OH MY GOD, LISTEN TO ME CAREFULLY! I REDESIGNED LAURENCE AGAIN!

I’M FINALLY SATISFIED 😭😭😭

At this point, Laurence is basically my test subject for learning how to draw new things and experiment with colors, lol 🧍‍♂️

Anyway, let me tell you what happened today ♥ I was happily studying until I had a major meltdown. I deleted all the drawings I had made of Laurence’s previous design and started a new one from scratch.

And here it is. This time, I think I finally achieved my goal: he looks like an old man! I think everyone here already understands what my version of Laurence is like, right? To me, he’s a sickly man, maybe anemic, who uses a cane and is probably about to fall down the stairs.

Now I gave him a beard… well, I tried. I wasn’t too fond of the idea of giving him a beard because I literally worked so hard on drawing his wrinkles, and I had to cover all of them. But after rendering and seeing that he looked like a pathetic old man… I decided to shut up.

Though honestly, I still like the other design I had of Laurence. Let’s just say that design was a younger version of him. 🧍‍♂️

I’ve seen some people link Laurence to the statue in the Research Hall, and omg! That never crossed my mind before, but I love the idea. I tried drawing it from memory, how I remembered it, because I couldn’t find good references. I was too lazy to turn on the PS4, open Bloodborne, beat Ludwig, and take pictures of that statue 😭

sorry but genius episode to me. it’s all a play and and they’ve all been cast in their roles since the beginning. and yet the truth strains against the cloth of the fake thing. lestat has his lines but they’re written by the coven, and no one but the audience truly believes him. his victimhood is too convenient and it’s not the even the story he wants to tell. instead, with the help of his sidesteps and the lines he refuses to say, something true emerges from the fog. a story where everything is real, the love and the horror and most of all the way claudia was always a daughter, as some daughters are. immensely loved but also immensely failed

I don't even disagree with all of those rebuttals, but if you want people to engage in discussions with you you have to treat them like human beings, not your opposition in a court case. What are you expecting to get back when you act like this? About nonexistent fingers in his ass guy?
