it's been 5 years since it's onset in late 2019/early 2020, and 3 years since 2022. it's becoming more and more apparent that more and more people are unwell and i am genuinely terrified at what the very near future will look like, especially when the overwhelming culture is still so resistent to acknowledging covid.

#constant coughing everywhere #kids gasping while playing and running #seeing cognitive issues in my coworkers #covid #getting white hairs from this shit #and thats not even including the stress of watching an ongoing genocide and the beginning/full tilt into climate collapse #like. the only thing ive seen really helping LC has been the same antivirals they use for treating hiv 😭 but for widespread test/treatment #that would mean doctors would actually have to take covid seriously which would implicate them as partly responsible parties for thousands #of deaths that occurred as a direct result of their minimization/lack of precautions #vaxxing helps u survive the initial infection but it doesnt prevent the infection or LC #so prevention via masking and cleaning the air is crucial #esp since there is so little research being done on it in the us like there rly is no cure for it yet and we dont know when there will be on #when u decide ur ok w sacrificing 1 group of of ppl u sacrifice urself and everyone else as well
