I love it! I’d recommend picking the cassette tape you want before putting it in; once it’s in the recorder, I couldn’t figure out an easy way to get it out again. You can always delete the whole thing and re-place a cassette recorder.
