PSA for all Deadpool and Wolverine fanfic writers: Stop writing Logan at a normal weight!

In the comics Logan is 5'3. Everyone knows that. What most don't know is that even at 5'3 he weighs 300 lbs. His skeleton is metal. He's real dense. Man cannot get in a body of water, he will sink every time (this is cannon).

What does that mean for movie!Logan?

He's gonna weigh a lot more. Hugh Jackman is 6'2! He is 11 inches taller than comic!Logan. That means 11 inches of more skeleton metal. He probably weighs closer to like 400lbs. If not more.

When he lays on top of someone, they will feel it. Good luck getting him off of whoever he slept on top of. Good luck breathing.

Edit: @vigilantsycamore did the math and apparently Logan would be closer to 500lbs. Everyone thank them for blessing us with math

Through a series of miscommunication, the League is now under the impression that Batman, strange cryptid that he is, may or may not have given birth to the other vigilantes running around in Gotham. This was not helped by Bruce referring to all of his children, no matter how big they get, as his babies. Nor was it helped by Red Robin, in the middle of a narcolepsy-fueled imminent crash, mentioned how he had no mother. 

It also doesn’t help that no one is aware that they are in fact completely normal people, and not aspects of Gotham itself brought to life. Though really that’s on the bats themselves, because at this point they should at least count as undead.

one of the local lost dog recovery groups that i follow recently put up a notice for a senior collie that went missing, and they listed his weight as 120lbs... and i know this is so not the point, and i hope they find their dog safe and sound, but. what the hell do you MEAN 120lbs. are you horrible at estimating weight, or did you lose a dog that is so obese as to be spherical. i think what fatphobes fail to understand is that usually what people think of "unhealthy obesity" is just a literally unhealthy lifestyle that CAN damage your body but it has little to do with your actual weight/fat content, you can be thin and eat crap and have the exact same problems. and i'm not talking about eating crap out of necessity there, just genuinely chronic bad eating habits. very much correlation=/=causation

Grown adults over 25 still just genuinely believe that fat people sit on couch and eat cake and chip nonstop for 8 hours a day and never go outside or anything because they saw it on family guy or whatever.

One question, do you have trouble walking? I had a job where I had to carry around ~150 pounds of wire and I had to stop every block or so. Does fat carry differently?

i don’t, not anymore, though i did after gaining 20lbs dec/jan :)) fat does carry differently but you also get used to the weight if you gain slowly and keep up physical activity?

and even if you gained quickly and it’s difficult to be active, if you’re kind to yourself and work on it, you’ll be able to walk normally again! your muscles will be able to carry more in general, it’s why some fat ppl are very strong haha
