THE secret of every "effortlessly perfect" girl
You are NOT dumb, ugly, unskilled, or unlucky. Greatness comes with effort. Girls that seem effortlessly perfect are the ones who put the most effort into themselves. The key to being the best version of yourself is simple but overlooked.
Be the best version of yourself with only 5 steps.
1. Believe that you can so that you will.
Again, you are NOT dumb, ugly, unskilled, or unlucky. Want to be the best version of yourself? Believe that you can be the best version of yourself so that you will be the best version of yourself. Doubting yourself and thinking, "Oh, my capabilities are only up to here" or "Oh, I could never be one of those amazing girls" will only bring you down. Believing and convincing yourself that you have potential will actually help you reach your fullest potential. Most importantly, you don't need a lot of money to be better.
2. Accept you need to put effort.
Accept that you have to get up and make some effort. You have to work hard, invest in yourself, build yourself up. Stop waiting, stop seeking for perfectionism, stop delaying. Waiting will not help you, it'll make you feel worse about yourself. There's no right time, only time and what you do with it. There's no perfect progress or a perfect day, just the effort of trying to be consistent. There's no better time to start other than now.
3. Habit-stacking.
Build and stack beneficial habits one by one. For example, drink a glass of water first thing in the morning. Then once you're consistent, make it a habit to not open your phone immediately when you wake up. Slowly stack your habits until you've trained yourself in effortlessly putting effort into yourself.
4. Find your pace.
You can never be your best version of yourself overnight. It takes time and effort -- lots of it. Don't overwhelm yourself by throwing so many goals and tasks all at the same time at yourself. Instead, find a pace that works for you, divide your goals / tasks, and focus on only one or very few of them at a time. For example, for the next 2 weeks, focus on only getting up at an early hour and lessening your screen time. Then after that, spend another 2 weeks getting exercise daily.
5. Consistency vs Perfectionism.
No one is completely consistent on the first try. We fail, we forget, we make mistakes, but that's okay. If you missed, why would you miss even more? For example, you didn't wake up at the time you wanted to. Why would you tell yourself to try again next week when you can try again tomorrow? If you spilled water on yourself accidentally, would you spill more water on yourself? Build consistency over time, don't seek for perfectionism. You messed up your diet today? Then try again tomorrow. Just because you made a mistake or something interrupted your flow doesn't mean it doesn't work for you, it means you need to try again. Be consistent in trying and making an effort, not in having perfect progress.
The best gift you could ever receive is you. Yourself. Treasure that gift and put effort into taking care of it.

How to Pull Yourself Together in 24 Hours: The Emergency Glow-Up Guide
by Soleau Club

There are two types of hot girls in this world: the ones who never fall apart, and the ones who know exactly how to pull it back together like nothing ever happened. This is for the second group. Because sometimes life hits—breakup, burnout, big meeting, bad lighting—and you’ve got 24 hours to go from why me to watch me.
Here’s the Emergency Glow-Up Protocol: zero fluff, full effect.
Step 1: Hydrate Like You’re Training for the Victoria’s Secret Comeback Show
First things first—internal cleanup.
Chug water with electrolytes (we like LMNT, coconut water, or bougie mineral drops).
Add a green juice or chlorophyll water. Optional but it makes you feel like Gwyneth.
Avoid sugar and dairy today. This isn’t a moral thing—it’s a puffiness thing.
You’re flushing. You’re cleansing. You’re already glowing from the inside out.
Step 2: Scrub Off Yesterday (Literally)
Your shower today? It’s a transformation chamber.
Dry brush before you hop in.
Double exfoliate: first a scrub, then an AHA body wash. You’ll feel brand new.
Hair mask + scalp massage while you shave your legs like you’re in a slow-mo movie montage.
End with a freezing cold rinse. It’s rude, but effective.
Step out of that shower like a rebranded celebrity.
Step 3: Skin So Good You Don’t Need the Filter
It’s not about looking “done”—it’s about looking expensive.
Ice your face. Trust me. Wrap cubes in a washcloth or use those trendy frozen face rollers.
Do a sheet mask while you sip tea like you’re too famous to be stressed.
Layer your skincare like a dewy parfait: mist → serum → moisturizer → oil → SPF (if it’s daytime).
Don’t forget a bit of highlighter on your collarbones. Yes, you are that girl.
Step 4: Outfit That Screams ‘I Have My Life Together’ (Even If You Don’t)
We’re dressing for the plot twist.
Choose something structured but effortless—think clean lines, neutral tones, crisp vibes.
Add jewelry that clinks and perfume that lingers. Bonus points for sunglasses indoors.
If all else fails: slicked-back bun, oversized blazer, and a lip gloss that means business.
You don’t look like you’re trying. You look like you just are.
Step 5: The 10-Minute Mental Reset That Changes Everything
You’re not just glowing—you’re recalibrated.
Journal one page, even if it’s just “WTF is going on.”
Do breathwork or a 10-min meditation on YouTube (search: “high vibe reset”).
Listen to one song that makes you feel like you’re walking into your villain origin story.
Because your energy is the outfit.
Step 6: The Bare Minimum Beauty Boost
You don’t need a full beat—just a few power moves.
Concealer, cream blush, brows, and lip liner.
Curl your lashes and set your face with mist so dewy it looks illegal.
Hair? Either fresh blowout or intentional “I didn’t try” bun. There’s no in-between today.
Step 7: Nourish, But Make It Chic
Your meals need to support the glow-up, not sabotage it.
Breakfast: protein smoothie with healthy fats and a greens powder.
Lunch: salmon, avocado, and a huge hydrating salad.
Dinner: something warm, grounding, and light.
Snacks? Think berries, dark chocolate, and magnesium mocktails.
Eat like you love yourself—even if you’re just pretending for now.
Step 8: Nighttime Reset So Tomorrow You Wake Up Radiant
Your nighttime routine is a closing ceremony.
Magnesium, ashwagandha, or whatever adaptogen makes you feel like a calm billionaire.
A hot bath if possible. A hot shower if not. Clean sheets, candles, main character lighting.
Put your phone on Do Not Disturb. You’re busy becoming your favorite version of you.
You don’t need a whole week. You need one focused day, a little discipline, and the belief that you can come back stronger, softer, hotter than ever.
Crisis who?
Follow @soleauclub for more glow-up blueprints for every single version of you.

How to be more organised ౨ৎ⋆ ˚。⋆
Step 1 -> Clean up. ˚ ༘♡ ⋆。
Go through your emails, messages, photos, notes, etc.
Clean your room and find a place for everything.
Donate everything you don't need (clothes, old toys, books...)
Clean your makeup and throw away everything that might be expired.
Step 2 -> Structure. ˚ ༘♡ ⋆。
Get used to tidying up throughout your day to avoid creating a big and overwhelming mess.
Get a physical planner or calendar to write down important dates, exams, deadlines, and plans.
Be mindful about what you buy and remember: Quality >>> Quantity.
try meal prepping if you're often busy, this makes grocery shopping and hasty mornings a lot easier.
Step 3 -> Routine ˚ ༘♡ ⋆。
Make it a habit. Staying organised can be tough, but keep yourself accountable and stay on track, and soon, it will come naturally to you.
Work on finding a good balance between work/school, self-care/alone time, and your social life.
Take it slow, day by day, and don't overwhelm yourself with silly 30-point to-do lists... keep it attainable!! <3
As always, please feel free to share your own suggestions and tips in the comments!! ♡*̩̩͙❆ ͙͛

simple ways to look more attractive (without makeup!)

brush/ comb your hair. no need to style it or anything but combing it does wonders.
Nails clean. No need to paint it all the time, but keep them well cut and clean.
Lipgloss/ lip balm- esp if your lips break more.
Sit up straight. I’m looking at you. Watch your posture.
Try not to put your face on the pillow when you sleep
Stop touching your face with those crusty musty dusty hands! There are so many germs on your hands which can give you pimples and stuff on your face.
ice your face in the morning under your eyes.
sleep with a silk pillow case (its better for your hair)
moisturise your skin/body
brush your teeth/ whiten it
get 8+ hours of sleep. you may not be able to see the differences when you get 8+ hours of sleep, but you will notice when you don't- your eyes will be baggy, face sleepy, its just not a good look.
jewellery! helps so much in enhancing your look! you could do small hoops earrings, necklaces/ bracelets- (also figure out which colour- gold or silver- looks best on you!
be kinder cus being mean really just makes you look a lot less attractive

10 of my favorite easy glow up tips! 𐙚 ‧₊˚ ⋅

get a gua sha!! not expensive at all and made such a difference in my face shape and carving out my cheek bones and jawline. there’s lots of good tutorials on tiktok or youtube!
tea in the morning/night! there’s so many teas to help with different things but my favorite’s are spearmint tea for clearing skin and green tea for reducing bloating.
ice your face! helps SO much with de-puffing and closing up your pores! dipping your face in a bowl with ice water can reduce inflammation, help with acne and reduce oily skin!
make sure to get enough sleep! It’s so easy to stay up scrolling on tumblr until the sun comes up but getting enough sleep is so important mentally and physically!
find a skincare routine that works for you and remember too much skincare can be bad for your skin! my skin was breaking out the worst when i was using a bunch of skincare and It’s cleared so much since i simplified my routine.
use a lash/brow serum! my favorite brand is grande lash and it’s a little pricey but using castor oil works as well and it’s super affordable.
going on walks! I’ve never been a fan of intense exercises and I’m a chronic bed rotter but putting on my favorite hot girl playlist and strutting on the treadmill/sidewalk is genuinely so fun!
rosemary oil for hair growth! my holy grail of hair growth products along with a scalp massager. my whole life my hair grew so slow and since using rosemary oil i have to trim my bangs twice a month sometimes!
i cannot stress this one enough..wear what YOU want! don’t let new trends or judgment from others stop you from embracing your true style. we look our best when we feel most confident!
most importantly ~ take care of yourself! make sure you’re eating enough, drinking water, listening to your body and being gentle with yourself always. improving ourselves can be so fun but make sure it’s not at the expense of your mental health <3

real 'glow up' advice i wish i had

Imagine getting to the point in life where YOU are your own vision board; where you are that girl who has the life that you want, and you don't have to seek it out through other people. That should be the ultimate goal.
Here are subtle things that you should be doing to channel your ideal person and improve yourself for the better FROM THE INSIDE
take care of your hygiene: brush your teeth every day, wash your face with soap, wash your hair, take meaningful showers
be kind to yourself: speak nicely to yourself, treat yourself every now and then, love yourself exactly the way you came
make the effort: do your hair and wear something cute, even if you're only going to the supermarket. I bet your ideal self looks stunning wherever she goes, so make that effort if you really want to become her
move your body: dance to some music for just 5 minutes, take a walk, get off the bus a (reasonable) few stops earlier and walk the rest of the way
romanticise the hell out of your life: wear those bows, create that vision board, play that aesthetic background music even if you're just washing the dishes, wear that outfit!!!!!
admire yourself: look at yourself in the mirror and remember what you look like, take a million selfies to look back and smile at, give yourself a compliment every time you pass your reflection
get creative: if you want cute decor, make it! if you want cute clothes, find some easy DIYs!
focus on what you can control: if you cannot change the situation, let it resolve itself. don't waste your precious time obsessing over something you cannot change
get to know yourself (again): rediscover your hobbies, try new activities, learn to appreciate your solitude, get out of your shell
I really wish I was part of a community like this when I was going through a really insecure and lonely phase of my life.
Instead of deciding to wake up a 3am every day from now on, and trying to reach 20k steps every day, start small and walk your way up to greatness!

Learning to love yourself 𝜗𝜚˚⋆

Celebrate yourself. Every accomplishment deserves to be acknowledged, no matter how big or small. Stop putting yourself down by thinking that you don't deserve to celebrate your achievements just because others have accomplished "greater things." Also, there is so much fun in hyping small wins; call your girlfriend, bake a cake, and enjoy yourself!!
Invest time in things that you love. Doing what makes you happy is essential for your mental health. It's so important to pursue one's small and simple pleasures without the intention of turning them into profit!!
Boundaries and relationships. Learn to say no, define and set boundaries, question your current relationships and friendships, and distance yourself from people who make you feel unloved or worthless.
Allow yourself to grow. Let go of the notion that you are undeserving of growth. Acknowledge the past for what it is, learn from it, and grow from it.
Refelct. Getting to know yourself deeply is key to self-love; journaling is a great way to reflect. Ask yourself questions, question your habits, observe how you respond in certain situations, etc...
Trust yourself and your intuition. Listen to yourself, and don't dismiss the small cues that your inner voice gives you!!
Care for yourself. It is not selfish to look after yourself. Start exercising, eat balanced and healthy, stay hydrated, educate yourself, read complex literature, consume media mindfully, prioritise your sleep and routines, care for your skin and hair...
Be patient. Self-love takes time; you must slowly unpack and unlearn past habits, confront uncomfortable thoughts and memories, and gain a deep understanding of yourself. Give yourself time and approach this as a journey to enjoy. <3
You guys ALWAYS ask about self-love and confidence, sooo I hope this can be a little helpful to some of you and as always, please feel free to share your own suggestions and tips in the comments!! ♡

How to find the best version of yourself that you'll fall in love with
As someone who has gone through SO many versions of herself and is now slowly growing to be a person she's genuinely happy and in love with
Trust me when I say I've had a lot of identities these past few years. It took me a lot of time to really find the best version of myself, the version that I'm genuinely happy with, the version that my 10 year old self would have looked up to. However, it's different for everyone. The definition of an "it girl" to me might be different from your definition, and the personality and life that truly feels me might not suit you. So, please take note that this is highly subjective and it's all about you and what works for you.
The one and only thing I did to rebrand myself: I created a character.
I gave my character a new name. You can give yours your current one or a nickname. I gave mine my second name. I built this character, I envisioned her, I turned her into a realistic person that I knew I'd look up to.
Basically, create an alter ego. And it wasn't easy to curate this character for me, it took a lot of time for me to build her into someone that I'd want to be, someone that still has flaws but embodies the energy and lifestyle I want.
Know what you want. How does this new you act? What do they like and dislike? What matters to them? How do they impact the people around them? What are they like? How would you describe them? What are their flaws and how do they deal with it? What are the bad habits they got rid of?
Make sure this version you want feels like you. This isn't about turning into another person, it's about growing as a person. It's about looking in the mirror and loving what you see with no doubt and no regrets. It's about knowing what you want and taking it right away, and it's about taking control of your own life and shaping it into one that you will fall in love with every single day.
Look up to this person. Get to know this person, know every single thing about them. Make sure that as you create this alter ego, it's truly someone you'd 100% look up to.
Fall in love. Personally, this part is my favorite. I start to visualize and imagine this person so much that I completely fall in love with her. This version is me, truly me, and utterly me. It's not someone else, it's the person I want to be because everything about this person feels like me. I start to romanticize growing and becoming this person, slowly shaping myself, changing my lifestyle, taking action, taking initiative, and building myself and my life brick by brick to fall in love with what I see in the mirror.
Take action and build yourself up. Slowly embody this person. You can't change overnight, but you can grow and shape yourself step by step.
This is NOT about turning into someone else. This isn't about changing yourself to be more likeable or to please others. This is all about knowing what direction you want to go and taking it. Make sure this character is realistic and truly you. Do not try to be someone you won't be happy with, be someone that will make it easier for you to love yourself. Don't become someone that will only push you beyond your limits and break you, become someone who can take control of their own life enough to build their life solely for themselves.
Find yourself, find the best version of yourself, and you'll know what path to take. All you have to do now is take the path.

Reformer? Mat? Tower? Which Pilates Style Fits Your Main Character Era
by Soleau Club

Pilates is having a serious main character moment—and if you’ve ever scrolled past a sleek reformer studio on IG and thought, “wait…is this a cult or do I need to join?”—this guide is for you.
Each Pilates style hits different depending on your vibe, your goals, and how extra you’re feeling this month. So let’s break it down, hot-girl style.
If you're in your “That Girl” clean aesthetic era → Go Reformer Pilates
She’s put together. She journals. She drinks chlorophyll water and owns matching workout sets. Reformer Pilates is the luxury hotel of workouts—low-impact, high-drama results. Think toned arms, snatched core, lifted everything. The machine looks intimidating but feels like a deep, slow burn that wakes up muscles you didn’t know existed.
Perfect for: Visual learners, slow glam girls, and anyone manifesting longer limbs and a more sculpted waist.
Main character vibe: You're walking out with an iced matcha and a bouncy blowout. This is your elevated soft life era.
If you’re in your cozy cocoon, healing era → Go Mat Pilates
This is the OG, no-frills Pilates that Joseph Pilates actually invented (respect). No machines, just you, your mat, and a deep connection to your body. It’s giving: “I’m working on myself in silence and letting the glow-up speak.”
Perfect for: Wellness girlies on a budget, minimalists, or anyone recovering from burnout who wants movement without chaos.
Main character vibe: You’re in your living room with candles lit, wearing cozy socks and stretching to Sade. You're healing, babe.
If you’re in your “I take myself seriously now” era → Go Tower Pilates
Tower Pilates is for the girl who's ready to commit. It combines elements of mat and reformer, but adds springs and bars that help with alignment, resistance, and posture. It’s technical, refined, and honestly underrated.
Perfect for: The perfectionist. The girl who organizes her supplements by color. The one who’s not afraid to go deep.
Main character vibe: You’re upgrading your life in silence. Strong spine, clear mind, major glow.
So… which one’s the best?
There’s no wrong answer—just different versions of your hottest self. Want to feel graceful, long, and strong? Try them all and see which one matches the energy of your current chapter.
Because let’s be real: Pilates isn’t just a workout, it’s a main character plot device.
