I do wonder! It's possible! I hope, tbh, why should only Stripe have been brought back? There's that line in the visions Amalia got, "Did you think you were the only one who hitched a ride?" implying at least one other person definitely did, though they sounded kind of mean, but if there's one other, there could be more.

『平時にあまり稼げていない人が給付金で突然稼げるのはまずい。』

『実力のある人たちが困窮していることが問題であり、フェアな状況を作ってあげたいと思う。』

『ちゃんと表現の場所があっても、「あいつつまんないから、行かない」ってガラガラだったらそれは仕方ない。』

以下、私。

個人営業者とお呼びのフリーランスにお金が届くという保証がどこにあるのか。また、イベントのトップとお呼びなのはいわゆるイベンターか。そういうのとは意識的に距離をおいて活動しているフリーランスがたくさんいる。

支援事業をする上で、稼ぐことを目的とした場合の申請を考える必要はあるのか。永遠に継続する事業でもあるまいし。現在をコロナ後の活動再開に向けて備える時間として耐えようと考えている人こそ、対象になるべきではないか。

実力のある人＝収益を出せている人という薄っぺらい認識を改めてほしい。

表現者の実力を収益でしか計れないなら、文化庁は文化芸術のことが分からない人間の集まりだということ。アーティストが何のために活動するかは千差万別であり、そういう個々人の意思や目標をサポートする姿勢をとれないなら、コロナ後の日本の文化芸術はもっと悲惨な状況になるだろう。

「あいつつまんないから、行かない」って誰の価値観だよ。文化庁長官は文化芸術の神様すか。

「国からの補助が欲しいなら、UFOとかペッパー警部みたいなヒットチューンを作れ」ってことか。収益の見込める作品にだけ補助しますというのは、支援ではなく投資。

これからの日本の文化芸術は、稼げるとされるコンテンツだけが生き延びて、収益が期待できないものは自己責任でやれ、稼げるようになるまで粘れないのは実力不足だ、ということで。収益の実績があるものを作ろうとすれば、内容が形骸化していき、焼き増しに次ぐ焼き増しが行われていく。経済的な実力と創作的な実力をイコールにしていくというのはそういうこと。

日本の文化芸術の政策が無策且つ冷酷だということが決定的になった。この国は、自由にやりたいことをやろうとする人をよく思わないのだろう。文化芸術も生産性で図られるようになってしまった。そりゃそうだ、命さえも生産性で図ろうとするのだから。

前述の読売新聞の記事では『文化芸術は、やはり実力が基本。』という言葉と、『（文化芸術活動は）社会全体の健康や幸福を維持し、私たちが生きていく上で、必要不可欠なものであると確信しています』という言葉が同居している。それらをつなぐものは、生きる実力がなければ生きていてはいけないという主張。

数多のハラスメント、搾取、生きづらさで埋めつくされた島。

昔ながらの喫茶店で、マダムが作ってくれた野菜たっぷりのクラブハウスサンドを食す。低気圧と睡眠不足でふらふらな体に、栄養を注ぎ込みたくて1、2、3と心の中で数えながら噛み締める。大通りに面した窓は天井の近くに備え付けられていて、目の前にあるはずの十字路は信号機しか見えない。私が皿から顔を上げて外を見るとき、それは必ず青色を示している。どういうことだろう。車の音が騒がしい。まだ火曜日。
