Humans are bound by their thoughts.We think, and think more and by ourself build indestructible walls which we cannot climb. In tough times, often we expect dark things to happen, things which centrifuge us in the fierce ocean, which ends up making us kinda claustrophobic. A feeling of suffocation arises whenever our mind gets back to the typhoon.

Good times don't last long, because we don't make them stay. "I've seen this before" attitude, vague vibes, anxiety bring our souls to the same obscure place.Nothing to see, nothing to feel, just the feeling of existence, regret and insanity. Miserable and understandable.

We need people, but we dont. We need solitude, but we don't. Bipolar tendencies show up out of the blue. Temporary happiness becomes the milestone. We end up perceiving the minor changes in vibes of surrounding. Which ultimately bothers us. People deceiving, generalizing wrong ideologies, snake behaviors, back stabbing, "outspoken" hypocrisy, these things become usual matter of living. We get astonished when our "these" expectations go wrong. May be the world is cruel, or different, or not something you expected. But the thing is it is what IT IS. People don't like different. Cliche lives are preferred to be accepted. Nobody's perfect or flawless to fit in this ill defined world. Life will crush us, break into pieces just to get us fit in this world.

"How do you balance it all?" ⁣ ⁣ My best friend asked me this, and I honestly replied, "I don't." And that's the truth. Some days I'm not the best mom. Somedays my lesson plans fall short, or I have to reschedule coaching calls because I'm exhausted or pulled into an appointment with my son that I can't change. Sometimes I don't always post on social media because my fuse is burnt out and I'd rather go to sleep at 8PM than share something with my followers. And there's a list of thousands of unfinished projects, promises, and to-dos that I'm slowly trying to cut down while still remembering to live in the moment & prioritize self-care.⁣ ⁣ I don't balance it all — at least not all the time.⁣ And chances are, you probably don't either.⁣ ⁣ You probably have days where you're on top of the world, and days where everything sucks. You have probably fallen short on a promise, a deadline, or a goal you had for yourself. And you probably beat yourself up like I do, too.⁣ ⁣ Here's what you need to keep in mind, though. You're not meant to be perfect. You're meant to be who and where you are — right here, right now. Even if that's messy, or imperfect, or still in the 'growth' stage rather than the 'success' stage.⁣ ⁣ Honestly, the struggles you face are making you a better person.
