Remove Individual Negative Google Result to Protect Your Reputation
Remove individual negative Google result entries has become crucial for protecting and preserving your online reputation.
At Repute Matters, we understand the seriousness of a bad search result appearing under your name or brand. Our approach involves using ethical and strategic online reputation management techniques to either remove or suppress such results. When removal isn’t possible due to Google’s strict policies, Repute Matters works to push that content lower in search rankings by promoting positive, high-authority content that better represents your image.
The process of managing an individual negative Google result includes legal evaluation (if the content violates privacy or defamation laws), requesting content removal from webmasters, and deploying SEO-driven strategies for content suppression.
Each case is unique, and that’s why Repute Matters customizes its approach based on the nature of the result, its source, and its impact on your digital presence.

Ofc most people who think damien is a monster are under 25. Their view of morality is skewed. Also can you even explain how he was being passive agressive? Cuz i read all his tweets and dont see it. But i am a stupid autist so what do i know..
Tumblr media
Ok, I got two of these asks so I'm going to answer from my POV what I'm seeing. First of all, a shot at my age is very mature for introducing your argument (this is sarcasm). I never said that Damien is a monster. I am not demonizing him. Damien is admittedly one of my favourites on Smosh, and I think as fans, we are allowed to identify when someone you are a fan of does something wrong. I stated in my previous reblog that how he handled his interactions with Zayna was poor. You are putting words in my mouth, but I digress. My long-winded explanation of Damien's interactions being passive-aggressive is under the cut.
I'm going to straight up pull the Google search of 'passive aggressive' here.
Tumblr media
Expressing negative feelings indirectly instead of openly talking about them. There are multiple instances of it in the interactions with Zayna and others in my opinion. However, I feel that people have different takes on passive-aggressiveness, so feel free to share with me what you think being passive-aggressive looks like. The points I will describe below are my interpretations of situation.
1) I think the most abundant example of passive-aggressiveness is Damien blocking multiple accounts, escpecially Zayna after he had apologized. Blocking someone implies you do not want to hear or see someone's thoughts on your timeline, literally blocking them out (until you choose to unblock them). He is not open to communicating further with people or does not want to communicate with them at all. I understand how this can be seen as him looking out for himself, but generally, blocking is considered a negative action, thus the action is passive-aggressive. Damien blocked some people on Twitter who have not even interacted with Damien nor even said anything remotely negative about him. Here is one such example:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I call this passive-aggressiveness due to the lack of communication with Damien and the negative context of blocking multiple accounts. It is providing more tension and confusion to others without explaining anything. We see the result of this lack of communication with the Twitter user above as it leaves something to be explained, the other party wondering, "What did I do wrong?" This is especially upsetting in the case of Zayna as reaching an apology with someone should not result in another person blocking another. I will expand on this idea below.
2) In Damien's interactions with Zayna, the passive-aggressiveness is much worse. Anon, I want you to imagine you are in a situation where someone has apologized to you. An apology is reached when one party realizes they have done wrong and acknowledges that the other party is correct in some way. It is an agreement.
Here is an interaction chain between Zayna and Damien, after their initial confrontation. It appears they have reached a common ground or the agreement I aforentioned. Unfortunately, the original reaction from Damien and the original post that Zayna had requested Damien for an apology are deleted, and I do not have that screenshotted, so we will go with what evidence I have here.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
First tweet with an apology, third sentence: "While I'll never understand looking to old content to somehow negate the present, I do apologize, plain and simple."
Here, his apology is mixed - there's tension. If he truly understands the need for an apology, why mention the quote I highlighted above? In an apology, would you appreciate it if the other party apologized, but stated that they don't quite understand why they are apologizing? No. I wouldn't be satisfied with that, and you shouldn't either if you are expecting an apology. He could have ended the apology with the first few sentences. To me, it feels like a half-hearted apology given his choice of words in his third and fourth sentences.
Compare the previous apology to the second image on the right. Damien agrees that he is in the wrong here and essentially will learn from his mistakes. This is an apology with no conflict or passive-aggressiveness. There are no conflicting ideas within this tweet, unlike the previous apology on the left.
By this point, it seems that Zayna and Damien have reached a common ground and the conversation is over. This changes with the next tweet Damien sends on the left image:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Here, Zayna is replying to the deleted tweet on the left. I think this, above all, is a good example of Damien being passive aggressive because:
3) it's a direct display of miscommunication, where Damien outlines his unmet expectations of the interaction post-apology. This tweet contains a critique towards Zayna "If that wasn't your goal [depicting Damien as a bad person], your methods confuse me tbh" followed by a positive end note that comes off as strange given his opening statement. It feels like a backhanded compliment. Zayna got what she requested (an apology) but Damien is questioning her methods and even requesting something from her (Damien implies he wants tweets to be deleted after apologizing). And then he wishes her family and herself well? Do you see how this doesn't quite add up?
This could be genuine confusion on Damien's side, but given that both parties before this appeared to have reached a consensus of some sort, I don't think this is the case. Damien prolongs the conflict; he continues the conversation with Zayna, having expectations for what he envisions the resolution of the argument to be. This was not communicated to Zayna as demonstrated in her reply and she is rightfully confused. This is very weird – why is Damien, who has apologized, now provoking Zayna again if the conversation has ended? If Damien wanted to resolve this more directly, he could have also reached out in direct messages rather than continuing this publicly on Twitter just as he states in his tweet.
4) this is more about the dramatic irony of the situation, but I think it is also Damien being passive-aggressive – the 19k followers comment. This really puzzled me. Damien pointing out the follower count of Zayna and stating that she is depicting him as a bad person is exactly what Damien is doing as well by continuing the conversation in the way he did. He adds fuel back to the fire implying this conversation is not over as Zayna did not resolve his apology (... but shouldn't he take responsibility for this issue if he is apologizing for it?) to his liking. Damien has 266k followers on Twitter as of the last time I checked, and (I want to believe this) unknowingly has depicted Zayna in the wrong by exposing his followers to this. Additionally, In a previous tweet, Damien said he would learn from reacting in frustration. I think this again is him doing exactly that, reacting in frustration with this tweet but then deleting the tweet after. His actions are backtracking upon himself.
Now, to address something else but on the same topic: I'm not sure if you are aware, but Zayna has said she received death threats from Damien / Smosh fans. See below.
Tumblr media
I bring this up because you mentioned that my view of morality is skewed. At what point in any of the arguments in this post or what I reblogged, have I earned the title of broken moral compass? Again, I have not once stated he is a monster in my posts. This is you interpreting my words, Anon.
I am trying to defend my opinion on how I see that Damien's interactions with Zayna have been handled poorly and that he was passive-aggressive, and it has resulted in this – death threats and a whole lot of controversy on multiple social media platforms. There's a lot of collateral damage that has been done within the Smosh community.
If death threats and Damien needing to take a Twitter break from an this interaction are not a great indication of a situation spiraling out of control as a result of Damien's responses, I'm not sure what else I can tell you, Anon. I hope I have made myself clear.
As a side note, I did not appreciate you coming into my asks, and insulting me without providing any arguments to your cause. If you continue to speak to me in the same manner, come off anon and let me block you (or vice-versa, block me). We will not see eye to eye with each other and never will if we cannot present our words without malice. It will be beneficial for both of us to not aggravate each other.
Before I end my answer, I want to reiterate that I do like Damien (personally less now given the situation at hand, but I digress), and I think you and I share this opinion at least. You are allowed to like something and be disappointed in it in tandem. I want him to come out of his break with a good answer for his actions. I hope he comes out of his Twitter detox with a clear mind and learns from this experience.
Anon(s) that sent this in, I hope that this answers your questions.

Hi! First of all, I always look forward to seeing your posts whenever I’m online. So, thank you for the interesting, funny, and informative content!
So, I was scrolling through Pinterest and saw some cute Charlastor art. When I tapped on it to open the link, I discovered that the tweeted art didn’t exist anymore (I.e. it was deleted). I saw that the artist was “Hunter B” so I looked up the name on Google to see if more cute art showed up in Google images. I saw that their twitter account was still active, so I checked it out. It seems like they only deleted the Charlastor art that couldn’t be read as platonic.
When I saw that they currently work on Helluva Boss, it suddenly made more sense. Wow. It seems like you need to ship the *right* ships if you want to work for Vivienne Medrano? Or maybe Vivienne didn’t force them, but they still felt that they needed to have the *right* fanart anyway.
I looked up Hunter B’s deleted posts and, aside from the clearly positive feelings about Charlastor, I saw that they even replied to at least one of Ashley’s posts at some point, talking about Charlastor.
It makes me wonder who else on her team is a closeted/ex-Charlastor fan….
I examine episodes 5 and 7, and if I didn’t know all the hazbin character trivia already, I would have thought that the show was planting the seeds for Charlie having at least an emotional affair in season 2 or something. The way he makes her happy so easily, even when he was cruelly pushing her into a corner just moments before, in episode 7. The way she just lets him move her around, or grab at her most of the time without complaint (the only time she responded negatively to his touch was when he pressed his cheek against hers). The way she lets him take over her entire bed, uninvited and unannounced. I could go on.
How much of the “fan service” is intentional on Vivenne’s part, do you think?
I'm conflicted. She clearly knows that fanservice is peacock money, but Viv's not one to put anything in her shows that she doesn't wholeheartedly enjoy herself, even if it's to the entire show's detriment and isolates invaluable portions of her fanbase.
If you told me that all of that fanservice in the show was either put in there in spite of her wishes or alternatively, that I'm giving her too much credit and she really is dumb enough to think their relationship doesn't come across that way, I'd believe you in both cases.

Holiday Gift Exchange
Happy holiday season y'all, time for another gift exchange! First of all huge thank you to @ginevrastilinski-ocs for deciding for me to make this an exchange because I was very indecisive lol
Running this very similar to my other exchanges, the only real difference is that submissions are going to be through google forms instead, which I did do last Christmas but haven't done in a while lol (I always forget how much easier it makes things whoops)
I’m going to be offering a lot of different types of gifts just for fun, but there are no rules or restrictions on what gifts can be made in return!  Absolutely anything is completely and totally a-okay, plus every request can also come with a crossover gift request, two-for-one no extra exchange required!  I won’t post a gift until you’ve posted yours, but you can submit as many requests as you’d like before posting any gifts – Each form asks for you to choose three gift options per submission (three for ocs and three for crossovers) and I’ll choose one of them, but you’re welcome to submit as many forms and ocs as you want!
As of now, this will be running until midnight of December 31st, but I might extend it to New Year's if I feel up for it, or if I'm running behind on making gifts!  The rules and the submission form are below the cut!
Any submissions that disregard any of the rules will be deleted
Submit here!
( tagging some of the besties but this is by no means exclusive, anyone is welcome to submit even if we've never spoken before! @the-witching-ash @ocmerunaway @ginevrastilinski-ocs @manyfandomocs @cecexwrites
@darknightfrombeyond @megdonnellys @kendelias @thecaptainsgingersnap @negative-speedforce-ocs @vexilexicon)
Rules
Must be following me
Must reblog this post
Submit the form
You can submit as many forms as you want but each form requires at least three gift options! There are plenty of options to choose from but if you want to request something different, there is a something else/specify section option too but I can't guarantee being able to do that
Make sure to fill out the information sections for each option you choose (or all of them if you select anything/surprise) – I know it's a lot but this is the only way I can make gifts that are personalized to your ocs
( you don’t need to make me something for each option or for crossovers, the exchange would be making one gift for each form that you submit )
If you select “other” as a gift type, please specify what you would like
I won’t post a gift until you’ve posted yours, but you can multiple requests before posting anything!
Info:
The form has follow up questions for different edit types. You don’t need to fill out the information for types you aren’t requesting so they aren’t marked as required but they are needed if you are requesting a gift of that type
With that: drabbles are an option (for crossovers only), there is a spot that asks for ideas. This is not strictly a requirement but it would help me a lot if you gave me ideas for a vibe (happy, angst, soft, smut, etc whatever), a scenario, or even something from my prompt list tag! You don’t have to but it would help make sure that I’m writing something you’re interested in and going to enjoy
Gifts can be posted privately, just send me the link as an ask or submission
If there’s anything you’d like that isn’t an option here, shoot me an ask/message – I don’t want to guarantee anything but I’m also sure that there are things that I’d be totally happy to do and just forgot to include
I have a very small list of faces and fandoms I'm not comfortable editing for so if your request includes one of them I will reach out!
As a general rule I will not do any gifs with youtubers, singers, or models (unless they also have acting content), anything with pedophilia or incest, any medical content or medical fandoms (whether that's the fandom the oc is is or the fandom their oc is from), any requests including these will be deleted
The "other character" option applies to any edit type, but outside of crackship gifs & family edits & manips, that does not guarantee that I will use the other character. You can also list more than one option (within reason) but that doesn't mean that I will use all of them
Really truly feel like I've exhausted this post but if you have any other questions, feel free to shoot me an ask or message!

˗ˏˋ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ˎˊ˗
Here we will list some frequently asked questions. You may also check out our #answered asks tag for other questions. If something is not answered here feel free to send us your questions. Recently added/updated questions will be denoted with this symbol ˗ˏˋ
Please note, this account has multiple admins. Shared tumblr blogs cannot receive any DMs. Please send any questions to the ask box.
Tumblr media
FOR READERS
Q: How do we know if the writer is applying the money to a fundraiser?
DO NOT SEND THE WRITERS MONEY DIRECTLY!! Please follow the instructions: send PROOF of a donation ONLY.
Q: There are so many links to choose from, it’s overwhelming.
If you find it overwhelming to choose one, you can use the website GazaFunds. They will randomly selected one verified GoFundMe for you to donate to.
˗ˏˋ Q: How do you know if a fundraiser is legitimate?
When doubting the legitimacy of a campaign, the first place you can check is the vetted fundraiser sheet. many of the campaigns on Tumblr are featured there. what you can do next, if it is not there, is go to the gofundme, copy the name of the person in the campaign, and put it into the Tumblr searches. if it has been vetted by a Palestinian Tumblr user, it will show up on someone's blog as being vetted. There are only a handful of users who are Palestinians who vet these campaigns, so you will most likely find a blog you recognize saying whether or not they are legitimate. Also, please take care to match the blog's gofundme link with the links on vetted posts/vetted excel sheet. There are scammers who will use the photos and information from a legitimate fundraiser to make a fake fundraiser.
You can find more information on the following links:
how to find where a campaign has been verified
vetted-gaza-funds
Tumblr media
FOR WRITERS
Q: What kind of writing is accepted?
Any creative works within animanga and video game fandoms. This started in the self-ship community so most of y he writers participating are writing character x reader fiction. But you are more than welcome to participate with character x character ship fics, character x original characters (OC), OC x OC, OC x reader, original fiction, or any combination of the above.
Also, if you are interested in participating with artwork, moodboards, matchups, or any other type of digital creative work, that is welcome as well. There is a comment section on the sign-up form where you can detail what you wish to do if it is not traditional fanfiction.
Physical creations (such as charms, stickers) are not under the scope of this collaboration at this time.
Due to limited resources, at this time we would prefer if this is limited to anime and video game content. While we wish to include more fandoms, it would become difficult to manage if this were to grow large enough to encompass other fandoms beyond the ones we are experienced in (animanga and video games). We apologize if this excludes you from the collaboration, but we do not have the bandwidth to manage so many fandoms at this time. Please check out Gotcha for Gaza to see if there are other open collaborations for your preferred fandoms if they are out of scope of our collaboration.
Q: Is there any limit to what kind of content is allowed (for example, dark content / dead dove content)?
No, any content is allowed. This is because we want to support Gaza in any way we can, and to exclude certain types of content is to exclude possible donations or exclude certain people who wish to participate. If the inclusion of dark content or nsfw content bothers you in any form, simply do not interact with this blog. Any negativity surrounding this topic will not be tolerated and promptly be deleted.
Q: Is there a deadline to join?
No. You can join, take a pause, or drop out at any time.
Q: How do I know if the screenshot of proof that I received is not being used multiple times i.e. the donator is double-dipping?
You can upload the screenshot you received to the google form here. We can then check on our end if the screenshot has been used more than once and notify you if there are any issues or duplicates. If you do not receive any DM or other response from us, assume the screenshot you received is legitimate. We do check the responses at least once daily and update the total amount on the pinned post once the screenshot is verified.
Please note that this form requires you to sign in to a Google account in order to submit a photo. If for privacy reasons you would rather not do that, please send us an ask off anonymous with the amount in USD and any photo attached if you would like to submit it for verification. This will not be posted publicly.
Q: Do we need to update you with progress on a fic?
No. Best practice (if you are doing “sponsor a wip”) perhaps would be to list updated word count next to your wip. For requests/prompts, perhaps update the person requesting with snippets if they request updates.
Q: What are you doing to boost the efforts of smaller creators? I am a creator with a small following and I’m not sure if I should join because I may not receive any donations.
We urge everyone, no matter the size of their following, to join if they feel they want to join. There is no contest behind this project, we will not be rewarding anyone for bringing in more donations or for fully funding their works. Creators who bring in even $1 would be making a difference in the lives of the people of Gaza! Even simply reblogging our posts is spreading awareness to the cause—tumblr does not have any algorithm, so the success of our efforts depends entirely on bloggers like you!
In an effort to bring attention to the creators participating in this project, we have enacted a weekly spotlight program, in which every week we will highlight one creator from each category (“Sponsor a WIP” and “Requests”). We will reblog this spotlight post as often as we can during the week, and we ask that you reblog it as well! That way, attention is brought onto those two creators as well as the ficsforgaza blog.
If you have any other suggestions for ways we can promote the efforts of the participants, please let us know, and we will take your suggestions up for consideration.
Q: I'm a multi-fandom writer. Some of my fandoms are animanga or video games (under scope of ficsforgaza) but some are other fandoms which are out of scope. Can I still join?
Yes! You can put all your stories up for sponsorship/take any requests. At the end of the day, the goal is to raise funds for Gaza. We will not place any restrictions on what you can do to support Gaza. However, we will only include in our masterlists the fandoms which are in scope. Any fandoms that are not animanga or video games will not be included in our lists of fandoms.
Q: Are Chinese or Korean animanga (such as donghua, manhwa) in scope of this project?
Yes! As long as there is an animated or comic adaptation, we will list it under our list of fandoms. This is because, for Western audiences, often times these series will be looped with Japanese animanga, so we feel that the animanga audience we are catering to may also be fans of donghua or manhwa. Keep in mind that there are other projects on twitter for these fandoms as well, please check out the Gotcha for Gaza caard.
Keep in mind that Western comics like Marvel or DC are out of scope. C-dramas, K-dramas, and other live action series are also out of scope. Although often closely tied to manga audiences, danmei and other novel series without adaptations for now will be considered out of scope to keep the list of fandoms manageable for the mods.

how to find broken links in website ?
Tumblr media
Broken links, also known as dead links, can negatively impact your website’s user experience and SEO rankings. Identifying and fixing them is crucial for maintaining a professional and accessible online presence. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to find and fix broken links on your website:
1. Understand What Broken Links Are
Broken links lead to web pages that no longer exist or have been moved without a proper redirection. When users click on these links, they encounter a “404 error” page, which can be frustrating and drive them away from your site.
2. Use Online Tools
Several online tools can help you detect broken links efficiently:
Google Search Console: This free tool from Google helps you monitor and maintain your site’s presence in search results. It can alert you to any broken links on your site.
Screaming Frog: A powerful SEO tool that crawls your entire website, identifying broken links and other SEO issues.
Broken Link Checker: A straightforward tool that scans your website for broken links and provides a detailed report.
Ahrefs: A comprehensive SEO tool that not only finds broken links but also provides insights into how to improve your site’s SEO.
3. Manual Checking
For smaller websites, you can manually check each link by clicking through your site and noting any 404 error pages. While this is time-consuming, it can be effective for sites with only a few pages.
4. Browser Extensions
Extensions like Check My Links for Google Chrome allow you to quickly scan a webpage for broken links. This is a handy tool for spot-checking pages during content updates.
5. Review External Links
Broken links aren’t just limited to your website’s internal pages. External links pointing to other websites can also break if those sites move or delete their content. Make sure to regularly review and update these links.
6. Fixing Broken Links
Redirect the Page: If the page has been moved, set up a 301 redirect to guide users to the new location.
Update the Link: If you’ve linked to external content that no longer exists, find a relevant alternative and update the link.
Remove the Link: If the content is no longer relevant, consider removing the link altogether.
7. Prevent Future Broken Links
Regularly Audit Your Site: Set a schedule to regularly check your website for broken links, ensuring they are addressed promptly.
Use Proper Redirection Practices: When moving or deleting content, always set up appropriate redirects to maintain link integrity.
Conclusion
Finding and fixing broken links is an essential task for website maintenance. Not only does it improve user experience, but it also boosts your site’s SEO performance. By using the tools and methods outlined above, you can ensure your website remains in top shape, providing a seamless experience for your visitors.

What is the best way to remove Complaints from Google search results?
Online reputation is absolutely vital for people and organizations given the cut throat competition all around. That said, online negative remarks and complaints could greatly influence people's impressions of you or your business. This is where to maintain your reputation; you must learn how to remove complaints from Google search results.
Tumblr media
Why Would Google Search Results Show Complaints?
Whether just or unfair, negative comments can discourage possible clients, consumers, or even businesses. Someone might get a bad impression if they search your name or firm and come across unfavorable remarks or complaints. Also, this can affect your general reputation, personal contacts, and future opportunities.
Methodologies to remove complaints from Google Search Results
Here is a thorough recommendations on how to remove negative comments from Google:
Point out the source.
You first must find the source of the bad reviews or complaints. Among them are:
Customer review websites
Social media channels
Blog posts
News stories forums
The best approach to eliminate or minimize the negative content depends on knowing exactly where it comes from.
Review the Legitimacy of the Complaint.
Not every complaint can be dismissed. Should the complaint be valid, your best course of action could be to forward it straight to the individual who posted it. Sometimes fixing their problem results in their voluntarily removing or updating their negative feedback.
Speak with the website owner.
Speak with the owner or webmaster of the website if you think the complaint is obsolete, untrue, or irrelevant. You should follow these guidelines:
Seek for contact details on the webpage
Send a courteous email outlining the reasons the material should be deleted
Offer any proof to back up your demand, including corrected problems, false information, or defamatory materials.
Apply Google's Legal Removal Requests.
Google has a procedure for deleting illegal content like copyright infringements or defamatory remarks. To leverage this choice:
Visit Google Legal Help page
Choose the kind of problem—legal, personal, etc.? defamation, etc.?
Complete the required forms including thorough information and send them for inspection.
Should your request be valid, Google might take the link off of its search engine output.
Utilize the Google Search Console.
Google Search Console lets you de-index the particular page if you run the website where the complaint is submitted (or have administrative access). Here's the method:
See Google Search Console to confirm ownership of your site
Ask Google to remove the particular URL from their index using the URL Removal Tool
This program stops the content from showing up in Google search results but does not delete it from the internet.
Pursue online reputation management (ORM).
Sometimes, even with your best efforts, it could not be possible to remove consumer complaints from Google search results. Under such circumstances, give these ORM ideas some thought:
Post positive news, blog posts, press releases, and social media updates to drive down the negative information lower on search results
Improve your website and positive content so search engines may rank them higher than the negative reviews.
Track online references of your name or company to quickly handle problems.
Hire a Professional Service Agent
should the matter be complicated or you lack the time to handle it on your own, think about consulting a professional online reputation management company. These businesses have particular expertise in:
Skills to remove company complaints from google search engines
Google search engine removal of corporate complaints.
Reducing the effect of unfavorable remarks
To enhance your online reputation, they apply SEO, legal action, and negotiations with website owners among other strategies.
Act professionally.
Should it prove impossible to remove the content, one should answer the complaint professionally instead. This is how:
Respectfully and directly address the problem
If relevant, provide an apology or a resolution.
Present your dedication to openness and client service.
Sometimes a well-written response can help to minimize the damage and even make a bad situation favorable.
Take advantage of social media.
Social networking sites including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter let you shape the story about your brand. Post regularly positive content, interact with your readers, and professionally and quickly resolve any issues raised by them.
Ask for Reviews
You can also ask your happy consumers to post good online reviews in your efforts to remove negative comments from google. That said, strong presence of positive evaluations helps to lessen the effect of any negative remarks.
Final words
Though it is difficult, the process to remove company complaints from google search engines is not impossible. Following the above mentioned guidelines will help you to properly control and enhance your online reputation. The secret is to be aggressive and tenacious regardless of your preferred course of action—direct addressing, legal channels, content optimization, or professional hiring. Do know that your online reputation is quite valuable; so, it is imperative to take action to protect it. On the other side, knowing how to delete consumer complaints from Google helps you to guarantee that your business or personal reputation stays professional and good.

Hi Minnie!
Almost a month ago I asked you anonymously how I can filter out blogs without blocking them. Thank you for your solution! I never got to thank you for it.
Unfortunately that didn't help so I opened up a new blog. I'm writing this ask anonymously from there.
To be honest, I don't think a new blog is helping either 😅 I think I need to leave Tumblr permanently or semi-permanently. My experience on this platform hasn't been the same since the pandemic began and a large part of it is my fault probably. I can't look away from the negatives and there's no fun in participating in fandom activities in the moment. I'm failing at curating my fandom experience and breaking away from it is probably the bestest option.
I'll delete this blog but I want to know, is there some way to preserve my old blog without deleting it? Like I know I could manually unfollow everyone and then block followers but is there some other way to make it disappear but only preserve the contents of my blog. Kind of like how you can operate a Facebook profile with absolute privacy by setting all contents in your profile to "only me" option. Google wasn't very helpful so I thought maybe you or one of your followers could help me out please?😅
Thank you again for helping me out previously but also thank you for beacon of light in the fandom, it's always lovely to see your posts and read your tags ❤️
Hi darling! I'm sorry to hear you'll be leaving us 💔 But if you believe that's what's best for you, then I absolutely support that decision of course 💗
I'm afraid I have no idea if there's any way to preserve an old, inactive blog. I've never deleted a blog or looked into how to do that since I have no plans to go anywhere, so I couldn't tell you, I'm sorry! Maybe someone else reading this does know? Let's hope so!
Wishing you all the best darling, and I hope you'll be able to enjoy fandom the way it's meant to be enjoyed again someday! I'm glsd my blog has brought you some joy during your time on tumblr. Sending you lots of love ❤️ ❤️

I'm debating if I want to upload this most recent chapter to fanfiction.net, or any future chapters for that matter cause I just. Really hate that fucking site. The UI of the entire thing is shit imo, especially the desktop version of fanfiction.net. It won't let me block people, or delete nonsense comments. I've gotten several messages by spam accounts trying to get me to click shady links. I literally cannot publish chapters from my computer because the site somehow fucks it up. It's easier to use ff.net on the app. But the app has it's own issues. I can't look at my PMs or see comments unless I go to the story that received said comment. My email is more reliable for telling me when I get a message than the damn site itself. Whenever I have an issue and google about it, instead of an faq page or something I get links to different forums on the site written by users who can barely help with the same problem themselves.
And the userbase on ff.net is crap. The comments I get are either complimentary but spoil whatever happen in the chapter its left on. Or the comments are written nonsense that I think (?) are supposed to be negative reactions to my story, trying to get some kind of rise out of me. I've been reached out to several time by people wanting to start friendships, but when I try to start a conversation they don't seem to understand simple questions, or are just looking for me to do writing work for them for free (I've had this particular thing happen on wattpad too so it isn't a unique issue to ff.net, I'm aware). It's all just so frustrating
The only good things about fanfiction.net is that there's way more warriors content on there, especially OC related stories. I also like the way mobile lets me read the fanfics. I can adjust the font size and set the app to either let me scroll to read, or turn the "pages". Plus when I move on to the next chapter I'm not forced to watch or interact with ads, like I have to on wattpad (wattpad even puts ads in the middle of chapters now in app, which is really nasty. ff.net doesn't do that on their app)
For someone who consumes fanfics, ff.net is great. But for someone who creates content for the site its horrendous. I'm so conflicted on how I want to handle this writing platform. Any thoughts?
