Ivan: In my experience, folk like it better when you don’t pretend. Jude: I thought that’s what boys are supposed to do? They’re always tryna impress girls in movies n’ stuff, and Gavin’s always telling everyone about the amazing stuff he does or buying mom fancy things that make her squeal. Ivan: I wouldn’t pay much mind t’all that nonsense, bud. Ivan: The best way t’make friends is t’spend time with folk n’ be yourself-.. the odd compliment here n’ there wouldn’t go amiss though, hm? [Ivan chuckled to himself as he guided Jude’s wobbling form toward the roller rink-.. ballet, pfha!]

maybe it's just me but when a kid calls your name a million times just to say "WATCH THIS" and then jumps and falls like.....that's the greatest thing ever like the whole entire world is so new to you and even the little things feel like the greatest accomplishments and you want to share it with ME? you find something that makes your little kid brain go "WOW!!!! NEAT!!!!" and the first thing you do is turn around and call my name............i will love you forever

Self harm & addiction to self harm

6EM was in the Diyu 4 so long, & pain was def a constant 4 him, right? &, like, that makes me wonder if he ever developed a habit of harming himself to “reset” if that makes sense. It’s just such a normal for him @ this point that it’s his go 2, that if he doesn’t hurt 4 2 long he gets restless & stressed. & I wonder if he’d feel like it wasn’t “that bad” bcz it’s not as horrible as the Diyu. Or mayb he thinks it’s ok on some level bcz he never finished his time in the Diyu.

Finally rewatching some doctor who, and the episode 'midnight' is such a different experience now what the fuck.

Spent the first half of the episode like "wait the doctor IS being reasonable this is an undiscovered lifeform its just trying to learn things its not its fault people think its creepy </3" and also "this is a bit more contrived than I remember. Why are all these tourists down for Murder after 20 minutes of someone repeating what they say." But of course the episode is having so much fun with itself that I'm having fun too <3

Anyway my crack theory is that the midnight creature is post-finale bill, due to the line, while possessing someone, of "I can move, I can feel again, I'm coming back to life" and all the really obvious evil little smiles
