Gem, being a leviathan, thrives in the water. And she ADORES the rain. She’s practically flying around without her elytra at this rate.

Contrast this with Pearl, who’s a literal wet dog (dingo) in the rain. But she loves watching Gem fly around in joy.

But nonetheless, cuddle times are fun :)

Pearl will run alongside Gem, following from the ground as they hoot and holler together. She likes to think of herself as Gem's biggest hypeman. How couldn't she be, it's super cool!

Gem likes to think of herself as the number one Pearl cuddler. Sleepy Pearl cuddles are the best.

“Do you?” Gem whispers, the rosy glow of her staff a weak imitation of a fire. “Hate is kind of a strong word, don’t you think?”

“He left,” he growls, “he left after he said he’d take care of me.”

Gem hums.

The anger burns, making his lungs twist. Tears bite his eyes as he whispers, “he left without saying goodbye.”

“He did,” she murmurs, a simple confirmation.

Fwhip clenches his fists, buzzing with frustration. He’s at the edge of regressing again, awash with guilt and exhaustion, wishing someone would hold him but too afraid to ask for it-

“I miss him,” he whispers, meeting his sister’s eyes. There’s something like pity etched on her face as his first tears fall. He’s desperate, pleading, “I miss him so much.”

Wizard Gem tends to be a very sleepy, inactive little, but she still wants to play and do fun stuff. so, her caregivers Scott and Fwhip got into board/card games for them to play with her :D

Look, Lizzie knew what she was getting into when she moved to a new university in the middle of the school year, and she's doing good. Her teachers like her, the other students like her, and she's getting good grades.

She was not, however, expecting to be in a dorm with two of the prettiest girls she had ever met. The other girls completely emphasise with her. The room is a whole mess of bisexual panic, but they wouldn't have it any other way.

Gem and Cleo are pretty nice too. Lizzie just wishes she had the courage to talk to either of them outside of schoolwork.

It's maybe peak disaster when all three of them are complaining about how hot other girls are and how hard it is to talk about. Whilst they're all actually talking about each other but refusing to say it aloud. They were just doing normal schoolwork together, which devolved into asking Lizzie about her previous university, which devolved into their dating lives.

At least they're talking now. That's an improvement, right? Right?

Harper... honestly idk, I just imagine something tiny and very fuzzy when I think of him

Alex is an edgy cat(?) thing with a messed up fauxhawk and tattoos/scribbles all over their body and perpetually tired eyes

Pie is a sweets-themed bear(?) bunny(?) thing!

Toms is a little butterscotch sheep :)

Orion is funy gem creature (I basically ripped off one of the HNK dudes for the face but I promise the body has more differences, I just associate you strongly with gems)
