YIPPEE I ACTUALLY GOT AN ASK :D I spent all day drawing this lol

Scott is (obviously) part of Gem and the Scotts!

He plays bass and sings accompanying vocals :) He also does most of the makeup, outfits, hair dye, and paint for the group, especially for Impulse, who is absolutely clueless about those things lol.

He's a blizz hybrid, which is a cold version of the blaze, so he gets little blizz rods around his head and ice powers. When using his powers, the ends of his hair and tail freeze, giving him frosted tips (hehe get it? frosted tips-), and his eyes glow icy blue. He's also dating Jimmy in this au! They were roommates in college, started going out their junior year, and have been together since <3 He even has a feather sticker on his bass to remember his bf when on stage for encouragement. Scott likes to steal his shirts, and doesn't care that they have holes in the back for Jimmy's wings

That's what I've come up with for Scott thus far!! I'm still figuring out timelines and how the band actually got together. Feel free to send in more asks if you're curious about anyone or anything!

Wild Life spoilers below! Like, a lot of spoilers.

So, Flower Husbands and Boat Boys fans, how're we feeling?

Jimmy asking Scott to look at his butt and Scott dropping everything to comply, then saying Jimmy's butt is maybe a bit bigger than the G's base, and Jimmy going in the most flirtatious voice ever, "Aww, stop it!" Why are they like this? You all know I'm a die-hard Ranchers truther, but oh my word.

And then Etho "tough guy" Slab coming to Joel to be like, "Joel, Bdubs is bullying me, come help!" and Joel going along with it IMMEDIATELY??? He didn't even question it, just went, that tracks, and went to go bully Bdubs on Etho's behalf. Not to mention Joel seeing the bamboozlers in boats and going, "Hey, that's mine and Etho's thing! I have to go find Etho!" He's so obsessed fr. (Also, Etho coming over to warn Gem and Joel Tango was on the hunt? "Tough guy" my ass, this guy physically cannot restrain himself from being nice and also obsessed.)

Also. Can we talk about Tango real quick (least surprising thing I've ever said)? This guy. He's almost as bad as Skizz at killing! How does he EVER get as far as he does? I say this with the maximum possible amount of love in my heart, Tango is my beloved, but goodness my gracious, he's such a wet cat of a man. The poor guy is so pathetic! I'm glad he can stay smiling and having fun throughout it all though, he's such a good sport. I did genuinely believe he was about to go out of the series about three times in his episode though.

I also loved Gem trying so hard to help the reds and yellows kill her without actively letting them do it was adorable. She was genuinely proud of Mumbo when he finally got her! I love how she interacts with everyone, especially when they're trying to kill her. She's either silent in concentration, sighing in exasperation, or just straight-up giggling with glee. She's having so much fun in this series, I love it. I'm so happy for her.

I loved the way people started gunning for Grian specifically cause he made the series. They're finally rising up against the Watchers, finally taking control of their own lives and narratives. Combined with the hc that each of the wildcards are an aspect of the Watchers (I'm assuming this is something about them being outside time? Idk), and this season is building up some insane lore possibilities.

UM HEY- HEY- THIS SURE IS A SCENE

Jimmy is going to a school for magic. He's learning to be a witch and is finally getting his familiar. The school sends the students out into an enchanted forest to look for magical creatures over the coarse of a few days.

Jimmy's friends found their familiars quickly. Pearl got a direwolf pup on the first day. "Her names Tilly!"

Gem got hers soon after, a bear she was having trouble naming. "It's between Blue and Apollo"

But Jimmy couldn't find anything! It was the last day for a familiar and Jimmy was panicked. He ran through the woods searching for something, ANYTHING, when he trips on a rock and falls into a creek. Could this day get any worse?!

He hears a splash off to the side and sees what looks almost like a person but with fins and gills. The creature has bits of coral growing on them and bright teal hair. Jimmy recognizes it from class, a siren.

Jimmy backs away quickly, the siren stares at him in confusion, then laughs. "Relax, I'm not gonna hurt you! Come here, you're hurt, let me fix it. I'm Scott, who're you?"

Scott sits by Jimmy's side, resting his hand over cuts and scrapes. Then he starts singing.

Jimmy startles, but is surprised to see the wounds disappear beneath webbed fingers. Only the already drying blood remains. When Jimmy looks up, there must be something in his eyes, because Scott laughs.

"What, you think we only use our song to ensnare poor sailors?" His teeth are sharp as he smiles. "We're far more talented than that, thank you."

"Are you a student too?" Jimmy asks.

Scott tilts his head. "Oh, is that why you're all running around the forest? Didn't realise it was that time already." He looks through the forest, to where Jimmy knows the school sits behind the trees.

"Hey," Jimmy leans in closer, "you wanna do something stupid with me?"

Later, the teachers hesitantly praise Jimmy's inventive choice of familiar. Jimmy can't be sure, but he thinks Scott's pointed grin is why.
