kinda annoying how people complain about the ending of towl just because their expectations or theories didn’t pan out how they wanted it to. and a majority of the ppl disappointed really were hoping michonne dies / sacrifices herself for rick’s survival or both of them die which makes zero sense anyway and would’ve made everything pointless. also because gimple made one comment saying he wants all the spin-offs to come together in some way people really latched onto that for dear life and thought that towl would be some starting point for that to happen even though it was wrapped for filming by then and was literally premiering. mind you it was always marketed as just being 6 episodes so i don’t know why people thought it would somehow lead to a grand fight with all the other characters. especially since daryl would’ve still been in france timeline wise so it’s not like that reunion would’ve happened either which is another big complaint i saw a lot.
and lets say rick and michonne didn’t blow up the frontliners or kill beale: portland would’ve fallen, kids kidnapped, millions dead and then what? they’re just supposed to let that happen? say it’s not their problem and try to go home anyways and pray the CRM doesn’t find their community? have rick go back to the civic republic and be stuck for even longer while michonne was supposed to go home and gather up whoever is left and march back to philadelphia with just guns and arrows i guess??? along with the commonwealth storm trooper wannabes? try and wage some kind of attack which would’ve been futile since the frontliners would’ve wiped them out even quicker than what happened in the finale resulting in no reunions for anybody and more dead characters?
they planned a six episode story and obviously weren’t going to leave it on some kind of cliff hanger or have some mysterious after credit set up scene because they weren’t thinking of a season two at the time of writing, it ended with a family reunion like it was always going to. but even if there is something else in the future there could still be more story to tell and the civic republic can still be involved. people act like they killed off the whole military in one quick go when it was just the guys in the red uniforms who take out entire cities that died (i think around 2000+ soldiers). its still a big military operation it can span different locations, they talked about there being CRM agents in different communities that could be explored more. having different generals or sergeants with different ideologies can still be a thing. there’s also that estimate about there only being 14? years left of life on earth and the threat of millions of walkers at once so idk seems like there’s multiple storyline possibilities if they choose to continue

Importance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in Banking
Tumblr media
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is essential in banking because it helps financial institutions build stronger relationships with their customers, enhance service delivery, and drive business growth. In a competitive market where customer experience is crucial, CRM plays a key role in improving customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability. Here’s why CRM is important in banking:
1. Improved Customer Service
Personalized Experience: CRM systems allow banks to store and analyze customer data, enabling them to provide personalized financial advice and product recommendations. This enhances customer satisfaction by delivering services that meet their individual needs.
Faster Response Times: CRM helps banks manage customer inquiries and issues more efficiently. By having access to a customer’s full history, bank representatives can quickly resolve problems, leading to better service and a positive customer experience.

2. Customer Retention and Loyalty
Proactive Engagement: CRM systems allow banks to track customer behaviors and anticipate their needs. For example, if a customer has a mortgage that is about to expire, the bank can proactively reach out with renewal options, enhancing customer loyalty.
Tailored Communication: By segmenting customers based on their behaviors and preferences, banks can send targeted marketing campaigns and offers. This personalized communication increases engagement and reduces the risk of customer churn.
Also read- bank account freeze by up cyber crime cell
3. Data-Driven Decision Making
Comprehensive Customer Insights: CRM systems provide banks with a 360-degree view of each customer, including their transaction history, financial goals, and preferences. This data allows banks to make informed decisions about which products to offer and how to approach different customer segments.
Predictive Analytics: By analyzing customer data, banks can predict future behaviors, such as potential loan defaults or interest in new investment products. This enables proactive decision-making and better risk management.

4. Cross-Selling and Up-Selling Opportunities
Identifying Needs: CRM helps banks identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities by analyzing customer data. For example, if a customer frequently travels abroad, the bank can recommend foreign exchange services or travel insurance.
Increasing Revenue: By targeting the right customers with the right products at the right time, banks can increase revenue through personalized offers. CRM systems help track which products are most suitable for each customer, improving conversion rates.

5. Enhanced Customer Relationship Management
Building Trust: CRM systems allow banks to develop stronger, more personalized relationships with their customers by understanding their needs and preferences. This fosters trust, which is crucial in financial services, where customers need to feel confident in their bank’s ability to manage their money.
Continuous Engagement: CRM enables banks to maintain continuous communication with customers, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated. Regular interactions, personalized advice, and timely support help build long-term relationships.

6. Operational Efficiency
Automation of Routine Tasks: CRM systems automate routine tasks, such as sending reminders for loan payments or generating reports. This reduces the administrative burden on bank staff, allowing them to focus on more complex customer needs.
Centralized Customer Data: By consolidating customer data into a single platform, CRM systems eliminate the need for manual data entry and reduce errors. This ensures that all bank departments have access to the same up-to-date customer information, improving coordination and efficiency.
7. Compliance and Risk Management
Regulatory Compliance: Banks are subject to strict regulations, such as anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. CRM systems help banks manage and track compliance by securely storing customer data and automating processes related to identity verification and transaction monitoring.
Risk Identification: By analyzing customer behaviors and patterns, CRM systems can help banks identify potential risks, such as fraud or non-compliance. This allows banks to take preventive measures, reducing the likelihood of financial losses or regulatory penalties.
8. Customer Acquisition and Growth
Targeted Marketing Campaigns: CRM systems enable banks to create highly targeted marketing campaigns based on customer demographics, behaviors, and preferences. This ensures that marketing efforts are focused on the right audience, increasing the chances of acquiring new customers.
Customer Referrals: Satisfied customers are more likely to refer friends and family to their bank. CRM systems can track referral programs, reward loyal customers, and help banks grow their customer base through word-of-mouth marketing.
9. Seamless Multichannel Integration
Omnichannel Experience: Modern CRM systems allow banks to integrate customer interactions across multiple channels, including branches, mobile apps, websites, and call centers. This ensures that customers receive a consistent experience regardless of how they choose to interact with the bank.
Unified Communication: CRM systems track customer interactions across all channels, allowing banks to deliver seamless service. For example, if a customer starts an inquiry online and follows up in a branch, the bank representative will have access to the full conversation history.
10. Performance Tracking and Continuous Improvement
Employee Performance Monitoring: CRM systems provide detailed insights into how well bank staff are serving customers. Metrics like response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates can be tracked to identify areas for improvement.
Feedback Loops: CRM systems can capture customer feedback and help banks make continuous improvements to their services. By analyzing feedback trends, banks can identify common pain points and take steps to address them.
Conclusion
CRM systems are crucial for banks in delivering personalized services, improving customer satisfaction, and driving growth. By centralizing customer data, automating processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making, CRM enhances operational efficiency and strengthens customer relationships. Banks that effectively implement CRM systems are better positioned to meet the evolving needs of their customers, retain loyalty, and remain competitive in the market.

Richonne in Retrospect - The 💋 List
(every Richonne kiss ranked)
#12: The Forest Farewell Kiss (1.06)
Tumblr media
Now let me start by saying, similar to when I was making the reveling analysis of this 1.06 teaser a while back, these kisses had me damn near too distracted to type any commentary for this post lol. It's solid gold and I didn't realize til the re-watch just how much Rick is putting in work with this kiss right here, honey. 😋 He can't help but be spirited in his love for her, and I love that for Michonne. And she can't help but give her all when loving on Rick as well, so they really are a magnetic match made in heaven 😇...
It's funny because before I reviewed all the TOWL & TWD kisses to rank them, I hadn't thought this 1.06 one would have made it so high up for some reason. But then I rewatched it and y'all there was no way this could go any lower because this kiss is just passion x100. When I say no one does passion like Richonne, this scene really would be all the proof needed of that, even tho every kiss in my Top 12 proves Richonne has an incomparable passion for each other.
One of the things I always like about this kiss is how, while Rick and Michonne have been husband and wife for many years, post-episode 5 they somehow manage to kiss each other like they're even more married after Rick got down on one knee with a ring. Idk how to explain it, but something about all the kisses in 1.06 just felt married on a heightened level and I love it. Similar to the great off-to-war kiss in 8.01, this is Richonne having a passionate intimate farewell before parting ways to do something risky. And knowing that what they're about to do is dangerous, I love that they kiss in a way that is one; so invigorating and comforting and two; makes it clear that no matter what happens next they're in it together. This was an Us-Against-The-World kiss.👌🏽
Tumblr media
I know neither of them is entertaining the mindset that this could be the last kiss they share, but I appreciate that they still kiss like it could be because they always want each other to know the depth of their love. Again, parting isn't easy for these two, especially after years apart and finally agreeing to go home together. So you know having to take on some of this CRM takedown separately isn't ideal for them. But this kiss communicates that even as they enter the lion's den they'll be back together and home soon because nothing is taking them from each other ever again.
I love how much it feels like Rick wants Michonne to know that even with him headed back into the CRM, she is still always and forever his choice. And the way Michonne looks at him after the kiss - that's her baby, y'all. I love how much she loves him. Richonne will always make time for each other so I appreciate that they both felt it's important to have not just a short farewell here but one that really takes its time and goes all in with the passion. The kiss is as hot as it's reassuring and it really is a ten out of ten, which just lets you know how blessed our ship is because that means I felt 11 other Richonne kisses are also on or above this excellent level. ♥️

Musings and ramblings
I'm assuming the rumour that Rick, and obviously that means Michonne too, may be appearing in another TWD universe spin off is pretty well known by now. How true it is and the credibility of the source is unknown at the moment and I am not getting my hopes up at all, but it did get me thinking.
Obviously, anytime we get to see Rick and Michonne is a blessing, it's a gift and something that I will never say no to, in most circumstances. Not only because I adore this little family so much but also because you know Andy and Danai wouldn't return for a story that is anything less than perfect.
So, it got me thinking that if it is to be believed, would it be a TOWL season 2, an appearance in an existing spin off or possibly one of the new projects I've heard rumour's are being talked about?
If someone forced me to choose between an existing spin off and a new one/TOWL s2, I'd definitely pick the latter. Not that I'm against them appearing in another spin off, if that's what happens then of course I'll just be happy to see them again, but personally I only watch for Richonne, I have pretty much zero interest in the other spin offs so I would only watch their scenes.
Another reason is the fact that it would be unlikely they'd have the amount of control and creativity as they did over TOWL s1 and we know how important that is to them. Of course, if Andy and Danai are agreeing to appear in another spin off then it's obviously because they believe the story and the reason the characters are there is a necessary one. I trust them completely and if they think it's the right thing to do then I know it's going to be amazing.
Also, I wonder how it would work timeline wise and logistically, DC is set quite a few years after TOWL s1 and from what I've heard DD is filming in Spain and s3 I believe is still set in Europe. So, for DC there would need to be a time jump, plus an explainable reason why Rick and Michonne are in New York. I don't know much about the series but maybe they'd get round it by saying Maggie calls for help but then why would Rick and Michonne be the ones to go?
As for DD, though it is set on a similar timeline to TOWL, that to me makes Rick and Michonne travelling all the more unlikely as they aren't going to want to leave Judith and RJ again, especially not so soon after returning, neither will they want to risk taking them across the ocean with them. I think the only realistic way would be if Daryl and Carol make it home at the end of season 3 but that seems unlikely to me.
More on the selfish side I guess would be the fact that the other characters don't really interest me and other reunions don't interest me. I would also hope that if they do appear in one or both of the other spin offs, that they aren't there simply in the hope that they will up the ratings.
I think there is potential for another Grimes family centred story before any other reunions happen. There's quite a lot that could be explored, from CRM spies, to Rick's PTSD and readjusting back to a 'normal' life, to Michonne's trauma, the kids and Rick getting to know each other, family bonding and maybe even the addition of another child amongst other things.
What Andy, Danai and Scott have got up their sleeves we have no idea, whether it's a TOWL season 2, a new spin off, an appearance in the current spin offs or maybe nothing at all right now, no one can say. However, I highly doubt Andy and Danai would come back just for the sake of it, there's got to be a good reason and it's got to a good story. They are the main draw for this franchise and where they go the viewers follow, despite some people wishing that wasn't the case.
Most importantly, the only people I trust with Richonne are Andy, Danai and Scott, no one else knows these characters like they do, no one else understands their story, their love story and their love and devotion to each other like they do. There is no one else I would be happy continuing their story but the trio.
They are far too important and precious for just anyone to have the privilege of being responsible for

Is Rick the jealous type? If so what would he do if a guy was flirty with Michonne?
[Disclaimer: Tumblr never saved my edits 2x in a row, so if this doesn’t make sense, it’s because my brain is tired of trying to regurgitate the coherent answer I first came up with]
First of all, I want to sincerely apologize for being so, so, so late responding to this. To be honest I think either youledmehere or whateverisbeautiful would give a better, more definitive answer.
I don’t know if I can speak on him because I don’t know the ins and outs of his character. I haven’t watched enough of the show. I’ve only seen TOWL and maybe 33% of the main show. Basically, I’ve skimmed the book, read the epilogue, but never digested it whole (a crime, I know, I plan to go back). I don’t want to pretend I know what I’m talking about. Anything below is just my rambling opinion so far.
It depends. Early Rick? Yes. Current Rick? I don’t think so.
To me a jealous type is a negative thing: a person who feels so insecure in their role and in their relationship, they habitually perceive others as a threat that may take their position. To be the jealous type is to see your value as outside of yourself as external removable component, as something somebody else can mimic, reproduce, or steal.
Early Rick was the jealous type. From my cursory look at the early seasons, Rick – as a husband and partner – comes across as incomplete, his character development half-baked. Possessive, aggressive (when not indifferent), jealous to the point of violence (literally kept killing his rivals). A simmering bomb waiting to go off. His insecurities were still a gaping, festering wound: his lack of confidence as a husband, a father, a leader, a man – which were then exacerbated by Shane’s betrayal, Lori’s death, the fall of the prison, and more. Maybe I’m being hyperbolic, who knows? Yet, the difference between Rick then and Rick now is night and day, and it boils down to, in my opinion, security.
The current Rick, the Rick I am most familiar with, Michonne’s Rick, does not exhibit the aggressive, insecure jealousy of his younger self. He has no reason to be jealous, no reason to doubt or try to assert his importance to her. He knows where he stands. They are the love of each other’s lives, and they aren’t afraid to say it aloud. They exhibit such healthy communication. Michonne constantly speaks life into him, encouraging him, strengthening him, reminding him of his necessity to her and to their family. He is the love of her life and the father of their children. He cannot be mimicked. He cannot be replaced. They have never experienced that level of intimacy with anyone else in their lives, an unbreakable, logic-defying soul connection. They are secure in each other. Almost nine years passed, and he knew her love hadn’t changed. Soulmate connection so deep they act as mirror images of each other: “I know you never moved on from me because I never moved on from you.” What a brilliant foil to his first reunion. Connections like that can make jealousy dissipate. There’s no impetus driving it, no anxious root for it to stem from. Why be jealous when you know she will never desire anyone but you, and you never desire anyone but her?
Michonne represents this concept so well in her interaction with Jadis in 7x10 (?). When Jadis makes a move on Rick, Michonne doesn’t become aggressive or defensive, telling Jadis to stay away from her man. No, she just looks perplexed at Jadis, then looks at Rick, then back at Jadis, and just calmly says (paraphrasing): I think we should go. Then, she walks away, knowing Rick will follow. It’s laughable for Jadis to approach Rick in that scene because he’s so obviously, irrevocably Michonne’s, and Jadis knows that. Michonne is 100% secure in Rick's love for her. When Michonne shows up in the CRM, she never perceived Thorne or Jadis as a romantic threat. No jealousy, even when Thorne tried to say Rick was her family. She had zero doubt her man waited for her, the same way Rick had zero doubt she waited for him. Again. Mirror images.
In short, I don't know for sure. Yet, I imagine current Rick is too entangled and secure in his wife’s love to notice the flies buzzing around them, too busy staring at her lips to register anyone else as a threat (also because he knows they never will be and vice versa).
