LA Cobalts Poets – Open Mic reading

I am so delighted to share I got to do a reading for the wonderful and longstanding Cobalts Poet Reading night. It’s been running every Tuesday night in LA since 1984 by poet Rick Lupert. Wore my collar out in public yesterday!! Nothing bad happened, no one gave me any looks. I felt so good wearing the collar, it's so me :))

I really want a cooler green collar cause green is my favorite color

I'm not sure if this will take off but I'd love to be indulged. I just read through an old reddit thread where butches talked about what colognes they wore and liked, and got to thinking that it'd be fun to do the same.

Inside the cottage Upon the mantlepiece rests an inherited clock, cloak of dust and ornaments. A pinecone sits alone. After he lit the fire, we sat on the floor eating supper, drinking wine Poinsettias gazed warmly at us but I could still feel the cold from his body I got up and picked up the wool throw and wrapped it around myself He gets up too and walks to the mantlepiece I’ve waited for this…
