A/N- I know there isn't much Zoro in this part, forgive me. But I hope the Law interactions make up for it. And some Luffy too heheheh. Once again, just more details to the story

Straw Hat reader. Strawhats x reader, Luffy x reader, Zoro x reader, Law x reader, but all are mostly very subtle interactions. Letting you know now that this fanfic will follow the One Piece plot line. Romance will be a second focus, but I will definitely add interactions. The further I write, the more intimate the story might become. Who knows

While following Wanda through the pathways. She explained in further detail about the attack on the Mink Tribe.

Explaning that a devil fruit user named Jack showed up in search of a ninja named Raizo. Who happened to be Kin’emon’s friends.

“I understand why you wanted us to keep quiet now.” You mutter to Brook

Who sends you an understanding nod,

Finally arriving at Duke Dogstorm's room. You enter, seeing Chopper treating the man.

The ruler introduces himself before describing the battle that transpired between the Mink Tribe and the Beast Pirates, half a month ago.

Explaining that Jack was ruthless even when Dogstorm told him they didn’t know of any ninja. The pirate resorted to violence, trying to find the man.

As Duke Dogstorm passes out due to his sleeping schedule. Wanda takes over, explaining how Master Cat Viper had to take over when night fell during the battle.

The two rulers had to trade shifts when fighting. The Mink tribe fought endlessly for four days.

Until the fifth day, Jack released a poison gas. Weakening anybody who inhaled it

The cruel man found the two leaders of the Mink Tribe. Shackling their weakened bodies to a post.

Before slicing off Duke Dogstorm's leg and one of Master Cat's vipers' paws. Soon, Jack and his crew left after some time.

He left a few of his men behind to roam the island. Duke Dogstorm explained that our win against Doflamingo back in Dressrosa had lured Jack away. Saving the Minks enough time for Sanji's group to show up and aid them back to health ever since.

“We will never forget the compassion you’ve shown! We will repay you-teia someday!” Wanda chimes, smiling.

Happy tears stream down her face as she licks Namis cheek.

“Oh, please! There’s no need!” Nami replies

“I can’t believe things were that dire. That’s why you were so welcoming towards us. It makes sense now.” Usopp speaks up

“Yeah. I’m glad our crew was here to help.” You say

Watching with a smile. As Nami and Wanda laugh, the mink's arms are thrown around the girl.

Endlessly showering her with appreciative licks. Knocking Nami over on her side as she laughs

“Dammit. That Jack jerk makes me so mad! Someday I’m gonna whup him, and Kaido, too!” Luffy says

Fist clenched, imagining how he could beat up both of the men.

“They mentioned that he’s dead already,” Brooks says, pulling up a newspaper.

Snatching the paper from the skeleton's hand. Examining the Jack Pirates obituary in the papers

“He causes all this mess, and gets taken down by marines. I thought the beast pirates were supposed to be strong?” You scoff

“I’m not sure if it’s true. It’s hard to believe it’s true. Especially if you-teia had seen his strength.” Wanda speaks up

“So, do you think he lived?” You ask, looking at the woman

“I don’t know.” She replies, shaking her head slightly

Chopper jumps down from his place on Duke Dogstorm's bed. Throwing his bag over his shoulder

“I need to examine Cat Viper and the guardians now that it’s nighttime!” Chopper announces

“Right! Let’s go by Warney.” Wanda suggests smiling toward the group. Encouraging us to follow along

“By the way, Wanda. Aren’t you tired yet?” Robin questions

Wanda explains how she had a special role as a Kingsbird. Which allows her to be active at all times

“Shall we go?” Chopper exclaims, smiling happily

“I’m comin’! Let’s go meet him. He sounds cool!” Luffy says, standing up

“Is it really fine? What do you think?” Nami asks.

Looking up at Wanda from where she sat

“Yes. Don’t worry. You-teia are welcome. I know Master Cat-Viper won’t mind.” Wanda reassures

“ Well, if you say so, then we gotta meet him.” You smile

“Sweet! Guess that settles it! I’m ready!” Luffy says. Grabbing your hands, pulling you along. Taking off out of the doors without any directions

You sit on one of the two crocodiles' noses, heading to see Cat Viper, as your crewmates talk about Sanji’s marriage.

Brook explains the story from their point of view. Starting with two men from Big Mom’s crew showing up on Zou.

One, from the worst generations, Chapone Bege, also the user of the castle-castle fruit. The other, a Lion Mink, you had seen back in Fishman Island, Pekoms.

Brook reveals how Sanji led the two men away from the Mink’s fortress. Thinking about the distress the Minks had just gone through. The cook didn’t want to cause them any more harm. Leading the men away into the forest

Pekoms was the only one who wanted to make peace with Sanji. Allowing the crew a chance to escape this time in honor of helping his homeland.

Only for Chapone Bege to turn on the lion, shooting him down. Along with his plan. Bege took Sanji and your three crewmates, who had been spying from the forest, hostage.

As they were forced to enter the castle inside Chapone’s body.

“I had never seen him so tense,” Nami utters

Brook continued. Explaining how Sanji gave in to the invitation and, at the last moment, threw the trio out. Allowing Bege to take him to Big Mom

You had also learn about the letter he left, which gave you nothing. Besides that, he would eventually be back, but married.

Honestly, if the letter wasn’t one of the only things you had left from Sanji, you would rip the paper into pieces.

The only words he left behind were about seeing a woman. Setting the paper on fire would’ve sufficed in your mind.

Stomach sinking as you sit cross-legged on the gator's snout like Luffy.

Facing ahead, your back towards the group as you look up at the night sky. Letting the sight of stars bring some happiness to you.

“Well, maybe he’ll come back with a Mrs.Sanji!” Luffy chimes

“LUFFY!” Usopp shouts

“What? Then we’d have a new crewmate.” Luffy argues

“You always find the bright side, don’t you?” Nami mutters

“I’m all for Sanji being happy, but this doesn’t seem like that at all. It’s just weird,” you sigh, looking down at your hands in your lap

“The trouble is, the bride is an emperor's daughter. So if this union takes place, we’ll become big moms' subordinates.” Brook says

“Huh? No way.” Luffy whines

“That’s how Sanji felt about it, too. He refused them without a moment's thought. But then that’s troubling in itself.” Brook explains

“So we’re dealing with somebody powerful, and Sanji wants to take the fall to protect us.” You say.

Shaking your head slightly as your arms hug your knees. Pulling your legs closer as the cool night air brushes by

“Sanji quitting the Straw Hats? That’s the worst idea ever!” Luffy shouts, processing what’s happening

“That does make sense now that I think about it. He could’ve easily escaped when he tossed us out. Based on how the note was worded. I think he already made his decision to go alone. Idiot.” Nami's voice rings out

“You three have been through a lot. Thanks for telling us,” you speak up

Glancing back at your crew. Meeting their eyes you send them a smile, assuring them you would be okay. It was known that you and the blonde were close.

Spending even the crew's free days lounging by the cook's side

The memories of you watching the cook flood back. Remembering the many shared cigarettes during his breaks.

Taking time away from cooking to serve himself quickly, while lighting up a cigarette to pass between the two of you. Both enjoying his cooking while watching over the rest of the crew before he had to get back to work.

“He’s marrying Big Mom's daughter. Huh? Forget about getting cold feet. I'd be dead from hypothermia.” Franky's voice draws you back to the conversation

The joke makes you laugh lightly, shaking your head at the comment

“Same here. And you said he’s part of the Vinsmoke family, right? Sounds like their probably the key to solving this mystery. All u know is that they moved from the North blue to the East blue. And now they live in the new world.” Usopp discusses

“Vinsmoke,” Robin repeats

“It sounds familiar,” you mutter

“I feel terrible. I tried stopping him before you guys came, but it all happened so quickly.” Nami says

“At the end of the day. Sanji made his own choice. There was nothing you could’ve done, so don’t blame yourself.” Robin reassures

“I know, but either way, what if that was the last time we’ll ever see Sanji!” Choppers cries

His voice, cracking, went straight to your heart. Trying not to let the tears well up in your eyes. Hearing your crewmate crying was bad enough, and the situation at hand already had you ready to break.

“That’d be just fine with me.” Zoro comments

Making you snap your head back him. He lays back on the tail of the crocodile. His hands rested behind his head. Eyes closed.

Scoffing at the comment. You grow a vine next to his head that grows across his neck, tightening. Not too much, just a warning squeeze for the comment.

The swordsman grunts

“Let go, Y/N.” Zoro grunts

His hands wrapped around the vines near his neck. Releasing your grip on the man. You allow the vines to release him as they disappear.

“You deserved that,” Nami mutters.

“Look, all I’m saying is if he was gonna leave the crew forever, don’t you think the letter would say, thank you for everything? And he should’ve apologized for being a pain in the ass” Zoro mentions still laying back.

“I guess Zoro makes a point. Sanji did write that he’ll be back. I just wish he gave us more than, I have to go see a woman.” You grumble, crossing your arms.

“The point is, Doflamingo was pissed when we destoryed the lab in Punk Hazard. But we defeated him. So the next guy who is up next is the Emperor, Kaido. We can’t ignore this guy now that we are here. We butted head with the Beast Pirates already, and Jack is sure enough to come after us too. Leave it to curly brows to throw another on top of this mess.” Zoro explains

“That’s an awful way to look at this!” Nami scolds

“Yeah. I understand Kaido’s next, but we gotta get Sanji back. We need him if we want to even attempt fighting that guy.” You point out.

“And, those two things may be bad, but they aren’t related, okay Zoro?” Nami says, pushing Brook out of her way

“Say what you will. But he never should have gotten himself wrapped up in something as stupid as matrimony.” Zoro replies casually

Nami lets out a shocked gasp at his words. Snapping her head toward you

“Y/N,” Nami calls out

“DON’T!” Zoro hisses

His eye shoots open as your vines grow around his neck once more.

“Okay! If we can’t figure it out, then we’ll just have to go ask Sanji!” Luffy announces

“HUH?” You gasp

Snapping your head to the captain. As you drop the vines around Zoro. The swordsman's quick to rebuttal against Luffy.

“Forget it! Bad idea, Luffy!” Zoro calls out

“You’re crazy! We’re just gonna walts right up to big mom?” Usopp says

“Yeah, we gotta go,” Luffy says

“I’m sorry. You might’ve forgotten this. BUT SHE DOES NOT LIKE YOU!” Usopp shouts at the boy

“No offense, but we can’t beat her with just our crew. Especially with no strategy.” Franky points out.

It was true that the odds of your crew beating an Emperor were on the lower end. Especially, down a crewmate was gonna pose a difficult challenge for the crew.

“Don’t be reckless. We’ve never faced anyone this strong.” Robin chimes

“Right, we gotta be sneaky!” Luffy grins

“And how are we supposed to do that?!” Usopp yells

“I think I might know the way, now that I think about it.” Chopper mutters.

The group was silent, all turning to face the doctor

“Pekoms is still here, isn’t he?” You question

“You’re right. He was left behind, we’ll see him shortly.” Brook pipes up

The thuds of the crocodile's feet can be heard throughout the dark forest. Entering a new part. As we come across more broken structures. With a thin veil of fog surrounding us.

Chill ran down your back. Mind running back to the nutcrackers, jumping out from the fog. Hugging your legs closer, you examine your surroundings closely.

“Holy crap. Somebody sure trashed this place,” Franky comments

Walking further into the ruins. We begin to see complete buildings, and more Minks are out cleaning up the area

“Hey, look! They’re here! The Straw Hat crew!” One of the men called out

Suddenly seeing tons of faces staring back at you

“GARCHU!” They exclaim

“GARCHU!” Luffy repeats.

Before talking to the Minks about where Cat Viper might be. The men quickly apologize for attacking Luffy earlier.

A jaguar Mink jumps down from the tree, instructing us to go see Bepo and the rest of the Heart-pirates

“We will, but not right now, okay? We wanna talk to the cat viper and the lion viper first.” Luffy replies

Jumping down from his place on the crocodile. Continuing his hushed conversation with the Mink

Hopping down with the rest of your crew. You see Chopper and some of your crewmates going toward where Cat Viper was resting.

Beginning to follow. A hand wraps around your arm.

Turning to see Luffy staring back at you. His serious face threw you off guard.

“What?” You ask, confused

“Come with me. We need to talk to Pekoms, he’s around the back,” he whispers into your ear

“Come on Nami, Zoro!” Luffy chimes letting you go

The three of us followed the jaguar Mink that was talking to Luffy. Carrot and Wanda accompanying us.

Walking around the back of the main building. Seeing window-like openings along the wall, and a doorway. Warm light pouring through the openings

Stepping through the entrance beside Nami and Luffy. You see the lion from Fishman Island lying on a bed.

“I can’t believe you survived that attack!” Nami exclaims

Taking in the man's condition. After hearing how many times this man was shot. He seemed to be healing well

“Of course I did! My ability blocked half of his attack! Growr! That bastard Bege. I’m sorry I failed. Your pal Black Leg is probably long gone. No way he’s ever coming out of the wedding ceremony now.” Pekoms says

“Who is it that’s trying to make him get married?. Sanji would never just pick one girl. If he did, it would be her.” Luffy says

Pointing a finger in your direction.

Back straightening, realizing the lion's attention is now on you.

“Don’t say things like that!” You hiss

Palm meeting the back of your captain's head. Hearing Nami giggling beside you, seeing her hand covering her smirk.

“Even if he wanted to marry you. There was an arrangement made between our Mama and the patriarch of the Vinsmoke family.” Pekoms explains

“Do you mean Sanji’s father? So what kind of person is he?” Nami questions

“He’s got quite the reputation in the underworld. Are you familiar with the group that goes by the name of Germa 66? A.K.A the Warmongers?” Pekoms asks

“You mean like the old comic books?” You answer

“Yeah, but they’re just an evil army from a fantasy. They can’t be real!” Nami declares

“You’re wrong. That organization is as real as you or I. And the Vinsmokes family sits right on top of it! Not only that, the leader happens to be your pal's Black Legs father! If you know anything about them. You probably know the Vinsmokes are bad news. They’re a vicious group of assassins!” Pekoms continues

A gasp leaves you. The cook did have a past life. And a whole different family. It’s not like you could blame him.

From the description, you couldn’t even begin to think what was going on with the blonde. He had never mentioned a family, so why were they suddenly after him?

Silence fills the room with the important details.

“Sanji is from a family of assassins?” Nami murmurs, now resting her hands on the bed

“It explains his combat being great from the start.” You utter

Remembering when the cook first joined the crew. Quick to show off his skills in front of you and Nami.

“I dunno what you’re talking about, and I don’t care either. Only one thing matters here! Is Sanji coming back to us, or not? It doesn’t matter to me if he’s getting married. But listen, if you think that means we’re gonna work under Big Mom, then you're crazy. I'm fine making an alliance, but you guys gotta work under us!” Luffy declares

Slamming his hands onto the bed. Holding eye contact with Pekoms as he leans closer. Determination was a familiar face on Luffy.

“HUH?!” Pekoms shouts in shock

He threw his head back. Knocking his head on the wall behind him. Before bouncing off the bed onto the floor. The stand connecting to his IV was knocked over due to his actions.

“Careful.” You mutter

“Do I need to call the doctor back?” Wanda says. Staring in confusion at the overreaction from the lion

“You’re so funny, Luffy!” Carrot laughs, wiping a tear from her eyes

“So, do you get it, or not? Go tell Big Mom that’s the deal.” Your captain continues.

Talking to the Lion on the floor. Who gets up off the floor, growling. Before coming face to face with your captain.

You lean back slightly, taken aback at the sudden speed of the injured man. Pekoms lifts his glasses, showing us his beady eyes. Hardly intimidating sitting behind his shades

“YOU BETTER WATCH THAT TONGUE, BRAT! ‘CAUSE I’LL WRECK YOU! I OWE YOU GUYS AND ALL, BUT DON’T PUSH YOUR LUCK! MAMA’S AN EMPEROR, Y’KNOW! AND YOU WANNA BE THE BOSS?” Pekoms shouts

“Mm-hmm,” Luffy hums from beside you.

Causing Pekoms the freeze in shock. Grunting and groaning as he moved oddly. Like some kinda of virus was infecting his insides. Falling to his knees

“Am I imaging this?” Your questions, looking at Nami

“Nope!” She smiles

Before it falters, looking back toward Pekoms' dramatic antics

“Your little eyeballs are funny.” Luffy laughs.

Holding his stomach, completely changing the subject, his tone care carefree now. Carrot is joining in on the fun.

“SHUT IT!” Pekoms shouts, before crying in pain.

A hurt meow coming from the man, which worked its way into your heart. You forgot this guy was a Mink, which makes him even cuter.

“Well, either way, he’s not getting out of this marriage,” Pekoms says weakly.

Crawling his way back into his bed. The group follows back to the edge of the bed, wanting to know more.

“Why not?” Luffy says

“Black Leg had the right idea, giving himself up. No one can turn down an invitation to one of Mama’s tea parties, no matter what the reason might be. Nobody puts Mama to shame. Not without paying the price. A couple of days of not showing up at the party, Mama would surprise them with a present.” Peckoms replies

“And how is that bad?” Luffy questions

“I assure you, it's the last thing anyone would want. They get a box of a loved one's decapitated head in it.” Peckoms explains

Grunting at his answer. You wouldn’t expect anything less from an Emperor, let alone Big Mom.

You’ve heard some vague stories, but you never really paid too much mind to them. Now you’re beginning to regret not listening to at least one story.

“It might be one of your heads, if Mama saw fit to hunt your crewmates down. Or maybe it will be one of Black Leg's old pals from the restaurant in the East Blue. Especially you if your as important to Black leg like he says you are." The lion says pointing toward you before he continues.

"Or she could kill somebody in the Kkamabakka Kingdom who trained him.” Pekoms finishes

“That’s way too far.” You grunt

“It’s sick,” Nami says

“Hold on! How do you guys even know all this stuff about Sanji?” Luffy interrogates

“This is what true power can accomplish. You get it?” Pekoms shouts

He dropped his head to look down at his lap. Lowering his voice as he continued

“There’s no hope. ‘Cause you know when someone as strong as Mama makes a threat like that, she’s gonna follow through with it. That’s why everyone bows down to her. That’s why no one can fight against the Four Emperors. It is the weight of absolute power that brings even the strong to their knees.” Pekoms says

“Sanji knew the stakes. He didn’t go by choice.” Nami cuts in

“For what it’s worth, after this whole thing, you won’t have to work under Mama. This marriage is strictly political. If Mama wants someone a part of her crew, she wants them a part of her bloodline as well.” He pauses

“In other words, this marriage is a ritual to form a bond between the Vinsmoke Family and the Charlotte Family. That’s all. So from this point on, it’s got nothing to do with you guys,” he says.

“NOTHING TO DO WITH US? THAT’S OUR CREWMATE!” You shout jumping into action.

Pekoms yelps as you throw yourself at the him. Fist drawn back as you get ready to make contact with his furry face

“WOAH! Y/N!” You hear Nami yelp

Feeling her arms wrap around you. Pulling you off the Lion before you can do any damage. Wrapping her arms around you.

As the two of you now watch your captain jump on the bed next. Pulling Pekoms close by this collar of his shirt.

The two guys argue before Luffy finally pushes Pekoms off the bed. The lion landed flat on his back. Luffy is standing on the bed, looking down at himself.

Nami and you freeze seeing your captain man-handle the guy

“There’s no way Sanji would agree to a marriage like that!” Luffy shouts

“Even in the face of Mama and the vicious Vinsmoke Family? All right, but I doubt he’ll live long enough to tell the tale.” Pekoms grunts out

“What d’you know? Actually, wait a sec. What are you gonna do after this?” Luffy questions jumping on top of the man

“As soon as I’m feeling up for it, I’m heading back to Mama. I still gotta settle things with that dam Bege!” Pekoms answers

“All right, you can take me with you!” Luffy declares

“Hold on!” “Luffy!” You and Nami quickly intervene, hearing your captain's words

“Listen. I’m going without you. I'm with Robin on this one. If we go together, it’ll be like we’re trying to start a war. We don’t have time to be getting into a big fight. If I stick with this fight, then I can crash the fight.” Luffy explains his idea

“That might actually work.” You reply

“Hey! Screw you! I’m not harboring an enemy just because you say so!” Pekoms argues

“Okay? So it’s a deal! I’ll get chopper to heal you quick!” Luffy says

Running out of the room. Not waiting around for an answer

“I never agree to anything. I’m not done with you. Come back here!” Pekoms shouts, crawling back to the bed

“You messed up. His mind is set.” You inform the man.

Sending him a smirk, as he grunts lying back on his bed

Nami's hand finds yours. Pulling you toward the exit as you begin to hear shouts and a lot of talking. Seeing a large cat passed out

“Is this supposed this be Master Cat Viper?” You murmur to yourself

Taking in the large animal on the floor. Wrapped in bandages, as your captain sits on top of his stomach.

Hearing him and Usopp explaining to Law what happened between Bege and Sanji. As you and Nami approach the group

“You’re kidding. Black Leg agreed to Big Mom’s plan?” Law repeats

“Mm-Hmm,” Usopp hums, nodding his head

“And you all stood there and watched and let it happen?” Law continues

“Don’t worry! I’m gonna go get him back, it’s no big deal! So, do you mind if we hold off fighting Kaido for a little?” Luffy aks

“Not really my call. Any way around it, it’s only a matter of time before Kaido comes for us. My original plan was to hide out here in Zou for a while. But now that they know where we are, we’re screwed.” Law grunts

“If they come back for us and invade this country, then its people will suffer, and it will all be our fault,” Law finishes

“That is so kind!” A gorilla mink says, tears streaming down his face.

More cries erupt from the guards, hearing the pirate's words

“OKAY, LET’S HAVE A PARTY! TIME FOR SOME BARBECUE!” Cat Viper exclaims suddenly

Sitting up right. Knocking Luffy and Chopper off him, now fully awake. Due to his people crying. Chopper scolds the man trying to help him recover

“HELL YEAH! LET’S PARTY!” Your captains agree

Throwing a fist in the air. With a wide smile. A drink somehow finds its way into his hand. As he cheers along with the Mink Tribe and the Heart Pirates

Huge fire pits were started, and food was quickly cooked and served.

Drinks were poured, and people sang and danced.

“I’m gonna go find a drink or something.” You mutter to Nami

“Have fun,” Nami replies. Both unamused by the party taking place

Wandering through the crowds of people, you saw your crewmates partying with anybody who was near.

Spotting a table with bottles and fruits in the distance. Walking closer, you reach for a strawberry, taking a bite.

“So you're Y/N?” A voice chimes

Looking away from the table. You turn your head to the right and see a guy with a hat covering his eyes.

His hat is black and yellow, resembling the word across the front of it, penguin.

“Yeah? You must be penguin, from Traffy’s crew!” You say, pointing toward his hat.

From examining his uniform alone, you knew you were right. His whole character gave away every detail you would need to know about him.

The Heart Pirates' symbol was proudly displayed on his chest.

“Exactly. Cute pet name by the way. Y’know our captain has been acting weird since he came from Dressrosa.” Penguin replies

“ It’s a nickname that Luffy gave him. And why are you telling me this randomly? I mean, I hardly know you.” You question, raising an eyebrow at the guy.

“I think you get what I’m hinting at.” He grins

“I do not. I think Law is just happy to see his crew.” You answer. Dismissing his attempts

“Mm-Hmm. And you're not avoiding talking about my captain.” Penguin teases

“I’m talking about him, am I not?” You reply smiling

“Yeah, but as an ally. Not romantically,” Penguin groans.

Tilting his head back as he does. The fire from the pit lit up his cheeks, showing his flushed face. Taking notice of how he has also been giggling after every sentence.

“All right, you’re very drunk.” You laugh

Bringing your hand to his shoulder. Stopping him from swaying as he laughs

“ I know, but you’re still avoiding it.” Penguin slurs, smiling stupidly. Leaning closer

“Is all of your crew this charming?” You tease

Trying to steer away from the topic of his captain. Hand meeting Penguins chest. As he slips under the influence more and more with every moment that passes.

Leaning against you for support. Slowly putting his whole weight on your hand, trying to keep him away.

“Yeah!” He laughs out

Suddenly collapsing forward, completely throwing himself toward you. His head falls onto your shoulder, as his knees go limp. Your arms go under his as you wrap your arms around his torso, holding him up.

“Are you okay?” You gasp

Turning your head to see the man’s face. But that didn’t work well, only able to see his hat. As he drapes his arms around your neck

“Yeah. I’m just really drunk.” Penguin laughs lazily in your ear

His body barely moves as he softly laughs. Completely ready for bed, and done for the night

“PENGUIN!” Bepos shouts, running over

“OH MY! Y/N! I’M SORRY ABOUT HIM!” Bepo shrieks, running over.

The polar bear quickly pulls his crewmates off you.

“Thanks, Bepo. It wasn’t that bad.” You let out a breath, finally relieved from the weight of the man being lifted off you.

“I should be thanking you! Not only for this, but you helped our captain.” Bepo says

“We are all friends now.” You reply

“Captain said you would say something like that.” Bepo laughs

“Your captain knows me well. Speaking of him, would you know where he is?” You question

“I think I saw him by some of the buildings over there. Good luck finding him, I’m gonna find somewhere for him.” Bepo waves

“Goodluck. It was nice to see you again!” You say your goodbyes

Turning away, you both head in opposite directions.

Heading toward a figure sitting against one of the wooden buildings. Arms resting on their knees. Seeing a familiar white hat on top of his head

Lazily walking over, you lean your back against the wall. Sliding down as you reach the floor. Sitting with your knees bent in front of you, copying Law. The two of you touching shoulders.

“How was it seeing your crew again?” You ask, turning to face the pirate

“Good. They were happy to see me again.” Law answers

Looking at you with a small smirk on his face

“From that face, you seem like you're happy to see them as well.” You smile

“Of course I am.” Law murmurs.

He leaned his head back on the cabin behind us. Eyes open as he watches the night sky above.

Following his movement, your head thuds against the wood. Peering up at the open sky. Stars on clear display, listening to the partying happening not too far away

“You worried about that cook?” Law pipes up

Pulling away from the sky, you tilt your head to face the man to your right. His eyes already set on you.

“Sanji?” You say, earning a nod from Law

“Of course I’m worried about him. He’s an idiot who is too kind for his own good.” You sigh.

“Seems like a great guy,” Law says

A breathy laugh to fall from your lips. Grinning at the pirates' attempts to lighten the mood. Clearly, it was working.

“He is such a great guy. You would probably fall for him,” You joke lightly

“I probably would.” Law plays along

A beat passes between you two before you continue

“ It’s hard to comprehend the struggles he must be going through. This whole time, none of us knew.” You express lowly

Feeling slightly frustrated, you couldn’t have helped Sanji in any way before.

“You all didn’t know, because he didn’t want you all to know about that part of his past. He probably thought he was done with them.” Law points out

Looking back at the pirate. His lips slightly quirk upward, sending you a small smile. One that you had never seen from Law since you met him in Sabaody.

“You think so?.” You question

“Yeah. And you heard Straw Hat, he’s gonna get him back. Then you can ask him all about it yourself.” Law points out. Soothing the sinking feeling in your stomach

The two of you enjoying the moment away from all the chaos.

A bell ringing loudly causes you to open your eyes. Lifting your head, you glance around.

Seeing Law sleeping in the same position as earlier. His head thrown back as his chest rises and falls with every breath. Both of you must have fallen asleep while talking.

The bell brings you out of your daze. Sitting up straight at the noise echoing and hearing the Mink tribe shouting about intruders and a Samurai. Looking up toward the sky, you can see the sun slowly start to lighten the sky.

“Shit!” You gasp

Watching as hordes of the Mink Tribe run past you. All rushing out of the city.

“What’s wrong?” Law grumbles.

His voice groggy from sleep. Pushing yourself off the floor, you stand up.

“I completely forgot about those two idiots.” You groan

“The samurai?” Law questions rubbing one of his eyes

“Yeah. I gotta go.” You say hurriedly

Running toward the rushing crowd of the Mink Tribe. Pushing through them as you see Nami’s figure on the floor.

Everybody was running around her, as your captain and two other crewmates lay sleeping peacefully despite the chaos surrounding them.

The navigator holds a passed-out Luffy by his collar. Scolding and shaking him, trying to wake him up

“NAMI!” You greet

Running over as you crouch down between Usopp and Zoro on the floor. Examining the boys quickly

“Y/N! Thank god you’re here! Help me wake these idiots up!” Nami grunts, slapping Luffy's face

“Yes, ma’am!” You salute quickly

Dropping your hands. One hovering over both the guy's face. Before you grab onto their noses before squeezing. Cutting off their air. The swordsman and the sniper gasp, shooting up. Opening their mouths, trying to catch air.

Letting go as soon as they wake up. You send them a warm smile

“Y/N WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!” Usopp shouts.

Pointing an accusing finger at you.

Zoro grunts, before yawning, not caring how he even woke up. Completely out of it as he stretches

“The bell is ringing! AND YOU THREE IDIOTS ARE SLEEPING WHILE KIN’EMON AND KANJURO JUST ENTERED ZOU!” You scold, standing up

Hands finding your hips. Seeing Luffy now on the floor. Still out cold. You grunt, landing a kick to his side

“I’m up! Let’s go!” Luffy says

Swiftly standing up as we all head for the abandoned city. The crew moves quickly through the trees. All running until our legs burn.

“I see Kurau City!” You point through the trees

“Let’s split up and try to find them before the Minks!” Nami suggest

“RIGHT!” The rest of the groups quickly agree

As we all split off, sneaking around the streets. You duck between buildings in hopes of spotting the two.

But they were nowhere to be found. Grunting, you turn down a street, finding most of your crew hiding behind some ruins.

“Where are Nami and the others?” You huff, jogging over

“Shh. They are about to catch those Samurai,” Zoro answers

He motioned with his head to the scene behind him. Seeing Nami, Chopper, and Usopp running full speed at the Samurai and Momonosuke. Tackling them as they all crash by your feet. The crew quickly surrounds them. With Nami holding Momo in her arms like her own child

“That was close!” Usopp whispers

“Crazy close!” Chopper says

“Looks like a fight!” Luffy says, peering over the broken wall.

Walking over, you glance over the wall, seeing Master Cat Vipers and Duke Dogstorm talking.

Their guards stand around them, watching the tense conversation. Which begins to get louder as they break into a full argument

Kin’emon crawls over, standing up. Observing the two begin to fight against each other.

“HEY! STOP FIGHTING!” The samurai shouts

“KIN'EMON!” You yelp

Seeing his feet begin to move around the wall, hiding us. Throwing your arms around his neck, trying to pull him back.

“Hey, get back, Kin’emon!” Usopp grunts, wrapping his arms around the guy. Both of you trying to drag the man back. Which didn’t work at all

You drop your arms around the man, seeing all the Minks facing in your direction now. All shocked, mouth agape.

“Kin’emon, we should go!” You mutter, tugging at the man's sleeve, trying to get him to move

“It’s true. A samurai!” A mink exclaims

“Are you happy? Now their gonna kill you!” Usopp shrieks

Pushing at the man's side, but he wasn’t budging from your attempts.

You gasp seeing Momo run over, stopping beside Kin’emon. Before Kanjuro follows, standing beside Momo. The three stand in line, staring straight ahead

“What are you all doing?” You whisper-shout

Seeing Duke Dogstorm and Cat Viper making their way over. Their crowds of guards follow along as they move in sync.

“CAT VIPER! DOGSTORM, LISTEN TO ME! THEY DON’T MEAN THIS COUNTRY ANY HARM!” Usopp defends

“I am the Samurai, Kin’emon. A loyal retainer of the Kozuki Clan, hailing from the Land of Wano!” Kin’emon announces, taking a step forward

“I am here to reunite with my comrade, Raizo, a fellow warrior. Could he be found in this land?” he questions

You gulp watching the two leaders approach closer

“Quit talking, Kin’emon!” You wince, glancing toward to man

“HE ISN’T HERE AND THEIR COUNTRY WAS PRACTICALLY DESTROYED BECAUSE OF IT, YOU MORON!” Chopper and Usopp yell at the man

The Mink Tribe stops in front of us. Only a few feet away. You could hear your crewmates stop behind you, too.

All ready for the fight about to break out. Silence passed over the whole island. Tense with no movement in sight

Cat Viper and Dogstorm suddenly sit down. And your shoulders drop, seeing the tears suddenly well up in two Mink’s eyes. Pouring down their faces as they stare in awe at the three from Wano.

“How I’ve longed for this day.” Duke Dogstorm cries softly.

Both of the leaders bowed their heads to the Samurai

“Sir Raizo is here and is well.” Duke dogstorm continues

“What?” You gasp

Realizing all at once that these people sacrificed themselves and their homes. For the protection of one ninja.

“I’m glad to hear it. Thank you, my friend!” Kin’emon smiles

Your mouth is now wide open at the shocking news. Feeling small tears well up in your eyes, seeing how loyal the tribe must have been to these guys. It didn’t matter to you how they knew him.

“I still can’t believe you’re not his dad.” You grumble

Leaning close to examine Kin’emon. As a hand pulls at your shoulder. Yanking you back beside your navigator

“Out of everything that’s what's most surprising, not the information about the poneglyphs, or y’know. MOMO BEING A LORD OF WANO! OR MAYBE HIS DAD TRAVELED WITH THE GOLD D RODGER. I got one better! THE SECRET ALLIANCE BETWEEN THE MINK TRIBE AND THE KOZUKI CLAN!” Nami shouts

Your crew walks along the natural paths of the Whale Tree. The two Samurai are present, along with their ninja friend, Raizo. Law joining along

“I mean that’s important too. But man, I thought he was his dad. I guess they kinda do look a little different.” You mutter

“They did fool us.” Nami agrees. Forgetting about being mad at you

You grin, following behind the crew. Tuning into the conversation Luffy was having

“It belongs to Shanks! I bet you know about that guy, Cat Viper!” Your captain questions

“Very much so! Goes by Red-haired shanks, right? Too funny, no wonder that straw hat looks familiar!” Cat viper laughs out

“Oh yeah? You said the same thing, too! Were you pals with Shanks, too?” Your captain says to Dogstorm.

Now this intrigued you, as you watched Luffy jog to catch up with him

“There he goes chatting off their ears.” You mutter to Nami beside you

As you both sit and listen to the conversation take place.

The group stops walking to take a moment to talk more about the Cat Viper and Dogstorm sailing beside Momo’s dad.

Which led them to being on White Beard's ship for a while, before moving to Gol D. Roger's ship. Before they followed them to the island of laugh-tale, but never actually got off the ship.

“I remember it clearly! Those were the days!” Cat Vipers grins

“We really shared some good times, didn’t we?” Dogstorms agrees

Both of the leaders were completely in awe, remembering their younger days. Despite the rivalry they had upon your crew's arrival. They seemed to be great friends in the end.

“Didn’t you two almost kill each other earlier?” You point out

“That’s all over now!” Cat viper grins

As the two dance with their arms thrown over each other's shoulders. Rocking side to side like two drunk men at a bar

“And what about you? Did you guys get to ride on White Beard’s ship too?” Luffy interrogates, wanting to learn as much as possible

“We remained back at home in Wano. Though we tried keeping Lord Oden from leaving since it is a felony just for leaving the country alone.” Kin’emon explains

“So there's no turning back for you all.” You say

“Indeed. Lord Oden spoke openly about his distaste for the rules surrounding our country. Though we did get to meet White Beard, Rodger, and their crews when they arrived in Wano. Honestly speaking, they were all honorable men. Yet we couldn’t allow Lord Oden to sail with them as it would lead to an outrage,” Kin’emon says

“Well! Anyway! That means you’re all buddies with Shanks then, huh?” Luffy cuts in

“Indeed so!” Raizo nods

“That's pretty cool!” Your captain grins

“I never would've guessed you were all connected,” you utter in disbelief at the news.

“This is all too much information for today,” you groan

Feeling your brain about to explode from all the new knowledge.

“Tell me about it,” Nami agrees.

“Hold on, I have one more question, though. You said these would lead to laugh tale. Look, see the log pose needles, don't we need to follow them?” Nami questions

“According to Crocus, back at the twin capes, if you track the logs, every single pathway will eventually converge into one trail. I pretty much always assumed that's where Laugh Tale was always located,” Nami says

Duke Dog storm begins to explain how we should follow it.

Mention that Laugh Tale is beyond the last island at the end of the log pose. And when we reach the truth about the ancient writing on the Poneglyphs

Learning that you would be going further beyond what you imagined.

Silence passes over the group as the Duke finishes. Letting us all relish in the new information

“I get it.” Nami nods.

“So there was reason for me to worry in the first place. We weren’t actually falling off course.” Nami smiling

“Once we reach them at converging point, we will have to find Laugh Tale past that! Nice work, Nami!” You grin

Walking over as you pull the girl into a hug. As she laughs, thanking you, a warm smile appears on her face.

Luffy and your crew let out relieved laughs.

“You-gara are on the correct path! Have faith in your talents,” Duke Dogstorm encourages.

Making Nami flush red at the compliment

“Good job, Nami!” Luffy cheers

He smacked his hand against her back roughly. Making her annoyed as she turns around, punching Luffy repeatedly

“It seems like all you guys are wonderful friends.” Cat viper smiles

“Something like that!” You smile

Watching your crewmates fighting. Duke Dogstorm lets out a hearty laugh

As Luffy hops up from the floor, we continue toward the bottom of the Whale Tree.

Reaching the ground as we discuss our next plans of action to prepare for the fight against Kaido

“We are currently recruiting Samurai in Wano, who will fight for our cause,” Kin’emon informs the group

“And in the meantime, I would like to get in touch with a certain someone. It never hurts to have more manpower at your disposal,” Cat Viper announces

“And who’s that?” Luffy questions

“He’s the former commander of the White Beard First Division.” Cat Vipers replies

Earning surprised gasps from the description alone

“You mean Marco?” You comment

“Yeah.” He answers

Rubbing his face into his paw in his cat-like nature

“I see, though I never expected his name to come up?” Robin says

“No crap! You guys are friends with him? You think he’ll come help?” Franky says

“Having him on our side would make me feel a whole lot better,” Brook adds

“I don’t know. Didn’t you hear about that fight?” You point out

“Yeah. It’s a long shot.” Dogstorm grumbles

“Marco…Marco…I know I heard that name somewhere.” Luffy grumbles

A finger against his head as he walks around. Eyes squeezed close as he tries to remember where he knew that name from

Your eyes follow your captain, watching him walk around confused

“Maybe you met him at Marine ford,” Usopp says

“Well, he has a very rare devil fruit!” Chopper exclaims

“He’s a super strong and can turn into blue fire.” You describe the man

“Huh? Blue fire...rare powers?” Luffy grunts

“He looks like a pineapple,” Robin says

“OH, YEAH!” Luffy gasp at the description

“But why shouldn’t we get our hopes up?” You captain continues

“There was a clash involving the remnants of the white beard pirates versus the Black Beard Pirates a year ago. And well, Marco lost. Since then, the commander and his folks have disappeared.” Cat viper explains

“I had no clue. Blackbeard! That bastard!” Luffy shouts, clenching his fist.

“I know you were training hard and all, but how did this war fly over your head?” Usopp chimes in

“I do know one thing, though. Jinbei told me that after the war in Marine ford, when I blacked out in that fight. Some of the Whitebeards' crew stepped in and saved my life. I wanna see him again and say thanks.” Luffy says

His tone is serious as he tells us what he wants to do

“Well. We’ll be busy. If we're doing this right, we’ll need some time to get our ducks in a row.” Cat Vipers agrees

“Okay, gotcha! Maybe we should split up for now?” Luffy suggest

Kin’emon steps in and mentions how the Samurai will return to Wano. Law offered his submarine as a hidden way to get onto the island. The men gratefully agreed to tag along

Agreeing to meet in Wano once we get Sanji. Since our two targets, the shogun and Kaido, will both be there.

“Okay! It’s a plan!” Luffy says

As everybody agrees to the plan. Many people from the Mink Tribe come running from the forest toward to group suddenly.

They all shout Raizo’s name, seeing the ninja now out of the hidden room. The Minks crowd around.

Showering the man in affection before he launches into the air, showering the big group with hearts

“Cute,” You grin

Smiling as you catch a small heart in your palm

Nami and Robin let out laughs. Admiring the pink hearts falling just like Cherry Blossoms during the spring

“Dinner time! Dinner time! Dinner time! Dinner time! Dinner time!” Luffy chants.

Walking ahead of the group, exiting the forest. Following the paths of the Minks' rebuilt cabins

“Hey! Wait a sec, Luffy! They already threw us a giant feast! What’s your priority?” Nami scolds

Wrapping her arms around the boy's neck from behind. Holding Luffy in a chokehold

“Honestly! We gotta go get Sanji!” You remind him

Standing in front of the captain with your arms crossed. As he looks up at you

“ARE YOU COMING WITH ME?!” Luffy chimes

Scrambling out of Namis' grip. Pushing himself forward as his hands grip your arms

“You gotta! Sanji will come back if he sees you. Come on, you already said we!” Luffy grins

Slightly jumping up and down from excitement

“ I was gonna be forced to go either way.” You reply

“Yup! You can’t say no!” Luffy laughs

“We’re gonna need Nami to come along as well.” You mention

Looking at the navigator standing behind your captain

“Of course! You two couldn’t make it without a new world navigator.” Nami answers

“That is exactly correct!” You smile

“I’ll tag along too, Pekoms needs a doctor, he’s still healing.” Choppers joins in

“And I feel guilty for not being able to stop Sanji from leaving,” Brook adds.

“I’m gonna take them with me, Kin’emon. That's cool?” Luffy says

Turning to face the group standing near us

“They’re your crewmate. I wouldn’t dare to challenge you,” Kin’emon says

“Bust into that wedding, and get Sanji outta there!” Franky encourages

“Be safe! You guys go ahead!” Usopp says

“One more thing. Could you bring back a Poneglyph rubbing? Please?” Robin ask

“Sure thing! So, are we good then? Can we eat now?” Luffy agrees

Everybody in the alliance agrees. And with that, the first plan of the Pirates-Minks-Samuai-Ninja-Alliance was set in place

“GORO-NYA! LET’S PARTY!” Cat Viper announces

The Mink Tribe follows loudly with cheers

Suddenly getting a weird feeling, you tense up. Glancing around the area, you see no sign of distress.

Grunting, you notice Luffy glancing around, too.

“Uh, Something wrong?” Nami questions, glancing between you and the captain

“I think so.” You trail off, keeping a close eye on everybody

“What the hell!” Cat Vipers says

His ear twitches suddenly, sensing something off, too. Duke Dogstorms follows as his ears perk up.

“Why are we freaking out!” Usopp questions

Rumbling begins underneath your feet. Letting out a gasp at the sudden shaking, the ground beneath you suddenly tilts.

The group standing in front of you suddenly starts tumbling toward you. The people of the Mink tribe slide past you as you try to keep yourself upright on the tilting ground.

Seeing Law sliding toward you. Probably caught off guard by the sudden shift. Grunting as he crashes into you.

Letting out a yelp as his arms wraps around you, pulling you close.

Following his lead, you do the same. The two of you roll, holding onto each other. Colliding with a tree that stops the two of you from rolling into the forest.

Law grunts as his back hits the tree. Both panting when the ground starts tilting the other way

“GET UP!” You shout

Standing up quickly as you find your footing. Law follows both adjusting to the tilt and finding your balance.

The two of you split off, helping those who needed it from the sudden movement.

Finding yourself near Luffy as you guide people to safety. Seeing your captain frozen

“Who’s there? Who’s talking?” Luffy ask

Glancing around, not looking at a specific person

“What’s wrong, Luffy?” You question approaching your captain

“You don’t hear that?” Luffy says, looking into your eyes

The ground suddenly shifts back the other way. Gravity causes you to fall forward, hugging your arms onto Luffy.

As he wraps his arms around you, holding you in place

Seeing the ground tilt behind your captain, you were slightly impressed at how he was staying upright. Especially with added weight

Hearing screams, you see Nami and Chopper fly past you. Before grabbing onto Luffy’s face, they catch themselves from falling further

“Hey, Y/N.” Nami greets you with a smile

As the floor stops tilting and rest back into its normal state. You pull back from Luffy, hearing a gasp leave his mouth. Your captain yelps, grabbing onto his head.

“Luffy, what’s wrong?” Nami asks concerned

“I think he’s hearing something.” You are confused as well

“What do you mean? You guys can’t hear it!” Luffy whines, covering his ears

Squeezing his eyes shut as he leans forward. Pushing his head into your neck. Trying to suppress whatever was bugging him

“What’s happening?!” Nami interrogates

“I don’t know. I found him like this!” You reply, hugging your captain. Attempting to soothe him

From across the crowd of distressed people, you could see Momo clutching his head as well. His cries are faint from the distance, but in the same position as your captain.

“TO DO WHAT? WHO ARE YOU? STOP PLAYING THIS GAME! JUST ANSWER ME!” Luffy shouts

Pulling away as he lets go of his head. Now beginning to shout toward the sky.

Cupping your captain's face, pulling him back to his senses

“Do you know who is talking? Did they say?” You questions

Making eye contact with the pirate

“No, I don't think he hears me back! He’s not answering! And I can’t tell who or where it’s coming from!” Luffy answers

“I think you lost it!” Franky says

“Luffy’s crazy, but not that kind of crazy!” You scold the cyborg. As he quickly apologizes

“It’s happening again. Both Gol D. Rodger and Lord Oden experienced a similar phenomenon. They claimed to hear a thunderous voice, but couldn’t communicate.” Pedro, a captain of the guardians here, announces

As Momo gasped, explaining how Jack was back. And saw a vision of the pirates attacking the elephant.

Mentioning that it was asking for an order to fight back

“That would make sense on why it’s crying,” You murmured

“MOMO! YOU GOTTA SAY IT! I FEEL LIKE YOUR VOICE WILL BE ABLE TO REACH HIM!” Luffy instructs

“I’m not so sure,” Momo answers, looking down at his lap

“You have to try! If Zunesha falls, we’ll all drown!” You explain

The ground beneath you shakes even more. Causing many to fall to their knees for stability. Including you and your crew

It was becoming unbearable to even try to stand

“HURRY UP, MOMO! THE ELEPHANT CAN’T TAKE MUCH MORE! JUST DO IT!” Luffy orders

As the elephant wails in pain. Momo begins to shout, instructing the elephant to fight back and not give up. Pleading for the elephant to make Jack go away.

After Momonosuke shouts, silence fills the air.

Before the two boys gasped. The ground shook more violently for a while before stopping altogether.

Grunting as you push yourself off your knees, standing up right.

“It’s calm again.” Franky points out

“Can you two hear the voice?” You question

“The presence has since left me,” Momo answers

“That’s weird. I can’t hear the loud voice anymore either.” Luffy laughs

Realizing the voice was no longer in his head, now that you’ve pointed it out

😏😏😏outfit change yay. Is it practical, no. Do i love it, yess ofc

“You almost ready?” Nami’s voice calls out from the other side of the door

Pulling the long-sleeved shirt over your head. Smoothing it down against you

“Almost!” You huff

Quickly shoving your dirty clothes into your backpack that you brought along with you.

Swinging the door open to the cabin, you smile, meeting Nami’s eyes

“Cute outfit!” Nami smiles

“Yours is not too bad yourself.” You tease, exiting the cabin

The girl lets out a laugh as you both talk loudly. Walking through the forest, you both reach the front gate, seeing Luffy there waiting with everybody else.

The other groups were waiting to bid us goodbye and safe travels on our trip

Standing beside Luffy, turning to smile at the group you would be leaving behind

“Guess this is everybody.” Your captain announces at you and Nami’s arrival

Luffy talks to Pedro, making sure he is ready to leave. Wanda walks forward, hugging Nami, wishing her luck.

A warm smile finds your face as you watch your crew bid their goodbyes

“Good luck.” A voice says from behind you

Turning you smile, seeing Law standing there. Not being able to help yourself, you push forward. Wrapping your arms around his torso, clinging on tight.

You felt his chest vibrate as he laughed slightly at your action. Rubbing your back gently

Before pulling away, putting on your best smile

“You too, Traffy.” You smile

“Move, Captain, we want to say bye too,” Penguin says

As Law’s crew members peek out from behind him. Waving goodbye with wide smiles drawn on their faces

“Don’t get into trouble!” Bepo grins

“We won’t!” You grin, waving back to the crowd

“Bye, everybody!” Luffy bids his goodbyes

Waving both his arms high in the air

“Allow me to assist you with the descendant,” Kanjuro says. Getting his paintbrush ready to whip up some random drawing

“Nah, that’s okay, we got it,” Luffy answers.

You turn to your captain, confused. Feeling an arm wrap around you, pushing you closer to crewmates

Squished up against Luffy on one side, Nami on the other. Grunting at the hold.

“Bye!” Luffy chimes

The ground beneath you is gone in seconds. And you’re suddenly falling backward. Going right over the edge of Zou. You could see your crewmates, samurai, and Mink tribe reach out for you all.

Extending an arm out you try to grab hold of Law

“Y/N!” Law shouts, slightly throwing himself forward to catch your hand

Only to miss as you yelp, getting pulled back by Luffy. Law grunts, watching you all disappear quickly over the edge.

“YAHOO!” Luffy shouts, breaking into laughter

Swearing, you could feel yourself about to pass out

As Luffy lands on the Sunny’s deck. Everybody collapsed to the floor. You could hear Luffy running around as he untied the ropes from Zuneshas leg

Clutching the grass underneath your palms, you lie flat. Taking deep breaths, trying to comprehend what just happened

Chopper grabs onto the wheels, trying to stabilize himself

“Turn it starboard,” Nami says lowly

“Kay. So, this way?” Chopper questions softly

Turning around to see the navigator's response

“I think she means this way,” You say

Pointing toward the left from your place on the floor

“PULL IT TOGETHER! COME ON, EVERYONE! OR DO YA WANNA SINK?” Luffy shouts

Fussing as he kicks at the air, huffing, watching everybody slouch all around the ship. He lets out a frustrated groan

“SHUT UP, LUFFY! THAT BIG PLUNGE FROM THE ELEPHANT WORE US OUT! NOW WE’RE ALL SUFFERING FROM TRAUMA! JUST LOOK AT Y/N!” Nami scolds the boy

As they both turn, looking toward you on the floor on your back.

“Just stop talking so loud.” You groan

Waving the two off as you roll over to your side. Facing your back toward them. Closing your eyes, trying to get rid of the small headache forming. That fall did some work on you.

Hearing your captain's sandals go slightly further away

“Oh no, we’ve swerved off course a bit just now. Turn to port if you can.” Nami instructs tiredly

A door creaks open as you hear a voice shout

“Okay! Leave it to me!” A girl's voice shouts

Eyes shooting open as you sit up fast. Taking in the bright scenery, seeing a bunny girl

“CARROT?!” You yelp, flying up as you stand. Forgetting about the state you were just in

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING ON THE SHIP!” Luffy shouts, confused as well about why the girls was here

“Huh?” Carrot hums. A blank stare across her face

It's so funny you can tell I'm loving writing with these past 2 chapters because they are closer than all the others lol. I think I forgot I got total control and can just add as many time skips as I want. Free will at its finest
