This is a Stocking Anarchy inspired 4n4 diet, following her extreme diet in ep 4 when she was trying to lose weight.

You notice you've gained weight. That's the worst thing that can ever happen! You make a plan to lose weight, just like stocking.

5.000-10.000 steps a day

600 cal max a day

You wake up at 4:00 am- 6:00 am, you get out of bed, dress into a comfortable (prefferably gothic) workout outfit and start!
