One of the best parts of watching Thamepo is seeing the fandom reactions to Jun. He is the most nonthreatening love rival ever. But also the most endearing pain in the ass.

Po on the regular makes gross-out faces at him and heart eyes at Thame. The show is freaking literally called ThamePo and yet I see so many people despising Jun as if he could actually be an obstacle or sobbing that it won't be JunPo.

I find him to be one of the most fun antagonists I have seen in a long time and honestly, all he's done is be annoying and flirt. And people either want to die for him or want to bury him.

This is a safer space for me so I wanted to use this blog as a journal to romanticise my process for things a bit.

In that regard I decided to work on a TCG for my Trigun au! I have a notebook and made fake cards and everything I’m surprisingly serious even for me.

It’s weird sharing this kinda not finished stuff cause I always tend to fall out of plans and projects, but I wanted to make fake TCG cards for this au, and my perfectionism said Fake is balls it should actually be playable now we’re here at 9pm Dec 25. [I have no cooking clue what I’m doing, if anyone is better at Game dev hmu a Racing Card game is apparently a super complicated concept].

This is gonna get emotional a bit so you can skip everything from here, but in August I had time to think and reflect and I realised due to an unfortunate attachment I suppose, being around Trigun fans and I suppose in the “space” has actually traumatised me more than I wanted to believe. And such my attachment to a certain character started feeling like a jail more than a genuine interest and personal(?) understanding.

Despite me saying “I hate it here, it’s not healthy, I’m sad and I’m kinda being gaslit out of my own interpretations and opinions” I couldn’t really forget this au. Perhaps out of the hope that I can start creating out of love again and not, retaliation of some sorts. Something for me.

I really want to change the narrative of my experience with Trigun so I’m hoping? I’m hoping if I focus on myself, on what I wanted to create from the beginning maybe I can?

Sorry I saw a Knives Inc3st post that made me feel like shit again (I promise, I promise I’m curating my online experience idk what happened!) so I had to go diary mode. I’m trying to be more vulnerable as you can see.

Hopefully in the future I can dismiss this and remind myself what a fun, loving person I actually can be and that half the time I was genuinely crashing out before.

We are home for the festival. I had Diwali day off and took 2 days of leave. Took a flight to get extra time home. Slept for 10 hours and started reading neuro anatomy. Meeting my cat after 2 months. She doesn’t recognise me anymore but she comes in for cuddles. I am contented with the fact that she is still happy and taken care of by my parents like they took care of me as a kid. Not forgetting to mention that the baby cat is also all grown up and thriving.

hello studyblr community

i want to ask how yall actually stick to schedules and timers and stuff – because I can never stick to self imposed study schedules [like I will do this from 1-3pm and then this other thing from 3-5]

and even though pomodoro timers do help me a lot, I still find myself getting distracted during the focus time and then also sometimes forgetting to actually start my break timer, or the study timer, and then im like? do i skip a break bc i got distracted in my previous focus time?
