No, it doesn’t. It’s usually created by one or two people, and they make promos a few weeks before or a week before to let people know about it. :)

Me and Aiden collabed on it together. Usually it takes place on a platform and has its own account dedicated to it, and you tag the account or post under a certain tag.

Anyone can make any fandom week, with any theme to it, as long as you have to eight motivation.
