I love when random people tell me they're impressed by how obedient Røst is, because then I get to have a rare moment of "oh yeah, i guess he is."

#met a random dude on the trail today who was hauling a bunch of chainsaw gear up the hill #so i called Røst to me and with barely a word and a gesture i haf him sit at heel off the side of the trail #so i could swap him back onto my belt #he then politely held his sit as the guy walked up to us for a chat #wasn't until he told me he was impressed that i realised my dog isn't the batshit insane mess of an animal i sometimes think he is #a lot of times he's pretty okay actually #also the guy said he was very pretty so 😇

keep also thinking about a particularly fucked scene of leland getting tossed in a freezer w body parts already in it, waking up and just fucking freaking out, hyperventilating, slamming at the lid trying to get out. when he does get out there just being , bodies wrapped in plastic, freezer burned staring at him from the walls of the cold room. forcing himself to get up, think about his friends. anyway he gets really claustrophobic after that and a lot of his nightmares later are about the cold room.

#i’m also thinking about… the entire end sequence of doug in the test village in the hills have eyes 2006 remake???#getting thrown around by a big dude getting trapped in a container full of body parts being covered in blood #(cw hand trauma) losing fingies… bro goes through everything trying to fight to save his kid i love that scene #there’s also this bit where he’s just fucked up dizzy on his knees begging the guy not to kill him and then when he lets his guard down #u see doug’s eyes harden and he stabs the guy through the foot. lee behaviour tbh. pathetic as hell and then just does smth feral #the scene goes hard trust. i can’t find the entire thing on youtube rn grrr #bro pulls up with a dog and a baseball bat he didn’t come to play

Hi! what is Angel Hunter if you dont mind me asking? is it a project you're working on?

It is a writing project I'm working on!

A quick summary: God has abandoned his creation. In His absence the angels became corrupted and monstrous. Angels and humans are at war with one another. Angel Hunters are humans who go out in the wilderness and risk their lives to hunt down angels. While out on a hunt two former cowboys, Santiago and Gabriel, witness a young woman single handedly kill and eat an angel (crazy thing to do since angels are extremely toxic to humans). She reveals herself to be Hunger (though she also answers to Cockroach), a being older than God who feasts on abandoned universes. And she is possessing the body of a dead woman. The cowboys enlist her help to fight angels. But the more they feed Hunger the more dangerous she becomes. What they think will save them will be their destruction.

#fedex #i live on a nearly 45 degree angle hill #and this dude rolls into the complex with his rear door open??#I'm out walking my dog and see this and go 'oh this'll be funny'#as he drives up the hill and a bunch of big shit comes fakling out. along with smaller collateral items.#like. one of these items is so heavy he sat there and struggled with it for a good 5 minutes.#the bigger heavier things rolled quickly and almost hit a parked car #smaller items are everywhere. some are blowing away in the wind.#it's a complete shitshow #i call over to the guy asking if he wants help and he yells something i couldn't understand and waves me away #ok. cool. fuck you then ya moron. deal with your mistakes alone.#he's driven off now - still with the back door open - so i might go on another walk later and see if i can find any cool mail

I think it will/would be best for me if, over just posting regularly little snuppets of my OC's, my Comics get popular and I can kinda like.. be a step removed from the people who read them

Because i want people to enjoy my oc's but i don't think i could handle people sending me unsolicited asks and messages about their Headcanons for My little guys

And I realise posting a comic instead of just About my Oc's in sort of contextly chunks won't Stop this behaviour but i feel like i could somehow put up better bounderies that way..
