Creating a realistic project schedule, allocating necessary resources, and planning for material and subcontractor procurement are also essential components of this stage.

Architecture Design and Functionality This phase is dedicated to transforming conceptual ideas into tangible architectural designs. The design team iteratively refines the project's aesthetic appeal and functional requirements, ensuring seamless integration of building systems. Adhering to building codes and obtaining necessary permits are critical during this stage, as are the production of detailed construction documents.

Construction Phase With designs finalized, the construction phase commences. The design-build team mobilizes on-site, preparing the ground for construction management. The actual building process, including installation of various systems, takes place during this phase. Rigorous quality control measures and inspections are implemented to ensure adherence to project standards. Effective project management and coordination are indispensable for the successful execution of this phase.

Post Construction Review Upon project completion, a comprehensive review is conducted. This involves final inspections, official handover of the project to the owner, and meticulous documentation of project records, including as-built drawings and warranty information. The final stage also includes a thorough evaluation of the entire project to identify lessons learned for future endeavors.

The Primary Bedroom with En-Suite (CC Pack for The Sims 4)

When I started working on this set, I wanted to create a bedroom that felt like a true retreat—somewhere cozy, stylish, and practical at the same time. That’s why the en-suite was such an important part of the design.

Having a seamlessly connected bathroom adds a touch of luxury and makes the space feel complete, just like in real homes. From the rain shower with a massage cord to the double sink setup and rounded bathtub, every piece was designed to bring comfort and functionality together.

The bedroom itself features a four-poster bed with soft, warm bedding, a matching nightstand, a cozy bench, and a nice wood dresser, all in warm tones that complement the en-suite perfectly.

I made a separated sheer canopy, which can be placed under the bed frame to create a light and airy feel. This lets you customize the space even more, giving you the option to keep it open or add a dreamy, elegant touch.

Small details like a pampas-filled vase, soft lighting, and framed artwork help tie everything together, making it easy to create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

the whole vibe of the titans really reminds me of the angles from Evangelion too I realised, which might be why I love em so much lol 🛐

since we never actually see the rest of it’s body, pulled some inspiration from the earlier depictions we’ve gotten of the titans (i think from chapter 1?)

i hope we’ll get to see more/different kinds of titans in the coming chapters!! that’d be so cool
