I´m back (from my involuntary break)! Life has been fucking me up recently; a fresh weekend start was needed. That´s also why I don´t count the "missed" productivity days this time, as it was kind of an exception. But we are so back!
✓ school - geo notes for test
✓ art - foxi.ny keychain!! (out of shrink plastic)
✓ sport - 18 km cycling (short bike ride)
I also started to rearrange my notion, it is old and needs a refresh.

Studied gastroenterology, orthopedics and rheumatology
Went through some flagged questions of gastroenterology and orthopedics
Did a mobility workout
//Studied for 7 hours. My sister and her boyfriend cooked food for everyone at home today. The first picture has coffee made by my sis. The second and third are loaded nachos and burritos made by both of them. Aaaah I was so full after lunch I ended up passing out for an hour lol//
These are a favorite of mine and super fast. All you need is:
A can of croissants
Stuff to put in them
That's it! Today I used turkey and vegan cheese. Some other favorite fillings have been:
Diced tomatoes, basil, and cheese
Shredded chicken and buffalo ranch
Onion, chicken, and spinach
Spinach, egg, and cheese
These are super customizable and honestly a little fun! Usually I can find crescent rolls on sale and I just use whatever I have at the apartment to stuff them! They can be kept in the fridge and reheat nicely too!
I just put my filling on the wide end and roll and shape the roll!
I've seen people do this with biscuits too so if that's what you have or prefer you just pull the biscuit in half and put your filling in and then put the biscuit back together!
Bake according to package directions and your preferences and you're done!!!
Sometimes student life is just buying a whole cauliflower with plans to use it, forgetting those plans and then putting it down on ur desk. By the end of the week all I have left is some of the stem and the leaves.
monday | ramen, news, clint smith, and waiting on congress to release this damn spending bill.
🍥 the end of the year is winding down, and it’s nice to have a finite to do list to focus on the remainder of this week. i lowkey love working just before a holiday.. people tend to be gone and i actually get to focus on long-term projects.
