The Carians are an old money family and have been going to, teaching at, and donating money to Raya Lucaria for generations. She met Radagon while he was studying there, and their love life follows the game basically. Three kids, happy family, sudden earth-shattering divorce. She drinks a lot now. Like a loooooot. But she's not insane and obsessed with an egg so she's got that over her canon self.

Rellana might be old money, but she's a party girl at heart. Instead of joining the rest of her family in their scholarly pursuits, she traveled around and kinda did whatever she wanted for a while. She calls Rennala often and their conversations are 50% "Girl you re better than this please get your life together" in both directions.

Rykard is a lawyer. He also owns a bar/bdsm club. That's kind of all you need to know, but also he's the only one of these trust fund babies to be in a stable relationship so. He's obvs married to Tanith, but they also have Ghiza as their third. Baby Rya is being raised in a tradgoth castle of a mansion and is gonna be so surprised when she gets to kindergarten and learns there are colors other than red and black.

Radahn. I don't think about him that much I'll admit. He's some kind of military guy, but he's not deployed rn so he's just a car guy/horse girl y'know? He stays in his lane. Nobody hates him. He's Miquella's favorite half brother.

Unlike her brothers, Ranni never moved out, she just lives in Rennala's guest house. She has this super important tech job, like cybersecurity consultant for fortune 500 companies or whatever, but she's a transhumanist cybergoth so imagine being on a business call with like 8 people in suits and one bitch who looks like this. She's objectively the smartest person on the team though so like who's gonna be the idiot who says something about it?

Blaidd lives with Ranni. He's her adopted brother, and he's a generally outdoorsy guy who's favorite hobbies are like hunting or fishing. The two of them are inseparable and have 3 huge dogs.

first of all, i believe with all my heart and soul that we will open fantasy high: junior year mid-battle against the night yorb

this is supported by fig saying "we saved the world, surely that counts for a couple of classes." because while they have saved the world before, this implies a more recent saving of the world that put their grades in jeopardy. i think the night yorb was that specific world-saving

based on the dome background when riz was being told that perfect grades maybe not being enough, i think we're in for a college application arc, with him being in an entrance interview at astral state university when he's told that

But then the major bitch nun discovers the plan and as a punish cuts jasonlina's hair it's in that moment that Brucilla comes back to adopt her, taking her back to the manor (and not resolving the embezzling thing!).

Who is he?

Bimothy, more commonly known as Chungledown Bim, is a gnome pirate from Leviathan and a warlock of Bill Seacaster. He has an impressive beard that looks like it is made of six mustaches, and an assortment of snaggle-teeth all made of different materials. "Bim" is short for Bimothy. His magic takes the form of gold coins shooting out of his hands.

Why is he the NPC of All Time?

He started a rivalry with Fabian for no reason other than that Fabian wasn't a very good pirate (he never claimed to be). He threatens to shit in Fabian's mouth and chases him across Leviathan. Fabian is so terrified of Chungledown Bim that he appears to him in the Nightmare Forest. Cassandra says that she never sent Fabian a vision of Chungledown Bim suggesting that it was really him haunting Fabian.

Who is she?

Aelwyn Abernant is a high elf abjuration wizard and the antagonizing older sister of Adaine Abernant. She goes to Hudol College, unlike her poor younger sister.

Why is she the NPC of All Time?

She has an intense, antagonistic relationship with her sister fostered by their parents desire for competition and perfection from their daughters, but ultimately they reconcile and begin to work on their relationship in a stable and loving environment and honestly we love to see not only a redemption arc but a healing arc too.

Wilma Thistlespring is a gnome tinkerer and one of the adoptive parents of Gorgug Thistlespring.

Why is she the NPC of All Time?

She's such a good mother to Gorgug, despite the cultural differences she tries really hard to understand her son. Although sometimes she's too open and understanding, I still get secondhand embarrassment from that sex talk scene.

“The bambino, Lucas- Caro it’s Human!” He almost hisses in his exasperated whisper, pouring everything in those words, everything they knew as Lucas keeps silently rocking the stroller

“We’re old” he says finally, a huff almost to it “We’ve gone past our retirement ages ago Bruno. It-it won’t be as long, we don’t have to worry like when we were young, we wouldn’t even be separated by decades, even if we live longer” Lucas says quietly, uncertainty caught in his voice despite his steadfast stance, eyes flitting back to the stroller he was rocking gently and away from his husband

Bruno sighs heavily, but there’s a sort of resignation in it despite himself as he glances at the bundle in the stroller, something fond already in his smile as he sees the baby was actually awake

The baby gurgles and babbles silently to itself as it raises a little fist up, making baby grabby hands and lightly kicking a leg as it held a new baby ring in its other hand, silently entertaining itself all on its own, all curious expressions and deep concentration

It looks up and suddenly freezes as it catches Bruno’s eyes, looking like a deer caught in the headlights at the sudden attention it was being given, eyes so very wide they were practically sparkling in the light, and Bruno chuckles softly as he reaches out a hand towards the baby

There’s two cups of pretend tea placed on the floor, accompanied by two plates with two real cookies on each, on a little purple blanket on the floor strewn with toys

One plate is in front of him, the other across from him halfway in the shadows of a corner

A hand gestures at the corner before Lucas can react, a frown above a mouth trying out his words

“Nona!”

Lucas frowns “Nona? Mio caro?” He asks, stepping a lot closer and swooping his heart up in his arms, scanning the shadows intently but seeing nothing “Do you have a friend, mia stella?”

“Nona” He simply repeats in Lucas’s arms, fiddling with the doll still in his hands “She likes cookie”

“Does she now?” Lucas asks softly, trying to hide the tenseness in his shoulders as he looked around

“I’m sorry Stella, you simply surprised me. You’re learning so fast I can’t keep up” he says amused, ruffling their curls as he’s greeted with a smug yet beaming smile “How about we go show babbo how well you did?”

“Yes! Babbo! Babbo look at my shoes!”

“No running-! Oh dear” Lucas chuckles, smiling fond as all the blobs in the house resumed chase after the bundle of energy, ready to catch his every trip and every stumble, allowing no serious harm

He sighs “Why didn’t you choose one like yours babbo? Or like yours papá?”

Lucas and Bruno smile at each other, before Bruno pats the seat next to him, half hugging Bim as he took a deep breath

“Well, we tried to at first. In fact, we didn’t even know your name yet. But you didn’t like any name we gave you”

“Yes” Bruno chuckles with a nod “We tried a few names, just a little to see if we all felt a connection to it. “That’s not real!”

“I assure you we’re being completely honest” Lucas chuckles, pushing aside the paper he’d been reading “You’d already decided what your name was, it didn’t matter what anyone else thought about it! You, already knew” he grins, giving a slight tap on Bim’s chest with a smile

Septics

Henrik is the resident father and head of Septic House, with Marvin as his second in command.

Henrik and Jackie consider themselves father and son.

If asked, both Chase and Anti will call each other “my annoying as shit brother”. They share a room because there was nowhere else to put Anti’s computer.

Everyone calls Robbie “little brother”, but Robbie is closest with JJ.

All the Septics learned BSL for JJ and Robbie greatly benefited from that.

Marvin is the resident cat and oldest brother. They look like BB in cat form.

Ipliers

While Dark and Wilford are in charge of the entire estate, their smaller family consists of Artie(KOTS), and Engie (who is technically more Damien’s kid but defaulted to Dark).

Host found a family in Doc after moving into the Manor with Author. Eric was later added to the family when he showed up.

Actor considers all of the egos that he “created” to be his children. (Yancy, Magnum, Murdock, Illinois)

Murdock and Yancy are brothers, who later gained a larger family when Murdock started dating Bim, who had at that point practically adopted Yan.

All of the androids consider themselves to be family, with the Googles calling themselves brothers. Bing doesn’t consider the Googles brothers, but calls them family.

The Jims are clones and have a strange telepathic field they tend to communicate through wordlessly. They call each other brothers and would definitely accept more members if any more Jims are created.

While Annus “created” a fair amount of egos, the only one he considers his kid is Elliot, and Gothan by association. (But only because Elliot decided that Annus was his dad). He spends most of his time with Unus.

Illinois and Camper share the cabin in the woods that once belonged to Author and Host. The duo take care of HeeHoo when needed and spend a fair amount of time with Mermark.

Dave and Mike ended up gravitating towards each other due to their jobs’ similarities and hours, becoming good friends. Dave later ended up looking at the Convict and telling Mike “that one’s ours now” which suited Vic just fine as they aren’t a super social person. Engie is an honorary part of the family due to being Vic’s best friend.

Cranks

Most of the Cranks see each other more as friends or partners, aside from the few siblings.

Mrs Thompson and Father E are the heads of house and resident parents of Crank House.

Mad Mike and Heapass are twin brothers, and their younger brother is Challenge McGee.

Unus, like Annus, has technically “created” multiple egos, but doesn’t really call them family, spending most of his time with Annus, and Elliot and Gothan by association, instead.

Merthan and Gooz spend most of their time with Mermark and will occasionally check up on Mel.

Blank and Eef tend to keep to themselves. Blank often haunts Eef’s monitors.

Headcanons coming right up! Going with the modern AU, cause I'm pretty sure that, at least during and after the Shattering, the creatures of the Lands Between cared not about sexuality and gender.

She first realized she liked girls when she read a lesbian romance novel and realized that the only reason she didn't care for romance was that the only romantic things she had seen or read where straight

Actually relating to the characters and their wants in the lesbian romance kinda kickstarted a line of questioning in her mind, and things went from there

Figuring out that she was ace came much later, after she realized that people actually enjoy imagining sexual situations and also themselves in them

That was never something she cared for, and when she found the ace label she adopted it fairly quick

The only people she comes out to are very close friends and/or partners

She feels like no one else really has business knowing

Ranni is bi

She figured it when she realized her interactions with Tiche where very similar to when she talked to her boy crushes

Meaning she was adopting her typical I'm-trying-to-be-cold-but-the-warmth-I-radiate-around-you-rivals-the-sun behavior 👍
