The Hauntings of Hyde Park is live!

My ZiMo 2024 project is live! Here's what you can expect to find inside:

The Dispossessed is a Playbook for an alien stranded in London, far from their homeworld. Explore the city through unfamiliar eyes, pick up items to repair your damaged spacecraft, and try to keep from losing yourself to the strange customs and culture of humanity.

Tamesas, the Lord Putrescent, is the new Mastermind. The erstwhile god of the Thames, he has emerged from a long slumber only to be corrupted by the pollution pumped into his home by the fires of industry. Can you stop him from razing the city to the ground?

Hark! A Ghastly Serpentine is the first Threat in the base zine, as a trio of river hags descends on London to infiltrate its sewers and transform its inhabitants into piscine monstrosities. But why are they here, and what do they want?

Silence Falls at Speakers' Corner, the second Threat, starts with a mysterious force stealing the voices of suffragettes. When politicians and the police get involved, it's up to Hargrave House to resolve the situation without civil unrest spreading throughout the city.

The Lights of Rotten Row, the third and final Threat in the base zine, features a force escaped from the Fae Realm, abductions of Hargrave House's associates, and a potential secret changeling (possibly unknown to even themselves!).

So say you backed a game through crowdfunding and the creator came up with a fun component that makes the game easier to play, but isn't necessary to the game.

Would you rather have the game by the due date and get the component later? Or would you rather have it all sent to you at once well after the due date?

Dungeon Year Design Journal has launched on @crowdfundr!

It’s happening! We have launched our crowdfunding campaign for the Dungeon Year Design Journal! Thank you to everyone who has helped and supported us so far!

Now we need your help to raise the funds to make this journal a reality. The journal's design is complete and ready to go, and with your help, we'll bring them to print and delivered to you.

We created this journal to help you create your own worlds, cities, communities, and universes, and we can't wait to see what you'll make.

The design journal is available in two formats:

A 200-page A4 sized journal, giving you plenty of room to create anything you desire.

A 128-page A5 sized journal, condensed into weekly spreads to make the journal more portable.

On Stretch Goals and Additional Content

This is our first crowdfunding project, and as such, we are keeping it streamlined and low risk - that means we are not taking on stretch goals. We're doing this to ensure that our focus is getting you this wonderful journal into your hands as quickly as possible.

The money raised will go towards printing, distribution, and fulfillment of the journals and setting the journals up to be available in the future at your favorite retailers.

I just released the first early-access installment of my upcoming zine "The Hauntings of Hyde Park"! Currently, it contains:

Over the next month and a half, I'll periodically release more Threats and a new Mastermind, culminating in a crowdfunding campaign to get everything edited, laid out, and printed in physical form.

My friend, Jesse Lambert, has created a Crowdfundr for his new memoir comic, Moving Day. Having seen each of these pages as they were drawn, I can honestly say this is going to be an amazing graphic novel when it's finished. He is currently self-publishing the first chapter this Fall and I can't recommend it highly enough.
