While I was on a boat for a week I had a surplus of time on my hands so I decided to do art. Here are the arts that I have done in my time away 😎🦅🦅

Something I'm still very undecided about is the name of the indie band of my three young sharks from a retro universe. It's such a simple thing, but it's perplexing me, perhaps because I want something very specific. In this case, a marine element + a cosmic element. 🦈✨

I wish you could all help me with this creative insight! At the moment I have these ideas, do you like them, do any of them sound cool?

🎵 Dreaming Sharks, Dream Divers, Dream Shiver, Astral Dreamers.

These names would be more ideas for songs they would make:

🎶 Pastel Summer, Reef Dreams, Stranded Song, Wreck Echoes, Ocean Wish, Astral Sailors, Stargazing Sharks, Sharks also Dream, Whispering Waves, Emotional Frenzy, The Rainbow After the Storm.

What I do know is that their essence is about chasing dreams with a cosmic touch, magical ocean and optimism. I created these three characters inspired by the triple idea of the tarot: Sun, Moon and Star.

☀️ Sun as ruler of Tiago/Tyson the tiger shark, someone warm, who inspires courage and determination.

🌙 Moon as ruler of Roberto/Rocky the great hammerhead shark, someone mysterious, who inspires feeling and empathy.

⭐ And the Star as ruler of Arielle/Aria the zebra shark, someone dreamy, who inspires imagination and faith.

Someone once told me that imagining a scene with my characters could help me understand the essence that could lead me to the ideal band name. So I remembered what I had imagined:

"Previously, it was just Roberto and Tiago, but they were looking for a voice for their songs. One starry night on the beach, Roberto witnessed a strange shooting star that didn't reflect his image in the sea. Despite this, he was inspired to make a wish.

The event reminded him of his van, which he affectionately calls "Starfall". After going for a drive with Tiago, a synchronicity event led them to Arielle, whom they found singing alone at a local karaoke bar. Since then, Roberto likes to call her "Lucky Star", the one who inspires them to hope in the face of adversity.

And one day, when Roberto and Tiago were undecided about how to name the band, Arie surprised them with an ideal name idea!"

The problem is that I don't know what idea Arie had! haha

He's a transgender Anglerfish merman (Abyssal Tribe Deep Sea Elf) plagued by voices (harassed by knock off Cthulu) who can see beyond the fourth wall, but not in any way that helps him. He is a dreamfarer, a class of magic user that can interact with reality via dreams, allowing teleportation somehow??? He can also trap people in dreams and interact with their memories that way, allowing him to glean information he couldn't get normally. He is (currently) the last of his species due to a curse from said Knockoff Cthulu. He has moon imagery that is paired with the sun imagery of his best friend, Notha Ly'ehr. He then planned to overthrow the fake gods of their world with his mad scientist best friend. They were then labelled Maluerous and trapped in a mask until the time came for him to be doomed by the narrative. I'm sorry I'm really bad at summaries.

Hey, nothing too big this time as I've had a rough week and I'm currently dogsitting a dog that ain't mine so my brain power is more or less incoherent and shot, just passing on by to wish you a Merry Christmas (or whatever you celebrate) and to thank you for all your work in the fandom!

First of all, I've only know of Mess Au existing for like an hour and a half but I already adore the life out of it, Rip Player and their sanity due to the Evil Chain running around but I am thriving on their content with the Ganons. And, there's a discord? *Confused guitar sounds from a Musician*

Also I'd die for Pastuzo, just saying, if dangerous wild animal then why friend and hug shaped? I've only know him for a day and a half but if anything happened to him I'd murder everyone in the Yigah Clan and then myself, Player is lucky if it was me there with Nat I'd immediately pat, bless that guy (also Rip Nature and his food, I hope he knows that my version of Fia/Seraph is cackling at his misery, just straight up rolling on the floor), and the entire section with Eve? Perfection, outstanding, showstopping, honestly given I'm a reader myself I'd probably chill with him, and I hope Player gets to introduce books from their world to him because something tells me he'd love a wider selection, I am thriving so much with this thank you for the food of Ganon-Player Found Family. *Bows* Also, I kind of want the Ganons to meet Og Chain now, it would be funny.

Also, Player's Aid Au where everything is the same but the reason why Legend dislikes Players is that the only time he remembers with his Guide is in Koholint so that's why he's so Claude Frollo when it comes to them, the trauma is making him suspicious. Or alternatively, where Player is actually a Witch but like A Wadanohara Sea Witch rather than the standard type, like instead of a broom they have a staff with an anchor at the end they use to fight and fly (as well as several other anchors and fish hooks on their design), an Ocarina for healing spells, some control over water and basically does what the Links do but with a twist: protects the ocean and people's dreams, no one in the Chain would ever have a nightmare while they're around, bonus points if we give them a seagull familiar that can turn human, or that it's just straight up Marin, or if because Mipha is a Zora and Zora are sea creatures if they make her a familiar she can also join the Chain or heck even Nayru idk haven't thought that far ahead.

Legend: They're a Witch!

Sea Witch Player, feeding seagulls with Aryll: ... Yes? I did go to witch school in the witch world, and? Do you want to see my certificate and PhD in witchcraft or something?

One thing for sure is that if Sea Witch ever saw the Wind Fish fhey just straight up roll up their sleeves, go "Hold my staff and anchor earrings Rulie/Wild/Wind/Nat/Grandpa Tides" and just try to fistfight it, no magic involved, that or they'd be yelling expletives at it with at least one Chain or Passel/Singular (a group of hogs/boars) member holding them back from fighting it, bonus points if they do the same for Dark Link if they went through the same trauma Wada did or have moon trauma like Time too.

... Now I'm thinking about how the Chain or Ganons would react to Indie games, hm... Eh, maybe in another ask, Tides and Time would mentally adopt Niko from One Shot, or any child protagonists so fast I can literally see it, Time would literally feel smacked by Hello Charlotte and Undertale, and Legend would have a love-hate thing for both Omori, Yume Nikki and Dreamfarer and Hyrule would get so much trauma from Mad Father, gotta think of any other ones for another ask.

Also I'm so glad you're enjoying the Mess au right now it's literally all i can think about! Yes, Pastuzo is the pride and joy on the whole au now.

Also we gotta love witches, especially Sea Witch Player and all I'm saying is sharks are pretty great so Player having two familiars and once is a shark (more importantly whale shark because I love them)

Tbh, Tide I feel is an Animal Crossing lover (I know it's not an indie game but still), he enjoys the calmer life.

Also, don't worry! They will be meeting the Chain real soon :)

Dreamfarer for Colette

It had been an exciting night. Friends were relaxing on the hillside, waiting for the sun to finish setting. Someone points opposite of the setting sun, exclaiming that it's the blue moon that night. Valerie stepped away from the group to check something on her phone when the world shifted.

Everything flipped upside down. People, Pokemon, blankets, hats, bags, they all fell into the sky, except Valerie. They were being pulled by two portals that look like iridescent cracks in the sky, replacing the sun and the moon. Valerie rushes to grab someone, but when she sees Colette, she blinks.

"You weren't here."

Colette falls straight into space as the dream fades.

He knows this scape well.

Storms plague sailors. Bad storms kill good seafolk in minutes, crushing through wood and steel like the wind is a cannon. Still, he rarely thinks of it. He's a terribly egotistical one.

But he's not scoffing and running through the rain, as if it was his to weild. He's just staring up, clouds swirling into patterns he doesn't understand. This is a bad storm. It sings of death.

A voice comes out. He wheels around, his mother's kimono flapping in the wind. There's a kid there, battered by the rain.

He stretches out a sleeve and offers it as a meager shelter. Fuck the hand-painted murals of markings and waves. This is more important.

"I've-- I've never seen a storm like this," he says, over the roar of wave and wind. "It's angry. Like the planet is trying to swallow things whole."

It's strange, yes. But he, never aware of his (nevermind someone else's) dreaming, thinks little of it. It is horror to be recognized and feared.

A blanket of shining white snow covered the ground, as well as the walls and roof of a nearby cabin. Frost coated the windows, making them impossible to see through.

The door was also wide open, but nobody was inside. However, there was someone just outside of it.

Bill's hands had turned grey and yellowish with frostbite, and his fingers felt like wooden blocks, but he wouldn't stop. He desperately dug through some of the snow like a dog, before he would give up and move to another spot.

"Where is it?" his voice was hoarse and painful as it came out of his mouth, "Where did it go? I need to find it! It's all I have left of her... it was here somewhere... I'm so sure."

But then he looked up, and he saw Pari.

"Pari... what are you doing here? You'll freeze to death! Let me take you inside."

‘DREAMFARER’ (Lucien)

The ballroom was decorated to utter perfection, with people in fine dresses, suits, and other such clothing. Most of them wore masks however, leaving their identities unknown.

A huge glass aquarium was in the middle of the room, connected to the floor and ceiling. At first, it was easy to assume that it was for fish. But if Lucien were to come closer, he would notice a human inside instead.

Russell had given up on trying to get assistance from these strange partygoers. They had only come to just gawk at the spectacle of the trapped man. So he had resorted to trying to break the glass with his fists. It was all he had.

But then his eyes widened when a familiar nauseating smell fell into his nostrils, followed by a cascade of sea water as it started to pour in from all sides. His heart pounded as his assault on the case got more frantic.

The dancers had stopped and were now all watching, some quietly laughing or nudging each other as the water continued to rise. But then his eyes fell on a face that didn't seem to be masked.

"Lucien!?"
