Although its classed as Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis, there isn't a clear line of what constitutes exercise from activity and even training at times. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁠ Of course walking 10,000 steps is a form of exercise especially when you do it with purpose.
